I BOUGHT THE SONY X PERIA Z1 ON 4TH NOV.2013 FROM SPICE SHOWROOM IN CONNAUGHT PLACE OPP. PLAZA CINEMA HALL. THE SALES MAN WHO SOLD ME THE PHONE WAS MR.RAZA FROM SONY. HE ASSURED US TO PROVIDE MANY FREE GIFTS ALONG WITH THE PHONE. BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT EVEN PROVIDED THE SCREEN GUARD. WHENEVER I CALL IN THE SHOWROOM, I AM TOLD THAT RAZA IS OUT OF STATION, WHENEVER HE WILL COME COME HE WILL PROVIDE U THE SCREEN GUARD. AND WHEN HE WAS AVAILABLE HE TOLD THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE SCREEN GUARD FROM THE COMPANY. YOU CAN UNDERSTAND SIR HOW COSTLY THIS PHONE WAS, AND IF THIS KIND OF SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED WHAT WILL HAPPEN FOR AFTERSALE SERVICE IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I raised a ticket (Tct No. [protected]) on 26th Oct, 2013 for Sony Experia U Mobile. I want to bring few concerns which really frustrates me in getting service from Sony Experia Customer Service Team as well as Customer Care Team. 1. Service team member has put physical condition of mobile as damaged. Immediately I replied him back where did you find damage in my mobile, even though there is not a single mark on mobile. He replied that he has put it randomly and it will not cause any problem with availing warranty. 2. Someday back I received mail from customer care team that as your mobile was found in physical damage condition warranty can’t be provided in this case. Immediately I called to customer care team and informed him in detail. Then she had conference call with service center guy and he agreed that there is no damage to mobile. 3. Then someone from customer care replied me that you have submitted the mobile on 28th October and warranty was valid till 26th October. 4. I replied back that ticket has been raised on 26th October only. The service center guy told me to come on 28th Oct with Bill but he didn’t inform me that warranty will be checked on 28th only. Else I would have submitted on 26th only. Customer care member replied back that I am forwarding your case to respective field officer and he will decide whether to provide warranty or not. 5. Its already more than 15 days and I am not able to get my mobile repaired. I sent so many mails to customer care team. I am really sorry to say that service provided by sony is really bad and I am sure I will never buy or suggest anyone to buy a sony product, if you guys continue to take responsibility like this.

      Hi, I am a loyal customer of Sony products since long time. Me and the organization that I work for (SERP, Hyderabad), regularly does purchases from sony vendors for official purposes. I didn’t have any bad experience from your company and your customer service for all these years. So I consider my recent ” not so good” experience with your customer service center as an aberration. I own a Sony Vaio Laptop (Model Number :VPCEG3AEN/BIN[protected]. LCD of the laptop was broken and hence was submitted for repairing at Madonna Sales and service, Palace PO, Trivandrum, kerala (Authorised sony service center) on[protected] .Job No given in the sheet is J[protected] J3/FY13-11/003026). On return of the laptop[protected], I did a random check and collected the laptop paying full amount of Rs 11, 532. But later I found that the keyboard of the laptop is not working properly. This might have happened during the repairing process, as the defect was not there before and it was not even recorded in the job sheet. But when I checked with the service center, they were not ready to accept the mistake and demanded extra Rs 5000 for replacing the keyboard. They were not even ready to inspect the piece and was sure that the keyboard is defective even without touching the laptop. It could have been that the keyboard was replaced with a defective one, though I don’t intend to make an allegation for which I don’t have a proof.         Team Sony The service provided by Sony is highly dissatisfying. I own a Sony XPERIA Tipo Dual ST21i2 and it is showing repeated problem of restarting. I had bought the phone in June 2013 and in July the phone was giving problem of restarting to an extent that the frequency was 6-8 times in an hour. I submitted the phone at Koramangala, Bangalore service centre 4 times. I have written to you for the same reason before. I got a new motherboard replaced in early September after a month of visiting the service center repeatedly. Today, on November 13, 2013 after experiencing the same problem of phone restart I have submitted my phone at the same service center. It has been observed that the problem is recurring after 2 months. I demand refund of my money that I have spent to buy SONY XPERIA thinking of quality and good performance. But that all has gone for a toss. My experience with XPERIA has been sour to the greatest extent. I bought the phone for Rs. 9490. It all has been wasted buying an XPERIA phone. The service at the service center is all the more rediculous. The people leave the service desk and customer keep waiting. I feel Sony as a brand is diluting its value by ignoring such pity issues. I am writing the ticket ID and the Job ID for your reference. I hope you could do something or else I will have to file a case of customer harassment against SONY which I think will be all the more painful for you.           Hello Team I would like to raise a complaint against Sony authorized mobile service center Accel Frontline Services Ltd and Company itself. I bought Xperia J last year December and I have been facing an issue with auto restart and touch screen hang after 5 months from the purchase of phone. Had gone to service center thrice for repair and formatted the phone several times but the problem is still persisting. I assume to have this as a manufacturing defect which is been neglected by both service center and on call technical assistance. Whenever I seek on-call technical assistance they direct me to service center and service center spokesperson just format my phone memory saying they have updated it with latest software resulting which the problem shouldn’t come again. I am really in a fix and this round n round taking me nowhere.

