My complaint is against Sony india regarding a faulty mother board of my 40ex400 LCD unit.My unit has been in trouble since 3-4 months after we purchased it.In December-12 the mother board of our unit was replaced by a new motherboard by Metal-tech malad-Mumbai who is an authorised service center of Sony.At the time of replacement was assured that there won't be any problem for another 4-5 years, but since September-13 the same problem has occurred.Got in touch with the authorised service centre they say that once again the motherboard has to be replaced for a charge of rs9500 which comes with a warranty of just 3 months from the company itself.Got in touch with the senior manager of Metal-tech but invain...they are not interested in even answering our query...so mailed a complaint to Sony india on 9th October-13 got a complaint no15998824.Its been 15 days now but there is no reply.The service manager says that there is only 3 months warranty on its part, but while getting it replaced was assured that there won't be any issue for another 4-5 years...at the time of replacement paid 9500rs to the service guy and the mother board has to be again replaced with 10 months...What kind of quality product does Sony sell without and service or customer satisfaction that too at a premium price...I just want my motherboard to be replaced free of cost as it is the duty of Sony to stand by their product or any after sales product that has been installed by their own appointed service centre staff... Hope to hear from Sony soon or else will go to the media and will let people know what kind of product and service does a Japanese company is offering to its customer.. thanks Kalpesh.dangarwala.

    Hi, After a lot of research and enquiries I purchased my first Sony laptop. The laptop had a very peculiar problem. The row of keys next to the capslk function stopped working immediately after I bought the laptop. I complained and gave the laptop at the service centre and they took a lot of time even answering or addressing the complaint. I then approached the dealer who had sold me the laptop and he replaced it after quite some time. The product he gave me has the following credentials (Product Name-SVT14113CNS, S/N[protected]. Now this product again seems to have the same problem, this row of keys has stopped working for the last 2-3 days. Is this a defect with this product line? I have been using laptops for the last 15 years and this is the first time I'm facing such an issue. I dread going to the Service centre as I know the kind of responses I can expect. I'm a professional who travels and needs access to a laptop all the time. Can I have someone from the product line respond? Or should I take this up in consumer court? I'm very frustrated and have lost a lot of productive time and sleep over this issue. Just imagine when you have a password with a few alphabets amongst these keys, they simply refuse to work.     Hi, I purchased this laptop SVT141A11W in December 2013. Recently am facing a problem that a lot of noise is coming from CPU Fan. When I went to service center, they asked me to replace the CPU Fan as the fan alignment was disturbed. Till now I visited the service center 4 times. I observed a lot of people that whoever comes for service without warranty, their first answer would be "Replace the part". Last time I had a problem that there is a coloured spot on the screen. They immediately told me to replace the screen. When I said that I have warranty, they told that they will check and will let me know. Surprisingly they rectified the problem without replacing. This would have not happened if I would have not had warranty.
    Now not sure what to do for my CPU fan. Can't they rectify the alignment problem? I heard that even if there is dust on CPU fan, then also sound comes like that. They are telling that if I want, they will clean and give. But I want to know that as you are telling that there is fan alignment problem, can't you confirm if its the same or other problem before replacing? Not just by word. But by proof instead of just telling people to replace the part. And the fan is too costly. They are telling 6250/- .They are telling that once the warranty expires, at any cost, I can't get warranty in future. Is it so?

    I have purchased this laptop in 2012 Dec. Recently I upgraded to Windows 10. From then, my laptop sound is very low and quality of sound is also reduced. Can you suggest what can I do. If this problem can't be rectified, can I downgrade to 8.1??

