    I online purchased new mobile sony erricson x-peria (Model -Neo V) which is in warranty period, when I received the courier than i come to know about the data cable is getting loose with the handset than i went to sony erricson service station address : Mobile care, nr choice restaurant, c.g. raod, ahmedabad, gujarat to check the data cable which is in warranty period at that time Miss Minaxi executive present there examine the

    data cable and reply in rude way said that it will not be replaced or repaired as its damaged by me but the fact is that it was not damaged only the loose contact. without behaving politely she misbehaved and talked rudely. and after i raised complaint at sony erricson customer care about the service station and executive and also sent the snap shot of the cable through the same service centre but from there also i am not getting any satisfatory answer. But the fact is that the data cable is not damaged its company defect which they are not accepting. pls look into the matter at the earliest and solve my problem

      This is bring to your king notice that I want to lodge complaint again Reliance Retail LTD store in Phoenix Market City Opp Mahadevapura CMC office Whitefield Road, Bangalore – 560048

      I had purchased LED TV from this store on Friday that is 23rd march 2012, they guys promised me to send the set within 48 hours, but till now delivery of LED 40EX520 has not been delivered, and I had given call to this Center almost 6 times but always sales guys picked up call and updated that set will be delivered they have made false promises to me for the delivery.

      I have to put this complaint to Reliance management that this is really a shameful service and all false promises done by Reliance digital Retail LTD store in Phoenix Market City Opp Mahadevapura CMC office Whitefield Road, Bangalore – 560048, I as a customer is really frustrated and will update all my IT guys not to buy any product from Reliance digital Retail LTD store in Phoenix Market City Opp Mahadevapura CMC office Whitefield Road, Bangalore – 560048 as they have very shameful service and there sales people sitting on call all make false promises to customers.

      Please if this complaint can be forwarded to top authority that will be good, I want explanation in detail why they have made all false promises for delivery of the LED 40EX520 Sony set. Till now what time the set will be delivered ?

      I am waiting for the call from reliance guys and delivery of my SET ASAP.

      I'm also facing the similar challenge. Although my set was delivered on the very next day, no one has visited for product installation and demo as promised. Its 3 days and we are still waiting. Everytime on calling their number, it is promised that the technician is on the way and will call in next 5 mins to update the time slot. After waiting more than an hour for the elusive call, i call back to all to get the same response.

      Pathetic service and response.

        I purchased Sony Vaio from United States. Now, I am in India. My laptop gets over heated and turns off then. Its still in warranty as I purchased it on 28th April 2011, less than one year from now. I gave it for repairing at Sony Service Centre at Adithya Infosystems (B-11, Tilak Marg, Near Ganna Sansthan, Dalibagh, Lucknow). They did not take it in Warranty as it has been purchased from US. I do not have a warranty card as in US, the same is not provided. I gave them the print out of the order information taken from my account at sony's website. Here enclosed is the copy of it. Please help. They say that 4000 INR will be charged as the fan is not working properly. If its in warranty why should I pay the money? Take some action please.

          Dear Sir,
          I have purchased SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10 model IMEI NO.
          [protected] from MOBILE WALA KUNJ PLAZA VADODARA-390001 dated
          21.06.2010. Withinsix months it had charging problemsand same is given
          to Sony Ericsson Authorised Service center at Vadodara and they told
          me that charging point is gonebad and they repaired it and given me
          after fifteen days. Again same problem developed just after one year
          and the same Service center repaired and i paid Rs1250.00 and brought
          the mobile.again it developed the same problems and again given for
          repairing to ACCEL CARE CENTER, VADODARA (JOB NO.21) ON 19.11.2011
          (new Sony Ericsson Authorised Service center at Vadodara ). After 15
          days when I enquire about my mobile they said the mobile can not be
          repaired and returned it to me.
          After getting Phone no. from MOBILE WALA I contacted onPhone no 011
          [protected]ID NO[protected]and they have given me the address of
          another service center i.e. MOBILE CLEANIC, OLD PADRA ROAD VADODARA
          where ihave given my mobile (Doc# I10089) on 22.02.2012. Now they are
          telling that only charging problem is solved and it will not do data
          transfer and charging Rs 1550.00 that too for incomplete repairing. Further when I contacted Sony Ericsson help line and when repaire center was told about to give Job order by help center he called me to and returned me the unrepaired mobile set and refused to give Job order. again when I contacted the help center Mobile Clinic center told the Help center that the mobile set was tampered and can't be repaired now the Sony Ericsson Help center is telling that they cannot help in this case as it is tamperd by unauthorised service center
          I AM FACING LOT OF MENTAL AGONY AND FRUSTRATIONS BY BYING YOUR MOBIL.
          NOW IT IS MY SINCERE REQUEST TO YOU THAT EITHER GET THE SAME REPAIRED
          PROPERLY ARE REPLACE WITH NEW.

