I’m reaching out to you in utter desperation.
My parents who are over 75 yrs old and live in Gurgaon, India bought a Sony Tv SONY LED 32KLV32R202G in March, 2020 and since then they have already had a service technician come 4 times since May and try to resolve a loud-bang sound problem that abruptly comes. The Problem still remains.
May I request you to step in and get it replaced under warranty.
Repair visits are just not helping because the issue is so random and besides it’s unnecessary exposing them to COVID risk during these unprecedented times.

Please intervene and advise.

    I have given my sony music system in the authorised service centre at thiruvalla pathanamthitta kerala due to switch complaint ( automatic song switching). They mentioned that the switch was stuck, and they retified it so i paid 2000+ as per their bill. After three days a new complaint protect eo1 complaint arose, i took it back again to sc, so they find complaint in the mother-board & advice me to change the same for more than 10000+. I dont know what they had done with my system, which make it useless. I want proper rectification with this from the concerned authority

      My Sony bravia tv was purchased on 27 Apr 2016. On 17.09.20, I lodged a service request for display problem. On 21.09.20, representative attended my service request 61904930 and advise replacement of tv panel. Rs.6000/- was given as advance. Few days after that they told verbally and on 05.10.20 through e mail that they will not service the request and offered to purchase new set in discounted price. I informed them to improve their offer or service my request as their offered price is beyond my reach. Unfortunately on 14.10.20, they informed me that they closed the service request. It is consumer right to get spare parts during life span of the product. They did not product my right and also closed my service request without refunding my advance.

      As spare part- display panel is not available, Sony India replaced the set with new equivalent one charging the estimated cost of replacement of panel. Commendable job and quick action from Sony India management.

        My request ID is 62065060. TV model No- KLV-40R472A, Sr.No-4109896. My TV is not getting Started since last two months. I compliant to Costumer care and got Request id No[protected]. Service Engineer near my place (Renukoot Sonebhadra U.P.) is unable to repair. So please depute other Service Engineer for rectifying the issue.

          I had placed a panel replacement at Sony Bravia care.
          They came and took my 55 inch Sony Bravia led tv for a month and charged me 27500 for panel replacement.
          After a months time my tv has started giving restarts problem. This problem never existed. I only started after my panel got replaced. I have a strong feeling that something is either removed or damaged during the replacement.
          I have been try to contact Sony care but all they do is visit my home take picture and never do anything.
          I have one year panel warranty.

              Iam complaining about sony customer service it is located in chikkadpally Hyderabad they have given me wrong information about my tv repair and the technician name is lingishetty babu he tried to collect much and more money from us by giving wrong information actual price is 4000 but he told us 18500 to 19500.if the technician given us wrong information how the buyers will believe in technician and sony company.

                  I bought Sony XB01 Portable Bluetooth Speaker on[protected] Yesterday(2oct, 2020) i went to Sony Service center and they found that speaker Serial Number is not matching with the Invoice serial number and Sony Service Center said that they can't procced and i can't claim the warranty because of serial number Mismatch .I called in flipkart and they said they will get back before 7th september 2020 But 1 year warranty will expire on 13th october after that i will have to Throw my speaker in Dustbin.

                  This is horrible cheating with customer my hole day got wasted I was planning to visit service center For Months and today this

                      Subscription not activated & Have been charged twice

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have purchased one month subscription for sony liv for rs 299.00 on 29.09.2020. After payment my subscription has not been activated till now, also I have been charged twice. This amount got deducted twice from my Bank account. From yesterday, I have been sending messages through the sonyliv app but no action has been taken. Have send email as well at [protected]@sonyliv.com. But, no one contacted till now....

                      Sony service senter wale cleyer jawab nahi de rahe hai, pahle bole kuch paise de kar new mil jayega, itne din ho gaye hai koi respone nahi hai sir, fraud sony service sentre

                            bdv-e4100 - faulty printed motherboard

                            My bdv-e4100 (Home theatre) was suddenly having issues, went to sony service center vigneshwar service in bangalore, kept the system for 2 months and then i got it picked up as they says part is not available, it was just a 2-3 years old system very worst service, no calls, no intimations, no eta, pathetic handling of the issue. Spoke to sony customer service, they says they will share me a replacement of a lesser unit as part caanot be procured...

                            I purchased this camera some 3 weeks back. Within 7 days lcd was unable to display and i got the replacement. Now with this new camera i’m having another issues, it’s unable to take images in raw format. For last 3-4 days i’m struggling with sony service center and sony show room. None of them are able to assist me, this is a pure harassment. Service center guys are straight away denying support, with this kind of poor product knowledge i really wonder how do they even get recruited in service centers. I called up customer care and they don’t have any online support for cameras. So now i’m stuck with a faulty camera and apparently there is nobody from sony who can assist me. Can someone please assist me, this is a costly product and i expect some sort of resolution.

                                I reside in Ranchi, I contacted your sony service centre regarding repair of my tv.
                                Your representative came and repaired my tv. My father is not technology friendly and I live outstation
                                He switched my tv mother board, nd even after continuous calling he is not visiting us.
                                He even didn't gave him fee slip, but charged 25000 for repair.
                                Kindly look into the matter.
                                Now my 50, 000 tv looks like 10, 000 tv .

                                  I have booked a service request (#[protected] on 14th september, 2020 regarding vertical lines problems on my sony tv screen (Model # kdl - 43w800c, serial # 4506073). It has been assigned the ticket to neosa electronics (P) ltd (Sony authorized service center, 70/1/2, gouri bari lane, west bengal, kolkata -700004) and sony service engineer came to my home on 16th september, 2020 and he suspected the issue on tricon board and estimated the amount of rs. 6000/- for replacement with new tricon board. I agreed and was ready to pay advance for the same but he denied to accept the advance. He told me, once he gets triboard, he will come back to my home on 19th september and replace the faultytriboard and take the required charges after fixing the issues. Please refer to the attached service job sheet.

                                  But as of now, i called 3-4 times to your toll free number[protected] and service center for follow up about the status of the request, he told me it is very difficult to find the triboard for above sony tv model but still he is trying to get it but no eta on this.

                                  I am little worried about this situation, since i have lots of trust on sony india and hence purchased my sony tv with huge money (Rs - 69000/-). Now when i came to know, this is an old model and tough to get any parts for any problem situation. Being a customer, what do you advise me?

                                  Since due to covid situation and all family members are staying at home without watching tv, it is very difficult for them to stay home without tv.
                                  I would request you please provide any eta and/or some alternate solution (Stand by tv) until my problem gets resolved.