      We purchased a Sony Vaio Laptop (SN115EN) last July (2012) paying Rs 38, 000/- We are facing keyboard problem within 13 months of the purchase On visiting the service center we have been informed that the same needs to be replaced & the replacement cost informed to us is an exorbitant Rs 6, 000 !!! The problem has been reported to the Sony service mail id sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com via complaint no [protected] since 2 months & we have just received mail replies to the same We have requested free replacement of the faulty keyboard since more than 3 weeks & we were asked details of service center visited On providing these details, we have received no revert on the matter since more than 10 days Really wonder how low has brand like SONY & high end products like Vaio & the service of such a reputed company dropped !         JOB NUMBER - J31457821 COMPLAINT Nos[protected],[protected]. I bought SONY VAIO laptop – VAIO SVE14133 Sr no 0003115 on 3rd August 2013. While using it only for the first time there was a problem with my screen(LED). First of all my complaint was not actioned for 7 days and after repeated calls to customer care - On 13 August, I was promised by the local repair centre(Unique Quality Experts) that the laptop would be replaced free of cost. After about 7 days, 19th August 2013, I got a call again from the service center to submit my laptop and it would be replaced with a new one within 3-4 days. Hence I submitted the laptop for replacement. Again after 3 days - 22 August 2013 I got a call from service centre that company has stopped manufacturing this model and new product with only different model number(F14212SN) but same configuration would be provided to me - free of cost. I provided my consent even though the laptop offered me was of lower configuration[battery and camera]. Then on 23rd August I was asked to sign a form and assured that again in 2-3 days my laptop would be exchanged but I got a call later that I need to pay near about 2000 INR for getting a new laptop. First of all - They could not explain me why should I pay for the new laptop(F14212SN) when it has a lower configuration than the older one? Moreover, the newer model contains only a 4 cell battery and a 0.9 megapixel whereas the original product SVE14133 had a 6 cell battery with 1.3 megapixel camera - REST OF THE CONFIGURATION BEING THE SAME. I agreed to the unethical and relentless demand of paying Rs 2000/- as I did not want to get into litigation and all for such a small amount. However even after paying Rs 2000/- on 30th September 3013, by DD no - 419925, Punjab National Bank, however I have not been given the new laptop so far. Now imagine the amount of harassment caused to me.. Customer care representatives keep on lying and lying.. There is no escalation matrix on the website.. I wonder how Sony is operating in India without any ethics or morals !?! I have been constantly following up with Jasmeet Singh, ASI - Delhi, Sony - who never gives any satisfactory response. Atleast the people reading this post - never ever go for any Sony products.

          I HAVE PURCHASE XPERIA ION (LT28H) 6MONTHS BACK AND WITHIN 6MONTHS I AM FACING ENORMOUS PROBLEMS IN MY CELL AND EVEN SONY SERVICE CENTER IS NOT REPAIRING MY CELL PROPERLY. I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT NOR WITH THE SERVICE. MY CELL IS REPAIRED THRICE IN SERVICE CENTER BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM I AM FACING. I HAVE ALL 3 REPAIR JOB SHEETS WITH ME.IF WITHIN MY WARRANTY REMAING OF 6MONTHS, IF MY CELL IS NOT REPLACED THEN SURELY I AM GONNA USE SOCIAL NETWORKING MEDIA SUCH AS FACEBOOK, TWITTER ETC AND I WILL WRITE ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE AND TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GO FOR SONY PRODUCT...             I am appalled with the service I have received from Sony over the last 2-3 weeks. I am without a handset since Oct 12th & completely stranded as i relied a lot on my Xperia Z smart phone. Would like to share the sequence of events: 12th Oct: I visited the Vashi authorised Sony service centre to report a problem with my handset (Had to drive 25 Kms to get there). Tiny black spots were appearing on the photos I took. The engineer took a look at my handset & said it’s faulty. He said Sony doesn’t repair Xperia phones & only replace them. I was uncomfortable with receiving a refurbished model as my phone was in immaculate condition. Not a single scratch since I always stored it in a Silicon CAPDASE cover. The engineer assured me that most of the times the company replaces the handset with a new one. And not a single customer in the past has been disappointed. On that condition I deposited my handset. He told me I would get a call in a few days with the handset status. 14th Oct: No one called me, I kept trying the no of the service centre but no one answered my call. No was always busy[protected]. 15th Oct: Again tried calling the service centre. Again no response. I called the Sony helpline[protected]. They gave me another no[protected]. 16th Oct: Again tried calling the service centre - no answer. 17th Oct: I called the[protected] Sony helpline. They said they couldn’t give me any status of my handset since it wasn’t a repair case & was a replacement which only the service centre had access to the details. I complained that i am unable to reach the service centre no. They said they would escalate the matter & get someone to call me on the 18th Oct. 18th Oct: No one called me back. Neither from Service Centre & neither from Sony Customer Care 19th Oct: At 10 AM managed to get through the Vashi service centre. They said my replacement had come & i could come & collect the same. Again drove 25 Kms & got there. A big fight was going on in the repair centre due to which i had to wait for nearly an hour. Finally an engineer attended to me & gave me my replacement phone. The phone had scratches on the sides. The top ear phone flap wasn’t closing properly & the rubber was scratched. The copper 2 small points on the left side of the phone has tiny mud stains. The silver lining of the camera behind was also covered with black dirt. I refused to accept the handset & asked the engineer why I was called for this when a new one was promised. He denied promising me anything and said all handsets come in this condition directly from Sony & the next one could also be in the same state. I returned it back to them. I called Sony[protected] & asked for a supervisor to make another complaint. I spoke to a supervisor Sandhya. She heard the entire experience & asked me to wait on the line. She then came back to me saying she spoke to the service centre & assured me they will order a new one for me as an exception. She asked me to call the Vashi centre on Monday post 11 AM to know the status. 21st Oct: I called at 1 PM on Monday. The service centre had no clue of my handset status. I asked them if a new handset request was placed. They were not aware of the same. I again called Sony on[protected] & asked for Sandhya. They said not possible to speak to her but not worry as my case was escalated to the Sony Head Office & everything will get taken care off. Another supervisor called Ankit assured me i will get whatever was promised & he would definitely call me back on 22nd between 3 & 5 PM and update me on everything. 22nd Oct (Today): The Sony Centre didn’t call me again as promised. This was the 3rd time a call back was promised from a supervisor & not kept. I kept calling the Vashi service centre. Finally got through them at 6.15 PM after trying the whole day & they couldn’t give me the status. So i again called the[protected] helpline & spoke to 6 different agents asking for a supervisor. All the times they kept me on hold & hung up. Finally the 7th time i kept insisting for a Manager & i got transferred to Jitendra after nearly an hour of waiting. Jitendra has promised to look into the issue now & has promised another call back tomorrow. My expectations from Sony: After paying 40, 000 Rupees for this phone, this is not the service i expect. Please return my money & keep your phone. OR keep the commitment which Sandhya made to me & replace the phone with a new one & please start providing me with better service. Expecting an urgent response and resolution & not any apologies from Sony. Thanking you, Amit Rocha

