The replacement of the faulty mother board of tv with an old and used motherboard is unfair. The mother board was obviously not delivered under sealed condition.

The payment will be made for rs 6876/- for the invoice raised dt 18.03.2020 within 24 hrs. However, please confirm whether i am being charged rs 6000/- (Excluding service charge) for old and used motherboard?

However, it is painful to see a customer being provided such an unprofessional and unethical service by "m/s madonna care centre, sony authorised service centre". Subsequently, expecting a remedial measure from your end timely facts were provided on the same date, supported with pertaining photographs and documents.

Please note that by providing a second hand item, product performance and life is further jeopardized. This is unacceptable. Hence will be making payment under protest, for the thus highlighted reason.

However, still awaiting a appropriate redressal from your end for my grievance thus raised, on an immediate basis.

    It is regarding my complaint no.. 59570003 related to sony tv... Klv48w562d.. Within four years, tv started malfunctioning and found vertical lines on screen which resulted very poor picture quality.. When i registered my complaint, service engineer visited at my home and told me to replace tv panel costing 24 k.. But he couldn't explain the cause of problem as condition of tv was very good and found no damage... It was very shocking to me that sony product could not run for 4 years.. I purchased sony product on premium cost due to quality and reliability factors.. But it failed on all the expectations.. Even, i could not get satisfactory response from customer care.. They mentioned we can't do anything as warranty period is over and electronic item may damage any time..
    It really damaged sony brand image which i was carrying in my mind.. How i can recommend sony tv to any of my friends or colleagues or relatives?
    I need sony senior management attention to resolve customer issue and retain sony loyal customer..

      Hi, this is antony from tiruppur tamilnadu. I bought 42" sony led tv, ants are going through inside of screen and dust deposits in screen, 4 months back i gave it to kg electronics tirupur, again i gave it for same issue, last time i paid 1050 rupees for service charge, this time also asking 1050 rupees for service charge, already i bought lg, samsung never i met this issue, only your product only i meet this issue 2'nd time, pls consider to cancel the service charge.

      Hi, This is Antony here, Every 3 months I can't spend 1050 rupees for screen cleaning, you have to give your product with safety, that's why we buy your product.
      Made payment for sony liv tv subscription for a month. Amount got deducted from bank, but account not got activated.

      I brought Sony X85J Google tv on offer in Reliance digital on the occassion of deepavali, nov2021 with 2 yrs warranty. I am facing dusting problem inside the whole panel screen. . I gave complaint to customer care and the persons asking 2000 rs as service charge. they are telling this is because of ants. my tv unit is antibug protected and no way to enter any ants. Always we purchase items on its quality but I can't see any quality in now a days products. This is only selling gimics.
      This is not only my problem when I searched on Google, so many are facing same problem and zero solution. Then what's the use of spending big amount on useless item.
      These kind of problems arising in every 4k and Google models, why not Sony company taking any action towards its bad models, after paying huge amount on trust of company product, it's their duty to solve the problem.
      Even when the product is under warrenty why these service persons asking amount?
      This means Sony is only a brand name but products and services are not good.

        An amount of rupees 499 has been deducted from my paytm account illegally by setindia company.. i applied voucher for subscribing the 12 month subscription and this fraud company has just deducted 499 rupees from my account without even consulting me. I even tried to contact paytm for this query but not even a single response is Coming to me which worthy. I want my money back...! I want my money back and i want my subscription to be canceled or other wise i have to go to the consumer court for this issue...!

          Hi,

          I have subscribed sony liv on 22nd feb. Reason to subscribe was to watch sony tv live. But the same didn't workout. I was unable to play sony tv live and wrote the same to customer support team on 24th feb. Initially they have given answer which comes on the top of google search. Well, i tried it and wrote them back as the issue was not resolved. Then they asked me that they forwarded the details to technical team and i will hear from them soon.
          I didn't hear back anything till next two days and i wrote them again. They responded that they have already forwarded the issue and i will hear from them. I never heard from them and now i kept asking but no one responds. I have asked them to refund my money if you can't provide service but they are mum now and i am really feeling cheated. Please help me if you can. Thanks.

