I have bought SONY XPERIA L on[protected], Since then am facing issues with the mobile as mentioned below

1.Switch off button doesn't respond
2.If I opened walk man application phone goes mad and the screen flickers
3.Proximity sensor going faulty doesn't respond
4.Getting over heated during call
5.Getting hanged frequently

Even after providing service for three times the problem not resolved
Every time i get a reply that its a SW fault and it will be solved in next update
Two updates had came till now.. but no solution

Why you are releasing a mobile model with this much problem ???
This makes me irritated feel about sony

    phone was covered under "ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE PROTECTION" so i bought the phone from croma instead of flipkart . The phone is with service center since half a month they havent replaced my phone they keep rejectiong my phone for no reason, i keep writing emails they give vague answers, the toll free people lie to me saying the phone is at the head office where as its at the service center. i am fed up i dont trust sony to service my phone when im in need i dont want this phone i will never buy sony, it cost me 49, 000 and this happens in 6 days and i dont have my phone since half a month

      The phone had been working fine. Never had a physical damage. Never had it been repaired. Nor did it ever get wet. Suddenly one fine day, the touch goes mad.acting like it has a ghost in it. Typing when I don't touch and not typing when there is an action performed. Warranty or not, is this how a device get possesed and then we are to dump it?

        I am currently facing issues with my FM Walkman which is not getting charged neither getting reset. I had purchased a Sony FM Walkman in 2010 April which was replaced by a brand new FM Walkman from Sony Center, Sector 34, Chandigarh on April 2011.

        Upon sharing my problem with Sony Center Vaishali, UP, I was denied the replacement of the faulty components of the Walkman and consequently asked to produce the bill or warranty card (which I had disposed after one year as it was not required afterwards). I have been assured 70% discount on a brand new model if the bill or warranty card is furnished.

        However, in my case, the discount on a new set has been limited to 20% of the price which is apparently a blatant duress. To prove the my Walkman was not stolen and legitimately purchased, I have been repeatedly mentioning that my name (Abhay Dhar) and replacement record can be traced from April 2011 replacement records Chandigarh, Sector 34 Service Center.

        Moreover, the warranty card or any such users’ manual did not, explicitly or implicitly, mention the need to preserve/furnish the document upon the expiry of warranty.

        Please look into the matter as I value my hard earned money. Either get my Walkman replaced at legitimate charges or please change the nonfunctional component for which I am willing to pay the charges.

          Respected sir, I have purchased a new sony experia m2 dual form kottayam sony center kerala, on 03 may 2014. Not less than 3 months my phone projected issues regarding improper functioning of mic. I have addresses the issue to sony service center at kottayam (madonna), and I have been replied back that my phone mic needs to be replaced with a new piece. The time frame given for me was more than 2 weeks, which is not acceptable for me at any cost. I have spent 21, 000 rs for this phone which is supposed to service me for at least 2 years with no issues. I was a hard core fan of sony and this is 14th phone from sony, but now I am totally distressed and i have lost faith in this brand. I don't understand the fact regarding the non availability of spare for new models. Sony should not introduce new models to the market unless if they don't have full spare support. My 90% of the job is done through my phone and hence its absence is a great disaster for me. My job no is W[protected]. I kindly request the authority to take necessary steps in delivering my phone at the earliest. I also request sony to address the issue seriously, because service plays a major role in showcasing a strong brand, and sony was a kind before, not at present. This is a great lesson for me and in future i will never opt sony as a brand for mobiles. Hopefully thanking you sanjeev

            I had purchased a XPERIA ZL before 8 months . Few days back it got switched off and from that time i am not able to switch it on This was happened second time with in this 8 Months, First time they replaced my mobile, But same problem with four months happened again When i checked with the nearest service centre, they have informed that the board need to be changed. But i need to know that how come the board getting problem within two months & again four months. I am already using a sony phone since last two years and i didn't have any problem till now. By this belief only i have purchased the new phone from the same brand. But right now i have got in trouble. I am not able to use the phone for which i had spend around 30000rs.Now i am given repairing to same service two week back still i am get back my hand set jod card number: w[protected]. Mobile Purchased on October 2013, First Complaint Happened on Jan 2014, Second Complaint happened on July 2014 I want the write solution, First time i made the online complaint to Sony, i Have the all document.               I'm regretting big time after buying Sony VAIO laptop last year in Feb. Since then, the DVD Drive has stopped working, the Hard Drive has crashed and now the Keyboard is useless. I've already spent Rs. 8500 to replace the HDD, new DVD Drive is more than Rs. 6000 and the Keyboard replacement cost is Rs. 4500. I'm shocked by this pathetic quality of product from such a reputed brand. I'll never ever buy Sony again in my life and stop others from doing so as well. I've sent a complaint mail to Sony India and still haven't received any call or email from them. This is as if you people don't care about maintaining your reputation at all. I was getting the same configuration at Rs. 5000 less in other reputed brands. But I went for Sony, trusting its brand value. But the outcome of this useless laptop has taught me a lesson to never trust any brand just by its name. My complaint IDs are: 19972892 and 19973762. I hope of receiving a human reply this time.

