My name is kapil sethi from district-hapur... I have complaint in ur company service center in 2018 for some problem in my lcd.. On that time i have paid 4500/rs to ur engineer.. His name is rohit and his mobile no. Is [protected] on that time he told me to order for some part of my lcd.. But after few days ur service center executive told me.. That part is not manufacturing in the company.. So she told we will give u offer to replace ur lcd for total costing of rs/20000 and will give u new led.. But i have told her i don't want anything.. Plzz refund my money.. But i m calling on ur service center to refund my money from 2018 october.. No one wants to listen anything else.. So plz i requested to u plz refund my money as soon as possible.. I m sending u receipt copy also as a proof..

    Sir, i have purchased a sony tv with model no. Kdl-42w850a and serial no.4309745 on 25.12.2013, which costs 82, 900/-. As not working now, company er. Told mother board has to be replaced. When i asked to replace the motherboard, they said it is not available and offering new tv with discounts. But i want only replacement of motherboard. Kindly help.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Sony TV model NO KDL -42W850a in the year 2014 from CROMA. The TV is not working and your service engineer who came today informed me that the mother board needs to be replaced. He is not sure if the mother board is available with Sony Service Centres. I bought the TV for 85K in 2014 and I am sure that you must having sufficient spare parts even if the model has now been withdrawn. Please help. Thanks in advance.
    Hi, Did anyone able to find mother board. I'm facing the same issue. Very bad on the part of Sony. At least they should provide mother board or information where can we buy it.

      Need to escalate the issue, below are the Sony LED TV details purchased from Radhika Electronics 3 Yrs ago -

      Sony 3DLEDTV not working. Model - KDL-43W800C, Serial no.-4508750.

      Currently facing issue with TV after starting in few minutes the screen gets blurred, for the same case was raised with Sony and recieved -Request ID 53675625 is assigned to Chaitanya Electronics; Shop no-18/19/20; Gawade Kunal Garden; Opp Gawade Petrol Pump; Pimpri; Chinchawad Link Road; Chinchawad; Pune 411033; Phone No:[protected] / [protected] / 98509935.

      Now after inspection the Eng. Atul said that there is with Panel Pad part which controls the screen has problem and need to be replaced and estimate was given approx 6000/- RS.

      After almost waiting for 12-13 days still part is not available and now Chaitinaya Electronics is telling to replace the entire panel which is going to cost up to 23-24k.

      Hence requesting Sony to look in the case and suggest it is worth that World wide branded Company says that the parts are not available and entire TV needs to replaced.

      Need some solution on the same as the TV is only 3 Yrs old and the purchase cost was 60k.

      Waiting for earliest resolution.

        I bought handy cam with inbuilt projector from authorised sony showroom, anand three months back. After that i visited kashmir and shoot some videos over there. I was watching that videos on inbuilt projector of my camera. At that time i came to know that some blue dots appearing on projector screen. So i went to sony service station of v. V. Nagar and complained about it and submitted it over there. After so many days they sent me back my camera and told me it’s solved. But i was surprised that the problem was still there so again i complained and they told me it ll be solved soon and submitted again. Now since 1st april it’s there and i am getting the same answer that part is not available. They are waiting for part. Also they are giving some useless answers like if you have an emergency then take it back and send afterwards. Is it the right answer? I paid for the stuff which is defective and you guys should resolve it or replace it. It’s under warranty. I bought it for my traveling photography and videography but i can’t use it. It is like i paid for the wrong useless stuff. Why should i suffer? Solve my issues as soon as possible. It’s high time now. Here is the details:

I am not satisfied with the product so i want to return the product and want the money back. This is a bad experience i had ever had on online purchase.             I had given my headphone mdr-v55/bc eto sony service center for repairing vide job sheet no. J81808116 dt. 21.07.2018and contacted the service center several times personally. But till date they have neither replaced the above mentioned headphone with the similar one nor given the similar amount product if the same product is not available with the company. As per the company policy if any product is irrepairable either the company will provide the similar new product or replace the product with the same amount product.in my case neither the company is providing the same product which i had submitted to the service center with the above mentioned job sheet nor the company is providing the similar amount product.in lieu of providing the same product or the same amount product the company is providing me the much inferior/ lower quality product and much lower amount product i. E. Mdr-xb 450. For my complaint i had contacted mr. Prashant kumar, service incharge several times telephonically. He as well as service center has turned deaf ear on my complaints and instead of solving my problem they had always given me the reply "ki yehi milega lena ho to lo nahi to jo kerna ho ker lo" and they are continuously misbehaving and giving me mental tension.
            This is my final email cum notice to the head of the service center and the company and after one week i will take legal action against the service center as well as the company.