          My tv model 46W950A starts with few seconds correctly then sudden off and red blinking four times.sony service centre refused to repair and said me that parts of this tv has not supplied by comp.
          Now this tv (cost of purchase amount about one lakh rupees) is kabara(useless) due to sony india company.

            Bought a Sony tv from vijay sales and tv is giving continuous problems, contacted Sony service centre 3 times and they have replaced so many parts but no result, I’m tired now of calling up and hope they resolve this at the earliest
            The tv keeps going on and off on its own
            And buttons keep jumping when pressed

            Now The service centre is making me run to and fro and just buying time
            can u help on this .

            Now the service centre is just pulling time since they now the warranty is expiring and once it expires they no customer cannot complain thereafter .
            Really shocked and surprised to see such a blunder from sony india .
            IAM ordered Sony air pods, but he send ear phones, I want return my order, and refund my amount

              My sony home theatre ht iv300 main unit was repaired through sony authorised service center (Unique quality experts) in which a module (Motherboard) was replaced by the service center with a expense of 5000 rs approximately. The system was handed over back on 11nov 19. Due to the change of above module some other problems in audio are being faced which was intimated to service center through customer care and now the service center is saying that the problem is in amplifier unit. It is pertinent to mention that the response of the service center is very pathetic wherein the system handed over to customer on first repair was not fully checked. And since the problem of amplifier is interconnected to the motherboard, service center should bear the cost of it not the customer. At present the system is in custody of service center and has become completely
              Non operational due to the negligence of service center. Request take necessary action.

                I have purchased sony bravia television which is yet to be install. As my service request is already been booked having request id :59281223 on 18 feb 2020. As no positive response i am receiving from the service provider. Till now no executive has approached for installation. Kindly look into the matter most urgently.
                Already i have contacted the dealer more than 5 times as they promise to send the installing person but they are yet to come.

                      This is rabi shankar shaw from kankinara, kolkata, west bengal. This is to inform you that on 12.02.2020 at around 11 am my sony led tv got fire and burnt out when my wife was watching tv. Actually my wife poused the tv for few time and when she came back after 10 mins she found that the tv got fire and 20 mins after it the flame of tv was extinguished somehow by my neighbour's. On 12.02.2020 i registered a complaint to your company the service request id of which is 59226601 and also today on 17.02.2020 i again registered a complaint the request id of which is 59271942 and your executive called me regarding the visiting charge and all this but i with my wife visited the sony service centre which is located at technoplaza, barasat road, barrackpore. It was very worse situation i never felt till now from any service centres. The representative and executive there behaved and entertained very badly to me and told us that they can't handle this kind of burnt tv and not accepted it and not provided any inspected report for the tv to us. I called your customer care centre from there and that time and your executive told me to mail you all this with images of the burnt tv.
                      Therefore at the customer point of view i faced a really bad experience from end and i want a full replacement of my 32" sony bravia led tv. I really want to inform you i will definitely take the option of consumer forum if no suitable compensation will be given to me.
                      Your early response will be appreciated. All the images of the burnt tv and other damages are enclosed herewith.

                          I had purchased sony bravia tv model no 40r352f dated on 3-feb-2020 from croma electronics and suppose to installation and demo on 4-feb-2020 from sony executive and assigned engg is laying about that he is coming at 12:00 pm. When i called him he again told me me i am coming at 4:00 pm. And later on he said i be there at 7:00 at your place but now he is denying to perform is duties at 8:15 pm

                          I strongly wants to files complaint against his unprofessional behavior towards his work and now its a day wasted from his commitments because of this i take leave from my work. I want some strict action against that fellow due to his behavior sony brand name is compromised.

                              Please ref my earlier comlaint date dt 13 dec 2019,
                              I am brigadier r k shrivastava (Retd), based at lucknow, up, we purchased android tv kd 55x 9000c, for some rs 3.0 lac in jan 2016, it worked alright till aug 2019, when it stopped working. We were informed by your tech engineer that mother board has gone bad. Its replacement casted us rs 15000. Immediately afterword there were some black flickering spots were seen, on contacting toll-free service, we were advised to go to factory settings. But the spots persisted. Yesterday sony tech engineer visited us and took screen shots. Just now i have been told by sony service center lucknow, ([protected]) that its panel had gone bad and now i have to spend rs 72000 for its repair.
                              Have a heart, i am a retired army officer every now and then i cannot spend rs 1lac for repair for just a 3years old tv. I have another 60inches sony purchased 10 year back form pune, still working well.
                              Has sony started marketing substandard stuffs? Or lucknow outlet is selling substandard stuff? Whatever it is we are loosing faith in sony. And will advise all our friends to stay away from sony products. What else i can say.

