Factorysales. Biz/ — fake sony 32000mah power bank with free bluetooth from factorysales. Biz/ 11 reviews banglore, india mallikarjun hagaragi on nov 6, 2018 submit a complaint i recieved "sony 32000mah power bank with free bluetooth", when i open both products were not packed properly inside, when i kept bluetooth for charging, after 4 mins it was showing blue light and i started using it, then bt battery indicator started showing low battery that to too low battery not even used two mins, bluetooth is not charging properly and and sony power bank is totoal fake both products are local made, on power bank its written clearly manufactured in china, so i dropped mail to info. [protected]@gmail.com to arrange pickup these item and send my ordered item in good packed and working condition. Thats it this is all happen today, i requesting you to take necessary action on factorysales. Biz/ website and provide your support. I guess i've been robbed of the money. Radhakrishnavemula jun 14, 2019 even i faced the same problem and received the item today. I ordered huawei sports bluetooth headset but received damaged and used local headset along with local power bank (Brand mentioned on too is sony but there is no product contains 32000mah in sony brand). I sent a mail to them to take the products and refund the amount but there is no reply. Atleast soneone can take action against them and their website to do not show fake information to the customers.

    Sir, i brought a new 32 inch sony bravia tv (Klv 32r202f) on 29 jun 19 at pakur. Same day i called on the toll free no. To book for demo and free installation. So far no one has turned up for installation. I didn't even received a call from the near by service engineer till date. My address is air force station-singarsi; dist - pakur, jharkhand-816107. Many times i called on the toll free no. And even raised a new request with no.54812630 today.. Pls do the needful.

      Sir, I have Purchase in 27.06.2019 dated on Sony Tv 43inch from MGB Showroom in Tiruppur Branch. This branch manager is asked me 48 hours is installed.
      But in not Installation in till date(1.07.2019). I call MGB Manager number. But No response and no respect. I am not satisfied in the customer service in this showroom.

        I have purchased a sony bravia oled kd55 a8f tv from croma store in bangalore on 24th june 2019. I got the delivery of the tv from croma in properly packed without any damage to the box on 25th june within 30 minutes of delivery the sony installation and demo technician person name murthy came home and installed. He ran the software update and said the tv will restart after the update. Once the update is completed he gave me demo and left. I too switched of the tv and left to office. Once returning i switched on the tv. But only the led was on but the tv never starting. I immediately called murthy and informed. He suggested me some troubleshoot which i did. Later i lost hope and raised a customer service complaint (#[protected] with sony on 26th june morning.
        On 26th june kumar from sony service came and inspected the tv and said the motherboard of the tv is not working/corrupted due to a software issue and said it will take 3 days to replace the motherboard. I have asked for the replacement of the tv since it was brand new and not even used for an hour. The service person said he is not authorized to give a replacement instead raise an issue with sony. I have given him the written complaint and mentioned to replace the tv in the sony job sheet. Also i raised this concern with croma which they told me that they will help me. So far i have not got any information or not even got any service incident mail. I have been following up with the customer care personnel and they say they do not have any update. However croma staffs has told me that replacement has been ordered from sony and since no stock is available it will take time.
        July 1st 2019 i contacted croma and sony again i got same answers. This is causing mental tension and i'm very much disappointed with such a reputed brand. I need necessary action and compensation from all these mental tension and delay caused.

          What smart tv... Funny
          Is there option to use or install apps on bravia tv...
          One apps that provide entertainment for smart tv is vewd opera tv...

          But this app was no longer available... Very funny...
          And it's sony smart tv.
          So kindly update it and resolve this problem by starting vewd service or other apps in place of vewd that makes it really a smart tv.

          New updated sonyliv app is complicated and the sony shows are stop buffer after some minute. Please provide some update to solve this problem.
          You has send sony powerbank & wireless Bluetooth. That wireless Bluetooth is damged. I have good condition wireless Bluetooth. The powerbank switch of button is defective. Powerbank is not charging of my mobile. Therefore pls return this parcel and again post new good conditions powerbank and wireless Bluetooth.

            I bought this 43 inches klv series tv for 65 thousand in october 2017. Today 28 june 2019, i m facing the same problem. Tv shut down automatically while it was on. Now when i m trying to start it, red light blinks for 6 times. I searched on internet bout the issue. I came to know the issue. Did i pay 65 thousand rupees just to watch tv for 20 months? I mean i just saw the brand and good picture quality at the dealership and bought it. Utterly disappointed by my decision of buying this tv. Will never ever recommend this product and products of this company to anyone in future.

              Dear Sir,

              I have given complain 3 months back my contact number is [protected] and [protected] and the service request ID is 53532648 the service provider named Sree Laxmi Services, Balasore[protected] near me called me and asked for advance Rs6000/- after seeing the problem( as it was an android TV, it was showing booting all the time we switch on the TV) and we have transfered the service provider's account its almost 3 months over, the service is incomplete and we are with in repaired TV.
              Each time we ask they are avoiding.

              Kindly show some professional approach, otherwise we will go to consumer Court .

                I purchased this tv before 2.5 years. But, suddenly in tv some linings are created on screen. After that i complained in sony care and when engineer come to my home at that time he told that screen panel is out. This problem is also happened in my some friends also. I would like to say that sony is known for its quality therefore they take higher prices than others brands. If, this types are problems is goming in very short time then they should give free service.. Because, this panel prices is 30, 000.

                  Bravia model:klv-32bx300 lcd tv suffered a display problem. Customer service on arrival they told spares unavailable and to purchase new, couldn't help me. Refused to stand behind their product. Apparently business is so good for sony they don't care about their customers anymore. I am facing lot of incompatibility issues unlike samsung. Don't buy sony anymore. Both samsung and lg are better choices. Needless to say i will never buy another sony product again and i encourage everyone. Don't buy from sony!!!

