sir, i have purchased sony xperia sp C5302 about 1- 2 months ago.and after 20 -25 days it started freezing, so i decided to give it to the service center, after getting my mobile repaired in about 10 days .it again started showing sensor problem..so i again give it to the service center.and now after replacing motherboard 2-3 times..it is still there at service center..what is this !! is this what we are getting in rs 24000 ..i dont want my mobile reparied..i just want to replace it and get a new xperia sp...take some strict action about this...i have not used my mobile that much that it has been in service center.. simply replace my mobile and give me a new one. imei- [protected] mobile no. - [protected] name- biresh kainth

    My complaint request 14926331, 14926344, 14926343,[protected], 15419191, 15861670, & 15519672 have all gone unattended. All that’s done is ticket creation, closure and promises that’s never kept. I am a strict Sony product follower but of late my attitude has changed. Krish Electronics, Mumbai, V V bad service. Reception will not give name and hangs up the phone every single time. Promise to replace Bravia panel in 4 days and collect full cash, still awaiting action, nearing 2 months. All that happens when we call Sony toll free no is, a guy calls to visit and charge me money for the visit. When told it’s a old issue, they ignore it and my complaint is forgotten. On 16.09.2013 spoke with Argha (Complaint Department) who said that our complaint is gone with the senior management team, and they will contact us very shortly. Again on 18.09.2013 spoke with Manish (Complaint Department) who assured that he will call back the same day. And till date 22.09.2013 no calls. Have already written on Facebook, Sony India on September 7 at 1:32pm, and on your website complaint. No response from your end. Spoke to Mr. Alwyn today, believe me the experience was bad. He kept repeating about some company policy about half payment to be made in advance for booking the panel. No consideration about my 2 months delay. He was siding Krish Electronics all the way saying that they had noted that I shall not pay advance, this was of the 1st ticket, rest all forgotten. I guess consumer comes last for Sony. Immediately after this Krish Electronics called and they were ready to accept 100 rs as down payment for booking the panel. Delivery time as per both was 4 business days. But on further enquiry I was informed by the lady at Krish Electronics that the panel was not available in India and was available in Indonesia. On this I again called Alwyn and he was surprised that Krish was ready to accept 1000 rs not half payment for booking the panel. He was also not updated on the availability of the panel. He connected me on a conference call and went on to explain that they were charging 1000 rs as a special consideration fo me. The call got disconnected half way and no one bothered to call me back. Mr Alwyn did not even pick my call. Only when I called through a different no did he pick Up. Seriously, this is the limit for anyone’s patience. I did not ask for anything free from Sony. All that was asked was to get the Panel and take cash, which Mr Alwyn rejected on grounds that it was company policy and cannot be changed, where in Krish electronics could make amends to it. Also promises of a manager calling me, by every service staff and Mr Alwyn has never happened till date. Surprising. This is my last attempt contacting you, hope someone responds favorably. I am however paying Rs 1000 tomorrow to Krish electronics in the hope that they will book the panel and I will get delivery not in 4 days but at least in 2 weeks. In case Sony wants a good customer service consultant to improve service, please call me, I can guarantee that I can not only increase sales but also repeat buy, customer satisfaction.     I guess we are not alone. You can see other related complaints... @SonyIndia: Do improve your after sale service. Because it is affecting your valuable brand.
    In spite of speaking to Mr. Alwyn, no one came to collect the advance. I guess Mr Alwyn knows he cannot get the panel on time committed hence does not want to take the risk.

    If anyone has the contact of Mr. Nayyar, top manager Sony or anyone else pls fwd. I am definitely taking this way further.

      It is a premium laptop, top of the line from Sony - quite expensive. Having problems from day one with brightness (complaint #[protected]. Talked to sony several times. The engineer asked me to restore the laptop to original state. Being engineer myself I told him that it won't solve the issue. But he insisted. It was an enormous amount of wastage of time as even after doing that the problem persists. I was told few days very senior engineer will again call me within a day. It did not happen. I called today morning at 10 am; I was told no engineer comes by noon! Then I asked to talk to the supervisor; I was refused. Then I mentioned I will fill a complaint if you won't help me. I was told that the engineer will call me in an hour (that is, by 11:15 am!) Who is lying to whom? Who is taking for a ride a customer? I wonder if this problem can be fixed or I need to hire a lawyer. Please advise as this is my first time on this website. I do not know if this is answered by one of the buyers or the Sony itself (they do not have any option on their website where you can file a complaint).