              On 17 april i made a transaction for monthly subscription of 99 in sonyliv app but i'm not able to view any matches or anything. It tells to buy premium subscription again. Also after transaction i did not receive any receipt too

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased sony - led tv 43’’ model# klu-43w772e on 07.11.2017 on replacement basis due to non-availability of spare parts of my old sony - tv as per advice of sony authorized service engineer.
                Now, under warrantee period i have again faced display problem for which i have registered the service request at sony service centre vide no.: 53432567 on 31/03/2018 and to attend the issue of the same,
                Sony authorized service engineer was visited on 03.04.2019 and after checking the tv, he has found that, tv display is not working due to some technical problem, due to this tv display was replaced on 08.04.2019 by authorized service engineer, after changed the tv display, some white spots had been observed on tv display/ screen, i have discussed about the white spots on display screen with service engineer & dealer also and both of they have advised that it may be due to some moisture in tv display & you closed the service request at this time & observed for two-three days. If, it is found / observed on continuous basis then you have again register the new service request for further course of actions.
                I have not closed the issue from my side and white spots is being continuously observed on tv display screen, therefore i have again follow up the service request at sony service centre vide no.: 53595206 on 10/04/2018.
                After several time calls up to customer service centre & mail, i have received a call from sony company representative mr. Abhijit navgire and discussion held on led tv display problem. He told me that, “he wants to again change the led tv display. I’m agree with him to change the display again but, my concern is that, if, the display problem will not resolve this time, in that case what will be your next solution for the same? Then he has not providing me any assurance about the permanent solution of this problem and found approach was very casual to resolving the issue.
                Now i have decided without proper solution, i am not ready to replace the display panel again second time due to poor quality spare parts.
                As per my earlier mail dated 17/04/2019, i’m agree with sony india customer service executive mail regarding to change the display again but yet not get any response about my concern, if, the display problem will not resolve again, in that case what will be your next solution for the same?
                This has happened with me on second time with me and i’m very disappointed about sony’s service and product quality.
                Entertainment is my right and it seems that sony india is duplicitous to genuine customer, resultant customer suffered from mental harassment/stress after spend his hard earned money.

                Therefore, i humbly request to you sir kindly take the necessary action to resolve the problem at the earliest. I will be highly obliged for the same.

                Copy of the mail correspondence, invoice copy and warranty card is attached for your kind perusal and reference please.

                  I bought tv sony tv model kdl 42w900b in 2014 during diwali. I bought it from sony authorized dealer l. D. Electrovision, station road kalyan west, maharashtra.in february 2019 sound of tv stopped. So i complained to the dealer from where i bought it. They sent a technician who told my brother that there is a problem with motherboard. He suggest to replace it instead of repairing it. After a week they give tv back after repairing. My brother paid him rs.4, 500. Tv was functioning well.

                  In the 2nd week of this month (April). The tv screen started blinking. The picture was coming and going 7 to 8 times and then red lights was turned on near the sony logo. When we complained again then the dealer send the same technician came and took the tv and after 2 days he brought it back and he said now problem with the display panel. And it’s not available. There is a problem with this model number. There are many complaints about this model. He told my brother to buy a new tv by exchanging it and pay 42, 000 more.

                  Honestly speaking it’s not in our budget. My father called another family friend who is also a tv dealer. He sent a technician. When he came he said there is a problem in motherboard. We were surprised when he said he is the authorized sony tv technician. He took photos of tv and after few days he said no parts available.

                  I am confused now is it display panel or motherboard. If these parts are not available then i want to inform or complain against sony india, why the parts are not available when the tv is only 4 years old. Also the dealer for not sending a professional technician.

                      Greetings of the day..

                      I raise a complaint on 14 april stating my sony bravia tv was dead and sony customer care service raised an complaint #53647831. One of technician visit to my home and said mother board has been dead will order it from the service center and i said get it as soon as possible, from that onwards i am making a call to hyderabad service center which is located in chikadpally there are saying that one of the cabal is not available it will take some more time. I just keep on following them every day

                      Now i have question. Being a brand and such a big company which unable to full fill the need of the customer after eight days. I really disappointed by your service

                        This programme is for dancers, doing there things so why is shilpa shetty keep making silly noises in the background, it distracts the performers and i dont think its right. Also she makes silly poses, which i am sure would enrage disabled people, which i dont think she should be doing this, and its a disgrace coming from someone who is supposed to be professional.

                        I'm having Sony Xperia mini pro Mobile. The boot screen is in loop. So, I have to repair my mobile from Xperia Companion, but now it says that the device model is no longer supported. I cannot repair my mobile any way. I had a conversation with Sony Support. But they said it cannot have support further. I need a solution for this.

