hi,
i have buy sony experia z phone last year, which have some problem before 3 month, i submit my phone to service center and they told me you have to submit 16000 and we will provide new phone, also phone was in warranty but there are physically damage that why i submit 16000rs, after visiting 4 time to service center and too many call with customer care now they told me, we can't provide same due to phone is not available in stock, they are provide other phone which have different configuration.but i want same configuration phone with in my submit amount, now they refuse,

    Problem 1 (display disturbed) Look at the right side of enclosed screen you will find a line appearing on the screen. Problem 2 (keyboard error) when I start my laptop, digit 3 comes like 33333333333333333333333333333333333333 in search panel. This problem comes occasionally.

      I have brought sony xperia spwith IMEI [protected] on 18 June 2014 from satyam electronics in Jaipur rajasthan for my family member. i am facing various issues in my phone now for example. while the phone rings whether during incoming main call, viber, tango etc the main speaker remains inactive and the ear speaker becomes active due to which the ring is not atol audible. I have visited the sony service centre but as a result people over there instead of helping me they straight said that do not use application like viber etc. and when i said that every one over the world is being using these applications and there phones are working properly then they just said okay it may be software issue we will install your software again. but still my working is in same condition. and even now new problem has been persisted as my phone is not working properly with wifi. i am having these serious issues with my phone. then what is use of buy an smartphone. its our first sony phone that we have bought previously we are using samsung and apple handsets and we are satisfied. but with this sony phone we are so much dissappointed.

        I had purchased a sony LCD color tv KLV 32BX300 (Serial No : 2387770) on 25-August 2010 from M/S Nikshan Electronics Bank Road Kannur wide invoice number A17848. I regret to inform you that the screen of the tv is completely defased with patches. Hence the picture quality is very bad. TV is now in bad shape and cannot be used anymore. How can TV which is used only for 4 years have problems?
        I strongly believe this due to manufacture defect. As per my enquiry it is reveled that several similar case are reported. I believed SONY product always have quality which is the only reason to buy SONY Bravia LCD TV spending 33000/-rs. Two images of the blurred screen are attached here with for your ready reference. When contacted sony customer care in Kerala they told me if you pay 11000 Rs we will replace the screen.What logic is that?. I request you kindly depute your quality control engineer to inspect the device.

          We have purchased a TV from Viveks in Adyar, Chennai and it was promised that TV will be fixed by Sony Service next day. Then someone from Sony Service called and confirmed that this will be done at 4 pm. Then the time was changed to 6 pm, 6 pm became 7 pm and it was 8:30 when we again got a call stating that it cannot be done. When we again called the same number [protected], the person named KANNAN picked up the call and was very very rude and mentioned that do whatever it cannot be done and that he is not concerned with services of Sony. He went ahead and mentioned that if a complaint needs to be lodged than go ahead and do it. Such kind of pathetic responses are not expected from a brand like Sony. The service centre seems to be based out of Taramani in Chennai. Would request immediate action on this and perhaps take back the license of the dealer if need be. Also please assist in getting the TV fixed asap or else we will have to return Sony back and perhaps purchase a Samsung or LG.