          sony ericsson x10i mobile — not getting charged

          sir/madam,
          i am using x10i mobile of said company (sony ericsson) there is a problem of charging whenever i connect mobile to charging point it sometimes it does not response but after remove and then again connect it to usb port it gets charge but now it finally unresponding whether i connect through socket or computer. my mobile battery is dead please give me solution immediatly.
          i will be very thankful to you

            Hello,

            I purchased Sony Ericson Txt Pro in January - 2012, from Infeabeam online shop. I am facing lots of problem working problem
            Its working very slow, gets hang often. It show notification when recieve msgs but when I go to inbox to read it dosent show, & the msgs I sent before it shows as new msgs recieved.

            when I recieve or dial calls it doesnt shows in Call History.

            I am unable to llog in Social sites even cant access internet.

            I just fed up with this handset, Please help me out. I dont have money & time to waste. I bought this handset after spent my 6 months saving.

            It is really a cheap moblie handset & waste of money.

            So request to you please suggest me what should I do...?

            Should I take some leagal Action or we have any other option...?

              Hello I m Garry Samra.I bought a ps3 320GB move bundle from Canada Toronto On 7 April 2011 From WALMART.After six months my ps3 does not work properly.One day I was playing Saints row 2 then suddenly the screen starts blinking.I restarted the ps3 but it did not fixed.Now whenever i start it the main menu like music,pictures,game,settings etc all are blinking .My ps3 reads discs but when the game starts it starts tingling.
              it has a remaining guarantee of 2 months also.So there fore I request you to do Understand my problem and take any sudden action.

                I had purchased Sony ericson txt pro mobile 3 months ago, with expecting lot from the hand set that they had written in their manual, But in reality it is the worst set in all the mobile sets, with the higer cost of 7500/-..... china set is far better than this mobile with the low cost of Rs 1000 with lot of option, The problems are

                1 This set is not user friendly. for eg. it takes lot of time to see even contacts and dial, and to even see call logs.
                2. it will hang over so many times.
                3 it auto matically lifts the incoming calls with out touching, how this will happen god knows.

                4 touch screen is very bad


                Friends dont buy this model, i suggest go for samsung...........i[censored] go by its looks...u will suffer a lot .....its my perosnal experiance...

                    I have ordered @nd time in snap Deal.. this time ordered a Pendrive on 12/03/2012... Estimated Shipping Date 19/3/12... shipping date is very late before only & now an sms recd saying shipping is more delayed on 22/03/12... This type of behaviour is not going to take snap deal anywhere... There is a Delay in delivering a small pendrive, then how any one order a cell phone or any other huge product...

                      I AM STIL LOOKING FOR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OR A NEW CELL PHONE AS I CLAIMED THAT THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE PHONE. THE SIDE PANEL IS BROKEN AS I SAW WHEN I OPENED IN THE BOX AND CLAIMED WITHIN THE SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME AFTER THE PURCHASING DATE VIZ ON 3rd JANUARY 2012 WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE.

                      HANGING PROBLEM WAS QUITE OFTEN IN THE PHONE BUT STILL WAS BEING HESITATED BY ME BUT IT WAS HIGH TIME WHEN I WAS DOWNLOADING SOME PERSONAL FILES FROM PC TO PHONE AND THE PHONE WAS DEAD SUDDENLY.

