I Akhil Kumar, using Sony Xperia since 2012 and recently I upgraded to Xperia ZL from Neo V on 12th February 2014. As my set is under guaranty period and it was accidentally damaged so I visited Sony Authorised Service Center, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, after more than 15 days I didn't get any positive response neither from company nor from Service Center.
The worst thing is the Service Center has wrong phone number is on its Service Job Sheet, either its always busy or its wrong number, and the numbers are 46502595 and [protected] and the address is Technocare Solutions Pvt. Ltd, , E 17, Ground Floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi 110024
I did mail and Service Center so many times but they are giving hopeless answer this is total mental harassment of the customer. So this is my humble request please do needful as early as possible.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
