    Greetings of the day..

    I raise a complaint on 14 april stating my sony bravia tv was dead and sony customer care service raised an complaint #53647831. One of technician visit to my home and said mother board has been dead will order it from the service center and i said get it as soon as possible, from that onwards i am making a call to hyderabad service center which is located in chikadpally there are saying that one of the cabal is not available it will take some more time. I just keep on following them every day

    Now i have question. Being a brand and such a big company which unable to full fill the need of the customer after eight days. I really disappointed by your service

      This programme is for dancers, doing there things so why is shilpa shetty keep making silly noises in the background, it distracts the performers and i dont think its right. Also she makes silly poses, which i am sure would enrage disabled people, which i dont think she should be doing this, and its a disgrace coming from someone who is supposed to be professional.

      I'm having Sony Xperia mini pro Mobile. The boot screen is in loop. So, I have to repair my mobile from Xperia Companion, but now it says that the device model is no longer supported. I cannot repair my mobile any way. I had a conversation with Sony Support. But they said it cannot have support further. I need a solution for this.

      People in Super Dancer Chapter-4 keep breaking mugs by banging them together and apparently for some reason people think it is awesome and wow. Let me break your bubble, it is not. I know here you might say that they're just breaking 2 or 4 mugs but some people don't even have a single mug to drink from. And kids don't take any positive note from it. So should we assume Sony TV thinks borderline violence can be considered okay and that they don't care that in this pandemic wasting good mugs is fine?

      Latest super dancer show Anurag breaking cups for good performance but it is giving negative impact, My child at home also want to do same and it is ultimately not good behavior for child show.
      On 21st August episode show represent negative image of Maa Ganga by using word Ghmand for Maa Ganga. For our next generation it will impact negative image for our holy mother, so you should apologise for it and show correct information regarding Hindu Gods.

        The subject model waspurchased in the year 2011 in chennai and was working well till now.
        Since last week, the tv is not switching on. I took it to sony service centre at gandhi nagar adyar, chennai on[protected].
        The technician after checking, informed that the problem is of mother board, wich would not be available anywhere, since it is phased out. The only option is to exchange it with a tv dealer at a scrap value of rs[protected]/- while purchasinga new tv for rs 24000/-
        We are retired senior citizens and can ill afford to purchase another tv at this stage, just because a spare part is not availble. We see renowned automobile manufacturers are still servicing many old vintage cars of more than 30-40years, while sony is phasing out within 10 years. The company should still value old customers, while progressing with new technology.
        We feel quite sad and disappointed.
        Can sony confirm whether the mother board for lcd model klv-26bx300 in5 could still be made available from their holding inventories from any centre in india and give us the satisfaction of possessing sony products. Or at least suggest away to salvage the present tv, as we, the poor senior citizens can not afford to purchse another tv at this age and stage.

          I have recently bought a sony bravia. On calling customer support, i was assigned vigneshwar service center for demoing and installation of the tv. Its been over a week now and i have placed around 10-15 calls to sony customer support and another 20-25 to vigneshwar service center. The service center doesn't pick up the call and i have been stuck in the middle of nowhere regarding tv. On googling about this service center, you can see horrific incidents of other consumers as well and its appalling how they continue to be sony's authorized service center.

                I got my television serviced by sai sony service centre. They claimed them as one of the authorized service centres. They gave a one year warranty for the motherboard led which they added into our tv during the servicing. My warranty period started from 3/3/2019 and today is 13/04/2019 and my tv has been switched off from the past 3 days as it isn't working anymore. I tried calling them messaging them and contacting them in every way possible, but all they do is ignore my calls and now they even have blocked my number. I have the bill attached. Their contact details are: [protected],[protected]. Please help me, i have paid rs. 20, 000/- for servicing.

                  I received call from shivani sharma from sony limited company on 29 march. She said my resume is shortlisted online for the post store incharg. She said u will have to pay 2500 security amt. I paid. Next day again she said 4000 for a/c opening security amt then i paid. Similarly day to day she deposited by me 6000 for courier gst, 4000 for passport, 9000 for 7 days training. These all amount was refundable so i paid. But i didn't received any courier till now. When i asked her then she said u will have to pay 4000 for courier again to receive at your location within 1 hour. But i could not arrange money so my process cancelled. I have all payment slips, confirm ation letter, offer letter which i received via email [protected]@gmail.com. Sir plz take action of that company and refund my money.

