Dear Sir,

I Dr. Gautham, here by requesting for replacement of Sony Ericsson W8 series, for the following reasons,
- touch screen sensor problem
- System Hang
- Sudden Switch off during calls even battery is full
- battery gets heated up after 10 min of charging
- previous service they took 15 days for the hardware complaint that they diagnosed.
- previous complaint no[protected], job sheet no - SE[protected], and spoken with your higher authorities for the above complaints but the service was not satisfactory as the mobile get the same problem with in a day of service.
- third time being serviced for the same complaint where the service is not satisfactory
- the service person named Mr. Nataraj C, Akash Electronics , where the service center of Sony Ericsson is located in Hassan, is not having manners how to behave with medical professionals and customer, where he uses vulgar languages, better to warn him or change the person.

Hence i have suffered a lot from just because of these problems from mobile and the service, as i have to leave my clinic and to roam frequently for your service centers, so kindly exchange the mobile, for the same amount which i have paid for this W 8 or ready to pay extra amount for the mobile of Higher version with Android features. i think my problems will be considered at your best and problems will be solved with your best service, i need other version of mobile not again with W 8. on 7th june i have corrierd the H/S to hubli as ur service manager Mr.Dattatraya said but they hav not given any vocher also so that i hav proof of that corrier so plztake the action n reply considering this request.....................................

    Sir, I have purchased sony ericsson SK17i mobile on 15 Apr 12, since first day it started hanging and heating. After repairing twice at auth'd service centres on 30 Apr and 09 May 12, the problem cotinues. Then I taked to Xperia support for the help, the reply was to deposit mobile at service centre and it would be repaired and special care would be taken during reparing. I have deposited my mobile to Immortal servies delhi (work order no. SE312CIS10378). I enquired on 07 Jun 12 about repair status, the reply was under repaired. Same day i requested to log a complain for delay in repair. Same it was loged. But after three days, no response received from sony ericsson. After that i received iformation that the mother board of mobile is being changed. After that i started ringing regularly for repair status , reply were, wait for two days, it will take two more days, under repair. 15 Jun 12, xperia repair head Mr. Bharat commited that that i will recieve your mobile on 16 Jun 12. If you i don't get i can contact him. After so many comittment and promises, i am not able to get my mobile till 18 Jun 12.

    The Same thing happened with me . My Set Sony xperia ray. I purchased it on 14.01.12, and from the next day itself the screen was becoming blank. i went to the service centre the same Immortal servies delhi and they update the phone and gave me back. But the problem continued. I then gave my cell to them on 25.05.12 job order no. SE312CIS10371 and they said that some part will be replaced. After 15 days i went to them to ask whats the status they said its under repair. I lodged a complain (no. SES[protected] and they said to revert back in 3 days and nothing happened. I got back my set on 16.06.12 and still the same problem is coming. I talk on customer care and the person was Mr. Bharat and he said that no part was replaced. Deposit ur phone again and we'll repair it. The whole warranty period will end by depositing the phone to the service centre and after that also ull start charging for the repair and earn money/ and the phone is a totally waste.

      Sorry to inform you that I have purchased a sony TV model No.EX520-40″LED full HD form a authorized dealer i.e Nightingale Asansol, vide Bill.No 113.
      dated 25.04.12 (srl.No 2484192,p no[protected]and installed the Tv in my house on 29.04.12 with tata sky HD set-up Box but its picture is coming Hazy & very poor quality so, I inform the dealer but he told me you contact to sony service engineer .I also contact to sony service center,Asansol and service engineer visited my house they change some setting and still picture is coming like before then they told me that problem may be from setup box so I change twice the setup box but there is no change in picture quality. dated 3.05.12 again visited another engineers and after checking the tv, they told me that software problem is arising in your TV after two or three days I will come back and reload new software and
      again 14/06/12 visited sony engineers with DVD player and checked the said TV but picture /video quality comes poor quality is yellow shade comes like in HDMI setup box.They are also told me ,pl.dont’t worry we will short out your problem ,but till now no feedback receive from Sony centre,
      ( Actually the dealer give me a old repair TV as because when I visited his shop for purchasing TV he insist me 40 inch LED for particular this model was hanging in his wall in off position I also told him for new seal TV but he told me another pic is not available, It is also new TV , don’t worry please relies me and take which i will give I also ask him for Manf.date and I saw the cartoon but the Manf .date was scratch out .But repeatedly he told me don’t worry I will be always with you and quickly he packed it and gave it to me…..this is the factual position) . So you are requested kindly inquire the matter and arrange to change new TV as early as possible otherwise I will bound to knock the door of court…