                I bought the phone only because of seeing adverts of its water proof quality.But sadly it wasn't.I don't know how and when i contacted the service they told me its not bound to guarantee.Then why you fooled many customers like me with your fake advertisement.I just want a compensation or replacement.

                  I have given my sony vaio laptop, Model No.VPCEH25EN/B IN5, Sr.No.7062995, in which O.S.was not booting up to M/S.Sree Balaji Electronics, Sony Authorized Service Center, Vivek Nagar, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, Telangana State. My Job Card No.was J41521498 Dt.12/07/2014.After keeping the set for 4 days the informed me that its mother board was damaged and needs replacement which was estimated by them for Rs.12, 800.00. I got a doubt and took back the laptop to a local repairer and he immediately on display of Blue Screen error said that there is a problem with RAM and not with mother board. On opening of the cover he observed that the RAM was not seated properly . He fixed it and it started working excellently. Are the people there fooling the customers for repairs and replacing parts that are not in existent. I think it is business tactics to sell the spares to cheat the gullible customers. It is a serious issue to me which had caused much agony. When I contacted them immediately after the problem was found out by the local repairer they are giving me vague answers. I need an explanation from you why such hopeless service by untrained personnel are being thrust on us and who try to cheat us.

Jisme se laptop ki LED ki light bahar aati thi. aur panel loose tha. is problum k liye maine apna laptop service senter pe diya. jisme mera laptop poora 1month rakhne k bd ye kaha gya k abhi part available nhi h. jab aa jayege tb aapko inform kar diya jayega uar hand to hand sahi kar diya jayega. 15-20 din tk koi call nhi ayi to maine khud submit kar diya. fir se 35 din k bd ye kaha gya k aapka laptop compony se replace ho kar aayega. abhi aap ise le jaiye. jb laptop aa jayega to aap exchange kar lijiyega. fir 1 se 2 month k bd mere paas caal ayi k apna laptop le aayiye parts aa gye hai. maine submit kar diya. fir ye kaha gya k parts galat aa gye hai. ise delhi bhej rahe hai hum. 5 din k baad ye kaha gya k aapke parts fir sr order pe laga diye gye hai. aaj 15 din se jada ho gye hai call nhi aayi h. sir mai sony compony se bahut pareshan ho gya hu. please meri problum ko solve kar dijiye...

                        I bought by phone (SONY XPERIA ST26i) on June 17, 2103.The warranty period is over 3weeks back.My phone was having problem for the last 2 weeks.It was getting heated.Now it is shut down.I am told that the mother board needs to be changed.This is expensive.I have already bought the phone for Rs 14, 490 and within 1 year i cannot spent another Rs 7000 again for the board.I am sure this is a defective piece and the company should be replacing me with a new phone. I have used cheaper phones of other brands and no such complaints have ever come up. I regret buying a SONY handset.

He is so busy that its almost a month and no one has visited my place. I am surprised to see the kind of issue I am facing from SONY.                             Dear Sir/Madam,

                            Please refer to trailing mail and the information requested is already with SONY INDIA, this is only a delaying tactic.
                            Nevertheless, I state the following:

                            I bought SONY 40" LED TV with 3 years extended Warranty on 13 Mar'2011 for Rs. 70, 000/-. The day Warrantee expired, the TV also expired.The TV is at SONY Authorized Service Centre since then...:(

                            I paid Rs. 3000/- for repairs with same problem still persisting. Now, I am asked to pay additional Rs.17, 000/- for repairs. The TV to cost me Rs. 90, 000/- with NO WARRANTY!!!

                            5. Contacting TOLL FREE No[protected] every day with NO RESPONSE/DECISION, till date.

                            6. Visited www.sony.co.in 15 (Fifteen) Times and lodge proper complaint with NO RESULTS, as yet.

                            Will anybody at SONY is listening and HELP me ????

                              I have given my Sony DSLR camera model DSC - H2 to your service centre at Guwahati for repair vide Job no - J41415687 dated 30/06/2014 which I bought from Guwahati Sony Distributor. When the job was open by the service centre, they have taken an advance of Rs.4000 from me against the spare parts which need to be replaced in my camera and against an estimated cost of repair of Rs.7500. The service centre has enquired with Sony HO regarding availability of the spares and ensured me of delivery of the camera within 7 days. When, till today, I have not received any response from the service centre, I have called up them today and came to know that the spare parts for my camera that is the Lens is not available with SONY and they cant repair it. Against this, SONY has offered to me to buy a new camera model no wx220. Now, when I bought this camera in 2006, that time this H2 model was the best available model by Sony having big lens and with SLR feature. Now, why shall I go for an inferior camera which is not even at par with the then H2 camera/lens. I am not interested in this offer of Sony and I should not be spent more than Rs.8000 to get a new camera of HX model or any DSLR model. If the Sony lens (Spares) is not available with Sony, I should not suffer for that.

                                I bought sony z ultra(c6802) few months back, but unfortunately after 2 months it accidentally slipped from my hand and fell on the floor, as a result it's screen was damaged.Then i went to sony service center nearest to me and submitted the phone. Just like they, i went back to them after 10 days. Then they told me that you need id proof to get the phone.But unfortunately i lost my pan card few months back so now i only have the letter that comes with pan card and FIR complaint of lost pan card.So i went back to them by carrying RATION CARD of my father, where my name and birth date was mentioned, but they refused to take that.So i kindly request you to help me.

