I had purchased above set thru your local dealer on 14-04-12 , but i sincerely regret to inform that it is the worst phone i had ever used.
Firstly the inbuilt phone lock is purely useless as it unlocks by itself with a slight movement of slider causing false calls, messages etc...
secondly audio speakers are of very inferior quality,key boards are not visible,recently its mother board got corrupted which was later...

we wanted to get the sony laptop repaired. so we asked the justdial for a sony auth service centre and we were given a number of karampura. we contacted the person and we were told that they are the auth service centre and they would send somenody to collect the laptop for repair. they collected it. and gave a estimate of 4000. after 4-5 days they said that motherboard needs a change and they would have to get it from banglore....