        I bought a sony vaio laptop model no : VPCEH25EN and the while the video is playing the green border is displaying above of the video and it is bought only in may and i have given it in customer service center they have told me harddisk problem and they have replaced it and they took it for more than a week and when i brought it to my home the problem is not resolved and i took it to service center back again and they gave me after 10 days and the problem is still not solevd and now it is displaying randomly so pls consider this and replace me a new laptop or make the service as fast and dont make me to escalate this issue and hope the problem will solve asap............and u can call me up on [protected].

        The service is given for me but the problem is not resolved permanently and it is solved temporarly and created a new problems and hope the sony will replace me a new laptop asap and call me up on [protected].

        As per the given complaint the teamhas been responded and came to my house, updated and verified. As the problem is displaying randomly and wi-fi is not connecting in that laptop and it is verified by your concerned person but he told me that the concerned person is in leave and he will come and check but after that there is no reply and pls replace me a new laptop and i am not satisfied with the service provided by sony and i never expect from sony and even i am facing the problem the laptop is not replacing and i wanted to escalate this issue as high priority if not resolved

        I wanted to question you is the mouse will hang or struck and a network connection will block by antivirus and when i gave it for servicing the issue is green border appearing while watching video is that because of harddisk and the staff has changed the harddisk in my new laptop and i was facing the problems from then and from then my laptop is in service center its self . Is the staff thinking that we can bluff the customers and solving temporarly . Please verify and give me replacement. Call me on [protected].
        As per discussion with naveen we went to the office and still is not
        working and they are saying it is blocking by anti-virus given by
        sony and i think it is not the problem and if it is that with out
        rectifying the problem they called me and told it is rectified you can
        come and take the laptop. Without solving the problem they are
        bluffing the customer and i didnt expect this type of worst service
        from sony and i dont suggest any one to buy sony laptop from now
        .Please verify and give me replacement to avoid problems further for
        me..and i wanted to escalate this issue can u pls give me the mail id
        for that asap

          since last Sunday suddenly my above mentioned TV started giving problems no picture, sometimes breaking pictures and sound comes and goes from the day i bought this TV i am not provided with the warranty coupons so its difficult for your people and the croma company mega mall jogeshwari from whom i bought this TV they do not entertain my complaints. please help me and dont force me to approach consumer court for this problem thanks sunil boricha

            After six months of buying a sony vaio laptop, it suddenly stopped working. I sent it to the Dibrugarh sony service center . I got it after 20 days but still it wasn't working properly. i am very dissapointed from your service and request for a replacement of it. It is still in warranty period. The details of the laptop are given below-

            Laptop — not working properly

            I have a laptop of compaq presario V3000 which is not working properly as it is handled properly. My problem is when i start the laptop nothing is displayed a black screen appears . why is it so .

              I bought a Sonyericsson Xperia Arc LT15i on 05 Jan 2012. No problem till 05 Jun 2012when prompt came for update. Update was successful with Version 4.1.B.0.431. The prompt then said remove back cover, remove battery and replace. Restart phone. On restart instead of Sonyericsson logo only 'SONY' logo came on followed by a icon not given in the guide which showed 'Phone dead'. Went back to dealer and phone sent to service centre at Shivajinagar, Pune, India. Phone returned with old sonyericsson software loaded. Phonebook saved on memory card was lost, fortunately it was saved on google. Now phone would not accept tel nos saved by create account in the phone memory. Dealer asked me to connect phone to google and synchronise. When phone connected to computer a prompt'Update to latest software came again. So clicked on imstall and process started again. The new logo for PC companion was now blue instead of green as earlier. Update was stopped because of file error as stated on screen. Did not touch the phone because on restart again the same problem recurred and 'Phone dead', prompt appeared on phone screen. returned the phone to dealer for service centre.
              KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, WHY IS THE PHONE MISBEHAVING WHEN UPDATE IS EXERCISED.
              SHOULD I STOP UPDATES??? THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF PC COMPANION ET AL?
              WHY DOES THE MEMORY CARD NOT SAVE ALL THE PHONE NOS WHEN BACK UP IS EXERCISED EACH TIME I PUT IN A NEW NO.
              I AM FED UP OF LOSING THE PHONE BOOK AND MY DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE EACH TIME.
              EVEN MY PHOTOS ARE ALL REARRANGED, WHY?
              PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE REPLACE THE INSTRUMENT IF IT IS AT FAULT.

