I purchased the mobile xperia z1 from the Sony authorised dealer AVIT DIGITAL F30C CANNOUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI PIN CODE 110001 on 25th July before purchasing the product i check the rate from the official sight of Sony India the sight was mentioning the free gift of portable charger when i check with the store manager he refuse to give when I cross check with Sony India they gave me the reference no 1-[protected] and still I am waiting for the reply although I send them 2 reminders

        Dear All, i bought a laptop from sony vio on 13/09/2013 till the time i bought i never used this laptop without getting problem my touch pad was not working also mouse status was not clear if i click some were it didnt click on that i already visit two times in service centre they do not do the solution they only format my laptop and return back to me i am really sick and my temper level goes high whenever i used this some of time i thought i thrown it.i feel very sad about all that . Also subjected to harassment of customer vis a vis degrading the image of SONY if I would go in public space .. I want to reiterate the fact that I am disheartened and sad to experience this vary attitude of popular SONY brand I am confident and hopeful that SONY shall address my problem in order to maintain the customer relationship and resolved the same as soon as possible kindly do the needful as per the urgent basis.. all the details i mention below.           Dear Sir/ Madam, I bought SONY Xperia ZL in Dec 2013, However after few months the phone had mic problem due to which my voice was not reachable to the person calling me. On June 07th, 2014, i gave my phone in SONY service centre (CCOM F-11, Eternity Mall, Teen Haath Naka, Thane (West) – 400601. Maharashtra India Tel:+[protected] since it was in Warranty period (Job ID: W[protected]. They promised me to return it same day if there is a software issue & in 7-10 days if there is a hardware issue. After numerous calls and reminders 3 weeks later they offered me new Xperia Z to be delivered in a week. However, I have not received the delivery of the promised offer till date. And unfortunately, every time on contacting their Customer Care Department all I had received was an apology and never ending assurance of delivering my phone within next 7 days. Today, (29th July, 2014) i got a message stating my handset is ready and i will be getting a refurbish handset. Why do i accept a handset that is refurbished and when they have already offered me an Xperia Z. I would be grateful to you if you can solve my issue.(Job ID: W[protected]

