Regarding faulty new mobile phone and bad customer service

I had purchased sony xperia z white from vijay sales, Mahim on 13 october 2013. On 5 november 2013 my phones battery got completely drained and it got switched off, after a while i kept it for charging at approximately 10am in the morning but the phone did not boot, till 5pm in the evening it was kept for charging but still didn't turn on. Value for a good brand like Sony would be lost !!