                Hi,

                I bought a Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV in 2009 Nov. The TV was running fine till May 12 when all of a sudden I found one morning that a thin horizontal green line is appearing in the screen and picture below that is shaking and unclear.I lodged a complain with Sony call center. The engineer visited my place and told me that its a problem of LCD panel and need to be replaced which will cost me around Rs 9500/-. I was shocked to listen this and as very heartbroken to think that a TV set less than 2.5 yrs old has gone defective. Since childhood I have an affection for Sony and alays wanted to have a Sony product with my own money. This is a huge blow to me. I also enquired the engineer about the guarantee of the LCD display panel and he said that its an electonics product and it can go defective...My question is then why Sony? The price of Sony products in its range is the maximum in the market. Sony is meant to be much superior to its counterpart. I am writing this mail ith much hope that a Sony LCD TV costing me around Rs 36000/- gone defective only in 2.5 yrs of purchase, where a TV is generally meant to last long. we have another TV at home..Its Onida KY series bought in 1995 and its running fine.                   We bought a Sony Bravia LCD in the summer of 2009. The LCD panel had to replaced within few months of the purchase and now again the LCD has developed serious fault and need replacement but surprisingly now the company is asking for payment for the replacement since the LCD is out of warranty. Isnt it surprising that a panel neeed replacement withtn about two year of it being replaced, this also indicates the poor quality of product that SONY is providing to its customers. Can somebody help, we have tried reasoning with the local office in Noida as well. How is it possible that the same problem has occured twice in the last two and a alf years why is the company is not taking the onus that the product supplied is of poor quality and replacing the panel free of cost or providing an alternative of replacing the LCD with a new LCD by offering a special price since the the product is almost new.

                    THIS IS SONI HASMUKH FROM RAJKOT - GUJARAT (INDIA), HAVE PURCHSED A SONY3D LED TV FROM SONY CENTER, ADEN ELECTRONICS, CENTRE ONE, NR WOCKHARDT HOSPITAL, KALAWAD ROAD RAJKOT - 5, GUJARAT
                    I HAVE HAVE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FOR THE SUM OF RS.89900.00 ON 04/05/2012, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY SONY SERVICE CENTRE, ANOTHER DEPARTMENT,

                    THE ENTIRE INSTALLATION WAS DONE ON 05/05/2012, BY 15 TO 20 MINUTES AND THE PERSON WHU VISIT US JUST SHOWN TO PROCESS THE TV ON OR OFF OR SOME MINOR FUNTION. WE FOUND IT HIM AS UN TRAINED STAFF.

                    THE NEXT DAY, IN THE MORNING I WENT CLOSER TO THE TV AND IN THE SUN SHINE LIGHT, I FOUND THE PLENTY OF SCRACHES IN THE TV.THIS WE COULD SEEN WHEN GO MUCH CLOSER AND SEE WHEN THE TV IS OFF.

                    UN FORTUNATELY, IT WAS THE SUNDAY 06/05/2012, AND SHOPKEPER WAS CLOSED AND I COULD NOT ABLE CONTACT HIM.
                    THE NEXT DAY ON 07/05/2012, I HAD TALKED TO THE SHOPKEPER FOR THE SAME PURPOSED AND SOME ONE FROM THEM VISITED TO MY HOME AND SEEN THAT CONDITION OF TV, AND WAS AGREED OF SCRACHES ARE THERE.