            I was thinking to buy sony handset. But when i visited sony and asked about warranty they told same. I had a doubdt about that they wont give new handset.

              I have purchased Sony DVD Player DVP-SR370/B on dated 14/09/13 from Sony Center, 126, NEELGIRI COMPLEX, Indira Nagar, Lucknow (U.P.) Ph:[protected], 4010083. The demonstration was made on Sony TV at Sony Center. On connection with my LG TV at home, the remote of DVD Player is not pairing with LG TV/ Remote of the Sony DVD is not properly functioning like demonstration at Sony Center and some features like volume control on DVD Player remote are not working. I have contacted the Sony Centre but M/s Sony Centre refuge to attend the same asking that the same DVD is not compatible with the TV’s other than Sony. Subsequently, matter was discussed several times with your customer care through phone and mail but no concrete solution received. As instructed by customer care, the matter has been discussed with Sony Authorized Service Centre located at Sector-B, Mahanagar, Faizabad Road Lucknow on dated 18/10/13. The Service Engineer visited our residence on dated 18/10/13 on payment basis and a payment amounting to Rs 200/- as home visit charges paid (installation job sheet available) but as per the Service Engineer the said DVD player is not compatible with LG TV. After several requests and visits to Sony Center, the problem is still persisting and till date no solution received. You are requested to materialize the matter

                Hi Sony's servicemen had come today and have asked for the repair again or a new mother-board!!! Why do I have to pay every year for such an expensive product?? Please have some mercy on your customers who buy a product of 70, 000 and have to suffer like this. Being a proclaimed brand like SONY, the products are so feeble and get damaged every year?? Despite the fact that the product is 2 years old 'only', THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE TO PAY EVERY YEAR AND I WOULD LIKE YOU THIS TO BE ON PRIORITY AND EXPEDITED. I do not want to pay again and would like to file an official complaint to your next level. I'm looking for a positive response where I'm fully compensated to pacify the situation ASAP. Worst-case, I would have to go to your India-VP to get it fixed.