                      I am extremey disappointed with this and I would be grateful if sony ericsson provides me a new handset or a refund of the amount as sony warrants its product to be free from defects and improper functioning which is not certain in my case.

                        I have an Xperia Mini Pro handset which is in warranty period ,i have already got the handset checked by their authorised service center but since the day ive repaired my mobile because the android market was not downloading any softwares ,i have got this typical problem ,whenever i use Facebook on my handset ,the images and graphical content wont load ... I have also tried downloading different software like Friendcaster for Android to use Fb ,but no joy ......

                          I am Sunil Vishwakarma, I Purchased a Moblie phone(Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile) Order No.: 3545424 from Naaptol".com , they send me duplicate Accessories of Sony Ericsson, I made call to both department Customer care center and product ordered booking center!. ordered booking center did not resolve my query and said to me contact customer care center, when I made call to customer care center they also not resolved my problem even they are not ready to accept their fault that they have send me duplicate and incomplete accessories with the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile!. Pathetic Customer care i have ever seen in my life, rude behavior with the customers".after that I sent mails to CEO, support and feedback department that send me Original Invoice of the Product, missing and original accessories of Sony Ericsson but not got any positive response for the same/.
                          I will suggest you all never buy any product through Naaptol.com , their offers packages are fake sending incomplete and duplicate accessories with packages;.

                              Hi,

                              I had given my SE Xperia X10i at Aundh Service Center, Pune due to I had given my SE Xperia X10i at Aundh Service Center, Pune due to spots showing on lower part of the screen on 24th Dec,2011. It was not repaired for the next 20-25 days when finally I had to call SE call center for the issue who assured me quick resolution.Finally, I got a call from the service center on 21st Jan,2012 evening to collect the phone. I reached the service center on 23rd Jan,2011 to collect the phone but on checking found that the white spots still persisted on the screen of the phone. When I told the service center people about the same they reluctantly replied that they have changed the display twice,hence, nothing can be done. I did not collect the phone that day & again contacted the call center who assured a call from the service center within 24 hours which did not happen. When i called the call center again they asked to call them after i reach the service center as they could not contact them. When I reached the service center they told me that the same spots appear on new phones also. I was shocked to hear this as my phone never had spots when I purchased it. After that i have contacted Sony ericsson service centre & call center many times by mail & phone. I have not received any reply through mail & on call they tell me that it is not a problem but spots appearing on the screen is normal. They are not ready to repair my phone. I have even mailed them a screenshot of another xperia phone owned by my colleague which does not have any such type of spots on the screen.
                              Today the service center lady called me to take the phone back as it cannot be repaired. when i told her that i will not take the phone till it is repaired she was forcefully asking me my address so that she could send my phone to my place unrepaired.
                              It has already been more than two months that my phone is lying at the service center without being repaired. When i call the call/service center they only lie that allphones have such spots & there is no defect in the phone. I am attaching a photograph of another xperia owned by my colleague which does not have any spots on the screen. Please help me in getting my phone repaired. I have gone through a lot of harassment in due course of time. It would be nnice if my problem is resolved.

                                I am Using sony vaio E series laptop (VPCEB15FG). When i use application its hanging a bit..if i just click button back or click the folder..its always hanging a bit..i just brought this computer..i buy form buyer form website mudah.com..because specification for this computer is good..have a core-13, ati radeon, window 7 built in..but i dont why it still hanging sir..please help me..its really annoying when i do assignment..

                                  Looks can be deceiving and SONY VAIO proves it!
                                  A cheap quality expensive product.

                                  Hi, I bought sony vaio laptop a year back and since the time i bought this having problems with it. It hangs after

                                  startup. Lately my hard disk got crashed and lost all my data, since its warranty just got over they dont take any responsibility.
                                  You can never expect this to happen from an expensive product like sony vaio , it comes with faulty hard disk.

                                  I strongly recommend not to buy Sony Vaio laptop, it just have good looks but faulty machine. Customer service is

                                  extremly poor, even they dont have any info on contact no.s of their own service centers.

                                  Faulty hard disk sure will crash atleast once within 2years
                                  They use TOSHIBA hard disks, why not to buy this product
                                  Expensive than some of the better other laptops
                                  Rude and in-experience customer support,
                                  Cheap service in expensive price

                                  Just dont go by the looks, as i did, think before buying this product or rather i would say don't keep this as an option.