                    NOW , WE DO NOT KNOW ANY ONE, SO HAVE ASKED THE SHOPKEPER TO REPLACED THE TV AS WE WERE NOT SATISFIED FOR THIS AS PAID FOR THE FRESH PIECE NOT FOR THE DAMAGE OR WHAT EVER IT COULD BE.

                    I WAS DENINED BY THE SHOPKEPER FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND HE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE SONY INDIA PVT LTD TO CONTACT BY MYSELF, THEY HAVE NOT COOPERATED ANY KIND OF SUPPORT FOR THE SAME.

                    I HAVE DONE MANY EMAILS AND CALLS TO THE SONY INDIA PVT LTD DELHI, ALSI I DINT GOT ANY SUPPORT FROM THEM.

                    ONCE AGAIN I WENT TO THE SHOPKEPER FOR THE SAME COMPLAIN AND I WAS TOTALLY REFUSED BY THEM.

                    NOW, ITS REALLY A DISAPOINTMENT FOR CUSTOMER LIKE US TO SUFFER SUCH A BIG AMOUNT AND THAT WITH THE BRAND COMPANY LIKE SONY.

                    MY DOUGHTER IS A CP PATIENT AND WE HAVE PURCHASED THE HIGHER AMOUNT OF TV FOR HER BUT, WE GOT CHEATED.

                    WE REQUIRED A HELP FROM THE DEPARTMENT TO HELP US FOR THE FRAUD WE HACE FACED AND FOR ANY KIND OF PROOF OF PURCHASED I AM HAVING AN INVOICE AND WARANTY CARD WHICH I CAN PROVE YOU.
                    PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME.

                      I had to get it rpaired 3 times just because of belt problem. Display goes weird and stops functioning.

                      Poor design of phone. Many are facing similar issue.

                        Sony — Cyber-shot

                        I am furious with the customer service provided by Sony. My Sony Cybershot DSC-T200 was purchased for over $452 in December of 2007 and given to me for Christmas. I purchased and additional $60 worth of accessories. In January of 2009 as I was about to take pictures, the camera showed a black screen with multicolored lines on the screen. I went to the Sony help site to see what could be done to fix the problem. Nothing there was a help. I then spent some weeks trying to find a camera shop to see what could be done. No one could help and I was told that only a Sony repair facility could repair the camera. By this time it was April. I don't have the time to spend hours and days at a time to deal with a camera repair. I finally got information from the Sony site and filled out all the forms following the instructions to pay for insurance and shipping to a facility in Texas. In addition I sent a check for $141. How could I throw away a camera that cost more than $500? I had to pay the $141 and the cost of shipping and insuring the camera. The person behind the desk said they do about 12-15 ships to Sony a week! Outrageous! My camera now is soaring in cost to the $700 mark. I surely do not have a camera worth $700. We do not have that kind of money, by choice, to spend on a camera! The Cyber-Shot is not a $700.00 camera. I contacted

                        An assistant named Barry phoned me to say he appreciated my feedback, but too bad it took me too long to figure out what to do about the camera repair, so thanks for writing to Sony and he disconnected from me while I was talking to him. So much for customer service from Sony. It seems clear that Mike Ehlers' objective is profit for Sony at the expense of the customer.
                        No fair treatment for a Sony customer.

                        Sony Cyber Shot — warranty still

                        i bought sony cybershot(dsc t -70) on 26/10/2008 with the warranty of 3 years , now few days back it started giving problem n i went to sony electronic at my local place ie moga(rohit electronics opp railway station ph no-[protected]) n they said that there is some problem in the mother board n they sent it to the service station, after few days i got the response from the service centre that the serial no of the camera is not available , while submitting it to rohit electronics everything was available there , now they are saying that serial no was not present. i conveyed the same thing to rohit n asked them for the duplicate bill which they refused to give now please advice me what should we do.