            This is to inform you that I have purchased my Sony Xperia C from kohinoor televideo, Mumbai on 2nd of November and after 2 hours it was not supporting the SD card .As the service centre was closed on 3rd, 4th and 5th November due to Diwali.I went to service centre on 6th November and gave my mobile for replacement. earlier they tried to fix the issue but later they told it will go for replacement.

            now when I started following up for my mobile I came to know that service centre has created the request on 8th of november for the replacement. and still they dont know when exactly I will recieve my phone.

            I have already paid cost of new mobile as i didn't have any mobile when they took it for replacement.

            I want the compensation from Sony mobile or kohinoor televideo as it was Box pack faulty phone and i am being cheated by both of them.

            Kohinoor televideo sales represntative has denied to do anything on this.

            I want to draw attention that why we as a consumer are getting cheated by these big companies.

            i paid 20000 for my mobile with no phone in hand now.

            I want the interest for 20 K either from sony mobile or kohinoor televideo.

            please help me on this.

            No body has yet contacted me for this issue yet.Today when i called to the call centre they told me it will take time .

            everyday they tells the new story.

            Please help me on this for such a bad service. There should be something to stop these kind of worse services in INDIA.

              Hi, I'm a resident of Mumbai.I had Purchased a Sony Xperia Z handset from authorized SONY Dealer (MAGIC ELECTRONICS, MUMBAI-400080)in the Month of September this year.The Box bears three stickers:- 1.Free Premium Case worth 1990/- 2.Vodafone 3G Unlimited data free for 2 months(beared expiry date). 3. Free Headphone worth 1490/-. I received the free premium case.The Vodafone offer beared an expiry date, so dint avail the offer as it had expired.Now, about the headphone, the sales person said, The Offer is not valid now, U wont get the headphone wherein the box bears the sticker.The Sales person said SONY Company has not provided us with the Headphones, so we cant give the Free Product to you.I consulted this thing to few friends of mine & they said, The Dealer might have Sold the Headphone separately n not gave you.The Sticker doesnt bear any expiry date so should i believe the sales person??That is the reason I raised a complaint on SONY XPERIa Support[protected].Its been almost 2months n still the case has not been resolved.I'm a precise Customer & have paid money to buy a product and its my right to get all the benefits that are associated with the product.I will Fight.

                The terms and conditions states that i will have to claim the prize by 10th November, 2013 i.e. Today itself or otherwise it will be deemed as surrendered, but i haven't received any details from their side. Then they will say IT WAS I WHO DIDN'T CLAIM MY PRIZE.I have been trying to reach them through Facebook but they are not replying.
                I request you to settle this matter.. I will present necessary ID proofs on being summoned upon to claim my prize !

                Its the official mobile contest and customer care executives say that they have no information on it.i sent them an email regarding this today and it requires 48 hours to revert back.i called their customer care executives about 10 times, they make me hold for 10-15 min( i have all recordings). then say they don't have specific information on such competiton. Moreover, they didn't let me talk to their senior officials.

                my complain is that if they conduct some official competitions and promise prizes then this all should not be done.Is all this faking with loyal customers and causing great inconvenience acceptable?

                  I Ahmed Ansari bought a Sony vaio laptop 8 months ago after a months its dvd writer stopped working, camera & touchpad don''t work properly and even hingers got loose, so i logged a complaint on 25th of september 2013, complaint no. 15813998, product is in warranty period & Product name- SVE15126CNB, Serial no, [protected]. Engineer visited after 2 weeks from unique infoways situated at Nehru place but after that i didn't getting any info regarding my complaint, i called to customer care many times but still no progress. Then i tried to call unique infoways to know the status of my complaint but they are very busy, they don't have time to receive calls from customers, never answered an single call of mine. even i wrote a mail to Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com its been more than a week i didnt get an reply from sony. if you guys really provide any customer service please solve my problem.