        I have summit my phone sony st23i on 30.09.2013 my ticket id is [protected], after that servece center says with in 2-3 days problem has been resolved because motherboad will be replace.After that on friday (04.10.2013) i have call to servece center, he said it will take 4 to 5 more days, call me on monday.than call to customer care (sr. excutive sandhiya) she said give me some time, i will update you on 05.10.2013(saturday) at 12 o clock because serice center was not picking phone call. After that i have call to customer care on saturday(05.2013) after 3 o'clock.(because i have not got any call frome customer care).that day i spoke anoter sr excutive but he was not able to resolve my proble and always saying it will take more time may be 7 days.but service center was saying may be sony will upgrade yur phone because they have not mother boad..on saturday after 1 hours holding on phone . they have disconnect the call. now today monday 07.10.2013, the cervice center is saying, i have not any update frome sony regarding your mother boad. may be they upgrate your mobile. now you will call me after 3-4 days.After that i have call to sony customer care now the cusoter care excutive saying, it will take minimum to minimum 10- 15 days(for replace the moterboad). now what i do ? in last 2 mont i have summution tow times my mobile on sevice center and i have more than 30 times call to service center and sony custome care .on 07.10.2013 at 5 o'clock when i call to service center to provide standby mobile than they saying i have not any standby mobile (but customer care saying you can go service center and take standby moble for few days).If you needed than i will Provide you standby mobile on next day but only on noon not in evening.today i have taken 1/2 day for this activity.and when i talk to him when you can give me my mobile than they are saying now it will take min to min 7 days same inform to cutomer care but they are not doing any help .what i do ? still i am facing the proble .             Hi I had bought sony music system 9 years back, I was facing problem with belt mechanism and the cassette was not working I gave it to service centre at jayanagar 7th block, it was not under warranty , it w as given on 24.09.2013, they charged Rs 10851 vide bill no J3/FY13-09/002159, but still the issue is the same, I am fac5 problem with the cassette wherein its closin7 properly, I never expected this kind of horrible service from such a brand, its like cheAt5 a customer in a bd8 daylight, I wonder that I would bought a new music system by adding another 10000, kindly consider th5 on high priority or s els5 I may have to go to consumers court.

              Hi. Myself Apurva Petkar from Nashik. I bought a Sony Xperia U ST25i handset on 23rd March, 2013 from Impressions Shop, Shalimar, Nasik. Within 5 months it had a weird problem that it got switched off and then was just dead. It was not even charging. So I took it to Sony Service Center in Nasik located at Canada Corner. I was told not to let the handset completely discharge. This same problem I faced within next 15 days again. When I took it to the same service center they again told the same. Within next 8 days I again faced this problem but this time my mobile was not discharged at all. In fact it was completely charged. When I took it to the same service center they told me, motherboard has to be replaced and it will take 8 to 10 days. But now when I called them after 8 days, they said Sony company has not sent the part to us which is to be replaced in the handset. My complaint is if within a month the handset goes out of order so many times, and every time I lose some important data from my phone, it’s a big loss for me and I want my money back. Also the service of the service center is just worst and the service center just does not give satisfactory answers to any customer. Also the job sheets they prepare with just no care at all. Whenever I called the toll free number to get the ticket number, they always say take backup from your phone. But the service center never allows me to take back up of data from my phone. So now I am very much frustrated out of all this and I want my money back that’s it.

                This is to inform you that I purchased Sony vaio e series on 16 September2012 and for last 2 months it is in the service centre because the keyboard is dead ... It's a matter of inconvenience that for 2 months I am working without my laptop and everytime they say that they don't have stock of keyboard, there is no supply ...please help me out .

