    TV complaint started in May14. not resolved as of now. Since the Vashi service centre which is a third party service center the approach n service were highly unprofessional, i requested for a service from any other authorised service center. Sony not responding. I surely recommend with this experience not to buy Sony products as neither the quality nor the service are up to the set standards/ expectations.

      Please note that I had given my Sony Xperia Z phone on 3rd July, Job No.W[protected], to your authorised service centre, AROMA INSTANT SERVICES.I bought it on 1/2/2014 with the M.R.P of 35000/-. There was problem in its Wifi and Mic and is under ADP. After its inspection the service center told me that they are going to replace it under ADP. Please note that till now i have not received my cell once and every time I go there I am given next weeks date. I have provided every proof four times till now .13 days before I submitted my last proof and but when I visited yesterday, They said "Sorry we didn't received any proof from your side" and after searching it for 5min ..they found it in their own cabin .Finally my precious 13 days are wasted again.Today its 30th day and they haven't given the phone yet. Today I called them up.. a lady picked up the call. She told to wait for next 25 days due to lack of Xperia Z ... I kindly request you to replace my phone.

        I brought a Sony VAIO SVF15212SNB-IN5 on 1-5-2014 from authorised dealer SARGAM Electronics S/N 0007904. I purchased it because SONY is branded company which assured great performance but the reality is truly opposite. The Laptop create problem from the very beginning. Laptop hangs at the regular interval and also it shows slow performance. I am truly dissatisfied with the performance of the company. I am sorry to say but It is really wastage of money of investing on Sony VAIO. I hope that you take my problem seriously and solve it as soon as possible.

          I've visited your service center thrice and have 2 job sheets as well, 3rd time they said this will heat much more than what I was complaining. When I told this the way to speak with customers he said we will not entertain your request and when told will complaint he said nothing will happen. Same thing is reflecting, after couple of months I'd registered this case and today you are replying.I'm going to registered a complaint under consumer court as not getting satisfied answer. Also I'll discourage people to buy Sony products as its a pathetic brand where it's not listening to customer voice. Regards Puneet

            HI Sir/ Madam

            I am Mr Siddhartha Potti, I am terribly upset with your Sony Laptop Product which I bought 10months back.

            As I said I am really upset with your product with two instance occurred in two weeks.

            As 2 weeks before all of the sudden my laptop dint get on and spoke to your service center and took my laptop to Sony Service Centre in Kormagal Banagalore, which they sorted my issue and got my laptop.

            And not today I.e on 01Aug2014 I am facing the same issue again.

            So Sir/Madam can you please change my product and give me new one with all my data which was present in my laptop as i couldnt run to you service centers every 2 weeks and also please I need same model which I had problem with.

            HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER FEELINGS.

              Hello Sir/Ma'am, I purchased a Sony Xperia ZL mobile on 15 Jan 2014 and after 7 days it started creating some charging problem then I went to service center, at that time they replaced the handset with a new one. Now after about 6 months I faced the same problem with this handset. I went to service center and they said that we can not repair this so we will keep this and will give you another handset. Then they said that Xperia ZL is not available so you will be getting Xperia Z and I agreed to them. They asked me it will take 7 to 10 days to process this, then I went to service center after 7 days, there I came to know that the company is giving me a refurbished handset not the new one. I refused to accept that and asked them to give a new handset or repair my handset. Then they said this is not possible you will be getting a refurbished handset only. Then I asked them to show me this thing in the warranty policy of Sony Xperia mobile, they told me that you can talk to customer support as well this is our policy we can not give new handset. After that I checked the warranty policy on the Sony Xperia website and it was clearly mentioned "THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY." It's been more than 15 days, I have talked to customer support as well and they are not accepting it. Please help me in resolving this matter. Thanks & Regards, Sandeep