            I bought the phone on 28th July 2014 and Have already paid 7 visits to 2 Service centres in Delhi. Nehru place and Laxmi nagar. First time my phone started showing problems with external speakers so Nehru place service centre on 7th august changed my PCB ( Motherboard) and then I came home so the Battery couldnot charge so i went to Laxmi nagar they gave me new charger and new battery and at home the problem still remained and then i went again and subimitted the phone on 14th august again and i recieved it on 19th august they claimed that they changed the charging jack and now i returned home and another problem popped up that the Sim is not detecting. I cant daily visit the service centre as i live very fat and i am a student of delhi university it affects my attendance. After this I am going to complaint in Consumer court.               Hi, I had bought a Sony Xperia Z2 on13 July 2014. I bought the phone for:- 1. The Brand name of “Sony” & 2. The water proof feature the phone has On 09 August 2014, I had gone to a water park for an official event and had used the phone in water (not under water) to click some pictures in water (not under water). In view of the full day event, my phone was charged at my home and all the flaps on my phone were properly closed as they should be. Unfortunately some time later I started facing issues of:- 1. Touch Not working and 2. Screen Flickering On 12 August 2014, I got in touch with Sony India’s Service Center Help Line and got a ticket raised and approached the Sony Service Center franchisee Aar Vee Infoservices. They accepted the phone. After doing some initial checks the service center informed me that there was “WATER INGRESS” in the phone and the same is not covered in the Warranty / Guarantee. I was surprised on the comment and issue since the Sony Z2 is being promoted as a WATER PROOF PHONE and one can use the phone in water (upto 1.5 mts depth). I wrote to sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com and this is what they reverted back saying that the warranty is void due to water ingress and I will need to bear the cost of repairing the phone. I have read the manual and I am aware of:- (a) Keeping all the flaps of the phone locked (b) Not taking the phone in water beyond depth of 1.5 mts. And I have taken necessary care followed the necessary instructions while using the phone on the said day when the phone started having issues. The company in the effort to save their own skin is compelling upon me that the water ingress happened only and only due to water ingress from the side flaps. On having probed by me, the company doesn’t have any logical reasoning on why it is not a manufacturing defect and the water cant ingress from any other opening. My contention is:- 1. How can a phone which as per the manufacturer is supposed to be water proof have water ingress after all the necessary care is taken? 2. When requested to do a simple test; the company is not ready to dip the mobile with flaps closed in water and check for water ingress. WHY? 3. The company is making false claims and giving a defective & inferior product. 4. There is deficiency of service in terms of their claims on the product and subsequently in their after sales service. 5. I had bought the Z2 to enjoy the tall claims that Sony made but the way Sony has handled my case, I have been through a lot of Mental stress, Mental agony and Mental harassment. I expect the company to give me a replacement of my phone which has had a manufacturing deficiency due to which there has been a WATER INGRESS IN A WATER PROOF PHONE. I would also like to warn the readers to be wary of tall claims made by Sony for their Z2 Phone. Regards Rajnish Rane

                I bought Xperia ZL on Jan 22, 2014. The phone has stopped working all of a sudden in just 8 months. I cannot switch my phone on after repeated attempts. So i decided to go to the service centre and get my phone checked. After waiting for 2hrs for my turn I am told by the help desk that my phone will be sent to Chennai and i can collect it only after 20 days. Secondly, i wil be handed over another phone set after 20 days and not my original phone which would be close to the condition of my original phone. Thirdly, I wont be provided any stand by phone set because they dont have a stock for that. This came as a complete shock coz after spending more than Rs25000 on such a reputed company's mobile phone I dont expect such poor after sale services. The competitive phone brands are providing much better services these days. For instance, blackberry provides a new phone set if there is a fault and the phone is under warrranty. I too expect such kind of service from a giant like Sony when i am spending 25000 on a smart phone and my phone is still under warranty.

I am sorry to say that my request for wall mounting of my tv has not been fulfilled till todays. Which is not acceptable on from branded companies like you. Daily your company service person call me and asks for confirmation of address and doesnot come. So, no request i demand for immediate action.

                          I Sri Dillip Kumar Biswal purchase one Sony Bravia LCD 32 inches on 14/05/2014 from your dealer KBM Electonics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi. TV is not working from 05/08/2014. I had lodged a complain on Sony Customer Care on 06/08/2014 with request ID 20342798. Your Engineer was visited on 07/08/2014 and told panel is not working, i will sibmitt my report in service centre. Our customer care Van will pick up your TV set & it will repair in Service centre. It will take 3-4 days. Nobody had come to pick up the TV Set till 13/08/2014. Again I had telephoned to the service centre on 13/08/2014. The same day the have pick up my TV set to service centre & told me it will take 3-4 days for repair. Today 18/08/2014 when i had telephoned to service centre, they told me that panel is not available, we are not sure when we can complete your complain. I am lodging a complaint you that please replace my TV otherwise i will go to consumer forum because my TV set is within the Guarrante period, I expect a speedy reply from you.                               My sony vaio vpcsb36fn purchased in Oct, 2011 for 55k has given me problem after problem. Mother board was out of order within warranty which was repair it free of cost. DVD drive was out of order and I have spent around five thousand for repairing. In April, 2014 when my friend used my Laptop and forgetting to switch on power plug, the battery has been drain out and the system shuts it down suddenly after using 4/5 hours. When we notice that power was not plug in, we connect to the power line and start the system and it start up properly but batter status say that "Battery not detected" when contact service centre, they inform me differently, some said battery is dead and needs to be replace. When we agree to it, they couldn't find any replacement. when I give it to another service centre, they said it is small board problem, and it will cost less than 3k, then time to time they said another problem. at last they said its mother board problem and it will cost 25 thousand. How could I spent 25k for repairing a laptop within 3 years of purchase. It is very annoying. Repairing within 10k is very high though I could go for. Without any misused, if mother board gives a problem twice, how could we afford to own a laptop? It was a bad choice to go for Sony vaio. Now my laptop becomes a desktop and shuts down whenever the power goes off. I told to service centre to give me back at the previous working condition with "battery not detected". I will not go for Sony again, and the Sony which I trusted so much once becomes a frustrating brand for me now.