                  hi sir I had purchased Sony Xperia L on 10th June 2013 but this is a deflected set I had complaint on this foram once before so SONY has replaced my cellphone but they give me again a deflected set in this phone I am facing the same problem which is camera LED flesh not working I had already complained that sony has provided me a deflected set but when I complained in this foram they call back me and replace my phone but his set also giving the same problem so I want my all investment back by SONY and give me libel for this other wise will go to the consumer court. mukesh Kumar vaishnav [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                  I went to the Genius services (sony service centre) but their executive telling that they will repair this set with in 15days but when I told him for give me standby cellphone which is company policy but they refuse to give it to me and told that after two days they can give stand buy cellphone.So sir I had already spent 8000/- for going the service centre for repair the cellphone now I did not want to go service centre I want all my money back from Sony India and tell me the way to file a consumer case on sony India.

                    I have purchased Sony Xperia Z from company showroom with proper bill. No one has come from company to explain any function/ demonstration of the phone. Sony company says the phone is water proof and scratch proof. I kept my phone in my pocket and suddenly when I saw it has got hair tear on the screen. The glass is teared from the side which is not even visible. The sides of phone are yet finished, it is proof that phone doesn't fall down or not hammered. It seems it is a company fault and still service centre of Bhavnagar denies to replace the phone.. They asked me to deposit 50% of phone cost which is 17500/- . How one can pay this much for the phone under warranty... My complaint number is w[protected].. The service person of Bhavnagar is not responding well and not listening me properly

                      I purchased a vaio e-series laptop last year in the month of june and it is the worst product I have purchased till date. The attractive outward appearance of the laptop convinced me and I bought it and within a month of the purchase the screen cracked internally. I didn't even drop the laptop. It merely hit the table which resulted in the screen cracking internally. I took it to the sony showroom and sony doesn't cover physical damage in its warranty after the piece that was sold to me broke within a month ( dell replaces the entire product when under warranty and I end up paying 12000 bucks to fix that screen). I had to pay 12000 bucks out of my own pocket and got it fixed. Then within 7 months the screen broke internally once again. And this time the laptop did not even hit anything. I turned it off and kept it aside on a table at night and the next morning when I checked there was a tiny leaf shaped crack. Not ready to spend another 12000 on a laptop which I bought for 34000, I got it fixed from an outside dealer for 5000 bucks and of course lost my warranty. Then within a month the hinge of the laptop got lose making the screen shake when the laptop is open. Not only is the company not at all user-friendly, also the piece I bought was completely defective with the weakest body I have ever seen a laptop having. No software issues yet, but that's pretty much it. Horribly weak hardware. Having lost the warranty, I got the hinge fixed by an outside dealer for 1500 bucks and now within 3-4 months the hinge has broken completely and the the metal part of the hinge has come out and the lining rubber is exposed. Now I can't even shut the laptop and can practically rip off the screen part of the laptop from the rest of it easily and the laptop doesn't even stay open without a backrest. I know that your company being so unhelpful will not sort out any of my problems and grievances but I thought that I should atleast let you know how much agony I have gone through because of the fateful day that I bought a vaio and I shall certainly ensure that nobody I care about buys this laptop or anything from this company.

