Hello sir,
I am call and raise complaint to sony tv customer care they took complaint (Dear Customer Your Service Request ID 63360450 is assigned to Pranank Electronics - Arundal Pet - Guntur; Phone No[protected];then intimate repair cost of 5000 will go to service center and handover the TV, after 1 week they intimate square part cost changed so we need extra 1500 hundred, whereas I was accepted but again 2 days after call and intimate those square parts not available, so need to be change the panel but still not received any messages from their end, they people blame to me, why this many of times changes the complaint s issue, your peoples come to home and confirm the complaint they people also confirm the same, most of the people facing same issue then why not getting specific part to sony tv company... Here we are trusted the Sony that's why I am paying more money to buy the TV, but now with in 14 months getting issue but your service center people not respond properly, already I was handover the TV on 20th October 20, but still not confirmed anything to me... Bcz we are tooo far to service center to enquiry them but people not responding.. Can you please help me to Regards issues.

Service center bill copy, given 10days time, but still not resolved the issue... Can you please find the below documents proof for handover the TV date. So can you please help me to fixed this issue...

    I had Purchased Sony OLED TV KD -65A8G SERIAL NUMBER 8002294 on March 01, 2020 from Snehanjali Electronics And Trading PVT LTD in Kandivali (West) (invoice Attached). In month of April (during lockdown) I use to get error messages of image retention (Image 1 ). During lockdown I had called Sony but they had informed we can’t send anyone right now. Almost when lockdown opened I had called up Sony customer care (month ago 15/09/2020) my customer id was 61895322 they requested to do a Panel Refresh and when technician came next day he said it’s impossible to get the such error message in a brand-new TV. One of the Technicians said that they may have given you the old piece. After doing panel refresh in Month of September 15thI again got the error on September 28, (Image 2) and again I got the error on October 13, approx. after every 15 days am getting this error. Again I raised an complain on October 13 with Snehanjali Electronics And Trading PVT LTD in Kandivali (West) and they internally raised an complain, & one of the technicians came did a factory reset On October 15th and he said the error message won’t come, after few days again I got the same error again technicians came to do a Self Check ( Refer to Images 3 to 9) After spending Rs 222, 000 and that to on Brand Like Sony.
    I am very much disappointed with such a reputed brand. I need necessary action I would request you to please help me on the same and resolve it at the earliest

      We have purchased a Sony BRAVIA LED in the year of 2017. We have faced several problems during its warranty period and even after that we have invested about 25k rupees on 2 repairing. Still it is giving problems like screen bleeding and distorted color issues. Please take a note that we have purchased this Monitor because we trusted the brand for its build quality. We feel that we have been duped by buying this product.

      We feel that our retailer, Croma has given us damaged product. Hence the product has been giving us troubles since day 1.
      We are providing details of purchase along with receipts.

        Sony TV KD-49X8200E TV I purchased in sep 2018 reported Display issue in Sep 2020, just in 2 years. I choose Sony Product for quality, sit back & enjoy life without worry of issues.

        I am an user of Sony Products, but unfortunately now it seems to be not, since my hard earned money is become worthless, buying worthless product with highest cost. within 2 year pay more than 1/4 of the amount for repairing the TV is beyond imagination for a Sony Customer.

        The customer service / service centre could not able to provide alternate option. Very poor customer relationship of sony india.

          I have purchased one SONY OLED TV 55A9G on 07/10/2020 from Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital, Silchar. With this purchase there was gift item ( cash memo enclosed for your ready reference ). But I am yet to receive gift item till to date, the gift items are 1. SONY CH700 BU (one) & 2. SONY CH700 BL (one ). Several times the outlet was contacted but they are taking time to deliver . One day I got call from the outlet to receive the gift item and accordingly I went to the outlet, but I was told that the item cannot be delivered because of some internal issue . I am really dissatisfied with the service rendered by this outlet. I never aspect such type of service from such a reputed outlet.             Hello
            I bought sony 8000h 55inch in 81000₹
            On 10th October but on 23th october ive noticed black spots on screen for the same i made a complaint and engineer also visited same day
            He wants me to submit the tv for 4-5 days for repair to the service center which is 70 km away from my city than
            I talked to service center manger
            He said will send mail to sony for replacement only then can do anything.
            Its been 4 days now and they havnt got any reply yet.
            Pls look into this matter and replace my tv or refund my money

              I have purchased a Sony bravia 49 inch led tv in 2017. Few days back (on 19.10.2020) suddenly my Tv display got half blurred
              and several stripes coming in display. I called customer care and booked a service request on 20.10.2020. On 23rd oct
              one customer service person visted our home and on examining our TV he told display needs to be changed and it will cost
              minimum 25000 to 30000. We shocked because with in 4 years the Tv display has gone, not even we have finished the EMI for
              the TV we have purchased. Where the brand Sony stands out we dont know. We would have purchased Micromax or M I TV for cheaper
              cost (1/4 th cost of a sony TV). The reason we opt for a Sony TV because for its quality and longlife. But withinin 4 years
              it as gone . We are maintaning the TV as new as can ( not even we removed the stickers which was there when we bought).
              We cant afford for the display which was this much cost. If this is the quality sony produces, then middle class families
              Can blindly go for M I or Micromax tv's. Please sony help us in the trust we have in you.

