My new tv had a issue with the screen and we called the sony showroom from where we bought it. Serviceman came our home and checked the tv and said that the whole screen panel needs to be exchanged so he took te tv with him. He said that we will get our tv back in 4-5 days but when we called them after 4-5 days they said it will take 7-8 more days as the parts have not yet received to change. And he said we can't tell you how much time will it take it can take upto 10 days too or more.

    It's been almost three years that i have purchased this tv with international warranty. Now it is showing horizontal black lines and blurred image below the black lines. Feild technician who visited said that it will cost around 38000 for changing the panel or they will give 6000 for my existing tv as exchange offer to purchase a tv worth 95000.
    Can you please tell us, does this screen issue really require a panel change as the panel at times shows perfect picture.

          I purchased sony tv 43inch 4k... Within 3year motherboard complaint... I purchased sony only for the reason best company.. But now i'm sure waste company... Now i'm facing the problem from house that i choose this company... Inever recommend anyone to buy any products from sony

              sony bravia 49 inch led full hd - blinking red light

              I have sony bravia 49 uhd 3d smart led tv-49x8500b product which was purchased by us on 14.11.2014 and since then this product has given us a series of problems.

              My recent complaint number 61584076 is still not addressed. The engineer visited 4 weeks back and then i was told the part (Tuner board) would be ordered and since then i have followed up continuously with vega electronics mr mari who kept telling me that the part...

              TV has come back with new display issues that were not present when it was handed over to the service center for repair, and was returned with the assurance that it was working fine - AND HAS BEEN TESTED THOROUGHLY. No reference to the new display issue or reason why.

              Quick summary of the problem history:

              TV MODEL NO : KD 49X7500E
              SERIAL NUMBER : 8002991
              PURCHASED ON :[protected] at Croma

              On 11th August, after working fine all day, when we switched on the TV in the night, it did not go beyond the android start up screen. When unplugged from power and powered on again, as suggested in your website, the TV did not power-on at all.
              I reported online the same night at 10.56 PM and received complaint ID.NO IS 61217068
              Next day, I called up SMARTCARE - SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER AT Adyar, Chennai and explained the problem, shared the complaint number.
              A technician visited my house on 13th August, tested, said the motherboard had to be replaced. I agreed, he raised the request and said he will come back to replace it once spare is received. I gave him my complaint number which he noted on his receipt
              The center sent me a proforma invoice with job order number J01026742 . While the technician had written the complaint ID I shared with him, the job order left that blank.
              I paid an advance of INR 3, 000/=
              The technician came back on the 20th August with the motherboard. Replaced it, and found that the image was flickering on and off, and there was no audio output. He mentioned that a second part had also to be replaced - the electrical panel, and suggested that the TV be taken to the service center to check thoroughly and repair.
              We dropped the TV at the service center, handing it over to Mr Sridhar, who was the Center Manager on the same day. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/RECEIPT of any kind was issued, we were told it was ok.
              When we called up to check, we were told that apart from the mother board, two more parts had to be replaced and were sent a new invoice with the repair charges . We agreed and asked to take on the repair.
              Between 20th of August and the 11th of September, we had to continuously call the service center for updates on status of repair. There was a complete disconnect - the receptionist who answered always spoke as if the TV was still in my house, and would talk of sending the technician. A short while later, we will get a call from the Manager Mr Sridhar who insisted parts were delayed.
              Finally, the TV was received on the 11th of september, with a final invoice which my husband paid off, and then noticed that the advance of INR 3, 000/- was not adjusted. We spoke to Mr Sridhar and the amount was returned to us by bank transfer a day later.
              I discovered later that the final invoice quoted a completely different job order and date - J01129436 . I havent understood how this is possible.
              We switched on the TV assuming all is well - and now find light patches on the display all along the bottom of the screen and on one side - AN ISSUE THAT WAS NEVER THERE IN THE PAST.
              And this is also surprising given that the Manager confirmed to me that they had run the TV for a whole day, to test that it was working fine, before delivering to my house.

                  Hi,
                  I have raised a service issue in my LED screen as some lines are appearing in the screen.
                  Since I have a warranty upto Jan-21.
                  Technician had visited and said it's a physical damage hence it won't cover under warranty, which we are denying.
                  Would request higher officials in this issues and wld request you to solve at the earliest.

                    I had purchased sony bravia kd-49x8500g tv from croma on june 10th 2020. Within a month the tv developed defect and i had raised complain to customer care. Sony’s service engineer diagnosed it as a faulty motherboard (There was red light blinking continuously) and after continuous follow up for more than a month they agreed to replace it. It got replaced on 19th aug 20 and next day it again developed the same problem (Tv getting auto off and red light blinking continuously). So within two months two same televisions of sony showed the same problem which is not acceptable.

                    I have been calling sony and their service center but all they have to say is it’s escalated and someone from sony will revert on my email (Not even call me to rectify).

                    In a nutshell i have purchased 3 sony bravia televisions in last 3 years (Not because i love to buy expensive tvs but because they all developed unrepairable defect). All of them were faulty. Bogus product with much hiked price as compared to other brands. I highly discourage people to buy sony products. It’s a waste of money and not worth.

