Sony tv part registered complaint number j91671823. I bought sony smart tv kdl42w700b for 64000 rs in june 2014 and just after 5 years o[censored]se it has started developing lines. After calling service centre they said they have the part and made a job of 21000rs. Out pf which i paid 10000rs. Now they say part isnt available in india. I feel cheated by sony's poor customer service. Japanese ideals seem to not hold any respect for consumers in india. Kindly resolve my issue and replace my screen part.

    I have sony bravia led tv and sony is installed in it but since june its not working. When i open the app and plays something it plays only for two minutes and then it starts buffering that never ends. I am very exhausted with this. I have mailed more than 100 times to sonyliv and they have replied just 3-4 times, they asked me for some time but till yet it’s not solved. Four months is not a short period. The only option left with me is to get to the court. I request you to please help me with this issue.

      Sub: part supply end and non repairable
      Please treat this message as the highest priority.
      I bought sony bravia klv-40r482b. Sr. No.3280838 in june 2015 for 50, 000 and honestly, we have hardly used the product for less than 2-3 hrs/day. Having contacted the customer service in29july2019 i was told by my nearest sony service centre (F1 info solutions & services pvt. Ltd.) that the mother board needs to be replaced and would cost me rs. 7800 with a warranty of 3 months. For which i deposited 3500 advance for replacement of mother board on the very first day.
      Honestly from the day, i raised the issue with the sony support till date i have no resolution. Please understand i have spent big bucks on the product and on top have to go though huge challenges with your product and services.
      Now after a month they are saying me that the part is not available and is non repairable you can take your led back.
      Your service centre and helplines executives are making totally fool, and we are not getting any response of our job no. J91416213 dated 27/09/2019 to till now, daily i am calling on your helpline but no response.
      Can we get the support from your company or not or we will forgot and throw the tv and take any other brand, other services are too better than your services.
      Hope to get the response.

      And after that I cannot use the app
      Only buffering is there in the app
      And sony liv customer support are not solving my problem

        I purchased the sony ht-s500rf from vijay sales. After few months found out that the wooden cabinet of the sub woofer is slightly opening. Sony service centre came back saying it is physical damage and will not be covered in warranty. This is either bad wood quality or manufacturing defect as i have used it very carefully. Hence requested sony to provide a solution or provide replacement. Its been almost one month now but still they have not replied to my mail nor have they returned my woofer back to me.
        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Main motherboard HT-S500RF went dead after few years. It costed me Rs6500 for replacement. Worst quality. Never going to buy Sony products again.

            Purchased a sony led tv 55x9300d in jun 2017. Which was defective from the very first day. On the first day itself there was problem either with the remote, home theatre or tv itself.
            Few of the service request ids of 2017 are 40508329, 47223794.
            On october 16, 2018- sony service center was contacted for updating software. But there was no response from sony nor any service request was given.
            26/8/[protected] no update on the service to be given.
            Now a new problem occurs where the the display itself stops working. And the service agent charges rs18000 for it with no other alternative. None of this was informed before hand. And tv expenses are increasing with no fault of ours. A defective tv was sold to us at a very high price.

            I havent recieved any response from the sony service centre regarding my issue yet. Extremely dissapointed with no resolution update.

            I have all the bills and documents related to it. I want a solution for this loss as soon as possible. The shopkeepers have deceived us by selling a defective piece.
            Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                I bought this led tv in august 2017 (My mistake) from vijay sales in janakpuri. Not even a year, the motherboard got faulty in the month of march 2018.

                Repaired!

                Now again after a year it has gotten faulty and i’m being asked to pay 6000 for repairs. Why???

                Is the product so weak that i have to get it repaired every year!!!

                Upon saying i’m going to buy a new led by a better company and throw this one in garbage, the guy from head office actually said no issues!!! I

                Paid 35k for a faulty product!

                    I had purchased a sony lcd color tv klv 32bx300 (Serial no : 2452511) on 14 february 2011 from sony center 4a, elgin road, kolkata-700020 vide invoice number-7833 dt[protected]. I regret to inform you that the screen of the tv is completely defased with patches. Hence the picture quality is very bad. Tv is now in bad shape and cannot be used anymore. How can tv which is used only for 4-5 years have problems?
                    I strongly believe this due to manufacture defect. As per my enquiry it is reveled that several similar case are reported. I believed sony product always have quality which is the only reason to buy sony bravia lcd tv spending 28990/-rs. Two images of the blurred screen are attached here with for your ready reference. When contacted sony customer care in kolkata they told me if you pay 11000 rs we will replace the screen. What logic is that?. I request you kindly depute your quality control engineer to inspect the device.