            TO, Sony service, I have bought my sony phone for 29000 which is xperiaZR IMEI NO :[protected] purchased on 12 sep 2013 and it got power off automatically and did not got on so I submitted my phone to service center on 6 th nov and I did not got a spare phone instead of that . On 13 nov 2013 I received a new phone which was replaced by my old phone new phone IMEI NO:[protected] . Again I had problem of battery and after 2 days of my problem of battery my phone display was broken so I submitted my phone on 16 th December and that time also I did not received a spare phone and service center person told me you need to pay RS 10227 and RS 281 Service charge at that time I demanded for new phone upgraded phone that is xperia z I would pay the difference I told him but he said we cannot give new phone you will get xpeia zr only . I told him i am facing battery problem in this phone and precious phone got power off so I did was not satisfied with xperia zr I got my new phone replaced on 7 th jan 2014 with IMEI no : [protected] . Again on 17 th feb I was facing problem in phone . It was getting over heated and its battery was draning fast I submitted the phone in service center and I got a spare phone that time I received my phone on 27 feb 2014 with new IMEI no :[protected]. Again I was facing problem in battery I submitted my phone on 7 july 2014and I did not received the job sheet. service center people told we are not able to make your job sheet due to multiple imei number I had sat there for 2 hrs and I had a major leg injury . On 8 th july I received my phone updated but still there was a problem of battery so saurabh at service center told that I will change your battery so I called the sony service at[protected] and I demanded a new upgraded phone that is xperia Z, z1, z2, I had a word with utsav which is senior at customer care I had talked with him for 2 hrs he told me you submit the phone again we will look in to your case and give a updated phone to you and you need to pay the difference I had talked a lot with him I had a leg injury and I was in service center for 3 hrs30 min and I told I will submit the phone but service center person told that you need to fill the form again and stand in line for 1 hr 30 min but on 7 th when I was in line I did not receive the job sheet so it is service center fault and they want me to again stand in line this is simple harassment means you want a person to sit in service center for 5 hours it does not makes any sense we don’t have work we need to home .i was having a leg injury I need to take my tablet I can not walk much I can not sit for long I need to keep my leg elevated . I could not wait so I went home and called customer support and talked to utsav and gave all imei no he said I will help you out I will accelerate your case again in evening I faced battery problem so gain I visited the service center on 9 th july I submitted my phone and they updated my phone and gave me back and said please format or scan your sd card before inserting I said service center you submit my phone I have talked to utsav which is senior in customer but they were not submitting my phone so I waited till 12:30 I called customer care talked to utsav that they are not submitting my phone he then had a word with service center and he said they will take your phone and give you jobsheet and I submitted my phone with job sheet no W[protected] and utsav said I will talk to my seniors in this case . At that day alo I was in service center for 3 hrs 30 min and I said utsav I need a new phone xperia z but I will not pay the difference because I have faced lots and lots of problem due to your phone again and again it is getting replaced again and again I need to install all data in my phone you are not giving spare phone my parents are shouting that again and again your phone is in service center your concentration in studies you come all the way from Kolhapur to submit your phone why you don’t have service center there I need to beg for a spare phone to my friends because service center does not give me spare phones by submitting phone in service for 3 times my 1 month warranty is wasted because my phone was in service center and the communication between customer care and service center is poor all because your company I need to face problem I got a message on 12 th july we cannot give you new phone you need to take this phone only .i have purchased sony phone for my convenience but I am facing problem again and again when I pay 30000 so I should to get proper service and customer support and I am demanding that I am not begging that from you but I am not getting that support. I again called at toll free o and talked with senior lalit he did the same he said I will forward your request but he did not gave me reply I have arranged a call back from lalit in 3 consecutive days but he did not called me so again I called him he said I can not help you you need to contact rudra patil he is service center incharge lalit had kept my call on 40 min hold for 3 times you can check your call log at service center toll free no I called rudra patil but instead of listening to me he started arguing with me he was least bouthered to solve my problem he said you are lying your phone only 2 times at the service center but I said I have all bills with proof I can tell you my phone had got replaced 3 times and the was not ready to accept he kept my phone and I tried to message him but he did not replied my phone is ready at service center but I will not take that phone I need a upgraded phone I am facing lots of problem and I have been fighting to utsav mathur and lalit and rudra patil since 22 hours on phone for a new phone .i will do a case on sony for harassment I have all proof with me all my bills voice recordings how much time I was in service center how they treated me . I have mailed at sony service but I got a reply we will call you in 48 hours but it has been 8 days I haven’t received any call I have sebd mail 3 times but sony least bothered to solve my problem I received mail from juhi arora, mohd aamir and rohit singh saying that we value your importance and concern we will call you back in 48 hours but not even a single call I received I would be thank full if you look in to my case give me a new upgraded phone . it is because of your poor phones why the customer has to suffer Gaurav chopra [protected]

              Ashwini Fatehpuria 26, Jelia Para Lane, Salkia, Howrah - 711106 We purchased a laptop of Sony on 2 Feb, 2013 and also purchased extended warranty for 2 years. All of sudden a few days back the display was off so the laptop was sent to service center they took approx a month to repair. On the day we got the laptop back the laptop was with some software issue, it was getting off when we started the laptop or takes 1 hour to start and same to shut-down. We are contacting Sony customer care they every time misguide and we are asking regularly asking them to replace the faulty laptop they keep our phones for hold and doesnot connect our line to concern department.                 i bought my 32 inch TV from kannur, kerala, on[protected] .these 3 years TV IS WORKING IN GOOD CONDITION, now 2 week before a small bubble type patches formed on the monotor, and the picture was blurred, day by day these bubbles were increased and formed allmost entire portion of the monitor, now it is not able to watch any programme, please do neceassary action at an early date.i expect an early and positive reply from you. the authorised agents from kannur inspected and reported The Job No:is j 41634002

                  Hi, I have Sony Xperia C and its display was cracked. no one answer me properly of its display rate. so please give me proper rate of its display. in anand sony center they say 9000 rate of sony xperia Z display and also he say that Sony Xperia C display rate is also same. How could it would be possible??????? xperia Z and Xperia C are different model so how their display rate should be same. then i call baroda sony center they say me that Xperia C display rate is 10, 000... so please give me proper rate of Xperia C display

