I got call from M/S Shivani Sharma ([protected])on 08/06/19 morning for telephonic interview for Supervisor job. After conversation with her she asks you are selected and your 1st letter is ready but you have to pay the security deposit amount of 2500rupees, this amount will have to refund in your 1st month salery . I am pay the 2500 RS what she shared the Bank details, after payment I got the 1st letters and she called me and asked you got the 1st letter and 2nd letter will come with courier and soft copy will get Monday morning, yes Monday morning I got the 2nd copy and she call again and ask a account opening amount 5000 RS to have to pay, after you will pay the 5000 RS you will get the courier and process will start.And you will have to select for Training.
Then I realise the what is happening she is fraud job caller and I am refuse to pay the amount, and sai this is fraud call, I will complaint against you in police station please refund the amount what i have paid 2500 RS in last transaction, she said we will not refund the amount, give a police compalint and I will block your profile for 2 year, you will not get any jobs in Ltd companies.
Pls raise complaint and resolve my issue

    I purchased Sony soundbar (ht- ct 290) through Reliance Digital and it registered a request to Sony for its installation and demo. This service request was registered with ID 54426340 and SMS came to me on[protected] and it was assigned to Clarity Services, AJ-97; 9th Main Road, Annanagar, Chennai-600040. One service person named Kamalakannan (Mobile: [protected]) was given this task. When I contacted him he told me that he would be coming on[protected] and also told that he was trying to contact me over mobile, but it is not true. Anyhow I again contacted him close to 08-00 Pm[protected] to know the status. He was very arrogant and bluffed that he already informed me that he will be coming only tomorrow (i.e.[protected].
    My complaint is on the behavior of Mr. Kamalakannan. With such workers, I am pained to see the status of a Japanese company in India. My only question is whether any service personnel can behave like this in Japan? Why only in India, such persons are taking liberty and think they can behave anyway. It is simply because there is no check on such persons. They spoil the image of a reputed company before the eyes of customers.
    If no remedial action is taken, I am going to write directly to the top executive about this matter tomorrow.

      I hap a problem with my tv screen for which i registered a complaint do for repair with sony india. Technician came and just switched on the tv for a minute. Then directly he asked to replace picture tube which will cost 18000. Naturally, no one will pay for repairing a 32" tv. I denied and asked me to pay 230 as visiting charge. I told them i clearly mentioned the problem while registering the complaint and so this cost should have been told over phone also. Why he had to come and tell this. Called customer care and he simply hung up the phone. Pathetic policy and unethical way to make money.

        Plz reach this out to every citizen of this country that sony app is looting our money. I have paid twice for 7 days trial pack to try and experience the sony liv shows but instead my money was deducted from my paytm account and no activation was there. I have all the required proofs of money being successfully transfered. Even if i file a case upon them they will lose my proofs are this solid. I paid 58 rupees which for them might be small amount but for us it matters and that also for nothing. They will pay for underestimating us commoners my [protected]@gmail.com kindly solve the matter for me. I hate getting cheated or lied. And i dont think you people are neither of them. Do you??

I have purchased sony led model no.40r252f s[protected] vide bill no.1011 dated 18.01.2019 and installed after 2 and half month it has installed by company employee after 2-3 days this tv get fell down and brake from corner then i complaint to dealer navrang electronics he directed my complaint to sony area sales officer mr. Himanshu he replied that this type of complaint already face by company in this model because there is very narrow space for attachment in this model as well as company employee has not installed properly so don't worry company will change the tv but i am sorry to say that no response find from company side please look the matter and solve my problem

            Sir i had bought sony bravia tv worth rs 42000.. But within 3 years its display was defective. Then i bought another tv of the model mentioned above in exchage of the former by your service centre fir rs17000 rupees. But now within 2 years its display also damaged as told by your engineers. Whatdo i do, sir?. I am extremly tensed and let down. Within a span of 5 years i have allready paid around rs59000. But both tvs are defective. The only reason buying your products was our extreme reliance on the quality and durability, but were let down.

            I bought 49 in 772e series tv 2 years ago. Now its screen shows horizontal lines in lower part of the screen i diidnt expected that from sony brand tv. I bought it with trust of the brand and bought costlier tv compared to other brands.i am very dissapointed with sony. I never reccommend anyone now sony brand.

            I am using KLV-32EX330 Sony bravia tv. I am getting horizontal and vertical lines and images shows like ghost.

            Can this issue be resolved?

              I had made a payment of rs 29 for seven days premium to sony liv app. It was meant to use sony liv for only seven days, but the unfortunate matter is that i got message that the premium is revised. I don't want to pay the same for further. The payment was taken by credit card.
              Now you r requested to stop my premium payment of rs 29 for my convenience and comfort.

                I just had a chat with shivani sharma, delhi and one of the other lady both called me. Shivani sharma told me that you have to pay first 2500 as a deposited and than i asked her a cross questions than she passes her call to other lady. Because i asked her that could you tell me where is such offices are situated in baroda than they both speechless.

                I found both lady are fraud and talking under stress mode.

                I again try to contact on same phone number but they did not attend my call, after few minutes she called me and again passed call to other lady. They already have all my information of mine and said me to wats app any time.

                I applied on quickr.com, if this is only happen in india than we need to take strict steps against this comapny

                  I have purchased the sony led kdl-42w700b sr. No. 3361288 from the
                  Harshita electronics, shop no. 1, plot no. B-3, meelan appt.
                  Shalimar garden ext-2, sbd, gzb (U. P) on dated 05-june 2016 at the time of purchase i have taken the extended warranty from the bajaj allianz general insurance company limited for 2 years. The warranty is valid till 4th june 2019.
                  During the warranty period in jan 19, problem in display i have faced in led. The same problem was repeated in feb 2019, april, 2019 & may 2019. Details of complained no. & date i have made to bajaj, is as under :-

                  Since, i have faced repeated problems in led every time the person from bajaj service center have collect the led from my home, repair, but the same problem was still happen in next 15-20 days.