                    We had purchased 55' led tv from sony authorized dealer & panels had become defective within 6 months. Sony service centre @ chennai is claiming to pay money for repair though it is in warranty assigning some reasons without having any 3rd party investigation.
                    Pl advise sony team to obliged to warranty clauses properly without looking to shy away.

                      My sony tv (Model/srn:kd55xa200e/8003161) is not displaying picture & lining is coming.

                      Tv was shown to local sony service centre but there are not accepting it failure and saying it damaged. But nothing like damage has taken place.

                      You are requested to review the case and provide me necessary guarrantee/warranti support.

                      Tv was purchase in oct 2017 with 1 year extended warranty.

                        On 1/6/2019 i recived my service request id[protected] for reparing my lcd polarised film, which was damaged after 7 years of purchase. And yet i didnt get any assistance from the service centre and still facing isuues. I tried to contact the service centre but no actions are taken till today. So i request you to kindly take some actions regarding this isuues and let me know if im reciving any further assistance in future. If not kindly let me know the reason of it. Because after so many attemp i didnt get any kind of costumer satisfactory service.

                          Even so many brands are available in television market in india i trust, love only sony brand. Even though it's costly than others the quality, vintage, performance, service made me to go only for sony. Unfortunately iam totally disappointed by seeing respected sony brand new color tv just 7 months old got in to trouble and it's mother board got defected. I don't understand how it's happens in new purchased one. Your authorized clarity service centre engineer mr. Suresh had attended the call and telling that normally it won't happen in new tv and how the tv mother board was defected and anyway the mother board will be replaced on monday. Mean time i have spoken with your customer service executive mr. Krishnan also and register my complaint and he said that the board may replaced since its in warranty period. But iam not satisfied with this answers since i have not purchased brands like kodak tv, china products and it's vintage brand paid high value and you should honor my request by replacing a new tv which only makes me to be happy. So that i will whole heartedly i will be continued to buy sony brand in future too.

                          Hope you can understand my feelings and support me by honouring my request. Here with attached bills and warranty copy for your reference.

                          If you not replacing i don't have choice to approach consumer forum and published in to google consumer voice of your brand quality.

                          Girias dealer ambathur very worst in service and helping customers. They are hand washed after it sale.

                            We have bought Sony w80D series android TV during 2016 it has cost 60000 INR with warranty of 2 years. After the warranty period started problem not showing eventhough power supply is on. Raised complaint to service centre they visited and had a look and told us the repair charge would be 27000 INR which is almost 50 percentage of the total cost.. This is the first issue we have got after buying the TV and costing us half of it amount already. Is worth to buy it from such reputable brand?

                              I have puchased sony tv of model no 43w672g on 12.06.2019 from great eastern trading company, kolkata.But from the very first day tv is giving intermittent sound problem .Sound goes away intermittently, but video is o.K .Installation engineer was also noticed this.After that one more service engineer was came to rectify the fault, but they failed to rectify the fault .In this position i want to replace the set, as there is look up time in sony product . Hope you do the needful to give me the right tv set.

                                Sir/ma'am I have a problem in my Sony led and I register a complat on Sony toll free number they refer my complat local Sony customer care center I call again and again but they not answering in right way or any positive. Only one time they send a man he just check the led and say I will come tomorrow with my tools but after that no one come. I have all call recording i[censored] want I send you .

                                We bought tv on 2016.now our tv has low brighness and some light emitting on the side of the corners of the tv.we need customer service support from sony..when the tv is running the brightness getting low by low.. getting dark more..also there is light flashing on the right edges of the tv always.

                                  I purchased sony bravia 40 inches tv way back in 2014 but recently due to lightning strike my tv is not starting so complaint register - j91094437
                                  But according to them they don't have spares of this model and they are offering replacement of tv with discount rate with is approximately same as market rate.

                                  As a brand name we choose sony for reliable service but in my case i am not getting service and the scheme of replacement of tv is also pathetic as the new tv market price is same which sony is offering for replacement

                                  Also please answer why should I buy another sony product if same story has to repeated after 4 or 5 years for spares.

                                    I have purchased Sony 4K TV in the year 2016, . Warranty is still June 2017. I have spent 83000 for this TV. This product is of no value for money and Sony is a brand but of no value. This TV I have purchased on EMI basis.

                                    When I brought this issue to the Sony service engineer, he asked for replacement of panel, that costs 30070 rupees with GST.

                                    When the companies are charging huge amount on a such products, they should provide trusted service for customer.

                                    Sony should Come forward and give assurance for such customers providing free services at least for 6 - 10 years.

                                    Panel issues in Sony TV are more common as the reviews provided by many customers will provide and evidence.

                                    Company should immediately replace my panel without any charge. As This Sony 4k TV has not even provided it's functionality for three years properly.

                                    Sony is a big company, having faith on company, I have purchased the Sony TV. Company should reply to this.

                                      The service engineer took away the warranty recipt without our notice and the full installation of the product was not done.
                                      There was a problem regarding the universal remote of the television which was to be fixed but it was not done. And the engineer told us that he would come the next day for resolving the issue but he didn't came and neither responded to our calls.
                                      He didn't explain us the entire features of the television and left away.
                                      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I purchased Sony 3D LED KDL32HX750 on date 19.02.2013. This TV is showing the vertical lines and double images. When we complain of it to Sony customer care and after chargeable visit of service engineer they are asking a cost of 22000 for panel replacement. With a short span why should pay so much huge amount. This is really a shocking to us and the brand value of Sony is zero to us.
                                        Sony should replace it on free of cost basis. Sony should replace it on FOC basis with immediate effect if Sony think that customers should refer its brand value to others.
                                        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
