My sony bravia tv volume is fixed to maximum 100 and i’m not able to adjust it, its asking me to long press the volume button but it’s not working, i’ve reset all the cables, reset my hd box and all but it still isn’t helping, please help us, there is no issue with the remote too as the buttons are working as the volume is going down with it but soon it’s increasing to maximum, problem might be my audio out or something but i’m not able to rectify it. I request you to assign a person to resolve this

    Hi sir,
    We have purchase a brand new sony 32r202f (Hd) led tv on 23, sept, 2018. Sales person mr. Kasheef fazullah. F has explain all details but he didn't tell us about tv installation procedure properly... Due to that now we don't get our sony tv wall installation stand yet... Yesterday we went directly to girias showroom in shanthi colony (Chennai)& ask for the procedure to get those stand & installation, they given unneedful answer to us & the main sale person is not there in that showroom. So kindly consider this complaint & arrange our tv stand with installation. Thank you.,

      The service is not provided to us for wall mount the smart tv. I am very disappointed with the service. I will not buy any product of your company in the future if my problem is not resolved. The shopkeeper told me that the wall mount of the samrt tv (Sony bravia w67f) will be done within 2 days of the purchase. I purchased the tv on 12th august 2020 and now its 15th august 2020 the technician is not responding our calls. Pathetic service.

            Issue as regard while changing channels on tv set the sound is not audio able and to switch off the tv set
            After restart the sound is audio able.
            Last time teqnician has visited the home and rectified the same issue.
            But the same issue again and require issues to be resolved

              We had brought 46 inch tv and it was not working. We had got 49 inch tv by replacement company had given 1 year warranty and we have extended by 2 year by paying charge. Now the tv which we had got by replacement is not working in warranty period and problem was automatic on and off of screen. We had complained and complaint number is 59835186. Technision had come and changed the board. After change of board there was a green shade. Our problem was not solved and again the technision changed the board. After change in 2 days the picture started flickering. We had complaint in warranty period and our problem is not solved. To change panel kumta (Karnataka) sevice center they are asking charges. Please sove our problem.

                I lodged a complaint in ap networks on 15/6/20 for speakers which were not working vide complaint no.0072542, engineer visited and informed that both the speakers has to be replaced and asked for 50% of the spares part charges which i paid along with 240/- as visiting charges, even after 1 month nothing was done hence visited their office and met mr pradeep, he said they have only one speaker which he said will install within 2 days, it was installed and same asked for balcne amount against 2nd speaker which was also paid immdtly. During last week of july they caklled and informed that they dionot have the sapers with them, i sent a complaint in sony portal on 26/7/20 vide id number 60964213, after which mr amit gupta called and informed me that he will organise the speakers within 3 days which was not done, i called him on 3/8/20 to know about the speakers, he asked foranother 3 days and also told me that after fixing the 2nd speaker if i am not satified he will replace with new tv wherein i have to pay 30000 + more? What about the money approx 80000 which i paid for this tv, i sent one more complaint on 6/8/20 vide id no. 61129086., for which today morning mr amit gupta has sent a simple text message that they donot have the speakers. I faile to understand that even after 53 days of my 1st complaint why i am being penalized and what is fate of my high value tv, why sony is selling substandard equipments and also not providing spares for trhe same.
                I demand my money to be refunded or replace with new tv

                  I have brought klv-40w562d model tv in may 2016. After exactly 4 years suddenly got the black screen and no sound. If we play any video using external input, after 2mins its going black and no response.

                  Registered a complaint and no response from the service yet.

                  Sony customer care representative saying that "its all about electronic devices, and no guarantee after an year" in that case why should we spend this much money instead going for non branded to enjoy for an year?.

                  This needs to be addressed to retain the brand value.

                  Will see the response in couple of days from now and will publish the update in social networking groups to alert the friends not to lose money.

                  Service person came and told that the display is deformed and need to pay for replacement. I don't this why should we pay for the branded like Sony.. its a defect in the manufacturing.

                    subscription not activated despite payments

                    I have purchased a sony bravia 32 inches lcd tv model series ex300 6 yrs old and recently i have observed there are a lot of wrinkles on the lcd screen. Also there is some foul odour coming from the lcd panel. Considering the brand value of sony which is one of the top brands globally i need sony to check the issue with my tv on high priority and resolve it at the earliest.

                        Sony TV Screen Showing Vertical Lines

                        I have purchased 43inches Sony tv model no. 43W772E in the year 2017 dt. 13/10/2017 from Reliance Retail Limited in Indore. All of a sudden, our sony tv has started showing vertical lines on the screen and is an eyesore to see that such a branded tv has given way in less than 3 years and nothing is being done to address this issue at your end even after making complaint on your toll free number.

                                  It gives me immense pain to bring to your notice that despite lodging a complaint during lockdown and even past one week, a reputed company like yours takes so much time to revert and address the issues of their valued customers.
                                  An oled tv purchased in the year 2018 has already started showing horizontal lines on the screen and is an eyesore to see that such a branded tv has given way in less than 2 years, and nothing is being done to address this issue at your end .
                                  At the time of purchase of such a valued television, it was a feast to the eyes, but now it's become an eyesore to see the TV, so also the brand of the tv.

                                  I am anxiously waiting to hear from you as each passing day goes by. If I don't hear anything in the next 48 hours, or the grievance is not redressed, I will be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer forum at your entire risks so as to costs and consequences.

                                    Sir my tv screen becomes black i. E. Audio remains but the display disappears. I restart it again display is there for 2-3 minutes and than again disappears.