                Hi, This is regarding my sony vaio svf14a15 laptop which was under onsite warranty. Right aero keycap of my laptop was removed so I called to customer care on 10 July 2014 and they redirect me to service center. On same day I visited to service center and they said please come to our office after 6-7 days right now part is not available we will change the key cap once it will be available.So I visited on 18th july again and they said right now your laptop is out of warranty and we will do replacement of part on chargeable basis so I said what will be the charges they said Rs13500 I have few points- 1- When my laptop was under onsite warranty why customer care people redirect me to service center. 2- First Day when I visited to service center they said key cap is not available and on 18 they said whole keyboard needs to be changed. 3- Why they misguided me .                   I had given my mobile to sony authorized service centre on 13/06/14 at vellore(paragon enterprises)...till now my mobile not serviced...they prank me to come to service centre and saying some un valuable reasion everytime...its shame to sony service centre...they are saying that mobile is in delhi...later chennai again delhi and so...poor service inn sony i didnt xpect this...please take necessary acton within 3 days and want my mobile back...please take action and help me out...i had everything proof and job sheet for the date and so...they had given manual job sheet... contacct me asap [protected]

                    I purchased a KDL-40CX520 T.V. from Middle East and brought to India. After one year the said TV had a complaint auto power off. I gave the TV to the Sony authorized service center kottayam(Madonna) and they told me that it was due to mistake of mother board. They told the repair cost around 10500. I emailed to the Sony customer support team and they replied that what service center said was correct. I authorize them to change the mother board. After two weeks they gave me the serviced TV. But unfortunately when I reached home and watching TV on the first day auto power off is again repeated at various intervals .I phoned the service center about the same matter and they replied to bring back the TV to service center. I carried the TV to the same service center and they after one day said TV is perfect .Again I took it back to home .The same complaint affected me. I again called to service center and they said it was due to my homes electric supply mistake. I told them that a Sony 32 inch TV and a very old Sony Brava are working in my home without any complaint and how should this? From their comment a second thought I tested the said TV in my wife house also. There also the same complaint repeated. Again I gave the TV to the same service center and waited for one month and there was no intimation from the service center .I again reached the service center for taking the TV and at that time they said the complaint was due to some electrical component inside the TV and they have ordered for the spare part. So it is clear that there are mistakes Please compensate the cost of mother board is Rs.10500 and transportation expense Rs., 4000 occurred .                     I have submitted by mobile(Sony Xperia ZL) at Immortal Services, 1/15 1st floor, Lalita Park, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 26 Near Lalita Park Gurdwara Sahib, Laxmi Nagar on 12.07.2014.
                    My job tracking id is W[protected].
                    Its around 30 days now and I haven't got any update from any of the sony customer care executive about my product. From last 20 days I am calling to them and getting no proper reply form their side.
                    Earlier
                    it was told that my mobiles motherboard is being replaced, after 2 days
                    I called back again and then I got the reply that sony is providing me
                    replacement of sony xperia Z (no call from sony again). I agreed for the
                    same on 22.07.14 but even after that the same was being forwarded to
                    central sony office on 29th (delay from immortal services again).
                    On 27th I went to immortal services for my phone but their a service
                    executive named Pradeep talked me very harshly stating that "HE WAS NOT THEIR TO TO THAT WORK ONLY, HE ALSO HAVE SOME PERSONAL WORKS"Then
                    on 01.08.2014 I called to[protected] to file my complaint, their a
                    customer support executive named Mr. Pradeep listened my query and told
                    me to provide update within 48 hrs but again a false promise and again
                    today on 05.08.14 I have to call again for the status and a new
                    customer support executive named Mr. Sohail again provided me some
                    illogical updates and told that my case will be handled by Mr.Pradeep.

                    I am wasting my money in calling to them and asking like a begger for my phone.
                    i have given my xperia c on 27th of june & problem that was only charging bt after seven days you care center not any answer.not repaired my phone so far..today i called (4th july)

                      My name is Nilesh mudaliar.i had logged a complaint with sony regarding the LED problem on 15th july.my complaint number is 19986962 i was being told that the issue will be solved in 3 days.After 3 days i was told it will take more 7 days for the issue to get solved.even after completion of 7 days i was given a fake promise that the issue will be solved shortly.it has been more than 15 days now and no one has contacted me regarding this issue.my product is still under warranty with an extension of 2 yrs.i have sent them mails but no positive response from the other side. nilesh mudaliar nilesh.[protected]@gmail.com

                        Voice getting disconnected while talking over a call.. Got replacemnt from company over the doa set. But agaon same problem persists .

