I buy tv online sony smart hd tv recently just 4/5 ago but now their is unwanted sound come inside the tv and tv under warranty period also when i called customer care or support to discuss with this types of problem they told me change some setting like press home/ menusettingsetup (Customer support) factory settingyes tv restart but after this changes still some problem with unwanted sound come inside the tv. Kindly send your person check the tv and solve the problem as soon as possible.

    I bought a Sony android tv 43 inch in 100 ft road coimbatore branch. I paid bills and cleared on 12th Jan 2020. I got worst product from Vasanth and co. It's not a new one and it seems old product clearly with package. Kindly do the replacement. Please consider this is as a request and process it without any delay. While explaining about the product the salesman told that is the new one and it will be delivered with fresh piece but package shows that is the old one...

      Since 1917 i have been trying to get a display for my tv model kdl46w700a which was broken accidentally. But till date i could not get it except the reply from the service station is "no supply". As i bought it for 90, 000 around, i cannot throw it out for a minimal discount. Please reply whether i can replace the display or not. Please tell me the final statement

        I have purchased sony ht rt3 music system on 25.10.2019 from raj electronics malviyanagar new delhi. When we connect external mic through wire in its analog, current passes in mic and one can not use mic due to current. When checked whole body having current. I complaint your service centre. Technician came but the system could not repaired. He told that fault could not be repaired. This problem is existing in all system of this model. Means we can not use mic or anything externally through this product. So we came on conclusion that this product is not useful for us. It is very dengerous for life to use. Therefore. Please returned this system and reuturn the money which i paid to purchase it. It enables me to purchase music system of other company which is not dangerous for life and use freely. If not pay back by company within one week then i will be free to take any legal action against your company.

          The screen of my phone has been damaged so i went to nearest service centre of sony. And they informed me that sony has stopped manufacturing the mobile phones hence the screen of my phone cannot be changed. Rather if i will pay rs 18000/- they will give me a new mobile which will have warranty of 3 months only. I want to know if sony stops manufacturing a product than what is the customer's fault. Why do i have to pay for a new mobile whereas the new screen would have costed me only rs 6000/-.

            WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE . NEITHER SONY NOR SERVICE CENTER TAKE THE RESPONSIBLE.

            I went to Sonnet care CMH road Indira Nagar. where my told him about the phone problem : proximity sensor is not working because the top right screen popped up.
            After they checked and did something, complete right hand side screen popped out. When I told them they said they did not do anything and it happened because of battery is bulged.

            I had an argument and your person tried to threaten me and tried to hit me holding my hand.
            Other person was saying that he will keep the phone with him if he did not do this if proved in camera.
            Third person said this happens when one heats the screen to stick the Screen.
            Manger said they do not have batter available when asked him

            Now if this kind or rowdy person sony is keeping in the service center how a customer can visit the service center.
            Now this phone is with me since 5 year and in one day at your service center the entire right screen came out.

                I brought kdp-50W800D model Sony led 3D tv 3yrs back. I used tv very less as it is kept in pent house.. suddenly today when running a movie picture gone and yellow lines started appearing.. now technicians said picture tube gone.. really pathetic spending huge amounts going for brand like Sony and still getting upset.. better to get local made tv for less cost can run for few days and can get new tv again in the cost we spend on brand Sony... I am using another tv of Sony in which brought so earlier than this tv and runs more than this tv still working.. really Sony need to look into quality which is decreasing day by day...! If they can calculate the no of hours tv worked it will almost 25% of my another old Sony tv... really Sony please look into the quality.. very very upset..!

                  I have purchased sony led tv from viveks anna nagar. Chennai on mar 2018, model no. Kd-49x7002e, ser no.8005950. There is no issues for last 2 years but now we have problems from 2nd jan'20. The tv is not functioning properly and getting display issues and always coming bar code from right side. So we are very disappointed within 2 years we have got issues in the tv and also we have spend huge amount to buy this tv through finance. So iam not interest to go for service. Come and check and i want to replace the tv otherwise as per the court of law i can go ahead with legally.

                    I have subscribed to the premium subscription of sony liv, and it is an auto renewal subscription, there is no way to cancel the subscription as the site does not respond to the request of cancellation. The site freezes as soon as the button for cancellation of auto renewal is pressed. They have my credit card details and are charging money arbitrarily from me. I do not wish to subscribe further to this service but there is no way to stop it. I want my money credited from sony liv for charging from my card without my consent since the service cannot be stopped by me

                      Its being 6 months since we have purchased the costly Sony Bravia LED Smart TV and now the TV is not getting switch on neither the in-built wifi is not working properly, we have to switch off and on the in built wifi multiple time to make it work, we have contact customer care and no proper response from the customer support on the issue, we feel like being cheated by Sony on giving the buggy TV that do not last for an year.

                        The television set 48"which i purchased from reliance digial at rs. ₹75k and the extended warranty fee amounting to ₹11k has been giving me innumerable problems. Panel change, connector change, motherboard repair and so on. Latest the screen turning entirely white. We are senior citizens who cannot afford a change of television set every four years. The tv was purchased in 2015.in these four years it has been repaired four to five times. I am tired of interacting with reliance, who put me on to sony and to resolve an issue it takes minimum 4/5 weeks during which period we have to carry on without a tv. I need redressal in the form of a brand new sony tv in place of the existing one. I feel sony to retain their name and market leadership should do this without fail

                          Very dissatisfied with sony service and durability of the sony tv. Just 5 years back bought a 40-inch tv thinking that sony is the best with latest features for 90k price. Now got problem with the motherboard which sony service centers are not able to repair and also i am ready to bear new motherboard cost, but to replace new motherboard, same motherboard model is not available from sony. So what type of service sony is providing??, at least their own parts should be available from their own service centers which can be used to make tv useful, otherwise it's no value in buying sony products and wasting our hard earned money.

