Hi,
I purchased Sony Xperia Sola on June 24, 2012 in Univercell, brookefields, Coimbatore. IMEI Number: [protected].
After 2 days of purchase, the phone touch screen stopped working.
When I went to the sony ericsson certified service center in T Nagar and asked for the solution, they did not respond well and when I asked for replacement or DOA, they said it would take 10 days and also said DOA is not at all possible.
Finally, I gave my phone for replacement to Sony Service center(Mobile care, Tambaram) on July 19, 2012.
Then I got my phone replaced on July 26,2012. New IMEI Number is [protected].
Today(29.07.2012), my phone stopped working again. The problem is very severe as I was not able to even switch on the phone. It doesn't even respond after multiple tries.
Now I am frustrated, so please take back my phone and hand over at-least the mobile charge. I don't even require convenience charge, please payback my mobile cost. That is enough for me.
