Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that i had given my Sony Xperia ST27i phone on 5th July, Job No.W[protected], to your authorised service centre, Service Point at District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi-58. I was told that the phone could not be repaired and shall have be to replaced at a cost of Rs.6247/- and shall take 7 days for the same. i agreed and paid Rs.500/ as advance for the same.Please note that till now i have not received the cell and every time i call up i am given next weeks date. Noe the new date is next week Wednesday 30th July. Please note that i am really fed up with this Sony Mobile and the service levels.This would be me 5th or 6th visit for repair work.Please note that when i had bought this phone on 8-8-2012...it had problems as its cell lock sensor was not working and every time you keep the phone on your ear the call used to get disconnected. Some how the phone was replaced by the vendor from where i had bought since i buy other phones also from them but the problem persisted with the new phone as well and i had to live with that problem after going to the service centre and they formatting and doing some job but could not cure the problem. Today again i have an issue and i am feeling harassed and handicapped in spite of spending 19, 500 on the phone and again spending another 6247/- . request if some one can call me and address my concerns at the earliest without further delay. regds, Puneet

      Hi, I am having a Sony Xperia C mobile. Overall quality and performance of this mobile is good, and I am satisfied with it, except the concern of sudden death. It suddenly gets switched off anytime and does not gets On. I have also visited the Sony Service Center 5 times, but still the problem persists. The Service Center executive make the problem gone just for sometime. After a couple of weeks it again creates the same trouble. The date of purchase of this mobile is "2nd Of March, 2014". Its just about 4 months only after purchasing and it has been submitted in service center several times, I am bearing the loss of my data everytime whenever it goes to the service center. I just want my mobile to be replaced with a brand new set with no manufacturing defect. I am attaching the job sheet of the service center. A line in response would be appreciated.

        i submitted my mobile on date 2nd july but sum technically problem approvel is rejected on date is 5th. again i submitted my id proof on date 9th july till 9th of july to 24th of july no action perform to nri service center ghajiyabad, xperia center.. regarding to this totaly make fool to public... and this center not send approvel to the main deaartment till 9th july to 24 july...

          I purchased a Sony mobile. It started giving problem from the day I purchased it. It was submitted to service centre several times after few days of purchasing. This means the mobile was having some manufacturing defects and needs to be replaced for which I asked them continuously but they never paid attention to it. The service centre employees never replaced the mobile and always repaired it for temporary use. As result the mobile failed to work properly and remained in service centre for most of the time when it was in warranty period. Now when the warranty period expired, the service centre guys are saying that my motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced which costs around 5.5k . My question is that why my handset was not replaced when it was in warranty period. Because it was repeatedly giving problem from the day of purchasing, it means there was serious problem with mobile but they never sorted it out seriously. And when I am complaining to their customer care they are just playing the game of sending and receiving emails and nobody is trying to solve the problem.

          Truly said saten11, This happened to me also.I have to throw my mobile into dustbin because of this unprofessional behaviour. Companies do not repair their product properly in warranty period so that warranty period be passed and when warranty period gets over they charge to replace parts.They cheat customers in this manner. Its very bad, you big name companies.

          i bought xperia u in october 2012 now in april 2014 no battery is available in the market from sony thier authorised service center and and their own shops and online stores . if i stop making handsets in one year will i also not provide u any spare parts of it beacuase it can damage damage anyday after warranty. i swear i will not buy any product of sony in future .

          i purchased sony xperia u in late 2012 (october) now in 2014 current my
          battery is damaged. so i have to buy a new battery but ihave travelled
          length and width of agra and i dont get any battery of this handset of
          your company. i visited listed stores.
          1 sony store, sadar bazar agra2 sony store sanjay place agra3 sony service centre opposite vk bartan bhandar church road agra4 sony service center dholpur house, agra5 frontline electronics authorised dealer sanjay place agra
          5 shah market all stores (the biggest mobile market in agra )6 and many other stores7 sony authorised online stores in india all 6 ws retail, reliance, e zoneand
          i talked to your customer care they said company had stopped
          manufacturing this handset he said talk to dealer they will give you
          battery . dealer said talk to sevice center they will give you battery.
          service center said we do not sell battery. then after all this i once
          again talked to your costumer care he said buy a non genuine battery.
          because company stopped making xperia u . so we cannot provide battery.
          now i want to say if you stopped making handset will u stop making spare
          parts of the phone. u launched phone in late 2012 now you stopped
          making it. so people like me whose battery are damaged . what do they do
          throw thier phone into garbage. and second thing if someones (xperia u
          owners) phone got some hardware or any kind of problem what will you say
          to them ? that company stopped making handset in 1 year and no spare
          parts are manufactured by company so people throw your phone into
          garbage. now 1 thing i want to say provide me battery to buy or i will
          see you in consumer court with other people who are facing same problem
          like me.

            SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED SONY VAIO E SREIES LAPTOP 15126CN/BLACK ON 18/02/13 FROM Sony Exclusive.. After 10 (19/12/13) months my display automaticaly get damaged..i dont know how it happnd...i get it to the sony service center and they told display need to change they changed display (with in warranty Period) but i didnt get any warranty claim..they told me some reasons it cannot get warranty or something (really i didnt understand it)..i fully paid the display amount...After that (4 & half month) (29/04/2014)Again display is not working..get it to the service center and they told display and board problem they will check it again and call me... after that there is no response from there...i'm really fedup... why your product is like this ??..in my home lcd, , walkman..everything is sony..we have belief in sony products but now.. really sad..               I am extremely distressed with the support given by Sony India. I purchased the FS 700 in September 2013. When I tested the camera and verbally told you that the viewfinder extender tube had a problem, you promised to solve the issue within a month. In good faith and with a lot of patience and subsequent verbal and email reminders, I have waited for you to keep up your promise. I am unable to use the equipment as promised by you and sony India, till now. All my clients using the same has the issue in judging the colors as the rainbow color aberration is really distracting, inspite of complaining about the camera and my investment is stuck for the past 10 months. I am incurring a loss financially and my reputation in the market is at stake. Being a small company this investment is huge for me and I have undertaken a loan for this purchase. The faulty equipment and callous attitude in customer service by sony for the past 10 months is putting my business at stake. I know that if it was a bigger studio you would have solved the problem immediately or given an alternative. If this problem is not solved immediately I will have to take legal recourse as advised by my consultants. inthe mean time i shall post this issue to all the people who are keen on investing in any of the sony professional products to vent out my anger, atleast now treat this as immediate and solve it as promised else i have to file in the consumer court aswell.Thanks & RegardsSrikanth SHwww.grasshopperproductions.co.inMobile: [protected]

                Dear Sony Team, This is to apprise you i bought Sony Home Audio System Shake 66 D. I registered this Demo request on 20th asked me to wait 2 days. then i again called customer care of SONY they stated there is no such request noted they again noted the request with request no 20114989. Representative visited on[protected]. the guy was not trained for this model to give the demo. he asked to wait or contact SONY INDIA to arrange visit from their end for this new model DEMO. I Spent 66000 for this product i am not getting DEMO even, i don't know what will happen if opt for after sale service. Thanks, Varun [protected]

                Another shocking news i got the call from Sony they stated Video output is not available through USB, however i visited Sony center in CP and they confirm this feature is available but they are denying for same and I Spoke to Kuldeep on [protected], he simply denied to help in any matter.

                  Sony Service People Cheated me . Just today on 23rd July 2014 i received my replacement phone Sony Xperia Z1. My new phone was not working fine becz it had some Sim network problem. Network was not working on the phone. Some how Sony service centre guys took the phone n told me u will get n new fresh phone. So after waiting for more than a week today i received the phone. But i was shocked after seeing the phone is in poor condition, full of scratches n power key totally worst. Both sides of Xperia Z1 are with scratches. I want my new phone. I gave my new phone to sony people in response they gave me old scratched phone. This is totally cheating with a customer. I want new phone :(

                      I Akhil Kumar, using Sony Xperia since 2012 and recently I upgraded to Xperia ZL from Neo V on 12th February 2014. As my set is under guaranty period and it was accidentally damaged so I visited Sony Authorised Service Center, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, after more than 15 days I didn't get any positive response neither from company nor from Service Center. The worst thing is the Service Center has wrong phone number is on its Service Job Sheet, either its always busy or its wrong number, and the numbers are 46502595 and [protected] and the address is Technocare Solutions Pvt. Ltd, , E 17, Ground Floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi 110024 I did mail and Service Center so many times but they are giving hopeless answer this is total mental harassment of the customer. So this is my humble request please do needful as early as possible. My Ticket ID Number is [protected], IMEI Number - [protected] and Job Number is W[protected] and submitted on 4th July 2014.

                            Sir/Ma'am, I trust Sony phones very much so i purchased SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10 MINI PRO in 2010. Today software is not supporting and creating other issues so i contacted nearby Sony Service centre. Result is- this service centre is of no use, they don't even have time to give proper response. We have purchased due to its good name and trust. If your company can't provide good support for services you should not open service centers. People invest there money for good service, not for bad time or sufferings. If possible please help people out.. i was in a queue and not a single had smile and word that my query solved! I say NO to any products now. It was a worst experience.