                        Its a big time waste on sony now a days. Quality and support has degraded all of sudden.

                        I wish not to buy a sony phone or its products in future . Also i speak to my relatives and friends not to go for these products ever.


                        All i left with is a consumer caurt complaint. If sony has to say something, please look after your suppport .

                          i had given my mobile (xperia z) on 12th of July. they told it will take 7 days. today its 19th day and they haven't given the phone yet. today i called them up.. a lady picked up the call. She told she will call back in 5mins n=and never turned up... is this the way they treat customers?? I kindly request you to replace my phone . i dont want this headache

                            I purchased the mobile xperia z1 from the Sony authorised dealer AVIT DIGITAL F30C CANNOUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI PIN CODE 110001 on 25th July before purchasing the product i check the rate from the official sight of Sony India the sight was mentioning the free gift of portable charger when i check with the store manager he refuse to give when I cross check with Sony India they gave me the reference no 1-[protected] and still I am waiting for the reply although I send them 2 reminders

                                  Dear All, i bought a laptop from sony vio on 13/09/2013 till the time i bought i never used this laptop without getting problem my touch pad was not working also mouse status was not clear if i click some were it didnt click on that i already visit two times in service centre they do not do the solution they only format my laptop and return back to me i am really sick and my temper level goes high whenever i used this some of time i thought i thrown it.i feel very sad about all that . Also subjected to harassment of customer vis a vis degrading the image of SONY if I would go in public space .. I want to reiterate the fact that I am disheartened and sad to experience this vary attitude of popular SONY brand I am confident and hopeful that SONY shall address my problem in order to maintain the customer relationship and resolved the same as soon as possible kindly do the needful as per the urgent basis.. all the details i mention below.                                     Dear Sir/ Madam, I bought SONY Xperia ZL in Dec 2013, However after few months the phone had mic problem due to which my voice was not reachable to the person calling me. On June 07th, 2014, i gave my phone in SONY service centre (CCOM F-11, Eternity Mall, Teen Haath Naka, Thane (West) – 400601. Maharashtra India Tel:+[protected] since it was in Warranty period (Job ID: W[protected]. They promised me to return it same day if there is a software issue & in 7-10 days if there is a hardware issue. After numerous calls and reminders 3 weeks later they offered me new Xperia Z to be delivered in a week. However, I have not received the delivery of the promised offer till date. And unfortunately, every time on contacting their Customer Care Department all I had received was an apology and never ending assurance of delivering my phone within next 7 days. Today, (29th July, 2014) i got a message stating my handset is ready and i will be getting a refurbish handset. Why do i accept a handset that is refurbished and when they have already offered me an Xperia Z. I would be grateful to you if you can solve my issue.(Job ID: W[protected]

