Sir i am part gupta from ludhaina punjab region i had vosited to your service centre in ludhiana located in BRS NAGAR ferozpur road, there seating space the service centre is much smaller then it's actul needed no Drinking Water was kept, only 2 service exectives were are available i had to wait for more then 1 hour for my turn, IN SHORT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IS IN ADVERSE CONDITION

    I recently purchased a brand new 40 inch Truluminous Televison model no: KDL40W900AIM5 from the Sony TV center showroom at Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel Mumbai during Fifa 2014 Worldcup. To my surprise within one month o[censored]sing the television I saw a yellow vertical strip on the right hand side. I ran dvd's, cable tv, xbox games but that vertical yellow strip is constantly appearing on the television. I registered a complain with Sony Service customer care ref no : 20233017. To my disgust they provided the wrong address to the service person who later called me and told me that the area was out of his service and that I should re-register my complain. I registered a new complain once again ref no : 20285474 and I was informed that the service would be attended on high priority basis. Till date no has even bothered to call me or attend to my complaint. Really a shocker from such a reputed company for not attending calls when a product is under warranty.

      Hi sir, I purchased Sony KEL46EX720 on 15/01/12 and now the display of the tv is overlapping . I registered a compliant with customer care 19981038 and later an executive visited and stated the approx price value for display is 30, 000 but he didn't took up further since my residence zone is not under his service area so another guy from Clarity service centre annanagar came and given another approx value of 25, 000. since the value of both the guys are having big difference i once again registered a compliant to cusotmer care service request no 2017071 . At this stage susmita head service conatcted me and said that she will do the needfull then another guy called and said that the display cost will be around 40, 000 INR . On hearing this i really shocked with two things one is with the wrong price informatiions and another one is with the quality of the Product with such a good brand value . After several phone conversations with susmita it seems they have ended up in concluding by giving a oudated tv model KDL46W96A by paying a amount of 40000 INR . i cannot bear this huge amount since it is not my problem . Kindly note : I am totally stressed and netally tortured under the leadership of susmita. I need the exact model tv to be serviced or if replacement of tv is to be done then the tv should be of higher variant or of same model what i have currently. Velyudhan [protected]

      I totally agree with you, SONY Service in India SUCKS, What is SONY International doing about this, I would recommend not to buy SONY Products and go for SAMSUNG their Service is better than SONY.

        I bought Sony xperia 3 months before but after 1months my mobile going to restart and hang sometime when i play any high MB game or when i use any app .Sometimes apps stop in between when i use any APP and it hang too much kindly tell me what the prob how to resolve it kidly get me asap

          Hello sir, My name is Ronak Patel My recent ticket id was: [protected] I have submitted my Xperia z for several problems listed below on 16 July, 18 July and 1 august. 1. The phone was hanging 2. The phone keypad was / is responding slow 3. The phone loud speaker gets slower for some random time when the phone gets wet. I have submityed my phone to "sunrise electronics - kankaria, ahmedabad, gujarat." And every time the service center has just updated my handset and returned back to me. And in last time I have talked with Mr. Alpesh bhai soni the service head of ahmedabad, even after talking to him I didn't found my solution. Now My complaint is I have given 3 chances to sony to find solution of the problem, but sony gets failed to find the solution SO KINDLY REFUND ME BACK the SAME AMOUNT THAT I HAVE WASTED FOR SONY. Due to this worst kind of service i have suffered from the same problem before in my old handset "XPERIA SP". I will not visit service center now, it's wasting my time. but Now Enough is enough i cannot tolerate it. So, I suggest you to refund the amount of my handset that i have wasted on sony. i will never recommend sony to any one. If you cannot find the solution to my complaint then give me the contact information of any higher authority person in 2 days.

            Hi.. its Harpreet from Ambala, Haryana..! i have brought Sony Xperia E dual 8 months back. some where its working was okay.. but now m start facing the problem in the handset.! its start hanging and after every 1 minute its a pop up on my screen that such app is not responding wait for it or report.. again another app not responding and again an again..! such an irritaing issue..aftr dat i updated my xperia e dual with the latest android version of it.. bt still the same issue.! m dissaponited with the product.. its not hve cmpleted evn a single year.. and probs are at high phase.! so i[censored] cud then give meh way out of it soon..!

              Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I purchased "Sony Xperia T2 Ultra". After 15 days it started malfunctioning and keep going into safe mode.I took the assistance from Sony Service center located at borivali. They returned the phone to me after 8 days. But the next day the same problem occurred again. When i went to the same service center to report the problem they again kept my phone in there custody.Now its been 10 days since the phone is in there custody and I have not got the solution for my problem. They say that they are waiting for some part to arrive. If that is the case indeed then why the respective part was not replaced in the first place. Currently the situation is that my phone is with Service center for more days than i had it with me.

                I have bought sony Xperia-Z mobile on September 2013 and after 9 month vibration is not working. I have checked with sony service center. they told me its water damage so it will void warrenty. But my phone never fallen in water. i dont know how that paper become pink. Service center person check port and one of port paper has become a pink. Other papers are white. So I cannot understand how this happens. Please suggest what i do??? Regards, Sabbirali

                    My brand new Xperia Z battery is discharging within 2 hours (100% to 0%). I purchased the phone on 2nd Aug 2014. This is secondtime the same is happening, My firstxperia Z bought on 27th July which also had the same problem. Idiscussed with dealer ( Reliance digital), they replaced with a new one. Nowthe new one also having the same problem. I believe that this is the problem of the particular brand.I spend INR: 24500 for this phone. I canspend few more money, but need good phone. I thought that Sony is best. Pleasehelp me.

                      I have bought a laptop on august[protected], model no-svf15218snw in5 serial no-2092 which was later replaced to model no-svf153181SNB and the serial no[protected]new). From the very first day i am facing problems.I have already lodge numerous complains for the same and also engineers have come to fix it but sorry to say the problems is just increasing day by day.I have paid alot to bye this laptop and its my hard earn money and thus its getting frustrating for me .I am dissatisfied with this product and i dont want to keep this product anymore and want (REFUND) only, as it did no good to me by a replacement so i demand for a refund.                         I am Bhagat singh from Haryana. I bought Sony Xperia C from bahadurgarh, Haryana. But i was getting problem of low networks on my mobile for both SIMs of Idea & Airtel. Then I returned it back at Sony Customer Care, Shastri Nagar, New Delhi. They committed me to replace the defective mobile with new mobile within 7 days. But it's been 16 days and I have called them 3 times but still I have no updates when I'll get new mobile and they have also kept my mobile. So please help me regarding this issue.                           Sir, I, abhay Kumar srivastava, bought Sony LED tv, the purchase details r as follows- (a) model - KDL - 40EX520 SER NO. 2421660 (b) Date of purchase 19 Feb 2011 (c) dealer - variety hall agencies, tulsi mall, mount road, Coonoor, near ooty - 643102 2. The LED panel went defective in Jan 2012 and was replaced under warranty on 10-04-12 at Visakhapatnam (job card no. HS[protected], BY SS Agencies, Visakhapatnam(contact details [protected]/[protected]). 3. The replaced LED screen also went defective and was replaced again on[protected]invoice no. J2/FY12-05/000341 Dated 26-05-12, by SS Agencies, Visakhapatnam). 4. Again my tv has developed the same defect on 27-06-14 at Mumbai ( complaint reported vide Sony request no. 19778024,[protected] and 19953578.). The service engineer from your Authorized Service Centre M/s. Aar Vee Infoservices recommended replacement of LED panel with a repair estimate of Rs. 21, 257/-. 5. My grievance is that why a High Quality Sony tv worth RS 70000 go bad every year. Yes, its a electronic eqpt and hence could fail. My question is why the same component goes bad every time even after replacement. I suspect the the quality of replaced component and my specific piece of tv is of substandard quality. I request the company to re-look into the recurrent defect of ny TV and carry out a detailed technical analysis and audit. It is a clear cut case of POOR QUALITY product and i want my tv be repaired / replaced free of cost. It is requested that following information be provided to us:- (a) Details of total nos. of KDL - 40EX520 SOLD FROM 19 feb 2011 till todate. (b) Total nos. of complaints regarding LED panel failure during the above mentioned period. (c) LOT No. of REPLACED LED panel in my case and total nos. of LED panel FAILURES in the same lot from Jan 2012 till to date. 6. I would also like put on record the telephonic communication with following Sony Representatives, whose sole point of argument is based only on the financial expenditure likely to be incurred by Sony Coy in getting my TV repaired by the coy. These gentlemen are not willing to accept that my TV has turned out to be a rogue piece of equipment and needs replacement:- (a) Mr Allwyn Buthello ([protected]) - Officer-Customer Relation – West (b) Mr Rawal ([protected]) - Technical Head - West (c) Ms Reema Parvi - Officer -Sony Service Centre M/s.                             Hello sir/madam as you told me that visit the service center. when i go there and collect my phone the problem of my phone is as it is. and when i told them that the prob of network is still not complete they ( Mr ASHOK ) miss behave with me the told me that go to consumer court, high court, supreme court do what you can do we will not do anything. do what you can do. so please help me other wise i have no option i will go to consumer court. there is clearly written on job sheet that the prob is network and the still didn't check about network and they change the loud speaker. what the want to prove that the customer is mad, customer cant do anything, now see whatt i can do. if you can do something about this so please help me. if you cant help me then i have no option. i want to remind you again that the prob of my ph is network not loudspeaker, and the change the loudspeaker but the network prob is still as it is. i want to complaint against N.R.I ELECTRONICS please raise the complaint number for miss behave with me in public.                               SIR, I have purchased sony xperia z2 on this 28 july iin sony store. this is very good mobile in india .but my mobile is heating (warm) in back side playing game, use data, & wifi, ... my mobile model no.                                 Dear Sir/Mam, It is disappointing and painful for me to write complain against Such Branded Company. I am one of the prominent customer of your reputed Organization having Laptop, Television, Camera etc all of Sony brand. But Camera (Model No- DSC-WX200/SCE[protected] which I bought last year in the month of September got damaged (LCD broken and camera switch broken) though I argued with Sony service centre that it is not physically damaged since uper cover was intact and internal LCD got damaged which was declared Physical damage by Service centre, even though there was not even a single scratch on the camera still it was declared as Physical damage. I accepted the same and submitted my Camera for maintenance at Sony Service Centre on dated 12 July 14 at Happy Care Services Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar Odisha and was assured that it will be rectified soon.Surprisingly no response I got from Service centre even till today. I enquired the same on around 25 July and got the reply that they will get back to me within half an hour but still I am waiting for that half an hour. Today morning at around 10:30 am, I again tried but all phone numbers were found switch off. I am writing this complain after so many try since I live in Jharsuguda Odisha and it is not possible for me to go again and again to BBSR to see them personally. Such type of Service from SONY was not expected and it s forcing me to rethink in future to purchase any product from SONY. Hope for positive response from your side.                                   Hi all I brought a Sony Led of 70k from Croma Bangalore in Nov 2013. Bill- SLF02A[protected]. I am facing sound issue from starting have raised many complain (BON290414FS00003 and new one BON060714FS00002 and BON240714FS00020 ) but no solutions. Croma raised many complain with Sony Noida service center (SR[protected] no solution provided by Sony they replaced the board still same sound issue is there this all going last one month. Closed the complaint without confirm with me . I did a big mistake to buy Sony product. No Service after sell they are very unprofessional. I got cheated but suggest other to keep away and do not buy sony product. They don’t care customer after sold the product. The language service center/Engineer was using are very ruff. Keep it up your 3rd class customer service and lost your customer.Sony India not worth to busy any product.