                      Tv is not working properly since it came back from the service centre, and i have tried complaining about this many times but the people that work for sony are very careless. I am really very disappointed. Actually i use to think very high of sony. But now i know its all just a sham.

                          I have purchased sony music system (Sony ht-s350 2.1ch soundbar with wireless subwoofer) from croma outlet chala, vapi, gujarat-396191 on 03.09.2020. During installation by sony service engineer it's found not working. So decide by service engineer that same will be replace as soon as possible. But we are not get new system till now.

                            Bought headfone on january2019 from amazone. It has a cracked hing which i noticed very late, within few months even using cautiously it got fully broken.

                            I approched the service centre to get it repaired.

                            After a week they told me they can not repair it.

                            I contacted sony support thru mail and thru phone also.

                            They assured me on phone to repair or replace it.

                            But then suddenly after my six mail which they havenot responded, i got mail from sony that they dont have a part, and even if they get a part there service could not be reliable.

                            If there service is not reliable, what the hell is there service centre for.
                            And if they dont have parts for there product to get repaired, then why they even manufacture it.
                            Did i spent nearly 6000 bucks to trash.
                            Kindly look after it

                              I bought a sony 32w622g (Sn no 8213595-j) smart led tv (23000 rupees) from sony tv authorised dealer shilp sales bhuj on 15/06/2020, but within two months the sony tv had gone bad

                              After sales service not provided by authorised dealer shilp sales bhuj (Kishor bhai mo no[protected] and authorised sony tv service centre avani electronic gandhidham (Bharat gajjar mo no [protected]).

                              I to repair sony bravia 32w622g (Sn no 8213595-j) at avani electronic gandhidham (Bhuj) through authorised dealer shilp sales bhuj kishor bhai mo [protected] but today till 04/9/2020 the repair has not been given and jobsheet and job no not provided by them

                                    Want to submit my grievance to you with respect to my experience with sony and till now my problem not resolve. My problem started as I handover my Sony BRAVIA KLV-32EX330 IN5, serial no. 3290950 purchased in February 2013 to Sony authorized service center, Prayagraj-U.P. on dated 17 June 2020 .
                                    In my TV 6 time blinking problem coming and screen going black so I handover my TV to service center with instruction that please repair it as soon as possible because my old age father(71 Year old ) use to see news on it .
                                    As I visit service center twice but they never call me wrt to my TV status then finally log complaint at sony website on 02 July 2020 with Request ID 60645269.
                                    Then on 03 July received response on my mail from Sony Customer Support Team- Regional Office, New Delhi with comments (Sonyindia.[protected]@sony.com)
                                    “We are having difficulty in arranging necessary spare. As an alternate service solution, we have offered you exchange your TV with our latest model KLV-32W622G at a special price of Rs. 19, 192/-”
                                    As Sony is a Brand and they don’t have spare is very surprise for me and they want that they don’t have spare so please purchase new TV from them and in market TV prize that they offer is approx. 23K (model KLV-32W622G).
                                    So I wrote them on Sonyindia.[protected]@sony.com twice on 3rd July and 8th July with respect to prize offer by them, the way Sony deal with respect to MY TV problem they falter my believe in Sony and their value towards customer. And prize offer by them not justified because they are not able to manage spare so I need to purchase new TV from them this is like punishment to me why I purchase SONY TV. Finally they response me 14 July with comments “We regret that we are unable to comply with your request to service your product or provide further discount in the exchange offer.”
                                    So finally I wrote mail to them on Sonyindia.[protected]@sony.com dated on 17 July and ask them please share me procedure how I can transfer 19, 192/- in their account.no any response received from sony care.
                                    Then I called local Sony Authorized service center with respect to my TV replacement because till 17 July MY TV still with Sony service center only . So as per account information share by them I transfer 19, 192/- on dated 25July 2020. With details as below
                                    IMPS No[protected] in A/C No [protected] IFSC Code SCBL0036020.
                                    Till today 01/09/2020 no any KLV-32w622G TV installed at my home and no any communication received from Sony Team.
                                    It almost more then 03 month completed my faulty TV lies with Sony service center I also submitted required amount (19192/- for KLV-32w622G TV as per demand by Sony Representative) . Also log Escalate on dated 28 August 2020 with respect to my problem with request ID 61361567 but no any response received from Sony Representative.
                                    It almost 3.5 month completed and 19, 192/- also submitted in Sony account it badly destroy my believe in sony .
                                    Request to resolve my problem either install TV with in week or refund submitted amount (19, 192 + interest of three month) along with my faulty TV.

                                      I have purchased a led 32 inch wg61 model on 28th august 2020 from st. George electronica pvt. Ltd. Sg complex vadakke stand thrissur. Full payment was made using swiping debit card.

                                      Till this point of time installation is not being effective. Its been 4 days now. Kindly look into the matter or i may have to seek consumer court in this regard for the compensation for the delay caused.