                          Dear Sirs, I am NIlesh Bakhda (+91-[protected]/+91-[protected]) from Mumbai, I am writing you in extreme grief and after fed-up of awaiting proper and positive reply from you service team in Mumbai. And also with a hope that I will get proper solution from your end. I have bought Sony led Bravia model no.KDL-40EX520 which I have purchased from Jumbo Electronics Dubai on 27/01/2012 serial no.2061750. As Sony is the leading well-known reputed brand name in electronics market. We buy Sony products because Sony is the name of trust, quality & service. And In the same way I have also trusted Sony for Its high quality products and customer satisfaction oriented approach, but recently what I have Experienced while getting parts / service for my Sony tv, and also by knowing that the same problem persists with the other owners of the same tv model has shaken my trust over your reputed brand. I have been cheated by Sony India (P) Ltd. Mumbai. My tv’s screen has problem of colour lines all screen Is green & pink, for that I have contacted Mr.Alwyn Bothello (+91-[protected]) at service regional office at Mumbai, I have explained everything to him that I have purchased It from Dubai & there has no warranty; he guided me to contact customer care & also told that they are running with shortage of panel, If Its panel problem. I have recently come to know that other persons owning the same model TVs are having the same Issue. I have launched the complaint at Sony customer care on 25/09/2013 vide Id 15806210. Mr. Jay Surti (+91-[protected]) engineer from Sony service center visited my residence on 26/09/2013 job sheet no.J31808298 also I have handed over to him Jumbo electronics bill of purchase, custom duty paid receipt & warranty card at that time only, I have again called Mr. Alwyn to talk with their engineer Mr.Jay Surti to confirm the problem of panel which he conveyed to Mr.Alwyn & Mr. Alwyn has promised me to reply whether panel will get replace If available or Sony India (P) ltd offer me another new led tv set on discounted price whatever will get solution by 28/09/2013 get resolve my led problem in 4 to 5 days from Sony service center (Aarvee Info services Santacruz West Mumbai). I have visited personally to Sony center where I have been Informed by Mr. Mushir (+91-[protected]) at Aarvee info services that panel for my led TV model no.40EX520 Is not available from company, so they have to get the solution from Sony India (P) ltd to get approval for new led tv on discounted price which takes 2 to 3 days. On 3rd of October I have communicated with Mr.Mushir where he told me Sony India has approved & offered me a new led tv set Sony led tv model no.KDL-42W670 for Rs.899/- against my old faulty panel led tv 40EX520, he also Informed me that I have to make payment of Rs.899/- by demand draft on 4/10/2013 & new led tv will be deliver at my residence by 12/10/2013. I have given demand draft to Sony center In the name of Sony India (P) ltd., drawn from Kotak Mahindra bank VIle Parle East branch D.D no. 602352 of Rs.899/-to Sony service center handed over to Mr.Mushir. As In humanity I have called Mr.Alwyn for thanks for his guidance for repair, after knowing all the resolution & approved offer by Sony India (P) Ltd Mr.Alwyn hold up my replacement process which I came to know on 7/10/2013. I called Mr.Alwyn for the same where he told me that approval & offer given to me by mistake, I don`t understand that after all necessary process only Sony India has approved & offered to me via service center so I tried to convinced him & requested to move on further process which he has asked service center to stop, he told me that he will do the needful for the same. But he didn’t. On 9/10/2013 I have contacted Sony service center Mr.Mushir, where I came to know that earlier new led tv replacement offer of Rs.899/- has revoked & now I will get 25% disc on new led tv on MRP of Rs.67900/-which will cost me Rs.50, 900/- I was shocked how can no.1 brand company Sony can`t keep their word of mouth & do such things so, I called Mr. Alwyn where he agreed that they have approved & offered replacement cost of Rs.899/- but afterwards they found Its very less so they have revoked & changed. I have mate Mr. NImesh ZaverI of Sony center (Aarvee Info services Santacruz West Mumbai) where I have explained everything to him & he called Mr. SunIl PatIl (+91-[protected]) of Sony India (P) ltd. Where I have talked with Mr. PatIl he agreed & apologies for earlier approved offer Rs.899/- explained so many excuses but he was not ready to give same approved offer by Sony India (P) ltd. Which they have revoked for my replacement. He tried to convince me to pay Rs.50, 900/- offer which they have offered me after revoked approved & committed offer of Rs.899/-. I mate Mr.Alwyn on 10/10/2013 & Mr.SunIl PatIl on 11/10/2013 both of them agreed & confirmed Sony India has approved & offered for Rs.899/- which they have revoked. As per them It was by mistake which Is unbelievable when Its has processed & approved by many officers by all necessary process how It can be a mistake & however If It Is a mistake also when Sony India have approved & committed to customer how Its possible to revoke by reputed company like Sony.. I have requested Mr. Sunil Patil that I want to meet Mr. Vijay Sai which he told Mr. Vijay sai is not available so I can meet him on 16th October & called Mr. Patil on 15th October for the reconfirmation of the meeting Mr. Vijay Sai on 16th on which he told that on 16th is holiday so not possible & Mr. Sai also agreed with his dissension so no need to meet him then also I told him at least can I meet him? After so, many request he agreed & given me meeting date on 17th October. When I reached at regional office to meet Mr. Vijay Sai he was available in the office as per security but Mr. Sunil Patil came alone for meet & told me Mr. Vijay Sai is not available so, as he will call me as n when Mr. Vijay is available. I requested so many times for Mr. Sai`s mobile no. So I can take his appointment I found Mr. Sunil Patil don`t want me to meet Mr. Vijay Sai, Which he didn`t give me mobile no., then he told me “they told me sorry & accepted that they have revoked 1st approval of Rs.899/- so now I should accept 2nd offer of Rs.50, 900/-“ my reply was the same as I told him earlier, ready to accept earlier 1st offer of Rs. 899/- which was approved & offered by Sony India & revoked thereafter. He wanted some time to get panel which I refused now because I have waited from 25th September to 18th October almost 23 days but they have not done anything except revoked approval of Rs.899/-. Mr. Sunil Patil has requested me for 1 day to rethink for which I agreed he supposed to call me on 18th October by 3 pm which he has not contacted. Sony India Mumbai has given me a so much trouble, mental harassment which is very shameful for company like Sony India. I had approached & ran around all the place so many times at Sony center, Sony regional office at Marwah house to get justice, but today I am there where I was. Sir, I have all above related proof with me. Few things which I failed to understand : 1). As Sony Is International no.1 brand It has got a problem in just 1yr.7 months? 2). Since I have made complaint to Sony India (p) ltd., where I made very clear to engineer who visited my residence, Mr.Jai Surti, Mr. Alwyn & service center all the facts that these Is non warranty, non Indian purchase product, submitted purchase bill of Jumbo Dubai, warranty card, custom duty paid receipt on 26/09/2013 so It’s very much Impossible to understand Sony India (p) ltd. Approved replacement offer of Rs.899/- why It has been revoked? 3). The no.1 brand Sony can`t keep their promises & word of mouth committed then I am not surprised for Chinese or any local make brands If they do so. 4). When I was ready to replace the panel with expense of Rs.22, 000/- approx, If It’s not there with company how can company asked me pay for more. They have to replace with the price of panel ? 5). Sir, like inform you after all above mention incident has happened & no one has contacted me from Sony India Mumbai till the date. Slogan of Sony: What is the meaning of the dot In Make . Believe? Its place where imagination becomes real & you are invited . My complaint is not Imagination its on facts, so If Sony India Is believe in complete & fulfil the Imaginations, then I hope on above mention facts I hope Sony India will do the best at the earliest. Any reputed company has 1st guideline: If company approved & offered once to the customer that commitment has to fulfill by the company.                           I am totally appalled and disgusted at the misinformation and total LIES given to you by your so called 'authorised' service centre - M/s Aarvee Infoservices. The fact is that absolutely NOTHING has been done to repair my set and it is lying with Aarvee since one month!