                    Refer to my complaints regarding Sony LED Bravia tv as registered vide ur customer care with following reference nos. :- (a[protected] (b[protected] (c[protected]. Sir, I, abhay Kumar srivastava, bought Sony LED tv, the purchase details r as follows- (a) model - KDL - 40EX520 SER NO. 2421660 (b) Date of purchase 19 Feb 2011 (c) dealer - variety hall agencies, tulsi mall, mount road, Coonoor, near ooty - 643102 2. The LED panel went defective in Jan 2012 and was replaced under warranty on 10-04-12 at Visakhapatnam (job card no. HS[protected], BY SS Agencies, Visakhapatnam(contact details [protected]/[protected]). 3. The replaced LED screen also went defective and was replaced again on[protected]invoice no. J2/FY12-05/000341 Dated 26-05-12, by SS Agencies, Visakhapatnam). 4. Again my tv has developed the same defect on 27-06-14 at Mumbai ( complaint reported vide Sony request no. 19778024,[protected] and 19953578.). The service engineer from your Authorized Service Centre M/s. Aar Vee Infoservices recommended replacement of LED panel with a repair estimate of Rs. 21, 257/-. 5. My grievance is that why a High Quality Sony tv worth RS 70000 go bad every year. Yes, its a electronic eqpt and hence could fail. My question is why the same component goes bad every time even after replacement. I suspect the the quality of replaced component and my specific piece of tv is of substandard quality. I request the company to re-look into the recurrent defect of ny TV and carry out a detailed technical analysis and audit. It is a clear cut case of POOR QUALITY product and i want my tv be repaired / replaced free of cost. It is requested that following information be provided to us:- (a) Details of total nos. of KDL - 40EX520 SOLD FROM 19 feb 2011 till todate. (b) Total nos. of complaints regarding LED panel failure during the above mentioned period. (c) LOT No. of REPLACED LED panel in my case and total nos. of LED panel FAILURES in the same lot from Jan 2012 till to date. 6. I would also like put on record the telephonic communication with following Sony Representatives, whose sole point of argument is based only on the financial expenditure likely to be incurred by Sony Coy in getting my TV repaired by the coy. These gentlemen are not willing to accept that my TV has turned out to be a rogue piece of equipment and needs replacement:- (a) Mr Allwyn Buthello ([protected]) - Officer-Customer Relation – West (b) Mr Rawal ([protected]) - Technical Head - West (c) Ms Reema Parvi - Officer -Sony Service Centre M/s.                     very poor response from sony. i feel cheated as customer.
                    DON’T BUY SONY BRAVIA - POOR QUALITY LED tv - model - KDL - 40EX520. 300 % FAILURE RATE.

                    Hi Everybody-
                    1. I had bought Bravia LED tv model - KDL - 40EX520 in 2011. The LED panel went defective first time in Jan 2012 and was replaced.
                    2. The replaced LED screen also went defective within 03 months and had to be changed again in 2012. The second time replaced LED screen has again gone defective in June 2014 at Mumbai.
                    3. Complaint registered with Sony. The company says Product is now out of warranty --pay panel replacement cost of Rs. 23000 for defect rectification.As customer, will u guys pay every YEAR and A Half Rs. 23000 to maintain a high end TV for which u have already paid Rs. 70000 for purchase.
                    4. My appeal to potential Sony Product buyers - DONT BUY SONY BRAVIA LED AS COMPANY CANNOT ASSURE LIFE OF ITS LED SCREEN FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR. Our experience shows that the LED screen GOES DEFECTIVE every year (Failure RATE 300%).
                    5. The Sony Company is NOT WILLING to accept that it has floated Poor Quality BRAVIA 40EX520 series into the market and wants its LOYAL customers to live with it. As a customer i feel cheated...and very aggreived with the Sony company's attitude in handling my UNIQUE sequence of recurrent defects.
                    6. Further, the Sony company's customer care is very PAINFUL and IRRITATING. The company does not provide any representative's contact nos. to record ur grievance. Every time u want to check the status o[censored]r complaint, despite a complaint reference no., u have to narrate ur entire grievance again to the customer care person, WHO ON EVERY OCCASION WILL SAY THAT UR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED TO HIGHER REPRESENTATIVE AND COMPANY WILL GET BACK TO U --- WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. No ACCOUNTABILITY BY SONY ONCE A PRODUCT IS SOLD TO U. Check it urself on Sony Customer Care no. before u buy any Sony Product. UR Opinion about Sony will change...
                    Basically u pay a lot of money to BUY PROBLEMS & HEADACHE from reputed company like Sony.

