Sales executive of sony gave me a demo and suggested to buy this product “kdl-42w900b” saying it is a smart tv with the access to apps and camera, then i bought it for 80, 000 rupees. But, they stopped providing support to apps on this model, now i cannot see 98% of the apps and the worst thing is that i cannot access to camera. I recently purchased new sony oled tv kd55a8g on 7th jan 2020 through smart care adyar, chennai service centre. To my surprise, the tv has issues in the display panel and conveyed to the sony adyar service centre on 10th feb 2020. Please refer the attached images.

My sony home theatre ht iv300 main unit was repaired through sony authorised service center (Unique quality experts) in which a module (Motherboard) was replaced by the service center with a expense of 5000 rs approximately.