                          Here are the facts of the case:
                          My Sony Bravia 40" LCD was picked up my Aarvee on Jan 12th 2015.
                          On 13th Jan I was told that the LCD panel had gone and I was given an estimate of approx Rs 20, 000 to replace it. I was also told that repair will not start till I paid 50% advance. Accordingly, on Jan 14th I paid Rs 10, 000 advance to Aarvee.
                          Since then they have been feeding me stories saying the part is not available, has to come from Singapore, will come in 3/4/5 days etc. This went on for 15 days with no indication given to me of when the part will come and when it will be repaired.
                          During that time, despite my repeatedly asking not once did the head/manager of Aarvee bother to speak to me on the phone and explain the issue. This is the quality of your service. After 15 days I insisted he speak to me upon which he reluctantly came on the line and asked for 24 hours time to 'find out the status and possible date of part coming"
                          After this - around 4th Feb - I was given a call by a Mr Subedar of Aarvee - he is the engineer supposedly working on my TV - saying that the part will not come and whether I have the bill for the TV. I was not sure about the bill since the TV is over 6 years old and told him so. At which point he said he can make me a deal whereby I can get 25% off on a new TV and he can arrange it. I am not sure whether this was officially offered or not. There was no mention of the return of my 10, 000 advance as well!
                          Last Friday - 6th Feb - I found the bill for my TV set and called up Aarvee. Subedar came on the line and now magically said Head Office has sent a mail saying that my part (LCD panel) is being arranged for and will come in 3-4 days. He assured me that this was not like the previous commitments of the last 20 days and this time it will definitely come. So there was no need of bill. There was no further mention of the 25% off on new TV!
                          It is now a week later since Feb 6th. I have been checking with Aarvee and Subedar and they tell me the part has still not come.
                          I am now left with a situation where I have NO CLUE of the status of repair after one month! You are sitting on my Rs 10, 000 advance. And i am unaware of whom to escalate the issue to.

