I purchased a Sony Xperia ZL mobile on 15 Jan 2014 and after 7 days it started creating some charging problem then I went to service center, at that time they replaced the handset with a new one. Now after about 6 months I faced the same problem with this handset. I went to service center and they said that we can not repair this so we will keep this and will give you another handset. Then they said that Xperia ZL is not available so you will be getting Xperia Z and I agreed to them. They asked me it will take 7 to 10 days to process this, then I went to service center after 7 days, there I came to know that the company is giving me a refurbished handset not the new one. I refused to accept that and asked them to give a new handset or repair my handset. Then they said this is not possible you will be getting a refurbished handset only. Then I asked them to show me this thing in the warranty policy of Sony Xperia mobile, they told me that you can talk to customer support as well this is our policy we can not give new handset. After that I checked the warranty policy on the Sony Xperia website and it was clearly mentioned "THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY."
It's been more than 15 days, I have talked to customer support as well and they are not accepting it.
Please help me in resolving this matter.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My job tracking id is W[protected].
Its around 30 days now and I haven't got any update from any of the sony customer care executive about my product. From last 20 days I am calling to them and getting no proper reply form their side.
Earlier
it was told that my mobiles motherboard is being replaced, after 2 days
I called back again and then I got the reply that sony is providing me
replacement of sony xperia Z (no call from sony again). I agreed for the
same on 22.07.14 but even after that the same was being forwarded to
central sony office on 29th (delay from immortal services again).
On 27th I went to immortal services for my phone but their a service
executive named Pradeep talked me very harshly stating that "HE WAS NOT THEIR TO TO THAT WORK ONLY, HE ALSO HAVE SOME PERSONAL WORKS"Then
on 01.08.2014 I called to[protected] to file my complaint, their a
customer support executive named Mr. Pradeep listened my query and told
me to provide update within 48 hrs but again a false promise and again
today on 05.08.14 I have to call again for the status and a new
customer support executive named Mr. Sohail again provided me some
illogical updates and told that my case will be handled by Mr.Pradeep.
I am wasting my money in calling to them and asking like a begger for my phone.
