Loan closure Letter not provided

Hi,

We have applied for a Laptop Loan against Loan Account no 198376, which has been cleared and when contacted the local branch office at Hyderabad for loan closure letter, they have replied that Rs 100 has been outstanding for non payment of May 2008 installment on time. I have been advised by the doctors not to travel for 3-4 months and hence cannot undertake travel from Kukatpally (present area of residence) to Bajaj Office...

Sony Ghaziadab Service center is PATHETIC

I agree with all. Sony has a pathetic customer service. I doubt they have any. I registered a complaint 10 days back with the Ghaziabad service center. The Engineer came and checked the set and told that it needs to be taken to the service center. I have made dozens of calls to the service center to come and pick up the set but they don't seem to have enough time. At times, their delivery van has gone for servicing, at times the staff...

SERVICE CENTRE CHARGES HUGE AMOUNT FOR SMALL PROBLEM

SIR, I bought a sony 25 inches FLAT TV MODEL NO.KV-SR25K89K in 2006and had it for 1 year and 2 months and after that tv use to turn ON AND OFF automatically, in OFF MODE indicator blink
GREEN.

Joystick/Camera Shutter/Cell Hanging problems..

I bought Sony Ericsson W700i cell phone, i was happy with my phone, but the joy stick is not working, camera stutter is not worling means when camera shutter is opened camera doesnt function.
I visited Sony Ericsson service centers in Pune, as my cell phone is not in warranty, they are not entertaining me.
Is this way company treats there loyal customers, is company responsible for just one year, I am ready to pay but repair...

service center changing the parts and not efficient and capable

I had purchased W800i from UK and recently i had problem with the voice quality due to speakers issue. the outgoing sound signals was very low all my frends complained that the voice was very feeble and for this issue i had given to the malleshwaram 5 th cross sony erricson service center i told them the issue the charged me RS 586 /- for the repair which i wouldnt have minded if it was functioning properly. Free gift on TV purchased a year back not yet given

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Samsung slim TV from Sony Mony Electronics vile parle, branch on 16/03/07, along with which i was supposed to receive a pack of CDs as a free gift.
I was told at that time that as the cd pack is out of stock ill be getting it as soon as its available...
Since then its been more than a year I have been following up with so many different people...

Hanging and when i want to charge shows "UNSUPPORTED ACCESSORY "

I bought Sony Ericsson K220i model on 24.11.07 in Subhiksha. From the day one I am facing the problem of Charging - system hanging. When charger plugged for charging a message displayed as 'UNSUPPORTED ACCESSORY'. I went to Nungambakkam service centre (Salora) problem solved for 3 months again the same problem arising and system is hanging.

I bought Sony VAIO laptop in USA in Apr 2007 for US$ 1250/=. In 2007 Oct, it showed vertical line in the LCD screen. Sony Ericsson service center not returning my cell

I have had logged complaint about my Sony Ericsson W580 mobile on June 21’ 2008, because there is no sound in earphones. They have promised me for phone will be ok in 7-10 days.