                  Hi, I did make the mistake of buying sony xperia z 4 months ago .It did't have much issues for the first 2 months .After that one day the phone stopped charging completely .I was also not able to connect the phone to my laptop . So i went to the service center and asked what the problem was and they said that the charging port was damaged and the small chip which docks with the charger has actually come out .I was surprised as i never did any rough use and i have been using phone with similar port for the past 5-6 years . Anyways i accepted the problem caused to be my mistake and asked the repair guy to repair the same .This is when i got the shock of my life .The service center guy simply said that no repair can be done on this phone any where in india .Sony has not trained any one to open the phone it seems .And the alternative he suggested even shocked me further .Pay 20000 and get a replacement .WOW ... Nice way to make money guys .He said that the damage would cost me only 100 or 200 bucks in normal case since it involves just soldering in the small chip back into the charging port .But since this phone cannot be opened there is no way of doing even that .So i asked him what will happen if the phone stops working after one year(after warranty) .He said then also i'll have to apply for replacement paying the same amount.WHAT?????Are you serious .Now my phone is a fully functional brick .Sony's brand value is the main reason why i bought this phone. Way to cheat people guys .And i been writing to you guys explaining my problem .Not sure whom you employ to deal with these issues as most times the reply i get is like a forwarded template .Please at least now help me to get it repaired at minimal cost.

                    I bought a Xperia M set in Ranchi from a dealer 'Yashvi International', on 7th September 2013. Not even a month have passed and the phone has become crap. The phone doesn't even gets on properly, its always in safe mode. Its a sudden thing which crept in while using it I don't know how. I took it to the service center on 1st October & they are telling me that they will have to replace the mother board & they will take at-least 15 days. Its the " COMPANY POLICY " according to them. Its submitted in the service center at the moment with Job No- W[protected] & Ticket No.- [protected]. I didn't expect this kind of solution from SONY at-least, we get a 1 month replacement warranty even if we buy the products online. And what sort of solution is this for a new phone that too when the service center people too can't can't guarantee its success. They have told- " We will change the mother board each time when you have this problem irrespective of the frequency of the problem i.e. a month or even the next day. We won't replace the set. " In any case I m not going to get just the mother board replaced as it would be the new door to the world of mobile troubles. And I don't want to possess a phone for experiment purpose of the service enter. I want a complete & feasible solution. I WANT MY SET REPLACED or else full refund.

                    i have purchased my Sony Xperia M2 in Nov 14, in June it is started auto switching off again and again we have to restart so we switch off the phone and keep memory card and both SIM out and again when we started it after inserting both memory card and SIM card; SIM was not read by phone it display the message "insert SIM card" then we send the same to customer care on 1st July 2015. He checked the same and told that SIM card slot to be changed; but till now we have not get my phone back from customer care every time he said 1 week. it is about 2 month such a poor service by such a big brand. i never expect this. I am sorry to say but this is why customer not interested to purchase Sony product.
                    today also customer care person given me 1 week time every time they have different excuses:
                    1st week: it will take 1 week
                    2nd week: our technical person not yet received your phone
                    3rd week: your phone had liquid damage
                    4th week: your SIM slot is not yet received by customer center
                    5th week: Please send your Invoice copy
                    6th week: Please send your old job sheet
                    7th week: we have not yet received SIM slot by company
                    8th week: yet we have not received SIM slot by company
                    Such an irresponsible person this is last week i am given then i will go to consumer forum and police for complain.

                      HI I'm Balaji, I bought a SONY - BRAVIA(KDL32W670A) on 31/8/2013, but within a period of 1 Month (25/9/2013) "PANEL PROBLEM" has been detected by your service person . My complain No is[protected]. As this being a Manufacturing Defect. I kindly request you to replace me a NEW LED TV. Awaiting your quick response on this. Regards Balaji