                                I subscribed to sonyliv premium subscription for 500 rupees when i saw the advertisement saying i will receive 250 rupees as cashback if i pay with paypal.

                                I have written to them on dec 24, 2019, dec 28, 2019 and jan 17, 2020. Here are the emails.

                                Neither i received a reply nor cashback in paypal account.

                                  They don't commit to words, it was just battery pin issue and it has been three weeks i hv nt been updated about the issue in phone, they are lingering on the issues, every new representative picks up and i have to narrate the complain from beginning, and say we'll call u back, no call ever from their side, they are simply misleading and are not even updated.
                                  Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Given 2 times for Repairing but still the same issue. Sony India services are worst. Stop selling the product if you cannot solve the issue, why the hell you are doing this business.
                                  I want refund or else will log a complaint and go in deep.

                                  I am buying new sony LED TV LAST week 13.01.2020 but till date not installation in my TV I am contact costumer care also but not response .this is not good Activity.                                   We have purchased ear phones in big C vanasthalipuram hyderabad now ear phone not working they are not co operating they are telling that we need to visit sony center which is very far away kindly guide us my ear phone not working showroom people not supporting
                                  The app is not working properly and is showing constant errors.

                                    I purchased sony xperia xa1 plus
                                    Mobile on[protected]. The cost was 24990. Sony brand always stands for quality and durability so i bought it. After one and half year usage the phone starts lagging in charging. I managed it by charging for long hours. When the phone started giving charging problem i thought it was adapter problem then connecting pin problem finally i doubted it was battery problem so i contacted authorised sony service center vasavi nager, kharkhana, secunderabad 500009 ph: [protected] where they inspected and said battery need to be replaced. I said ok replace the battery. I handedover the phone. After few days they called me and said sony india is not supplying any spare parts for the mobiles including battery so take back the phone. I was shocked and left disappointed that my expensive phone will go useless. When a customer trust the brand more than anything what you people done to them. I directly ask sony india if you do not provide the battery or any sparepart for atleast two years why did you sell it. I bought with my hard earned money? Shall i throw it into my dustbin. Trusting the brand is my fault? Believing sony service is the best is my fault? I contacted on their website but there is nill response from them. Service center generated w[protected] is created against service is [protected] which lasts for week now they closed it so insisting me to take back the phone. So i request sony india here thru your channel don't punish your customer for buying your product. Provide the battery

                                    Trqking I'd PKRC[protected] I booked for JBL BOLWTOOTH SPEAKARS but he was delivered to sony ear phones that was rong product please exchanging the same rong product was delivard please do needful thanking you

                                      Dear sir,

                                      During oct 2017 my sony led panel was damaged due to unexpected situation.
                                      Model - no - kdl-43w800c
                                      Serial no-4514768

                                      I had raised the complaint to sony customer care and they have assigned ticket to sony authorised center named new sai electronics in pune. After investigation by sony technician it has been found that led panel has damaged and i have been suggested to replace led panel which was ordered by authorised sony center. After receiving new frontend led panel costing rs. 23945/ from sony india it was fitted by technician and led started working.

                                      After two years i am facing picture quality issue as it is showing some distorted lines on display. I had raised complaint to sony india during dec 2019, it was assigned to same authorized center and technician suggested it could be either tikon or front end display issue. Technician has tried new tikon but problem still persist and advised to order new panel again. It will cost again approx rs.24000/.
                                      Now it has been observed that sony being reputed company how can be new panel will be having display issue within 2 years without any manual intervention? It has been also observed that the panel which was ordered during oct 2017 and received from sony is having serial no 4515313 written on white paper pasted backside of panel. As per my understanding this kind of different serial no never been assigned to new product which differs from my panel's serial no.
                                      I am suspecting that the panel which was delivered to me was defective piece which was repaired against someone's led.
                                      Sony india offered me 50% discount but i need full replacement of the product because this is defective panel they had sent to me. Please help me on this.