                                Hi, Myself shweta i make a purchase of Sony vaio laptop from dehradun and with in 10 month i went twice into service center but that is not end with in 10 month i start reciving a msg.                                   With utmost trust and belief i had purchased my only means
                                  of communication viz. Sony Xperia ZL with IMEI Number
                                  [protected] within 6 months of purchase the device
                                  brokedown and was in no condition to be repaired by your
                                  service centre and as per the policy was provided with a new
                                  piece that too after a long wait of 28 days viz. Sony Xperia
                                  ZL with IMEI Number [protected] .After using this device
                                  for 24 days this device is also not working.This means that
                                  Sony's technology and quality is so weak that its device
                                  cant even perform for a single year.I have lost all the
                                  trust on the quality of your device and feel that Sony's
                                  Make.Believe Slogan does not stand true.Considering my case
                                  as o[censored]tmost importance and acting as a responsible
                                  organization request you to solve my problem as soon as
                                  possible.So that i can resume using the device.Now i am
                                  scared to even use the piece i.e. ZL again because it can
                                  breakdown anytime.

                                    I am really pained to notice the deterioration of Sony consumer products over the years.
                                    I bought Sony Home Theater- model DAV DZ 340K, SERIAL NO. 6177222. This was bought little over than one year. I t stopped working. I made complaint to Sony on toll free. The complaint no. Given was ID 20081517 on 20/07/2014 at 5.49pm. NRI Electronics, Ghaziabad, was assigned the repair job. Their representative visited ON 23RD July, since, he could not repair it, and he took the theater for repair at the workshop. I was told that it will be repaired in 2/3 days.
                                    Its more than a month now, I am given calls every ¾ days, saying, parts are not available, and more time is required.
                                    I am regular user of Sony products since 40 years, and, never had any quality problem. My Bravia and Trinitron TVs are still working fine.
                                    Are you people really serious to customer care service, or. Simply, busy in increasing sales!

                                    I am really pained to notice the deterioration of Sony consumer products over the years.
                                    I bought Sony Home Theater- model DAV DZ 340K, SERIAL NO. 6177222. This was bought little over than one year. I t stopped working. I made complaint to Sony on toll free. The complaint no. given was ID 20081517 on 20/07/2014 at 5.49pm. NRI Electronics, Ghaziabad, was assigned the repair job. Their representative visited ON 23RD July, since, he could not repair it, and he took the theater for repair at the workshop. I was told that it will be repaired in 2/3 days.

                                      I purchased a sony experia mobile on 21st july 2014 from a croma store in gurgaon on urgent basis as my old mobile got damaged there on road because i cant put my phone switched off anytime as per my job so i puchased cell phone from there only but with in 20 days of puchase the problems starts occuring in mobile and i also didn't found any thing in phone what they told me about and after that when i again went to croma store to get it replaced they said they will get the same phone rectified with in a day but they cant change it and cant give any alternate option i said ok but i am leaving 40 KMs away from the store they were ready to deliever it to my home in the evening but in evening i received call from croma that they will rectify it with in a week so keep your sim card in your pocket for one week thay cant do anything. now i want my money back or my mobile replaced from sony. I dont want that phone back as i already purchased the another one. my name is robin ([protected])

                                      do we have any consumer policy or the company only have of there own. or we have the only policy to purchase the defevtive mobile and get it rectify from mobile centre and again start intalling the application and contacts which the service centre removed during rectification