                    I had purchased sony xperia z white from vijay sales, Mahim on 13 october 2013. On 5 november 2013 my phones battery got completely drained and it got switched off, after a while i kept it for charging at approximately 10am in the morning but the phone did not boot, till 5pm in the evening it was kept for charging but still didn't turn on. So I went to vijay sales for complaining they inspite of telling me what was wrong with my phone they tried sending me to the service centre. After I bursted on them the manager said they would send it to the service centre on my behalf. However theyb did not provide me any appropriate date on which i could collect my phone. The manager had told us to collect it after 2 days. Its been 4 days now and I have not got my phone and they aren't giving me exact date on which I can collect my phone due to which I have to keep calling to the showroom again and again. I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest and fix my phone or replace it, as it costs Rs 34, 000 and please make it worth the amount I spent.

                      this is a bravia that i bought 2 years back.. the model is it is now facing serious complaints... i don't know where the reliability of Sony products has been... personally i used to recoment sony to my friends as well my lap, phone, cam, home theater everything comes from sony... i need immediate help at any stances...

                      I am also facing the similar issue. My entire panel has been damaged. Sony service center, Thiruvalla, Kerala, India checked and informed that its a manufacturing defect for this particular Model EX300. I hardly used for 3 years.

                        I bought a laptop from Delhi on 8 July 2013, the model number is SVF14212SNB, serial number is 0003744. The machine was found completely dead without any reason. I have submitted the machine to the Service Centre TECKNO PLAZA (Address: CD-96, Sector 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700064) on 25th October. The job reference number allocated for the same is J32070141. Till date, I do not have any update on the purchase of spare part which is required for the proper functioning of machine.                         Dear Sir,

                        This is V.Bala Praveen from Chennai, Tamil Nadu I have a bought a Vaio laptop from your sony store on 5 September 2013. (PUCHASED BILL SCAN COPY ENCLOSED).

                        What happened is from the 1st day I am facing many issues in the laptop I got really very fed up of my laptop bcoz it is something costly and creating problem, I complained to sony store where I have bought the laptop and asked for an replacement they told it a new one while using day by day the problem will be cleared. As per there word I went from there and I used the laptop, I faced many issues in the laptop.

                        The issues are as follows:

                        1. My mouse pad is not working properly (When I click on a specific point where I want to click thru the mouse pad it fails to click on the correct position and the pointer jumps to any other location automatically).
                        2. My Wifi connection is not connected properly.(When I connect to the wifi it connects and it automatically disconnects and the error which is shown on the system is limited access only and I called the Airtel broadband people they came to my office and they check with all my other laptop which we are using in our office and all the other laptop where connected and my connection in my laptop alone automatically disconnects).
                        3. System automatically restarts many time with sum error.

                        These are the issues I am facing so I went to your Sony service centre egmore(No 53 Wellington Estate Shop No 2, Near Ethiraj College, Ethiraj Salai, Egmore, Chennai –[protected]. I told the help desk people about all the error that I am facing they simply told there is nothing to worry it just a Windows 8 OS issue which is installed in your laptop, And he told me he will reinstall a fresh OS and he will check the laptop and what he has done is, He had again put the same OS on the laptop. And While taking delivery of the laptop he told your laptop have kept for observation for a whole day and there is no error occurred.

                        And I came to my office and switched on my laptop I used just for 10 mins only but the same restarting error occurred, the mouse pad properly & the wifi issue started, And then I called the Sony service centre egmore. I told the same problem is occurring what to do and they lethargically gave a response it will not happen like that we have kept in observation for the whole day if you want any further assistance please call the customer care and they closed that conversation.

                        And I called the customer care number that is [protected] and they guided to do sum steps that is open the run and enter the (mdsched.exe & chkdsk) and the customer care person told me it will take sum 15 to 20 mins to get over and after the troubleshots gets over pl call again and tell what is error is coming. And as they told I have done the error is Hardware problem were detected. To identify and repair these problems, you will need to contact the computer manufacture.

                        And again i called the customer care he told our engineer will attend your problem and gave the complaint number[protected], And I asked for a replacement they only gave the mail to contact.

