I had purchased sony bravia tv model no 40r352f dated on 3-feb-2020 from croma electronics and suppose to installation and demo on 4-feb-2020 from sony executive and assigned engg is laying about that he is coming at 12:00 pm. When i called him he again told me me i am coming at 4:00 pm. And later on he said i be there at 7:00 at your place but now he is denying to perform is duties at 8:15 pm

I have purchased sony smart led klv32w622g from vijay sales, krishnanagar, ahmdedabad on[protected] and same is delivered on[protected]. Then after one man came to installtion and demo.
But he did not give proper demo and when we ask him some question regarding product he answered that he did not know. He not give any type of information even he has no manner how to talk with customers.

I subscribed to sonyliv premium subscription for 500 rupees when i saw the advertisement saying i will receive 250 rupees as cashback if i pay with paypal.

I brought kdp-50W800D model Sony led 3D tv 3yrs back. I used tv very less as it is kept in pent house.. suddenly today when running a movie picture gone and yellow lines started appearing.. now technicians said picture tube gone.. really pathetic spending huge amounts going for brand like Sony and still getting upset.. better to get local made tv for less cost can run for few days and can get new tv again in the cost we spend on brand Sony......

I have subscribed to the premium subscription of sony liv, and it is an auto renewal subscription, there is no way to cancel the subscription as the site does not respond to the request of cancellation. The site freezes as soon as the button for cancellation of auto renewal is pressed. They have my credit card details and are charging money arbitrarily from me. Its being 6 months since we have purchased the costly Sony Bravia LED Smart TV and now the TV is not getting switch on neither the in-built wifi is not working properly, we have to switch off and on the in built wifi multiple time to make it work, we have contact customer care and no proper response from the customer support on the issue, we feel like being cheated by Sony on giving the buggy TV that do not last for an year....
