Thinking that SONY is the best product I purchased SONY 26 inch BX300 LCD in Nov, 2010.
And I have issue with this TV Panel in June,2012. I was updated that it will cost around Rs.7500 .
A product bought at 26,000 and does not give a warranty for atleast 2 years and and it does not even last for atleast 2 years .
So, I think the product quality is very very bad.
I informed sony service center the same and they said they will get back to me in one day.
But I request you to consider my request and take appropriate action regarding this.
Because there is no value for what the customer is paying.

Sony agreed to replace the Panel for free of cost and just taking a nominal amount as service charges.
I would like to thank Sony India for taking care of this.
It would be very much appreciated if you can avoid this issue for the future products.
And in order to make it the best brand, these needed to be taken care..
