I had given my mobile to sony authorized service centre on 13/06/14 at vellore(paragon enterprises)...till now my mobile not serviced...they prank me to come to service centre and saying some un valuable reasion everytime...its shame to sony service centre...they are saying that mobile is in delhi...later chennai again delhi and so...poor service inn sony i didnt xpect this...please take necessary acton within 3 days and want my mobile back...please...

I purchased a KDL-40CX520 T.V. from Middle East and brought to India. After one year the said TV had a complaint auto power off. Voice getting disconnected while talking over a call.. Got replacemnt from company over the doa set. But agaon same problem persists .

Its a big time waste on sony now a days. Quality and support has degraded all of sudden.

I wish not to buy a sony phone or its products in future . Also i speak to my relatives and friends not to go for these products ever.