                                    Description of item: Sony smart phone – M2 Dear, I bought (Sony – M2 mobile) from you (through authorised dealer – Hotspot India) at a cost of 21, 000/-, which included headset charges and insurance. I paid by (Credit card). The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (as amended) state that I am entitled to a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to return goods, commencing the working day after the day on which they were received. When i was walked up at service centre for receiving my headset then your representative at there was committed to me that you will get your headset within coming next week but i was telling by her that need to wait for 7- 10 working days maximum for receiving your item. She was given me DOA job sheet for collecting the same. I am, therefore, returning the (Sony – M2 mobile) to you and cancelling my dealing. Please arrange to refund my money as soon as possible. I really fed-up with your service and not satisfied actually. It’s a big time waste on sony now a days and quality and support has degraded all of sudden.

                                        I reached sony service center(lajpat nagar-E17) at 5pm and asked for token. Girl sitting at counter refused to give me token bec time was limited and 10 custoner were waiting. She said service center open till 6pm but the notice outside says iits opopen till 7pm. On insisting she gave the token. That too very rudely. I dnt expect this kind of behaviour from Sony. And just to repair xperia Z2 charger cover(cover that keep the charging port and sim port covered) they are asking 7 days. R u kidding me. 7 days sony??? Hv u ever compare ur servixes with samsung. Please do tht and u will knw your position. Just making high end phone is not it. U shld maintain ur standard. I m highly disappointed.
