sony 50inches led tv

Sir my tv screen becomes black i. E. Audio remains but the display disappears. I restart it again display is there for 2-3 minutes and than again disappears.

Complaint date: 21st july 2020

Bought 65inches sony tv from reputed company in puducherry assuming it will be good product. Within 13/14 months, problem of board occured in such costly tv. No one is coming forward to solve my problem rather they were only demanding money for replacing. Now i doubt the quality of sony tv given to us

Poor service

I bought an led 55 inch android tv 3 years back. 2 months back the display showed nothing than a white screen. So we asked for the company service centre to repair it and they took the tv with them and returned us only after 2 months. They have corrected the complaint charging 12 thousand for the service. Then later on the next day of installation only 1 among the 4 hdmi is working. The rest 3 aren’t working. Now the one who came to install...

Dear sir/ madam,

I have purchase an annual subscription for sony liv for rs 999.00 on 09.07.2020. After payment my subscription has not been activated till date, i have made many complains via email, t only way to contact them, u cannot talk to them by calling them over phone. After every mail they are asking for payment details and screen shot of my account option in their app for resolution, but till date they r not able...

I have paid for an annual subscription for sony liv on 9.7.2020 for rs 999.00 but till date my subscription has not been activated, i have made numerous complaints but every day they ask me for all the details which i have provided then every time, we cannot contact then except mail, now i do not have any more patience, request to kindly take action for refund of my subscription.

I purchased the Sony oled from Siddhansh Electronics Pvt Ltd, Lower Parel West, Mumbai 13, in the month of February of 2018.
The TV was installed at my residence in the month of March 2018. Within a period of 1 year or thereabout, horizontal lines started appearing on the TV which increased gradually . I made a complaint, but on account of the covid situation, nobody could attend to it.