                        Kindly take this issue very very seriously and replace the laptop because from the day one it’s in a very big problem and I have started a new company while giving a presentation to company if the same error occurs during my presentation my entire business will get spoiled, I hope you understand my problem & feeling, Pl take necessary action on it and give a replacement of my laptop.

                        It’s not a simple money matter if it a 100 Rs or 200 Rs matter I will leave just like that or can buy another one it’s a matter of Rs.34000/- Because of this issues I was frustrated and my pressure got increased like any thing I have spend lots of money for medicines and for doctor because of this issue only, And its has hurted me a lot.

                          Dear sir This request is forwarding to you after the discussion with your thrissur office as per their advice. From abudhabi I purchaised a Sony Bravia LCDTV model no:KLV T550A last 3years ago.Now i'm setttled in India and found some grains on the screen and made an enquiry with sony agency and its panel should be changed.when enquired much more about this i came to know that this is a common problem with this particular sony tvs and sony company is doing its repair with a nominal cost(even after the guarentee period).I hereby request you to kindly extent the facility to me too.Expecting your reply.                             I purchased one Sony LCD from an authorized dealer. I have been facing display issues with the LCD since last couple of months for which I got a complaint registered with the SONY customer care. A representative visited my place after this and without even opening my LCD he declared that the motherboard is faulty & it would fetch a cost of anything around 7K. I was not satisfied with the representative response so I asked them to provide a quotation over mail. It has been almost 1.5 months(with around 10-15 chasers from my side) that I am awaiting for a response from the SONY representatives but with no luck. I even escalated it to the service head lastly but still haven't received any response.

                              I had purchased a hand set of Sony Xperia z, after 15 days got problem that touch was not working.I have submitted this set 4 times in service center.The set got replaced and new problem has been observed that speaker phone is not working.I am not
                              being able to use the hand set from last one month.my phone no [protected].
                              dont buy sony xperia products ...it was sony making ad campaign ...in full swing but no after sales service even my friend brought xperia z ultra and the screen got glitches within 10 days and when reached to service centre the answer found was ...the screen was not replacable/////for 44000 rs phone ...