                          i went to the authorised service center of sony for repairment of my handset w8i0i but they didn"t took any response saying that it"s a quite old model and we are not going to entertain u on these i was really shocked to see such a response from a well known company a felt bad that i took a wrong decision to buy a product of your brand i[censored] can"t give a good servicing then don't promise lie at time of buying i hope u wil look into my problem and try and resolve it if your company really wants to provide good services to yhe customer

                          Sony Ericsson — Regarding my w810i hand set

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          This is in regards to the Sony ericsson w810i handset, i had purchased on 13/10/2007 for Rs.10750.00 from the dealer named "Sun times", Bangalore-41 bearing the invoice number-cs7/16343.
                          The mobile worked fine; but on 11/10/2008 the mobile stopped charging and was getting heated when it was put to charge.I immediately stopped charging my mobile and the next day(i.e., 12/10/2008, Sunday) i went to the dealer to complain about the phenomena. The dealer asked me to contact the Sony ericsson service sentre situated in Jayanagar 4th block. Since, this was a sunday the shop was closed and I approached the service centre the next day.
                          It should be noted that this day, the warranty (1 year) of my mobile was getting completed. When i approached the service centre on 13th of October 2008, they examined the mobile (within 5 minutes!) and got back to us saying that there was a problem with the circuit board (a bend apparently!) and nothing could be done about the mobile.
                          The service centre did not even take the mobile for further examination and told us to contact several other service centres in bangalore. Now, the warranty period is over and I have no idea as to what to do with this mobile!! The service centre is an "authorized" sony ericsson service centre; but they sure seemed clueless as to what had to be done with my mobile. It also seemed like they wanted to ward off the warranty period.

                          I have invested a lot for this mobile and I request you to forward this complaint to the concerned authorities. Looking to hearing back from you.

                          i have a w810i mobile i can view my photos on my mobile but when i put the memory card in the car reader i cant see my photos. if i try to connect it to my pc through usb it my pc is not recoganise my phone, pc suite is installed

                            I shrey verma bought sony xperia play (r800) on 09/032012 with imei no [protected].
                            The main reason to by this phone was that it was amongst one of the phone about which sony had told through there website that they will provide android 4 ics update, this announcement regarding xperia play was made in december2011.(http://blogs.sonymobile.com/products/2011/12/21/ice-cream-sandwich...


                            Now a week before, when the update was going to be made available to the customers they have now announced that they are not providing the update for xperia play giving excuse that it will make the phone slow and phone will not work properly.

                            Now I just want to say that why before checking the feasability of the new android os on xperia play, they put the information that the will provide andriid update to xperia play.

                            They have just cheated there customers by spreading wrong information through there website.
                            Now when I call to there customer care they do not have any valid reason for that and when I asked them to provide me any other phone of same cost on which the update can be made, they are saying thats not possible.

                            I just want that they should either pay me the amount for which I bought the xperia play or provide me any other phone of same cost that can be upgraded to new os of android, because its there fault that they once made the commitment to sell there phone and now they are not providing the update they should have once checked the feasability of the new android os on there phone and then have made the commitment.

                              I hav submitted my XPERIA NEO V mobile(UNDER WARRANTY) (IMEI NO : [protected]) on 28 th march 2012 at CCOM TELECOM,AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT.It is having touch pad failure,pattern lock touch problem. But till 30th april 2012 , my mobile was not repaired due to parts not sent by company to the service center as told by them.Then i submitted my mobile at THE MOBILE CARE,CG ROAD, AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT ( WORK ORDER : SE[protected]) on 30 th april, 2012.                               I gave my k750i for fixing as there was a network problem to a sony ericsson service center at jayanagar fourth block, bangalore at first the took 350 rupees and gave it back.I used it for about a week then the problem started again.I gave it again upon which i had to pay handling charges again as i had lost the bill then after one week they said there was a motherboard problem and so it cannot be repaired.I sent a friend to get the cell back.When i got it back i found that the panel had been broken and even all the screws from the cell had gone.I went and complained but said that it wasnt them who did it.Because of this incident i am never gonna buy a Sony product ever and i advice all also not to.Please advice me on how i can get back these people.
                              I had given my cell for fixing a ring tone problem in Sony Ericsson service center at Jayanagar, 4th block, Bangalore. But they took almost more than four weeks. But the cell is not yet repaired. I have never ever seen such a bad service center who takes such a long time to fix a small problem. The reason i got for the delay in service was that, their head office has been changed. This is not a valid reason for a service agent to give it to the customer. I was really preferring to buy a Sony product always, but going forward i will never ever buy a Sony product and suggest my peers not to buy the same too. THE WORST EVER SERVICE I EVER FOUND IN INDIA.

