I have purchased a Sony W80F android Tv,
Now i am facing Restarting Issues since July 2019
A technician name Srinivas had visited my Place to check the Tv but he could find the issue.
but the Restarting issue was not resolved.
So a Second technician named Irfan from Sri Murti Enterprises has visited to my Place, ,
he checked the Tv, Rectified the issue, which is being mentioned by him that its Panel issue on the 31st July 2019. then he mentioned that he will have to escalate coz the part needs to be replaced.
Now its almost 2 weeks nothing has been resolved, yesterday on the 12th Aug 2019 i spoke to a customer service representative who who me that the Order is still pending.
So today the 13th Aug 2019, i spoke to someone from Sony name as Taranjeet who mentioned that the previous pending order was not completed. so they have placed a new order.
Very poor customer service ( as the representative are not familiar in speaking english)
If my Issue is not resolved as my Tv is under warranty, i will escalating this further to the Consumer Court.
we have complent on yesterday in call center & provide him complent no[protected].
We have reguler fallow call cenetr but not any respons to me.
Local service center not support to him.
Kindly i requested please help him...