                                      TO, Sony service, I have bought my sony phone for 29000 which is xperiaZR IMEI NO :[protected] purchased on 12 sep 2013 and it got power off automatically and did not got on so I submitted my phone to service center on 6 th nov and I did not got a spare phone instead of that . On 13 nov 2013 I received a new phone which was replaced by my old phone new phone IMEI NO:[protected] . Again I had problem of battery and after 2 days of my problem of battery my phone display was broken so I submitted my phone on 16 th December and that time also I did not received a spare phone and service center person told me you need to pay RS 10227 and RS 281 Service charge at that time I demanded for new phone upgraded phone that is xperia z I would pay the difference I told him but he said we cannot give new phone you will get xpeia zr only . I told him i am facing battery problem in this phone and precious phone got power off so I did was not satisfied with xperia zr I got my new phone replaced on 7 th jan 2014 with IMEI no : [protected] . Again on 17 th feb I was facing problem in phone . It was getting over heated and its battery was draning fast I submitted the phone in service center and I got a spare phone that time I received my phone on 27 feb 2014 with new IMEI no :[protected]. Again I was facing problem in battery I submitted my phone on 7 july 2014and I did not received the job sheet. service center people told we are not able to make your job sheet due to multiple imei number I had sat there for 2 hrs and I had a major leg injury . On 8 th july I received my phone updated but still there was a problem of battery so saurabh at service center told that I will change your battery so I called the sony service at[protected] and I demanded a new upgraded phone that is xperia Z, z1, z2, I had a word with utsav which is senior at customer care I had talked with him for 2 hrs he told me you submit the phone again we will look in to your case and give a updated phone to you and you need to pay the difference I had talked a lot with him I had a leg injury and I was in service center for 3 hrs30 min and I told I will submit the phone but service center person told that you need to fill the form again and stand in line for 1 hr 30 min but on 7 th when I was in line I did not receive the job sheet so it is service center fault and they want me to again stand in line this is simple harassment means you want a person to sit in service center for 5 hours it does not makes any sense we don’t have work we need to home .i was having a leg injury I need to take my tablet I can not walk much I can not sit for long I need to keep my leg elevated . I could not wait so I went home and called customer support and talked to utsav and gave all imei no he said I will help you out I will accelerate your case again in evening I faced battery problem so gain I visited the service center on 9 th july I submitted my phone and they updated my phone and gave me back and said please format or scan your sd card before inserting I said service center you submit my phone I have talked to utsav which is senior in customer but they were not submitting my phone so I waited till 12:30 I called customer care talked to utsav that they are not submitting my phone he then had a word with service center and he said they will take your phone and give you jobsheet and I submitted my phone with job sheet no W[protected] and utsav said I will talk to my seniors in this case . At that day alo I was in service center for 3 hrs 30 min and I said utsav I need a new phone xperia z but I will not pay the difference because I have faced lots and lots of problem due to your phone again and again it is getting replaced again and again I need to install all data in my phone you are not giving spare phone my parents are shouting that again and again your phone is in service center your concentration in studies you come all the way from Kolhapur to submit your phone why you don’t have service center there I need to beg for a spare phone to my friends because service center does not give me spare phones by submitting phone in service for 3 times my 1 month warranty is wasted because my phone was in service center and the communication between customer care and service center is poor all because your company I need to face problem I got a message on 12 th july we cannot give you new phone you need to take this phone only .i have purchased sony phone for my convenience but I am facing problem again and again when I pay 30000 so I should to get proper service and customer support and I am demanding that I am not begging that from you but I am not getting that support. I again called at toll free o and talked with senior lalit he did the same he said I will forward your request but he did not gave me reply I have arranged a call back from lalit in 3 consecutive days but he did not called me so again I called him he said I can not help you you need to contact rudra patil he is service center incharge lalit had kept my call on 40 min hold for 3 times you can check your call log at service center toll free no I called rudra patil but instead of listening to me he started arguing with me he was least bouthered to solve my problem he said you are lying your phone only 2 times at the service center but I said I have all bills with proof I can tell you my phone had got replaced 3 times and the was not ready to accept he kept my phone and I tried to message him but he did not replied my phone is ready at service center but I will not take that phone I need a upgraded phone I am facing lots of problem and I have been fighting to utsav mathur and lalit and rudra patil since 22 hours on phone for a new phone .i will do a case on sony for harassment I have all proof with me all my bills voice recordings how much time I was in service center how they treated me . I have mailed at sony service but I got a reply we will call you in 48 hours but it has been 8 days I haven’t received any call I have sebd mail 3 times but sony least bothered to solve my problem I received mail from juhi arora, mohd aamir and rohit singh saying that we value your importance and concern we will call you back in 48 hours but not even a single call I received I would be thank full if you look in to my case give me a new upgraded phone . it is because of your poor phones why the customer has to suffer Gaurav chopra [protected]

                                        Ashwini Fatehpuria 26, Jelia Para Lane, Salkia, Howrah - 711106 We purchased a laptop of Sony on 2 Feb, 2013 and also purchased extended warranty for 2 years. All of sudden a few days back the display was off so the laptop was sent to service center they took approx a month to repair. On the day we got the laptop back the laptop was with some software issue, it was getting off when we started the laptop or takes 1 hour to start and same to shut-down. We are contacting Sony customer care they every time misguide and we are asking regularly asking them to replace the faulty laptop they keep our phones for hold and doesnot connect our line to concern department.
