frequent visits to service centre

My sony vaio laptop with the model no: SVE14A25CNB SERIAL NO: S[protected], was purchased in May 2013, from Logtech systems in Trivandrum.

THe laptop has been experiencing problems with the mouse pad and keypad from the time it was brought. The touch pad was placed in a titled angle, which i got it repaired from the service centre.

faulty product, no service response

Sir i have 4sony laptops in my home
my dad uses 1, my mom uses 1, and i bought my 2nd laptop on 22nd of october

Worst Service center experience and received broken laptop
