I'm naved khan, i'm from udaipur rajasthan, i bought sony tv "klv-32w672f" on "7 july 2018" from sony showroom, it's been 8 month & everything working fine at the time but suddenly one day my tv got fallen down from the floor & it got damaged then i went to the genius sony authorized service center, service technicans says everything is working fine only ur pannel & pannel border got damaged & we r going to replace ur pannel in 20-25 days with estimation charge of "rs.12623", i said ok, i paid the first installament amount 6k in hand, then i got call from service center & he says ur tv is completed, i visited there i paid remaining amount 6.62k, i checked the tv at home & suddenly i noticed my pannel border is not fixed very well & my tv woofer sound is not loud like before then i checked the tv setting via home menu = customer support = product informaton = kdl - 40w660e; then i got shocked!!
This is not my tv model no. I doubt they replaced my "new parts with an old one", i checked this kdl-40w660e on google & i found this model was relased in year 2017!!
I'm feeling cheated at the service center, i don't knw what kind of sony service they r deliverd to the customers, also customer representatives very rude they dont knw, how to handle customer, they r not trained very well
So this is not what i expected from sony authorized service center!!
Really got disappointment from their after sales service & the product is still under the warranty;
Is some kind of side business r goin on there with exchangin new parts with an old one ;
Who's knows?
Sony should take strict action against them & teach them how to loyal to the customers;
"sony india" should take immediate action against these kind service center, they r replacing new tv parts with an old one, god knows what will happen if i buy future sony product!!!
& i won't buy any sony product again until this issue has been fixed.
I'm highly depressed!!
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by naved199 Yesterday, i visited there at service center, found guy & i told him fixed my pannel border then he said it can't be fixed but i can change ur model no. via usb software update, but again i said tv is already updated with latest version so how can he ?
then i said to him to check the tv parts whether its for KDL- 40-W660E OR KLV-32-W672F & when he opened tv, i feel there's something wrong with my tv parts, i said, check the tv part number then he said there's no part number on board, i was shocked how can he refused me, i said, r u sure there's no part number on board, he said, yes i'm sure, so I took out pic. of board's & Speakers & i humbley request to Sony india to verfied this parts with KLV-32-W672F, or i will look for other brand tv beacuse i don't trust sony service center at all because of their pathetic after sales & service !!!
