I bought sony kdl-55w800d tv in 2018. We face issue with motherboard and which cost us 10000. The reason they have given is because of power fluctuation. We paid them and within 3 months tv is showing problem. I filed complaint to sony engineer visited from their side and now telling its t-con board. Which is going to cost 12000. Its never written that it is must to have stabiliser in tv etc. How can this happen when this brand?

    I ordered a combo of bluetooth, earbuds and a stereo headphone of jbl which was a very good offer to me... But i got stereo headphone of sony only, you send the wrong product, wasted my time now i have to send this pack to you in my expense...
    So you have to resend my order in a proper way with full itmes as u showed in your advertisement etc or if the product is finished you have to refund my cash...

      I have made the complaint to sony customer care on 25.11.2019 and they assigned my service request to m/s immmortal innovation services pvt. Ltd., east krishna nagar, delhi. Technician of the authorized centre visited my residence on the same day and he told me that motherboard of my led is faulty and it needs replacement. He note down the complaint and took rs.1000/- as an advance and assured me that this motherboard will be replaced as early as possible.

      After elapse of 12 days, on 05.12.2019, technician of the service centre came to our residence with some old motherboard (Not fully packed just to make fool to ourselves), and he tried to fix the motherboard in led, but all goes in vain. He told me that this motherboard is not compatible to this led. It will take some more time to start the led. It is regret to inform you that yesterday my family was eagerly waiting in the evening to repair their led to watch their favorite programs. They all are very fed up and annoyed when they got to know about incidence that their led will not start today itself. They are complaining me and saying that how many days company will take to solve this problem.

      I request you that kindly do the needful at the earliest and give directions to the service centre to resolve the issue immediately.

      Product is not working after the delivery of products itself I have tried a lot of times to resolve it but power is not coming to products.
      Sub TV is known for light entertaining content and shows and my children watch the channel without elders observation . TV serial advertisment 'Behad' from Sony set is publishing on Sony sub TV which is having violent and disturbing content not suited for children.This is humble request to remove that advertisement from sub TV channel.         I have purchased on sony music system at a cost of 29999 from reliance digital bistupur, jamshedpur on 26-jan-2019. Same was got faulty with in 15 days of working, after so many follow up same is replaced by sony india. Again in the month of nov music system is again not working.

        My concern is about the quality of products sold by sony india at such high price. This frequent issue reflects the quality of products sold by sony in india.
        Its total waste of our hard earned money.

        My only request is to replace the faulty product due to its inferior product quality.

        Bad service issue on my sony RV22 music system, also bad behavior in sony service centre person, just damage and broken my 13000 rs RV22 deck. Also company not response for this issue last 1 year, my music system till in service centre from last year. Plz friends don't buy any Sony products, too much service issues I handled.

          Website: had subscribed for sony liv premium membership on the app and paid for the same through paytm accoun

          I had subscribed for sony liv premium membership on the app and paid for the same through paytm account. I subscribed for it only for that month and i didn't know that these people will also deduct money for the next month. I received a message yesterday stating that my membership would be renewed today. There was no link or anything. Now money has been deducted from my paytm account without my permission for this month also. Also, there is no information about how to unsubscribe to your premium membership. I have sent an email to the customer support of sonyliv to which i requested for my unsubscription but there is no response yet. An amount of 29 is deducted from my paytm account illegally.

          In order to cancel your subscription for auto-renewal, visit www.sonyliv.com or download the latest version of SonyLIV app (Android or iOS) and follow the steps shared below:
          - Sign in with your registered Email ID/ Mobile Number
          - Go to ‘My Purchases ‘
          - Click on Cancel
          Note: Just in case despite following the above steps, you are still unable to cancel the subscription. Please note, you will receive an SMS 3 days prior notifying you if you wish to cancel/renew the subscription. You can also refer to that SMS to cancel/renew your subscription.

            This is to inform you that after so many times complaint my problem are still not resolve. Again my family facing same problem led screen fluctuate automatically. Yesterday its again and my family members worry and they are not switch on the led it cloud be short circuit. If my family members face any misshaping. Sony will be the responsible. Because of i also update the your team members. They also replaced a parts without inform me or without my approval.

              I am writing my dissatisfaction w. R. T request id # 57282040 and job card number # j92384428.

              I purchased sony tv (Model - kd-49x7500f) from vasanth & co on 12/01/2019. With in 9 months of purchasing we found a initial scratch in led panel and after 20 days we found 1 more scratch in led panel, during first scratch i didn't complaint but during second scratch i raised my complaint. The scratch is not deep. This is not a physical damage and the scratch happens automatically in the led panel (It seems to be tv panel in expanding and causing this scratch).
              Tv didn't fall down (It is wall mounted),

              We dont have any children in my home to hit the tv. I have gone through most of the complaints from other sony tv users about the same issue. They are also complaining the same and this is a manufacturing defect which sony needs to accept and they cannot blame it as physical damage.

              My tv is under warranty, i would like to escalate this issue as i din't have any update from service center. I cannot pay for this as this is a manufacturing defect.

              Instead of buying sony tv which is costly and having manufacturing defect like this with in a year, i can highly recommend users to go for other brands which does not cost you more. Sony quality is gone now a days and they are using cheap products and selling high in the market.

                I have order sony earpods and headphone of mrp 1650 and i received wrong order.in that box there was a local jbl headphone with wire of mrp 749 and you took 1650 for that jbl headphone
                I want my money back or give me the my right order or other wise will file a case against you for cheating. And earlier also i have complained about it but nothing has happened. I am warning you last time

                  I wish to complain about sony tv model no: kd-55x9500e\b (O&lcdtv) that i purchased on 17/01/18.