                              I had purchased a sony l.C.D. 32" t.V from future group in march or april 2010 .
                              Suddenly few days back i saw horizontal lines forming on the external surface of the screen. Today i saw two patches at the right and the left corner of the screen while watching t.V. There is somemanufacturing defect with the product due to which i am facing problem.
                              I was always a big fan of sony products, and till date we were pretty satisfied with all the sony products we bought, but looking at my t.V rightnow i am pretty much shocked to see the quality of sony products. We hardly watch t.V for 2-3 hours daily then also it got damaged.
                              I request sony india to look into the matter and solve my problem immideatly, or else i have to forcefully report it to the consumer forum

                                My name is vivek goswami. I am using sony vaio. I purchased it from reliance digital mantri mall Bangalore on 15th September 2013.when i bought it they said it will be on year warranty with replacement if any damage or any accident happens with products that why i bought sony vaio but 2 weeks ago when i went to your service centre in C.B.I road Bangalore . They have taken the product but not repaired. They never received the call as well as no response for 2 weeks.Atlast, they said we cant do it you can go to any other service center. the product is with i am nto able to yuse it also. i bought 5 laptops of sony just beacus eof their name but i did a big mistake and i am not going to leave it simply. Now i will show them how they will loose their repo in bangalore market. Worst service provider in Market

                                  Hi, I have purchased Sony Xperia ZL from your Sony Dealer in Jammu (Raja Electronics) and I m now fed up as I have to Visit every Month to your Service Centre in order to get my Set Functioning.it is bit annoying that no one in your service center is up to Date every time I visit there and service centre will kept the set for 1-Month and then after 1-Month their Reply "Sir we do not have any replacement presently we will check your set and try to function it properly" but after 1-Month this is really Crab now today again I visited your Sony Service 21st-July-14 and I waited there for 1 and a half hour and still they are just time passing and after waiting for so much time and they are asking me to wait till evening and last time when my handset was replaced with 2nd hand REFURNISHED handset and I was supposed to get the undefective piece and today again Mr, Arvind is giving me a new Picture that the handset which has been provided to you after replacement has to check by customer whether the set is totally undefective or there is some fault in it, Do you think any customer has this much time to check handset and to analyse whether the Replacement Handset provided by Sony centre is Faulty or not is this the customer's Job or Service Centre has to check.Now again i have being without my Handset.And i have purchased this Handset on OCTOBER-13 and only 9-Months has gone and I have visited 18-20 times at your Service Centre/// If anyone who has authority or seeing this Complaint kindly take a needful Step in order to get the Service Centre work in TAT. I m requesting you to kindly take some serious Step if you are not able to do so then there is no other option to file a Legal Complaint against Sony and their Service Centre in Jammu.No issues that will be done.I have paid 30000Rs not a small amount for the Set and i need my set to work properly.                                     my 3 month old sony xperia z1 has spent more time in the service center than with me.. even after they claimed to repair the fault in my touchscreeen, they give me my phone back with new problems.. it is a total waste of time and energy to argue with the main officer as she is least interested in my complaint. i am very dissapointed with the behaviour of the employees of this particular service center.

                                      Dear Sir, Since I have purchased, Sony Camera, Sony mobile and Sony home theatre, as a loyal customer of Sony, I have purchased Sony LED TV model 42W700B on 17/4/14 from SONO VISION at Vishakhapatanam.here I would like to bring your kind attention that, on 18/07/14 the system when we switched on, it was not showing any pictures.Subsequently on 19/0714, i have contacted Sony customer care no :[protected] and lodged the complaint .The ID number is 20064903. ON the same day itself the service engineer from the authorized (SS Technology,[protected] service centre has come and checked the system and informed that the problem is due to the fault of panel board and said that the item has to come from New Delhi and will take one week .. In this regard I may request to speed up procedure to rectify the fault as early as possible .Since I am away from my family, they don't have any entertainment than watching TV .Hope that SONY will consider my request and rectify the fault immediately .

                                      Thank you very much .The defect noticed in my TV got it corrected on 27/07/14(within a week() .Thanks to Sony team and your authorised service center at Vishakhapatanam, M/s SS Technology.They took special attention to rectify the fault even in Sunday.

                                        My xperia L phone gets powered off regularly. Even I had given once this phone for service in an authorised service store, but they couldn't resolve my problem. My phone is still under warranty and there only 2 months left. I need an immediate solution to.
                                        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