                          Now sony is asking me to buy new sony tv with 30% discount. But why should i bear this expenses which is because of sony don't have their own parts?
                          Instead i will prefer to buy new tv from other brands but never from sony again. At least other brand parts can be repaired or replaced from market easily.

                          Very disappointed with service of sony. I am going to tell all my friends, relatives, colleagues don't buy any sony products...

                            I am loyal customer of sony products and unfortunately my experience with service for the product mentioned has been extremely poor.
                            I sent the tv for repair and the agent has told me that part is not available and asked me to buy another model by paying rs.40 thousand more and on top buy the warranty and have also paid rs 7000 for the part which was supposed to be replaced.
                            If sony is not able to provide the part why the hell i should pay rs 40, 000. Why should i buy sony products when after sales service is so poor. Please refund me the original cost of the tv which i bought or provide me replacement at no cost to me. I can pay you the cost of the part which has gone bad at the most. I will take this case to consumer court as well if this is not resolved within 2 business days and also will write to sony headquarters for resolution.

                              I brought sony tv klv-32r422b in year september 2014. The monitor for same stopped working (Blinking) in nov 2019. Just after 5 year of normal usage. I checked with service center, they told company stopped producing this model and it's components. I am really disappointed by sony which has huge brand value and producing faulty products. And they stop manufacturing so they don't have to support even 5 year old products. As a user how can i trust the brand. I feel cheated by rs 31000 (Price of tv). I bet even if it was under warranty they would not have been able to replace monitor problem, because they don't have one.
                              Is there a rule which says manufacturing company has to support all components for x year??

                                We have bought the sony led tv model # kdl-43w800f led in the month of 2nd july 2018. It's just been around 1 years and 6 months, last week when we switch on the tv, the picture is not coming properly. We consulted the local sony service center and they told us that the picture tube is damaged and we need to replace with new one. We bought the tv at price 54.6k+ and within just 1.6 years, the picture tube is damaged and they said it costs around 26k. This is like, 48% of what the tv cost is. We were really upset and disappointed that a tv from a renowned brand cannot even last for 5yrs. At this stage, we couldn't afford such a price and please help us what can be done.

                                  sony tv 43w800d motherboard

                                  I brought sony tv 43w800d in year feb 2017. The motherboard for same stopped working in aug 2019. Just after 1.5 year of normal usage. I checked with service center, they told company stopped producing this model and it's components. I am really disappointed by sony which has huge brand value and producing faulty products. And they stop manufacturing so they don't have to support even 2 year old products. As a user how can i trust the brand....

                                    I subscribed for a one week premium subscription with sony liv. It expires on 16th dec, 2019. I want to cancel it. But when i cancel it, i am not getting any confirmation that it got cancelled. Also whenever i go back and check in the app, i can still see the subscription not cancelled. I want my sucscription to be cancelled. I do not want any money to be deducted. The account is linked to [protected]@gmail.com

                                      This is regarding the sony tv service request id 56971753 which i placed on 1st nov 2019. I am having sony tv model: kdl-46w700a (Serial number: 4308977) for which suddenly screen started flickering. So for the same i had immediately seek for the help of sony service center and place a service request.

                                      The technician who visited my place without touching the tv started saying that your screen is panel is gone faulty. I asked without opening why are you coming to conclusion. Then for the sake only he opened up the tv did some testing and told your tv panel is gone faulty. He said it cannot be repaired and i need to replace the tv only.

                                      Than after 3 days i received a call from the service center who looked into my service request. They said that the panel for the tv is not available so we will give you the replacement option and we will give 25-30% discount on the new tv which you will choose. I don't like this solution at all. - first of let me tell you, i have purchased this tv for inr 87000/- rupees. - now they are giving me option of replacing it with another tv which will be again costing around inr 90000/- on which they said they will give some best discount (As per technician it is around 20%) which will again const me inr 70-75k.

                                      So for the panel of cost less than 30k why should i pay more than double the amount because sony does not have panel available for my tv model, which is very unfair. Why do i choose sony brand first in place, because it is the best brand in the market. I do trust on the products provided by sony. The same tv features we get it on the other brand tv with less than 30k. But still i chose sony brand. But now these guys are cheating me and saying me to change the complete set of tv for the issue which i am facing is really disappointing. Also this service center guys keep on calling me and trying to convince me to replace the tv itself. I requested him to arrange the call with some sony executive or some person from sony head office, but he simply hung the call. After that i never received the call or any communication from anyone. Sir we belongs to middle-class family. I invested so much (Inr 87000/-) money for this tv just gift it to my father, to give him best of the best who struggled his whole life for me. I just want to give him the best leisure experience, but this issue and the service provided by sony is not at all acceptable. He is also so much disappointed. He feels like disgusted and disappointed. If sony don't provide the after services, don't manufacture the after sales parts for such highly cost tv's, then they are simply running the business of looting the people. We cannot go and change the tv of such a high cost for every ~5 years of range. Please help to look into this issue.