                              i have been facing a lot of problems with my sony ericsson w580i handset since the time i bought my mobile. I visited sony ericsson service center in ghaziabad( U.P.) a no of times but all the efforts, made by me, were in vain. Also the center staff did behave not in a friendly way. Now my mobile is running in the last month of warranty period and i have given my mobile to sony ericsson service center at lajpat nagar 15 days back but still they are unable to sort my problem out, as they are saying they are out of stock of the keypads.

                              I understand Sony Ericsson is brand name and have imporatnce for its customers expectaions and will not let my expectation down.

                              This is Jitendra, i have bought Sony Eression Mobile model W350i on date 31/08/08 from Ashu Telecom in Thane. I have given this mobile for repair to Sony Ericsson service center in Thane, service Ccom Services. First time due to camera problem i have given this mobile in March. They have repaired the mobile and given me back in 1 week. In May i again face problem with this mobile. This time mobile camera not working, mobile not charging & then it suddenly shut off. I have given this mobile for repair on 06/05/09 to the same service center. But up till now i haven’t got any reply from service center.

                              Please advice me how i deal with this people.

                              Dear Incharge,

                              With refrence to the service workorder number SE311BRD10844 for my sony ericsson T715 handset.. It had a display problem due to faulty display belt.. The handset was given for service on Feb 25, 2011 and the service dealer assured us that the same would be rectified within 15 days.. It been around a month and a half still the handset is not rectified and the reasons been given to us is that company has stopped providing parts to the service dealer and so its taking time.. Now after so much time they are suggesting us to take the handset to another service dealer who has recently opened the service centre in town and they advise us that as he is a new dealer the company is providing parts to him and not to the old dealer..



                              I dont understand the above mentioned reasons given for not rectifiying a simple belt replacement problem. I have waited a lot and now i not going to wait furthure any more for such reasons.. If not repairable or if the parts are unavailable please replace the handset.. In warranty period of 12mths the dealer has already used 2 months for the service.. What is left now???



                              Please treat this matter on serious and urgent basis and i have all the important contacts on that handset. And since past 50 days i am without a cell phone.. I dont think this is not a service standard set by a multinational company..



                              Requesting you to repair or replenish whatever the option you like to select.

                                  I had given my defected Sony Xperia S for replacement at the Sony service center for replacement on 24th may and the representative told me that i would get it after 4 days. Its been 6 days i have not received my phone. Because of this i had to cancel my vacation plans and now when i have rescheduled it to a latter date they are saying it would take 15 days. i want you to take strict action against them for making such fake promises!

                                        This is to notift all my frnds abt the worst service of Sony Ericsson I purchased Sony neo v and within few days I have to get it board changed after waiting for more than 15 days new board was installed and on very next day there was again a problem as my phone could not get clear sound in my handfree Sony authorized service person told me that he would have to change board again and now I will have to wait for 15 days more.This is really the worst service from Sony even after being one of the best brand it is not delivering right service .This is the worst service from Sony Ericsson.I would like Sony to take firm step else it would loose its acceptance today it's with me tomorrow it can be with u.

                                        Sony Cds — 65 CDS NOT WORKING

                                        There more than 65 CdS which could not run.
                                        There is the error in your cds.In which you can help us by giving new Cds.It would be nice that if you exchange the cds.Know Sony is good brand you would helps us.Waiting for your reply.

                                        At the outset, I am disappointed by your service. I have written to you last year (a copy of my email is attached with my case number) regarding my problem and I have no response from your side. I have even sent you a reminder and yet the same. I again called your Sony Ericsson call center today regarding my problem and they were unable to give me a solution. They gave me a dealer’s number and told me to contact him to resolve my problem. I had even called him today for which he was unable to provide me an answer. I am really wondering is my problem really that big.

                                        I would like to convey my problem to you again. I think it’s just a compatible problem, for which I require your confirmation.