                                  My name is aarti kanojia . I had purchased Sony Experia SP in the month of November 2013 . In month of May'14 had a problem regarding the speaker .when I had been to service centre at malad and ghatkopar they claim there is water inside the mobile and if after repairing it doesn't work it's not their responsibility . Been the mobile in warranty still receiving this kind of answers.,

                                    My name is Arpit. I bought Sony T-2 ultra 4 months back. Phone is not working as i was told by service center that Motherboard is damaged and you need to pay R13000 for the new motherboard. I am shocked and disappointed to hear this that i spent R24000 for this new mobile 4 months back and i have to pay R13000 again for the motherboard. Why is it so? Motherboard should be included in the warranty. How can anyone pay this much amount again for this issue. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                      TO, Sony service, I have bought my sony phone for 29000 which is xperiaZR IMEI NO :[protected] purchased on 12 sep 2013 and it got power off automatically and did not got on so I submitted my phone to service center on 6 th nov and I did not got a spare phone instead of that . On 13 nov 2013 I received a new phone which was replaced by my old phone new phone IMEI NO:[protected] . Again I had problem of battery and after 2 days of my problem of battery my phone display was broken so I submitted my phone on 16 th December and that time also I did not received a spare phone and service center person told me you need to pay RS 10227 and RS 281 Service charge at that time I demanded for new phone upgraded phone that is xperia z I would pay the difference I told him but he said we cannot give new phone you will get xpeia zr only . I told him i am facing battery problem in this phone and preious phone got power off so I did was not satisfied with xperia zr I got my new phone replaced on 7 th jan 2014 with IMEI no : [protected] . Again on 17 th feb I was facing problem in phone . It was getting over heated and its battery was draning fast I submitted the phone in service center and I got a spare phone that time I received my phone on 27 feb 2014 with new IMEI no :[protected]. Again I was facing problem in battery I submitted my phone on 7 july 2014and I did not received the job sheet service center people told we r not able to make your job sheet due to multiple imei number . On 8 th july I received my phone updated but still there was a problem of battery so saurabh at service center told that I will change your battery so I called the sony service at[protected] AND I demanded a new upgraded phone that is xperia Z, z1, z2 I would pay the difference I had a word with utsav which is senior at customer care I had talked with him for 2 hrs he told me you submit the phone again we will look in to your case and give a updated phone to you and you need to pay the difference I had talked a lot with him I had a leg injury and I was in service center for 3 hrs and I told I will submit the phone but service center person told that you need to fill the form again and stand in line for 1 hr 30 min that but due to leg injury I could not wait I need to take medicine so I went home and called customer support and talked to utsav and gave all imei no he said I will help you out I will accelerate your case again in evening I faced battery problem so gain I visited the service center on 9 th july I submitted my phone and they updated my phone and gave me back and said please format or scan your sd card before inserting I said service center you submit my phone I have talked to utsav which is senior in customer but they were not submitting my phone so I waited till 12:30 I called customer care talked to utsav that they are not submitting my phone he then had a word with service center and he said they will take your phone and give you jobsheet and I submitted my phone with job sheet no W[protected] and utsav said I will talk to my seniors in this case . At that day alo I was in service center for 3 hrs and I said utsav I need a new phone xperia z but I will not pay the difference because I have faced lots and lots of problem due to your phone again and again it is getting replaced again and again I need to install all data in my phone you are not giving spare phone your communication between customer care and service center is poor all because your company I need to face problem I got a message on 12 th july we cannot give you new phone you need to take this phone only .i have purchased sony phone for my convenience but I am facing problem again and again when I pay 30000 so I need to get proper service which I am not getting my phone is ready at service center but I will not take that phone I need a upgraded phone I am facing lots of problem and I have been fighting to utsav since 6 hrs on phone for a new phone .i will do a case on sony for harassment I have all proof with me all my bills voice recordings how much time I was in service center how they treated me I would be thank full if you look in to my case give me a new upgraded phone . it is because of your poor phones why the customer has to suffer Gaurav chopra [protected]

                                        Hi,
                                        My name is Hunny Kalyan. I purchased a Notebook from Sony on the 3rd oct . There were some problems with the Laptop so i tried customer care last month there was no proper solution provided. So i decided to visit your Service centre. I live in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. There is a service centre here. I visited that centre so what they are telling me is a all together new story, what they are saying is you purchased the Laptop in the month of March not Oct. I purchased it on the 03rd Oct so it is written 03/10/2013 here on my bills, what they are telling me you need to pay only reason warranty is expired. I told them that it is under warranty they simply don't listen.
                                        I tried your Cust Service no again today the time was 07:07 Pm. I reached a Guy i told him that do you want my Model No/Serial No to begin with. He put me on hold saying let me check your details without even taking any details from my end, i was on hold and then he hung up
                                        I am very much unsatisfied with the service's and seriously this is not good.
                                        Some Urgent Action is Required as well