                I had recently purchased a Sony LEd TV model no, KD-43*8000H from the Dealer MEHTAB MOTORS AND TRADING COMPANY located at Main Market, Model Town, .Ludhiana. on Date 14/09/2020 vide Bill No 2020-21/6433
                Within days of purchase the LED started developing multiple faults due to manufacturing defects, After due deliberation and frequent visits to the dealer the Unit was replaced.
                The replacement unit was delivered to my House Address on 20/10/20. I was not available at home during installation process.
                On reaching my home at evening I noticed scratch marks on the screen of the replaced LED TV. And screen quality is also not up to the mark. On next day, I was informed to the MEHTAB MOTORS.
                I can buy same product of different company for at-least 20k cheaper than yours, but being a old user of Sony products, i opt for your product. But now i am regretting my decision.

                For a reputed Company as Sony, such practices were not expected and as a customer the experience has not been a memorable one rather it is mere harassment from your side.
                It is my hard earned money that was put into buying the LED TV, so it it my expectation and also my right as a customer that I get the right quality product.
                It is therefore requested that the damaged Unit be replaced with a fresh Unit.

                A swift action shall be highly appreciated.
                Copy of the bill along with photographs of the damaged unit are attached.

                  Amitabh Bachchan is an unethical host. I know that consumer complaints on this forums are not taken seriously into consideration by the Indian Cosumer Complaints forum but someone needs to speak against this show.

                  Amitabh Bachcan clearly wastes time on the show unlike its abroad counterparts. This show has not become a game show but a talk show. There are many contestants who can participate but Amitabh goes on by wasting time and continuously talking and listening to dukh bhari kahaanis. In addition, there is a background about contestants shown unnecessarily which consumes a lot more time.

                  The show itself is unethical when it discriminates and gives tough questions to some contestants and relatively easy questions (in which Amitabh also helps) to some contestants. For example, last year, Amitabh helped a cook very evidently to make her win 1 crore. In today's episode (21/10/2020), the show gave relatively easy questions to Muslim lady to make her win 25 lakhs. And Gujarati lady was given tough questions. Muslim Lady was given questions about he religion and a tennis star of her religion. Gujarati lady was given questions which were much more difficult than her capabilities.

                  Also the show wastes so much time and they do not give equal opportunities to all the contestants. Why is there a need to waste so much time and Amitabh giving so much bhaashan when not needed.

                    I have subscribe my sony live account on 28th sept 2020 & i have amt paid from paytm account but my sony live subcription is not active any issues to sony liv ?? i have mailed to sony liv & i also shared all details in mails & i call to consumer complaint but not responding from call also... please take any action from sony liv...
                    i am requesting you to solve my querry asap.

                      I had called sony customer care to send some one to check my tv as my sony bravia tv has horizontal lines. The sony service representative Mr girish checked my tv and told me that my display screen is damaged and need to replaced. Then they told me that the total estimated charges is 35359 rs and 500 rs extra for transportation. I paid my amount on 6th Oct 2020 to Mr prakash and he collected my tv . now when I call customer care after 15 days they are tell me that my tv part is not available and when I call service centre they tell me they need some more time to confirm weather my tv will be repaired or not. So I just want to complain against sony for collecting amount and not giving any proper information about my tv. If part is not available they should have informed me but now I feel they are making fraud by cheating customer like me.

                        I had purchased Sony 3D smart led kdl43w800d from vijay sales, mumbai vide no[protected]SI 3552 dated 03rd Mar’17 at Rs. 57, 990/-
                        Now the speakers of the tv have conked off. I called up sony mumbai and mr. mahindra visited my place and said we would have to install new speakers. Spoke to the office they said rs. 3500/- would be the cost and I approved instantly. Now since 15 days neither they are informing me whether original speakers would be available or not or should I sell of my tv.
                        The office is not receiving calls also how do I understand. Request support Sir.

                              I am having Tv KDL800D 50 inch cost is 90000. I raised the complaint on 12.09.2020
                              my display is not working. Technician visited he told me T-corn part need to change he told me it will take 1 week to available part. I told fine but after 1 week I didn't get any call from technician. So I called mangal murti enterprises service center they told me it will charge me 17500 for T-corn after 1 month technician again visited to my home with t- con part technician told me problem not going solve with T' Com part ..technician told panel need to change after 1 week I got called mangal murti enterprises they told me they are not sure part going to available or not bcz Tv is discontinued. Mangal murti enterprises sony service center they offer me replacement of Tv with under Rs30000. So I visited sony showroom to select the Tv. My tv cost is 90000 so I selected same price Tv x800H.i sended mangal murti enterprises they told me it will cost 57.400 for X800H but now again they are saying display they will try for my TV display they are not giving any proper answer wasted my Time also..

                              I'm not getting any proper response from Sony center.

                                My brand new a6100 had its shutter stuck 6 days after using it.My sales guy assured it will get replaced...and i believe he has done his part well.but its been 43 days now and im still waiting.The sony official keeps giving excuses that are just not acceptable anymore.they said the replacement has been approved around 20 days back, but it still hasnt reached me😠

                                  Hi, I need immediate help in cancelling my subscription from Sony liv app, i have tried their customer service number but it keeps taking me in a loop, I went on their site as well but there is no provision except you send a mail and they never reply. I wanted to try the subscription for one month but they are charging me for continued sbcription without my consent. Despite various attempts there is no way. I tweeted about it and the person called and wasking me the details of my Credit card. Why can not company have a regulated site where the customers have an access to unsubscribe any time My phone number is [protected]

                                      I’m reaching out to you in utter desperation.
                                      My parents who are over 75 yrs old and live in Gurgaon, India bought a Sony Tv SONY LED 32KLV32R202G in March, 2020 and since then they have already had a service technician come 4 times since May and try to resolve a loud-bang sound problem that abruptly comes. The Problem still remains.
                                      May I request you to step in and get it replaced under warranty.
                                      Repair visits are just not helping because the issue is so random and besides it’s unnecessary exposing them to COVID risk during these unprecedented times.

                                      Please intervene and advise.