                                Dear Sir, Kindly refer below mail which I have forwarded to Sony Customer Care on 07/09/2013. But till today there is no positive reply from Sony. Mail starts - "I have purchased Sony Vaio Laptop from one of your authorized store named CHROMA, Pimpri, Pune on 22/11/2012. Till today this laptop has not completed near about 10 months and I have not used it much also. The thing is that, now its not working. Its display has been gone and 50 % of its keys on keyboard are not functioning means right now it is totally dead. I have resubmitted it to the store from where I have purchased it on 4th of this month. I asked them for replacement and there they informed me to contact to you i.e. Sony Customer Care. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LAPTOP'S PERFORMANCE AND I DON'T WANT TO USE IT ANY MORE FURTHER. I WANT REPLACEMENT OF MY LAPTOP. Kindly look into and resolve the issue on top priority...                                   I had given my laptop to the Sony Authorised Service Center with the complain of LED Screen and USB port not working covered under warranty and the same was accepted by the technicians but later on they have called back and said that only the led screen work has been done and USB port work is chargeable since USB port is damaged. Where as when I gave them my Laptop for repair work 1 of my 3 USB ports was working perfectly and no damage issue was bring into my notice by them at that time which you can also see in my SERVICE JOB SHEET as attached. So I believe that the damage was done during the repair work itself. I am giving all the required details as below.                                     Dear Sir, I have bought SONY M dual handset, model-C2004, IMEI-1 No.[protected] & IMEI-2- No[protected], on dated 08/10/2013 from M/s. City collection Nagpur. Next day i have found that the battery is discharging in 4 hours without any use of internet and handset is heating up badly during charging. I like to inform you that i am staying in Village - Tirora District Gondia, its 150 kms from Nagpur, even though i have sent this handset to the dealer for replacement on 10/10/2013 within 48 hours from 150 kms. Dealer has kept the phone and returned the same phone on next day telling that the problem is due to some software and they have solved. Again on next day same problem arises, again i sent the phone to the sony service centre, some M/s.Sai systems (Contact person Mr. Suraj) at Ramdaspet Nagpur for replacement. They have kept the phone for 1 week, telling that replacement will takes time. After 1 week using my phone, they have again returned the same phone and told that they will not do any replacement only they can change its PC board. Please tell me that how can i change the PCB of new phone, for which i have invested Rs.13000.00, Also for that more than Rs. 2000.00 invested in travelling 150 Kms. Still i am using the same phone, discharging in 4 hours and heating up so much while calling. Request you to please take strict action against such companies selling such defective handsets which can creates accidents while calling. Also request you to please take action against their service centers using customers phone and not giving proper service. Please help me for my complaint and try to refund my amount of handset and travelling from the company at the earliest.                                       ear Sony, I submitted my mobile phone Sony Xperia P LT 22i, which I purchased last year at Rs.25000 from Sony CENTER, to local service center at PATNA- ONUS SERVICES via JOB no.W[protected]. I had requested for 2 spare parts and repair of headphone jack and touchbuttons. I was given a maximum time- frame of 7 days(in the event that stock is not available locally, otherwise it was 2-3 days) IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 12 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING AND MY MOBILE IS STILL NOT RETURNED I HAVE DONE COUNTLESS FOLLOW-UPS WITH THE CENTER INCHARGE, EVEN VISITED ONCE TO CENTER, BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESOLVE. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE SIM COVER CAP IS NOT AVAILABLE LOCALLY AND IT WILL COME FROM CHENNAI BUT IT HAS NOT COME YET. WHEN I STARTED SHOUTING AT THEM, THEY HURRIED SAY THAT PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. SIR THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FRAUD . THEY ASSURE MY EVERY TIME THAT IT WILL COME IS 2-3 DAYS. SIR WHAT IS WRONG WITH SONY MOBILES. IT IS NOTORIOUS FOR ITS POOR SERVICE QUALITY . YOU SELL SUCH PREMIUM PHONES WITH ZERO SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD MY FRIENDS THAT IT TAKES MINIMUM 45 DAYS FOR PHONE TO BE REPARED. EVEN THEN IT IS NOT GOOD. MY WORST NIGHTMARE HAS BEEN TRUE. I DONT SEE THEM RETURING MY PHONE IN NEXT 10 DAYS EITHER. THE PART I REQUESTED IS AVAILABLE ON EBAY AND IT CAN BE DELIVERED TO MY DOORSTEP FROM CHINA WITH 5 DAYS, THEN WHY IS IT DIFFICULT FOR SONY TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE IN PATNA FROM CHENNAI WITHIN A WEEK. I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS OPTIONS TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT IT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS. MY MOBILE PHONE IS LYING WITH THEM FOR 12 DAYS. NOW I WANT FULL SERVICE OR KEEP THE PHONE WITH YOU. SONY HAS PROVIDED TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.EVEN MICROMAX SERVICES MY BASIC PHONE IN LESSER TIME LOOK INTO THIS. The TV had a breakdown (video intermitent display but audio was ok) in September 2013 and after informing your call centre, it was attended on 22.9.2013. Initially the technician told after a very brief inspection that the Mother Board had to be replaced and it would cost me about Rs 9000.00 . When I asked the reason for the failure, I was told that it wasbecause of over voltage. I asked him to show the burning marks of any diode, IC etc as I also was an Electronics Engineer. The technician then changed his answer that the mother board needs to be repaired and would cost me about Rs 3000. I asked for a technical report of the failure and a part replaced after three days. Since I could not produce the purchase bill as it was misplaced, I had paid for the same. After three days, the same complaint repeated and I registered a complaint with your call centre. Even after repeated calling your call centre for the one week, nobody responded to rectify the complaint. Later I called the Sony Hotline and registered the complaint and asked the Sony Company representative to speak to me which was denied. I asked for an appointment with the Sony MD or Service Head as the officeis near to my office but the same was denied. Till today, 19.10.2013 nobody from Sony India has given a call. With your "skilled team" attending the complaint, I think I have paid the earlier bill to spoil my TV. Request you to resolve this poor service and improve your team's diagnostic skills and recruit sufficient manpower to attend to at least repeat complaints of your premium products. Hope to get a reply and immediate resolution of my complaint. Awaiting for your call and explanation for this poor service. MAY BE THIS TYPE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE REASON FOR THE DECLINE IN THE SONY MARKET SHARE WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY SAMSUNG. Till date this TV is not being attended and would like to share my experience with the consumers across the country in all the major malls this Diwali season, if the Service Head does not respond to this mail and provide an assurance in writing to replace the unit on free-of-cost basis in case of repeat failure.                                         My LED Sony Bravia 32 inch TV has been gone faulty on 26 SEP 2014 i locked the complaint at 27 SEP already one month has been over but I did not get any solution for Sony. This type of Working Behavior is not acceptable at all.