                                        I have a Sony Ericsson P1i and I am using the desk stand CDS-65 which came along with the phone for charging the phone at my office. I have no problem in charging the phone. I purchased a Bluetooth headset HBH-PV702 which works fine with my P1i. I have no problems in compatibility and pairing issues with my phone. I face a problem when I charge my Bluetooth headset HBH-PV702 in my desk stand CDS-65. It’s not charging. What could be the problem?

                                        Kindly provide me with a suitable response and don’t tell me to contact any further person to resolve this issue. I have lost my patience in holding your call in doing so.

                                        I am yet to receive a response from sony ericsson after sending numerous reminders. i am shocked to see such a response from a reputed mobile company.
                                        I purchased my mobile from the store before 6 months. After 3 month its speaker get damaged . So i took my mobile to sonyericsson service service centre in palakkad (kerala state) . they told that they will repair the speaker. But when I told them that the guaranty period is not over they told that they cant repair it. Its speaker is not with them. they asked me to call them . Then after that i made in contact with them many times . but they didnt repair it. My phones speaker is damaged now also.
                                        What should i do ?
                                        should I complaint this to the consumer court ?
                                        please take necessary actions against this.
                                        I took the phone last year in October model no - 580i but after 20 days only i started having problems with it like if someone is calling me i am not able to pick up the phone. it used to happen quite often then again after 1 month another problem came up in which i could not here to the music properly in the headphone and despite the fact everyone knows sony Ericson is famous for music n camera quality but for this i gave my phone servicing it came in 1 week but nothing was resolved it was as it is then i gave my phone in Delhi in green park service center and they charged me 1000 bucks saying moisture has gone in the phone so its my fault but i knew the fact it was nut my fault but since i had to resolve the problem in my phone so so gave them the money the phone worked fine for 20 days again another problem was i was not able 2 charge my phone properly and now my phone is in horrible condition it gets off switched automatically... as sum one calls me it gets switched off . and it is still under warranty ... please i request you to issue a complain against Sony Ericsson ... and help me resolving my problem

                                        There passed nearly 45 daz of suffering problem problem in my handset.I complaint for this many time to sony ericsson service center in faridabad but they ignored and delayed the service..
                                        sir i am totally fed up of this problem. please help me in providing me proper service..

                                        Sony Ericsson — Compatibility of Bluetooth headset

                                        I had checked with the sony erisson through email if there are any bluetooth headsets compatible with W700i from which i can play music. They tell that HBH-DS-200 is compatible and i can even play the music. I had cross checked and secondtime also they say its compatible. But, later after calling two times to their service center, they mailed me that its not compatible. this is misguiding the customer. What is the use of contacting the OEM directly if i get wrong information. I request a action to be taken for mis-guiding customers.

                                        This is to inform to the people who are having a similar problem like me...

                                        For a vacation i came back to india for 4 months.
                                        3 months back (day before DIWALI)i bought a new mobile SONY VIVAZ PRO U5i ..
                                        it took few days to get used to the mobile, after a week i faced a problem not able to upload the applications in my mobile , not even to upload a single video from my PC..
                                        due to the busy schedule which i have, am not able to complaint regarding the handset..on jan30 i faced the problem where my mobile is not charging when i plug in , mobile battery back was lost....i approached the sony service center in VISAKHAPATNAM (bright solutions) where i gave my mobile to them on jan31 for servicing...they replied me tht the mobile ll get repaired in 15 days saying tht it had a mother board problem which the mobile to be sent to chennai....i called the service center of chennai on feb 4th for following up...then my complaint was registered saying that unless untill we call them the complaint cant be registered, they asked to call again within 48 hrs, i called on the third day i.e.on monday for following up, again they replied the same version to make a call after 2 days...on wednesday again i rang up which they asked me to call on next wednesday where they r going to gimme the details regarding the handset to be serviced or to dispatch a new handset....the executive replies of lacking of stock in their service center....."THIS IS SO WEIRD THAT A SERVICE CENTER IS NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN THEIR STOCK"....WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS PROVIDED....WHAT KIND OF SERVICE CENTER IS THIS...

                                        I REQUEST THE PEOPLE JUST THINK OF SONY ERICSSON WEIRD SERVICES BEFORE U BUY A MOBILE....LOTS OF SOFTWARE PROBLEMS IN THE HIGHER END HANDSETS....