                      Hi, I broke my sony xperia M2 dual on July 4th 2014. It's 28th of July and I have not received a single detail about my phone. I have given my phone to get repaired in Ramphal Chowk Sony service center. You can pull out my details with my phone number i.e. [protected]. Since then day I gave my phone to them they have been very lenient about it. for the first 15 days there was no update about my phone. They were not responding to my calls. Once they did they spoke to me rudely. Sony itself is a big brand name and with such pathetic service given by negligent people are ruining its reputation. I just want to say that this should not happen as customers feel helpless.

                        I Have Bought Sony Xperia E1 D2005 on May 2014.Sice Then It keeps on Restarting again and again either i'm Receiving a call r at any stage.Now its Just Stopped Working. Each time when i'm Trying to Switch it On.It Just Keeps on Moving in a Loop only Vibrates and Not Giving any Display. within the Period of Three Months its Giving so Much Problems Then How Can Somebody Trust on This Product.So i Request you to Kindly Replace the Handset.

                        After Two Days i Went to Sony Care and They Told me that your Phone is on Charging Please Wait for Half an Hour.I Did so but after 1 Hour they Told me that the Battery of Your Phone is Damaged Due to Some Liquid.
                        Which is Not Possible as Phone wasn't ever exposed to Water.
                        They Told me that They Have To Wait for the Approval from Sony for New Battery.and Gave the Time Till Friday for Checking the Status of Approval.
                        Please Guide me can i get my Money Back.Because i Don't want to use this Phone any More.

                          I am extremely sorry to say that I had lodge a complaint against my mobile model T2 this mobile has been send to ypur service centre 15 days ago but still not rectified and no proper reply from your service centre . I was told that the motherboard o//f my T2 mobile is faulty and has to be changed.I would request you to kindly replace my set as it was purchased on 28/05/2014 and the mother board is faulty so kindly replace my mobile set.

                            Bought a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact on 2nd April, 2014 ...Had all flaps covered when it accidentally came in contact of water. Still water managed to enter the device. When I went to the Sony Authorized Service centre in my area, Mumbai, they told that I cannot claim my Accidental Damage Protection. Even after I requested many times to log the incident under Accidental Damage Protection, they refused to log it under Accidental Damage Protection... What is the use of providing Accidental Damage Protection while purchasing the phone then?                                 Hi, Need a help. I have Sony Xperia c less then one year. And the display of the phone was cracked but the touch is working. So I went to Sony center in vidhya nagar, they not even see the phone properly and say that it's cost of 9000. And not give me proper answer. I don't think that it's cost is that much high...                                   I purchased Sony Xperia Z on 10th Feb 2014 and now the mobile is not recognizing my charger and usb. I went to sony authorized show room near yelahanka bangalore and they told me that it cannot be repaired and I have to pay 50% of the amount for replacing the same, that to in the warranty period and less than 5 months. They are not ready to check it also, I believe this is obviously a defective piece, Please rectify Anu P [protected]@gmail.com

                                      sir, i have bought sony xperia c a few months back in November.it started troubling.it hanged simultaneously .I visited an authorised service centre SREE BALAJI ELECTRONICS, 1-1-214/A, ANDHRABANK LANE, CHIKKADPALLY, HYDERABAD. a job sheet was given with number - w[protected] and mobile IMEI no-[protected]. service men said problem is of mother board and would be replaced within a week .the next visit he said the board is bent and my claim for sony warranty is not acceptable . i request u to solve my problem and get my board replaced as soon as possible mobile no-[protected] [protected]

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        Please note that i had given my Sony Xperia ST27i phone on 5th July, Job No.W[protected], to your authorised service centre, Service Point at District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi-58. I was told that the phone could not be repaired and shall have be to replaced at a cost of Rs.6247/- and shall take 7 days for the same. i agreed and paid Rs.500/ as advance for the same.Please note that till now i have not received the cell and every time i call up i am given next weeks date. Noe the new date is next week Wednesday 30th July. Please note that i am really fed up with this Sony Mobile and the service levels.This would be me 5th or 6th visit for repair work.Please note that when i had bought this phone on 8-8-2012...it had problems as its cell lock sensor was not working and every time you keep the phone on your ear the call used to get disconnected. Some how the phone was replaced by the vendor from where i had bought since i buy other phones also from them but the problem persisted with the new phone as well and i had to live with that problem after going to the service centre and they formatting and doing some job but could not cure the problem. Today again i have an issue and i am feeling harassed and handicapped in spite of spending 19, 500 on the phone and again spending another 6247/- . request if some one can call me and address my concerns at the earliest without further delay. regds, Puneet