                        People in Super Dancer Chapter-4 keep breaking mugs by banging them together and apparently for some reason people think it is awesome and wow. Let me break your bubble, it is not. I know here you might say that they're just breaking 2 or 4 mugs but some people don't even have a single mug to drink from. And kids don't take any positive note from it. So should we assume Sony TV thinks borderline violence can be considered okay and that they don't care that in this pandemic wasting good mugs is fine?

                        Latest super dancer show Anurag breaking cups for good performance but it is giving negative impact, My child at home also want to do same and it is ultimately not good behavior for child show.
                        On 21st August episode show represent negative image of Maa Ganga by using word Ghmand for Maa Ganga. For our next generation it will impact negative image for our holy mother, so you should apologise for it and show correct information regarding Hindu Gods.

                          The subject model waspurchased in the year 2011 in chennai and was working well till now.
                          Since last week, the tv is not switching on. I took it to sony service centre at gandhi nagar adyar, chennai on[protected].
                          The technician after checking, informed that the problem is of mother board, wich would not be available anywhere, since it is phased out. The only option is to exchange it with a tv dealer at a scrap value of rs[protected]/- while purchasinga new tv for rs 24000/-
                          We are retired senior citizens and can ill afford to purchase another tv at this stage, just because a spare part is not availble. We see renowned automobile manufacturers are still servicing many old vintage cars of more than 30-40years, while sony is phasing out within 10 years. The company should still value old customers, while progressing with new technology.
                          We feel quite sad and disappointed.
                          Can sony confirm whether the mother board for lcd model klv-26bx300 in5 could still be made available from their holding inventories from any centre in india and give us the satisfaction of possessing sony products. Or at least suggest away to salvage the present tv, as we, the poor senior citizens can not afford to purchse another tv at this age and stage.

                            I have recently bought a sony bravia. On calling customer support, i was assigned vigneshwar service center for demoing and installation of the tv. Its been over a week now and i have placed around 10-15 calls to sony customer support and another 20-25 to vigneshwar service center. The service center doesn't pick up the call and i have been stuck in the middle of nowhere regarding tv. On googling about this service center, you can see horrific incidents of other consumers as well and its appalling how they continue to be sony's authorized service center.

                                First time i am unhappy with sony india service team..as per my complaint my the date given to me to short out my tv request is now increasing day by day
                                i am not getting perfect answered on my compaint request id .soo many times i have sent remainder on my request .i also setted remainder by calling to the service man who has come to my home to see my tv problems''

                                  I got my television serviced by sai sony service centre. They claimed them as one of the authorized service centres. They gave a one year warranty for the motherboard led which they added into our tv during the servicing. My warranty period started from 3/3/2019 and today is 13/04/2019 and my tv has been switched off from the past 3 days as it isn't working anymore. I tried calling them messaging them and contacting them in every way possible, but all they do is ignore my calls and now they even have blocked my number. I have the bill attached. Their contact details are: [protected],[protected]. Please help me, i have paid rs. 20, 000/- for servicing.

                                  Please update Sony India too for making such faulty products and allowing people to run forged service centres under the name of Sony India.

                                    I received call from shivani sharma from sony limited company on 29 march. She said my resume is shortlisted online for the post store incharg. She said u will have to pay 2500 security amt. I paid. Next day again she said 4000 for a/c opening security amt then i paid. Similarly day to day she deposited by me 6000 for courier gst, 4000 for passport, 9000 for 7 days training. These all amount was refundable so i paid. But i didn't received any courier till now. When i asked her then she said u will have to pay 4000 for courier again to receive at your location within 1 hour. But i could not arrange money so my process cancelled. I have all payment slips, confirm ation letter, offer letter which i received via email [protected]@gmail.com. Sir plz take action of that company and refund my money.

                                      Sony india is selling old/refurbished lcd panels to customers as new and charging for new lcd panels thus cheating customers. The lcd panels are repaired by one company r logic services based at bangalore. The lcd panels are sold in boxes which do not carry mrp, date of manufacture/import, address of manufacturer/importer, customer helpline number which is in violation of provisions of legal metrology act 2009 and rules 2011. Sony india managing director and 2 directors fined for these violations by legal metrology goa. Sony has paid these fines but still keeps selling these old panels as new. Cheating customers on a massive scale.

                                      My led TV board is burn last week and it's still in reapers shop.It's board price is also very expensive. Very poor service.

                                        I have paid for tv repairing, my tv was having a sound problem. The person came from sai sony service center for repairing, after repairing it's having the same issue continuously, but they are not responding. And the engineer put my call on divert and when i am calling the office they also disconnecting my call. Very cheap service and the engineers are also very poor. Sai service centre just eat my money
