tv monitor blinking issue

Dear sir,
I brought sony tv klv-32r422b in year september 2014. The monitor for same stopped working (Blinking) in nov 2019. Just after 5 year of normal usage. I checked with service center, they told company stopped producing this model and it's components. I am really disappointed by sony which has huge brand value and producing faulty products. And they stop manufacturing so they don't have to support even 5 year old products....

picture tube damage within 1.6 years of purchase

It's just been around 1 years and 6 months, last week when we switch on the tv, the picture is not coming properly. sony tv 43w800d motherboard

I brought sony tv 43w800d in year feb 2017. The motherboard for same stopped working in aug 2019. Just after 1.5 year of normal usage. I checked with service center, they told company stopped producing this model and it's components. I am really disappointed by sony which has huge brand value and producing faulty products. sony liv premium subscription not being cancelled

I have subscribed to the premium subscription of sony liv, and it is an auto renewal subscription, there is no way to cancel the subscription as the site does not respond to the request of cancellation. The site freezes as soon as the button for cancellation of auto renewal is pressed. They have my credit card details and are charging money arbitrarily from me. I do not wish to subscribe further to this service but their is no way to stop...

I subscribed for a one week premium subscription with sony liv. It expires on 16th dec, 2019. I want to cancel it. But when i cancel it, i am not getting any confirmation that it got cancelled. Also whenever i go back and check in the app, i can still see the subscription not cancelled. I want my sucscription to be cancelled. I do not want any money to be deducted. unsatisfactory resolution to sony tv complaint

crime patrol

Crime patrol is being continuously telecasted on some television and it's being very irritating. People seeing such shows it increases their suspicion behavior. Children also get affected due to it. Scenes telecasted in crime patrol as bad bad children. It's telecasted in the afternoon continuously and at night too. Which is ridiculous. Please try and reduce the timing of this show or stop showing it in the afternoon....

issue with sony tv

I bought sony kdl-55w800d tv in 2018. We face issue with motherboard and which cost us 10000. The reason they have given is because of power fluctuation. We paid them and within 3 months tv is showing problem. I filed complaint to sony engineer visited from their side and now telling its t-con board. Which is going to cost 12000. Its never written that it is must to have stabiliser in tv etc. How can this happen when this brand?...

sony mhc v 41d music system getting faulty

I have purchased on sony music system at a cost of 29999 from reliance digital bistupur, jamshedpur on 26-jan-2019. Same was got faulty with in 15 days of working, after so many follow up same is replaced by sony india. Again in the month of nov music system is again not working.

My concern is about the quality of products sold by sony india at such high price. This frequent issue reflects the quality of products sold by sony...
