my 3 month old sony xperia z1 has spent more time in the service center than with me.. even after they claimed to repair the fault in my touchscreeen, they give me my phone back with new problems.. it is a total waste of time and energy to argue with the main officer as she is least interested in my complaint. i am very dissapointed with the behaviour of the employees of this particular service center....

Defective Sony VAIO Laptop

I'm regretting big time after buying Sony VAIO laptop last year in Feb. Since then, the DVD Drive has stopped working, the Hard Drive has crashed and now the Keyboard is useless.