                  In our 3rd complain, i have spoken to the concerned person at bajaj service centre "m/s digital svc india pvt. Ltd." sector-6, noda with mr. Amit ([protected]), that since this is the repeated problem i have faced in the led, please replace the parts, they have assured me that parts has been replaced and the problem has not been faced in future. But in the 23.05.2019 (Morning) the same problem was faced in the led.

                  On, 23.05.2019 i have lodge the complain, but the person sitting in the bajaj have cancelled our complain and the problem was not resolved.

                  In spite of several request to replace the parts bajaj service center they have not replaced the parts and we are facing the problem. Since the warranty period has to be expire on 04.06.2019.

                  Therefore, in view of the above facts you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and resolved the issues, and replace the led is possible.

                    I bought a sony android 55inch tv 4months back. After 2 months it becomes completely dead. Then they replaced it and give me another same model. Now this tv also complaints. The sony service center peoples checked it and says that it’s main board have complaint. I think it is its manufacturing diffract. So you take the tv and give me my money because now we are not believed in sony. So immediately do the necessary actions.

                    I bought a Sony 55inch android tv before 4 month.after two months it becomes complaints.then they take the tv and give me new one.now this one also complaints’s.service people from Sony checked it and said that the main board is dead.so I don’t want this tv.take the tv and give me my money.

                      I would like to introduce myself as die hard Sony Customer.

                      I had purchased a Sony 50" Bravia LED TV 3.5 years before. After purchasing and installing, the mother board got failed in 1st week itself which was changed under warranty. Now after 3.5 years my TV developed green vertical lines in screen. I had registered the complaint with Daksha Sony service - Pondicherry.
                      The service person after inspection had told that the T Board got failed and the same need to be replaced (Rs 13000 including tax) and ordered for the board.
                      After 1 week new board was received and fixed but the problem remained same. On asking the service person he replied that even the new board also would have got problem and one more new board need to be ordered.
                      I had contacted Daksha service center and they had told that new board has been ordered.
                      Since there was no reply for more than 2 days, I approached the dealer and contacted the service center through them and I am shocked to hear that the display need to be changed (Rs 27800 + tax).
                      I am asking only one question to Sony- after spending Rs 1.1 lakhs for purchasing sony TV within 4 years why the display has failed in spite of having a good V Guard stabilizer.
                      Whether Sony had lost track of customer satisfaction, is there any qualified hierarchy in Sony, are you employing any qualified engineers or you are employing uneducated ###.
                      I kindly request Sony corporation to discontinue their business instead of torturing their die hard customers.
                      Is there any CEO in Sony who is getting salary for producing a nasty product which is failing within 4 years.

                            I have brought sony home theater system and it was dilvered on may 16th 2019 nearly 5 to 6 days r gone but no one came for installation and demonstration, i called so many times to customer care service but it was not use so finally i trying do these compliment so please do something to these problem and ine more thing those customer care services are not in useful i think its worst service from sony company india

                            I had logged a complaint for my TV regarding a vertical line appearing on the screen. A technical person visited and then carried my TV next day to the service center. I got my tv after 3 days but not satisfied with the screen quality and the speaker is also having problems previously my speakers quality was good but now it's something different
                            An unknown errors while connecting to server shows when loging in to my ac : [protected]@hotmail.com.pl resolve my problem that I can watch TV as I have taken premium membership.but, in case of mobile it works

                              Mere dwara sony ki tv kharidi gayi flipcart ke madhaym se jiska demo aur installation 21.5.2019 tak hona darshaya gaya. 21.5.2019 ko mere pas flipkart se message aaya ki demonstration aur demo kar diya gaya hai. Jo ki poori tarah se jhoot tha kyoki mughe aisi koi service pradan nahi kahi ki gayi. Sony c dvara mere pas ek message bheja gaya jisme ek numbar diya gaya us number maine kamse kam 1o bar call kiya lekin sambandhit dwara mera call receive nahi kiya gaya aur na hi koi uttar diya gaya. Is tarah se message bhejkar gumrah kiya gaya ki installation aur demo kar diya gaya hai. Is prakar gumrah karake mansik peeda di gayi

                                  My sony speaker stopped working two months ago and i gave it in a sony service center in naraina, new delhi. I also submitted an amount of ₹15000 in advance and they told me it will be repaired within a week or 10 days. They took a month to respond that the speaker can’t be repaired, it can be replaced. Then again i visited the store and paid them the balance amount to replace the speaker and they have taken almost a month from today and still i am unable to receive my order. This is ridiculous. A company like sony is making trouble for normal people like us and even afer taking an amount of 31500 and my damaged speaker they are unable to deliver the speaker after these many days.

                                    Poor response from company
                                    Home theater not working since installation. The technician forcd me to write on his slip. So i wrote that product is not working, home theater and surround speakers
                                    Bought the product on 9 may 2019. Installation was to be on 12 may 2019.
                                    The technician came but could not install properly.
                                    No sound from tv and surround speakers

                                      Its been only one year since i brought srs-xb2 bluetooth speaker. When i approached the service centre they told me that they will only service the product within in the warranty period. And if the product is out of warranty they are asking me to dump the product. If the brand sony can't service this product then whats the point of spending this much money and buying a sony product.

                                        When logging into sony android tv, it gives a message of "your mail id is blocked try after 60 minutes" and when trying to log in by phone number "the string supplied did not seem to be a phone number". I contacted customer support 10 days back and still there is no resolution. The app is very substandard compared to hotstar and others, and their customer service and resolution is even worst. I as a customer feel helpless contacting them.
