        Dear sir/ madam,

        I have purchase an annual subscription for sony liv for rs 999.00 on 09.07.2020. After payment my subscription has not been activated till date, i have made many complains via email, t only way to contact them, u cannot talk to them by calling them over phone. After every mail they are asking for payment details and screen shot of my account option in their app for resolution, but till date they r not able...

        I have paid for an annual subscription for sony liv on 9.7.2020 for rs 999.00 but till date my subscription has not been activated, i have made numerous complaints but every day they ask me for all the details which i have provided then every time, we cannot contact then except mail, now i do not have any more patience, request to kindly take action for refund of my subscription.

          I purchased the Sony oled from Siddhansh Electronics Pvt Ltd, Lower Parel West, Mumbai 13, in the month of February of 2018.
          The TV was installed at my residence in the month of March 2018. Within a period of 1 year or thereabout, horizontal lines started appearing on the TV which increased gradually . I made a complaint, but on account of the covid situation, nobody could attend to it.
          In the month of May, I again made a complaint to which the representative came for inspection and made me talk to the representative from Sony who informed me that there was a problem with the panel which needs to be replaced. I informed them that this problem had commenced within the warranty period and account of COVID, nobody could attend to it on your end.
          But my grievance seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
          As you already know that this is a very costly TV, at the time I purchased it in 2018, and one cannot expect that the panel can give way within the warranty period. On account of the covid situation, nobody from your end could redress my grievance and by the time somebody could pay a visit, according to your representative, my warranty period had lapsed.
          It disgusts me to note that a brand like Sony indulges in such cheap practices taking undue advantage of the covid situation which isn't fair at all. It is not even expected that a branded tv costing roughly 4 Lakhs, the panel gives way within a period of 2 years from purchase.
          I earnestly request you to look into this at the earliest and redress my grievance in all sincerity and fairness, failing which, I will not hesitate to approach the consumer forum and also address my grievance in the social media so that the other valued customers are not cheated and treated unfairly.
          Hope you take cognizance of the above and at the earliest possible.

                  I received a message that 699/- would be charged for subscription renewal and for stopping i should go to sonyliv apps 'my purchases' section.
                  There is no such section. I am unable to stop the subscription. Please help

                    I subscribed to the premium account for one month and they renewed my subscription for next month without taking my consent. There is no way we can talk to customer service and when i sent them a mail to unsubscribe as mentioned in their terms and conditions page, they did not take it in to account and again they charged me for many months for the subscription.
                    I am really frustrated and do not know how to cancel my subscription from sonyliv.
                    They are now asking for submission of 699. I want to stop all subscription

                          I had purchased my sony tv in nov -17. After 1 year my pannel is getting broken and for this 3 to 4 times i complain for this through coustomer care to change my pannel with new pannel. But always they came with broken pannel.
                          Sir/mam my entertainment is going on no doubt but being as a loyal customer of sony i am extremely disappointed for this. Here i am ready to pay the price of new tv pannel but they cannot.
                          15 days back again i am complaint regarding this issue but still i am in wait. Because they told me on phone pannel is out of stock. We cannot do anything.

                              My account is being hacked again and again by someone as soon as I set the password it is being Changed I am facing this problem since many months.                                     I had purchased a sony headphone last year on July and now I have got an issue with the headphone ie, the headphones one side has came off partially the headset costs around 10, 000/- and when I reached service center for a warranty they refused to do so and so I just asked for a repair like fixing it with maybe gum or something. If it costs also I was ready to pay but the service center refused to do so. After a long talk with the manager he said he will raise a complaint, and he was saying that we can't do any repairs, what we can do is replacing but as it is a physical damage we can't do a replace actually the issue was with the headphone. And today thay called me and said they can provide a 25 % discount for purchasing new ### sony headphone.

                                    The product is good but the service center and the service support is too bad

                                    Even within warranty they are not ready to do anything.
