I bought a brand new Xperia S on 11th of April, after few days i found yellow spot on its screen, so i went to Sony Service Centre & asked for replacement, they asked me to deposit my cell phone in their centre & gave time of 1 week which took around a month to complete with this process, at tha time also i called up the person in Chennai head office to forward the mail their senior to get my cell phone replaced, anyhow i got repacement done after 1 month & now when o went with the PVN letter to the retailer, he said that he want be able to get me the Phone with those accesories which i got in the starting (Car Charger & NFC Tags)& that was the main reason to buy that phone in the starting, as it was a deal, i didn't spent my 31400 rupees to listen such rubbish things. I want my accessories back.
Sony has made a very bad image now, My previous phone was Xperia Arc, but after these things, i would never prefer for Sony.
Please help me with my requirements.