                      I have buyed the sony tv 43x7500f product on 13/06/2019 from reliance digital (Order no [protected]) but it stopped working on 08/08/2019. The sony service center executive came and took the tv to service center on 12/08/2019 but no response after wards to rectify the product. If after spending so much amount to buy a good brand tv and getting no reply from service center about return date, its better to go with cheap models.

                      I would request the sony center executives to replace the tv with new one as it is branded new one which starts malfunctioning within two days of buying.

                        Picture flickering issue occurred on 16 Aug while watching movie & accordingly I called customer care number ([protected]) & tried to trouble
                        shoot the issue as per guidance given by your executive. He told me to do software up gradation for said issue but after completion of same issue not
                        resolved so I raised complaint & complaint number is 55482006.

                        After lots of follow up & call to customer care number on third day i.e.on 18 th Aug technician visited my home & declared fault within just 5 min without checking anything that there is issue in Display & need to replace display which will cost me around 24000/- & 15 days’ time period is required for replacement.

                        Now main problem is that same type of issue I faced just 1.7 month back & at that time I replaced the panel which cost me around 24 k so now price
                        of my TV set is 66000+24000=90000/- & now again same problem is occurred which need around 24000/- so cost of my TV set will be 1.14Lakhs
                        which is too high .

                            I am in possession of sony led tv model no sony bravia model klvklv-43w772e and accordingly registered a complaint about servicing the same day.
                            The complaint was given dated 12th aug 2019. It was assured by the service centre that complaint shall, be attended in few days.

                            On 15th aug 2019 i called to service center for the status and they told me technician will attend the call by friday. Technician not visited that day.

                            Again i called and messaged on 16th aug but no response from the service center in the evening they received my call n informed technician will visit in 1 hours.

                            Even on monday i tried to connect with service center till afternoon no one picked the call. After 1.30 some lady picked up the call and told me that technician will visit today only. I waited till 8.30 no technician visited.

                            Today 20th aug tuesday i tried again connect with service center on one is picking up the calls, so visited service center and it was closed only half door was opened i insist one person from service center can you please connect with the person so he was rudely behaved and left.

                            This is once of the pathetic worst ever service provided by sony service center.

                            I am committed a mistake by buying such #sony brand it's worst service center peoples from @d g mobile service having worst ever.

                                I received a wired sony headphones instead of a wireless sony behind neck ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds.
                                Item is missing and wrong item received.
                                Contacted ecommexpress, who said they are just third party supporting calls and shipment is done by pickrr technologies. I verified with tracing id and found the item was delivered by pickrr services

                                  I have purchased sony bravia kdl-43w800c 108cm (43) on jan 2016 which by spending 60, 210 rs by paying 12 months emi, which worked only for 2.5 years properly and screen started flickering, lines in the footer display issue.

                                  When i called up sony service center for help technician came verified and said that panel needs to be changed which costs around 27k,

                                  When customer is spending so much of his hard earned money branded company like sony manufacturing such a low quality products and selling it customers at a premium price, i really wonder are there any quality checks done and how they are being approved.

                                  They are literally cheating customers by manufacturing such a low quality products which works only 2 to 3 years and start malfunctioning, what i should do now, my hard earned money gone in waste by purchasing such a low quality product.

                                    I have purchased a sony w80f android tv,
                                    Now i am facing restarting issues since july 2019
                                    A technician name srinivas had visited my place to check the tv but he could find the issue.
                                    But the restarting issue was not resolved.
                                    So a second technician named irfan from sri murti enterprises has visited to my place,,
                                    He checked the tv, rectified the issue, which is being mentioned by him that its panel issue on the 31st july 2019. Then he mentioned that he will have to escalate coz the part needs to be replaced.
                                    Now its almost 2 weeks nothing has been resolved, yesterday on the 12th aug 2019 i spoke to a customer service representative who who me that the order is still pending.
                                    So today the 13th aug 2019, i spoke to someone from sony name as taranjeet who mentioned that the previous pending order was not completed. So they have placed a new order.
                                    Very poor customer service (As the representative are not familiar in speaking english)
                                    If my issue is not resolved as my tv is under warranty, i will escalating this further to the consumer court.

                                      I received my Sony TV 43X7002f in such a bad condition that it was very loosly packed had dust all on the inside even the tv had dust on it, packing material was dirty too, didn't receive any battery cells in the box and TV had scratches on the screen they were big and visible, it felt like they sent me a used TV. really unsatisfied with sony as even their customer care executive and supervisors dont feel like they want to help us, they talk in a very rude manner as if we're asking for a favor, and for every tiny thing they will ask you to wait for 48 hours, which is so frustrating, i think sony is the worst choice if anybody is looking to buy something, worst decision ever made, worst company and worst staff ever... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. they're a cheat.
