i went to the authorised service center of sony for repairment of my handset w8i0i but they didn"t took any response saying that it"s a quite old model and we are not going to entertain u on these i was really shocked to see such a response from a well known company a felt bad that i took a wrong decision to buy a product of your brand i[censored] can"t give a good servicing then don't promise lie at time of buying i hope u...

I had given my defected Sony Xperia S for replacement at the Sony service center for replacement on 24th may and the representative told me that i would get it after 4 days. I called up sony call center for servicing of my Sony Wega television as it was not working properly.Engineer attended to my TV and said that one part had to be replaced and communicated the charge for that part,we agreed to it as he said it will work properly after that.Within 24 hours of replacement of that part my TV stopped working completely.I called them again,engineer said that now some other part is not working which has to be replaced...

I bought a brand new Xperia S on 11th of April, after few days i found yellow spot on its screen, so i went to Sony Service Centre & asked for replacement, they asked me to deposit my cell phone in their centre & gave time of 1 week which took around a month to complete with this process, at tha time also i called up the person in Chennai head office to forward the mail their senior to get my cell phone replaced, anyhow i got repacement...