                  Within the six month period tv not working. Your service engineers come and check he told “tv mother board was not working” and he changed new board under warranty. That time is asking this costly tv why come this problem…he said some time come like this problem but now ok…. No problem sir in future not come this issue…we changed new board….

                  But am so much worrying because am buying higher end module sony tv why come this problem…. Ok that time solve this problem….

                  Now after one year same problem coming….

                  Am totally upset…

                  Am spend hug value of money in this tv purchased. But repeated problem am facing …

                  I thing this module was frailer one…. Now tv was not working ….

                  I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem…

                  I don’t want any temporally solution …. I want permanent solution …..

                  I can’t bear money every year in mother board ….

                      To kehne lagaa ye chuhaa damage kiya hai ye warranty me kaam nahi hoga..
                      Jabki sir, maine khud hi achchhe se dekha hai jo wire chhuta hua hai wahaan par ka solding damage hai aur uske just side me hi plastic hai jo bilkul sahi hai.
                      Aur us jagah ko dekhne se saaf pataa chalta hai ki solding jalaa hua hai.
                      Lekin, service centre kaam karne ko taiyar nahi hai aur keh rahi hai paise lagenge tab repair hoga..

                        Sensor Board Shouldn't Have to permit this type of movies.

                          Good evening, this is to inform u that i bought sony dvd last year under warranty. I regret that while using such a good brand went through with loading defect during warranty period in the mean time i went to city electronics, under sony authorisation centre madurai. During inspection they informed me that its lens needs to changed, they did so and they did not cost me anything. Now after using three months again it happened with same loading defect, then again it was checked by an engineer, it became normal in function, but now they called me that i need to pay around 2800. Now i request u to kindly look into the matter and give them instructions that not to be rude with customers, which they have done to me. Plz sort out the matter without big issues and be relevant in future.

                          It is not good to show such adds in between FAMILY programs of condoms and sex.

                          Please say them to stop showing this adds.
                          Main power light is stable on the led as usual. Led is not starting with remote. i think there is problem with the remote.no display is shown from yesterday.kindly do the needful to resolve our problem

                            I hv purchased one sony tv from elektrokraft jamshedpur on 06112019 and it was installed on the same date but while watching tv in the late evening we observed that it needs to be lowered and slightly shifted towards left a reinstallation request was made in the customer care who said that it will be done free of cost till 1 month from the date of purchase request id 57103587 but the service technician told that i hv to pay for it and he cancelled my request without taking any confirmation from me later i spoke to senior supervisor at customer care who logged one more request 57213756 confirming that service will be given within 48 hrs and free of cost but again technician called me and told that i can call wherever i like but service will be chageable why should i suffer due to the company policy and its incompetence to handle the service division please let me know when will i get service and whether it will be chargeable bor free of cost it is matter of regret that sony has such a poor service for its customers

                            Cause, Re-Installation Is Chargeable..
                            You Can Also Avail Re-Installation Service If Same Technician Is Available In Your Area..
                            You Can Request Him To Do It Briefly..
                            If You Want Re-Installation For This You Will Charge Nominally Like 100-200/- Maximum..

                              I have purchased sony tv model kd 55x7002g on 06112019 and it was installed on the same day however when we sat down in the late evening watching the tv program we thought that the height needs to be lowered and the tv needs to be shifted towards the left spoke to sony customer care and raised a reinstallation request on[protected] and was told by the customer care that it will be done free of cost within one month of purchase as per company policy but the service technician calling me and telling that i have to pay charges i said that as per the customer care it is free of cost but he rudely told that you can talk wherever you want to but it will be done only if i pay for it my request id was cancelled by the service centre without taking any confirmation from me then i spoke to senior supervisor of customer care who raised one more request 57213756 and reassured me that technician will visit me after calling and it will be done free of cost but technician called me and said that it will be done only if i agree to pay for it now i want to know whether it will be done or not and whether free of cost why should a customer suffer just because the company does not have any control over its service division

                                I sent my Xperia xz Premium for repair under warranty to service centre on 12.10.2019, bearing order no. W[protected]. Now it's well over one month but nobody is telling me how much time it may take. I wrote mails to their support email and their ceo but got no reply from them in 4 days. Their Facebook page is also silent. Please guide me what to do.
                                Another serious complaint, Sony customer care executive Mr. Raghav today went on obstructing me from speaking continuously and even refused to forward my call to his higher authority despite my repeated insistence. Where to complain about this stubborn approach taken by Sony customer care?

                                  Purchased noy less than 5 yrrs. Service engineer says parts not available for display. Company stopped manufacturing. Hence tv cannot be brought to condition. He suggest us to buy a new one. Very sorry to hear that how sony can stop manufacturing parts for tvs still in market. Such creditable brand whom we have been relying from generations is making us upset of choosing this brand any more.

                                    I have cheated by headphonearea.com. As i ordered the. Sony bluetooth ear phone along with the bose headphones.. But when i received the parcel through the xpressbees courier.. I found only jbl head phones.. This is so ridiculous service by you... I want to return the parcel.. Kindly refund the amount. As soon as possible.. Revert back.. Or else i have to file a cheating case against your company. So please either deliver the correct product or refund my money...

                                      Sir i ordered sony headphone and earbuds but i received jbl local headphone with wire. I payed 1650 rs and mrp on that jbl headphone is 749 rs. My request is kindly refund my money or give me right order which i have ordered