                                  I have bought a Sony Vaio Laptop on 17.07.2010. With in a span of 2 months I have changed my hard disc twice, since I have warranty I was able to change my hard disc without any charge.                                   I am owning VPCEA23EN laptop and i am facing the hard disk problem. It was working fine. All of a sudden the blue screen of death came and after that its not booting at all. I have all my data lost. I m too frustated. Very worst laptop ever had. Who will bare for my loss?I had used Lenovo, HP and found it much better. I got that on June 2010. I have Sony TV, Home theater. Even my car stereo is Sony. I had lot of trust on Sony. But now
                                  I am fooled easily by Sony Corporation.The lifetime of the laptop is just 2 years, and for that i had to pay 42k. It makes me to think about all the other investments in Sony and my future plans to buy Sony Products.

                                  Sony PPL are INEFFICIENT in Solving Problem .- YES (Sony People can Provide Assurance of Problem can Occur Again)
                                  Rude and in-experience customer support - yes (They r WORST)

                                  When i asked them about solving the Problem, Useless Sony Service ppl REPLIED -( YES Problem can OCCUR even after 2-5 days.)
                                  My problem was OS not found, BSOD (OS not found is Hardware Problem, They cannot solve it) They are INEFFICIENT People.

                                  Warranty Card has NO Meaning, So it is USELESS

                                  Sony ppl CANNOT GIVE ASSURANCE that Problem like OS Not found, BSOD will be solved

                                      The screen of my 1-month old sony ericsson neo V broke. I deposited it in the Sony Ericsson Service Center (on AJC Bose Road) on 08/02/2012.
                                      The Workorder Number is SE[protected].
                                      The earlier ticket ID given to me was 92383135.
                                      The latest Ticket ID given is 92493232.
                                      The Complaint Number is SES[protected].

                                      On 08/02/2012, I was told the repaired handset would be returned within 10 days and that they themselves would inform me about its status. However, they never called. I called them up at regular intervals to get updates on my mobile handset and I was told that the parts are in transit from Chennai. Then after repeated calls, I was told, I will be given my handset back by March 2, 2012. When I called them on March 2, 2012, I was told that within 3 days they will let me know when will they give it back to me.

                                      Its been close to a month that everyone at Sony Ericsson Service Center, Kolkata are clueless about my mobile handset. This is how the after sales services of a world-renowned company shapes up. I bought a high-end mobile handset to use it not to keep it with the service dept who is just not bothered about harassing their customers.

                                        I purchased Sony VAIO Laptop in first week of January 2012. The same day when I brought it home and switched it on I got a fatal error and was not working properly. After several attempts of restarting again and again it finally worked but still the same problem persists again and again. When I called the Shop owner from where I purchased the same day, I got a careless and Arrogant reply from him “That is not at all possible!! We can’t do anything. You Have to take it to service center" I was stunned and felt betrayed by the company as it sold the malfunctioned product and at the same time the shop keeper is not taking any responsibility regarding the same.

                                        I had been trying to contact the Sony customer care for several weeks to lodge the complaint regarding the same. None of the customer service representative is showing a respect to the customers. I was such an insulting when I heard the customer service representative saying “Please Use Professional Language!!" When I shouted in anger regarding his unwillingness to take responsibility to my case. What am I supposed to do for the defective product that I bought by paying several thousands of rupees and at last they are not coming forward to fix the same?

                                        Is fooling the customers the strategy being followed by the company to earn more money?

                                        Dear Friend,

                                        I had also purchased a vaio laptop few days back. After 2 days of purchasing i got to know that there is a manufacture problem exist in keyboard of laptop. From that time I am chasing sony to resolve the issue but they are not paying any attention to this.

                                        On very first day, the lady at customer was not agree that physical problem with keyboard keys comes under hardware fault.

                                        Sony customer service is very poor...apart from customer care phone no. nothing is displayed at sony official site...like any mail ID, escalation levels, grievance cell etc..and even on demanding for same customer care executive denies it.