                        To, Consumer Forum, Mumbai Subject : Replacement of mobile phone Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Mumbai. On 22nd March, 2013 I bought a Sony Xperia Ion with the IMEI number [protected] and the SI number[protected] from Jyot Electronics, Suman Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai for Rs. 30, 000. The company gave a 1 year warranty and any issues within 14 days of purchase there will be replacement. I was said that this is the best model in the market. After all these clauses I have purchased the phone. After a month the phone started giving problems. The problem is whenever I get an incoming call the voice from other side is not heard moreover the phone used to get switched off and automatically used to get on byself. I complaint for it and even my repeated requests for a replacement have fallen on deaf ears. Also the phone has gone to service center twice but still there has been no change, still the problem persists. The shop from which I bought the phone are not ready to take the complaint, instead they asked me to go to service center to get it sorted. Such an irresponsible and non co operative behavior from the shop is not acceptable. And now I am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter and file a case against the above mentioned firm.                           Respected sir/Madam, I brought a new Sony LED 3D tv from Bahrain and Imported it to India one and half year ago. Within two months of purchase, I got a serious problem that there is no picture in the screen, only sound is audible. It was repaired by an authorised Sony service center in Chennai. After eight months, the screen is started flickering.Now the top four row of the pixels are turned white. The motions in the screen are moving slow and blur. Sony service person says that there is a problem in the screen, the solution is to change the screen. I shocked to hear that the screen cost Rs.18655 /- . Even a brand new LED 3D TV of my model cost about 40, 000 Rupees in India. Do I want to spend half the price of the TV's total cost for the replacement of the screen within one and half year of purchase???? The warranty expires just four months ago.This is not a minor problem.There is a serious defect in the TV. I thought that sony is known for it quality. But now I want to reconsider my thought. I request u to replace my TV or to replace the screen for FREE. because we are experiencing lots of problem with the screen from the begining.

                            I had purchased a Sony Vaio laptop (SVE 15113ENB, Sr. No. S[protected]R) through a dealer, Vision Comtech, on November 20, 2011. I had been using the said laptop with utmost care and as per the user manual but started to face problem for the last 5-7 days. Accordingly, my laptop was sent to your Hazra, Kolkata, service centre through Vision Comptech. I was reported by Vision Comtech that your officials at the said service centre has said that the key board of the laptop is defective and needs to be replaced but since the keyboard is now not readily available in India, I have to wait for atleast 25 days for the same to be replaced. The laptop has been returned to me by your service centre. Thereafter, I called your service centre at[protected], and the executive confirmed the above stated facts. Needless to say, I am shocked to hear such a response from your service centre executive and by the apathy shown to the customers. Interestingly, the said laptop is within the warranty period of one year and only 10 months has elapsed from the date of purchase of the said laptop and the parts (in this case keyboard)is not available. Sony sells products but cannot provide after sales service and Sony makes its customers to wait for almost a month to replace a part.                                 Dear Mrs.Soma Bose You are asking to continue our patronage claiming your product world class and electronic products undergo strong quality tests to give user long product life. I have used this TV set less than 6 months being this is a show piece in our drawing room. So why are you now not standing by your product quality and check the premature failure of the LED panel ?                                   I had purchase sony laptop on 28 september, 2012 SO I Want to extend the laptop warranty so i visited thane ghodbunder sony center they said this facility are nt available with them so they gave me a alternate add of sony sales Bell computers at ram maruti road contact no [protected] there your manager is not in town the the person in his place is not ready to process my request then they gave me vashi add at anand sagar sector 17 contact no [protected] that guy said he also cant extend the warranty Then i gave a call to your cust care num she told me to contact andheri sony center (contact no [protected])they are also not ready to extend the warranty If i didnt get my laptop warrenty extended with in A Day then I have to sue SONY on this matter Respond me on [protected]@gmail.com contact num [protected]/ [protected]

                                    I had purchased a Sony LCD Projection Tv (model no 55E200A...serial no 6200104) on 16th of June 2007...the tv had been working fine but off late a green tint started coming on the picture...hence i contacted the sony authorised servive centre at lake town..they asked me to get the tv to their centre which i did and after few days they told me that nothing can be done with this tv as the parts is not available...they also told me to take back my tv and trash it...this kind of comment is no way expected from a service centre of a prestigious company like SONY...now i want to know that what am i suppose to do with this tv which i purchased only 6yrs back paying Rupees 70,000-80,000 and now am asked to trash it..it would be highly appreciated if SONY takes a step for it and do something about my tv.

"Sony It's unfair" # Bought XZ Ultra and within a week you've started giving 5000 mAh charger :smileysad:. I work as a manager for a Product based company and we do have exceptions for such scenarios. Moreover, for my Sony Alpha-57 purchase last year Sony gave me an exception to provide the 50mm lens despite such date related issues. I am not going to buy any Sony product as soon as it releases. Talking to support on this was the most rude experience with complete amateurs (specially Ankit who called himself the Repair Team head. A callback for ticket # 15776885 by their manager Kanchen Gaurani was never provided. Seems the best support has become WORST :smileysad:): I just want the charger that i can give to my father.
