We procured the LED TV of following details worth INR 62, 500/-- last year on 15th June 2020 :--
TV model name: KD-43X7500F,
Product 8D No : 18941711,
Serial No : 8103222

We observed abnormal lines on the TV screen, few days back. This problem was reported without any physical touch to TV, hence we called the Sony Service Engineer and told the same to him also.
But...

I am having Tv KDL800D 50 inch cost is 90000. I raised the complaint on 12.09.2020
my display is not working. Technician visited he told me T-corn part need to change he told me it will take 1 week to available part. I told fine but after 1 week I didn't get any call from technician. So I called mangal murti enterprises service center they told me it will charge me 17500 for T-corn after 1 month technician again visited to my home...

My brand new a6100 had its shutter stuck 6 days after using it.My sales guy assured it will get replaced...and i believe he has done his part well.but its been 43 days now and im still waiting.The sony official keeps giving excuses that are just not acceptable anymore.they said the replacement has been approved around 20 days back, but it still hasnt reached me😠...

My parents who are over 75 yrs old and live in Gurgaon, India bought a Sony Tv SONY LED 32KLV32R202G in March, 2020 and since then they have already had a service technician come 4 times since May and try to resolve a loud-bang sound problem that abruptly comes. The Problem still remains.
May I request you to step in and get it replaced under warranty.

I have given my sony music system in the authorised service centre at thiruvalla pathanamthitta kerala due to switch complaint ( automatic song switching). They mentioned that the switch was stuck, and they retified it so i paid 2000+ as per their bill. My Sony bravia tv was purchased on 27 Apr 2016. On 17.09.20, I lodged a service request for display problem. On 21.09.20, representative attended my service request 61904930 and advise replacement of tv panel. Rs.6000/- was given as advance. Few days after that they told verbally and on 05.10.20 through e mail that they will not service the request and offered to purchase new set in discounted price. My request ID is 62065060. TV model No- KLV-40R472A, Sr.No-4109896. My TV is not getting Started since last two months. I compliant to Costumer care and got Request id No[protected]. Service Engineer near my place (Renukoot Sonebhadra U.P.) is unable to repair. So please depute other Service Engineer for rectifying the issue.

I had placed a panel replacement at Sony Bravia care.
They came and took my 55 inch Sony Bravia led tv for a month and charged me 27500 for panel replacement.
After a months time my tv has started giving restarts problem. This problem never existed. I only started after my panel got replaced. I have a strong feeling that something is either removed or damaged during the replacement.
I have been try to contact Sony care...

Iam complaining about sony customer service it is located in chikkadpally Hyderabad they have given me wrong information about my tv repair and the technician name is lingishetty babu he tried to collect much and more money from us by giving wrong information actual price is 4000 but he told us 18500 to 19500.if the technician given us wrong information how the buyers will believe in technician and sony company....

I have purchased one month subscription for sony liv for rs 299.00 on 29.09.2020. After payment my subscription has not been activated till now, also I have been charged twice. This amount got deducted twice from my Bank account. From yesterday, I have been sending messages through the sonyliv app but no action has been taken. Sony service senter wale cleyer jawab nahi de rahe hai, pahle bole kuch paise de kar new mil jayega, itne din ho gaye hai koi respone...

If you have receive a call or msg from kbc then its all fake don't pay money without sony prize permission... I'm winning a product but everyone demanding money then i contact with sonyprize.com official they guide me and help me to receive my prize

I subscribed to sony liv pack of 199 rs but it isnt activated which spares me from playing Play ALong Gold...