                          I am shocked and disappointed at the quality of your service and lack of concern for customers. I have posted my complaint on Facebook upon which I received a general reply saying you are 'attending to the matter' and that 'it has been escalated'.

                          After one month - I have no answers, no service - and your service centre has the temerity to feed you blatant lies! It is shocking that an international brand like yours has stooped to this level.

                            Dear Sony Team, I have Sony Bravia for last two years and got an error regarding its color / pictures I had registered the complaint regarding this on 17th of oct.2013 they committed me to solve this problem within 2 days. But no response I get after 2 days even no any call I received for delaying information. This is not I was accepting from Sony company we can go with samsung, Lg, etc. company also. Even they give perfect support (24x7) to customers and customers complaints. Try to improve your quality for customers support.                               Sir, I D.Siva Hemanth brought a laptop of sonyvaio E-Series on 5 th august 2013. After 10 days i have a small cut in the cable of the adapter which is negligble. Even though there is a cable my adapter worked very well till last week. Suddenly the adapter stoped working because the adapter is not taking the power.My warranty extends up to July 2014. I have submitted my adapter to sony service center vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. So i can't submit a photo proof. Considering the cable cut as negligble please consider the warranty of the adapter and give me a new one. I am requesting u sir.

                                Its surprising to learn the kind of braindead people the service centre has. I registered a complaint for a charger(which stopped working and is under warranty)... on 17th oct. I was told i ll get a new charger within 2-3days. got a sms, of the service centre who ll replace the same. on 18th oct I got a call, and the person tells me, that... engineer will come to check the charger and then within 2-3day i ll get it, if they dont have the stock of the same, it ll take 7-10 days. Its surprising to know, how lightly Sony people take the complaints, and doesnt understand the importance of laptop. If i would have been told initially only that, sony is incapable of handling customers, i would have purchased a new charger. which costs hardly any amount as compared to the work hampered.

                                  Now i have 1000 watts Sony home theater. I am not satisfied with my home theater woofer.because last six month my woofer is not working, I complaint, and they are change my woofer with warranty, but that day on wards, it will get some problem ( i have very doubt full thinks its not 1000w woofer) SO PLEASE TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY AND CURE MY ISSUES

                                    Hi, I have purchased a mobile phone (Sony Xperia U) on 17th Oct 2012. On the last day of warranty (16th Oct 2012), luckily I realized that there is some issue with the touch screen in my mobile. I went to nearest service centre and submit my phone there. They verified that there is an issue with the touch screen and now they are ready to replace necessary parts. I asked from them that what will be the guarantee of the parts which they will replace, because it may happen that the same issue can come again in my mobile. Since there is no more warranty of my phone. How can I trust on your service which you are providing me? They simply told me that we cannot guarantee anything. If the same issue come again, then you have to pay. This is really disgusting service from SONY. Expecting a favourable reply asap.                                       We purchased above-said silicon-electrical geyser which is used to heat water instead of traditional boilers. 2 persons from Sonye Tek Marketing, #C-60, Opp Kanteerava Studio, Kanteerava Studio main road, Bangalore-560022 PhNo[protected] [protected]@yahoo.com came to our home in T.G. Layout Ittumadu on 4th of October 2013 and gave a demo of silicon-electrical geyser which is used to heat water instead of traditional boilers. They took INR 1500 adavnce and they promised to send a technician to fix it and give the remaining amout of INR 1500 to tehnicians. after that, till today no one has turned and out and if I call person who came my house ([protected]), asks me to call at office number, if I call the office, they asks me to call the executive whoc visited to your house, they dont even respond properly . It looks like they are bunch of cheaters with the intention to loot innocent customers ... !!! I request you to give us justice and solve this issue as soon as possible and humble request is same thing should not happen to others. We all should fight against these cheaters and main intention is to stop others getting cheated.

                                        I have purchased LCD TV of SONY last year on 21.06.2012. TV started having problems just after expiry of warranty period. Finally last week it stopped working with NO SOUND and Blurred Screen. I contacted Service Centre help desk on [protected] on 07.10.2013. from that day to today still problem is not resolved . The personnel over there always give false assurances but no concrete step made by company.This is the worst service I have faced from any of the consumer durable companies. The service request no provided to me is 15981540.