                    Sony india is selling old/refurbished lcd panels to customers as new and charging for new lcd panels thus cheating customers. The lcd panels are repaired by one company r logic services based at bangalore. The lcd panels are sold in boxes which do not carry mrp, date of manufacture/import, address of manufacturer/importer, customer helpline number which is in violation of provisions of legal metrology act 2009 and rules 2011. Sony india managing director and 2 directors fined for these violations by legal metrology goa. Sony has paid these fines but still keeps selling these old panels as new. Cheating customers on a massive scale.

                      I have paid for tv repairing, my tv was having a sound problem. The person came from sai sony service center for repairing, after repairing it's having the same issue continuously, but they are not responding. And the engineer put my call on divert and when i am calling the office they also disconnecting my call. Very cheap service and the engineers are also very poor. Sai service centre just eat my money

                        Lcd is having a blur patch in the left corner which is increasing day by day. The lcd was bought on 28 feb 2011.
                        1. When contacted sony support online, request id 53356808 was assigned on 26 march 2019 to s. V. Enterprises in saharanpur.

                        2. After 1 week of follow-up the dealer said that sony company has replied that although this was a generic problem with this sony series (Bravia bx300 32) but now nothing can be done:

                        A) lcd panel spare part is not available (Out of stock) and tv model no longer made, repair is not possible.
                        B) any other alternate solution or replacement not possible since problem reported after 5 years of purchase.

                        The company executive bluntly acknowledged the above points when asked for help.
                        This lands me to a very disappointing situation where i cannot do anything with the tv except scrapping it.

                          I have an sony led 7002f with screen mirroring feature but it not working with my oneplus 6t mobile phone and it has problem too with laptop connectivity. I have complained several times to the dealer and costumer care too but there are no action is be taken by them. Its a last warning by me otherwise i will gonna file a case to the consumer court.

                            I have a xperia x mobile.. After fees days of warranty, it downloaded update file was asking me to install.. As soon as i installed it, the cam stopped working. So took to service center at adyar. Paid 3.5k as service charge for fixing the fault.. After a month it pushed another update which i didn't install for a while. Few days later it restarts itself and when i took the mobile to service center they said, there is a problem with the mother board which will take 17, 000 to replace.

                            Very much fed up with the quality of sony.

                              Due to your bad service you made me a worst loss about 10k

                              But atlast they said that your device is not cover warranty!!!

                                Pathetic service. We were informed that mother board is not available and replace the tv with new one. But then again after my follow up we got a call we were told we got a new mother board but when we saw the mother board. It was repaired and it was bad and full of junk. It was old tjat too from another tv model... Pathetic service... By sony tv.
                                The service center of mumbai was not good.. The staff was very harsh and bad.
                                The service center was not at all supportive and they tried to cheated us by sending us a an old replaced and junked mother board. We were supposed to get a new tv but no.. They wanted to make money. Pathetic

I contacted shop from where i purchased TV. He given me contact numbar of technician. Technician came & checked TV. After 7 days he told he left job of sony.                                     I have purchased a Sony led 48 inches TV on 23rd August 2016 and about 15 days ago from now it just stopped working. It was working and some time the screen just became black, sounds were coming but the picture was not available.I called Mr.Rana the Sony technician he saw the TV and said the mother board is defective today he arranged a motherboard form dhanbad service centre and then he fitted the motherboard but the picture did not come he now said that the screen is defective and it will take another 10 to 15 days for the screen to bee replaced and it will cost about 18 -20 thousand. Since I purchased this TV as I knew Sony is the best brand so now I am very much depressed because in a very short interval of 2 and half years my TV is not working please arrange as soon as possible so that my led tv get repaired as soon as possible at the minimum cost. But till today not attended and resolved my problem. After calling service centre only get a response that we will look into the matter. But no technician visited my home and detected the problem. Disappointed with cool response.

                                      same problem faced in June 2018. Tv got repaired at that time that is in June 2018 by Sony tecnician. But within 9 months again faced with the same problem.
                                      I have made number of complaints to my cable operator Den Cable in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. regarding continous signal break as a result we cannot see the channel and we are missing all are favourite shows like Super Dancer 3, Kapil Sharma show etc.Please ensure we get to see the show.

                                        Hi,
                                        I'm naved khan, i'm from udaipur rajasthan, i bought sony tv "klv-32w672f" on "7 july 2018" from sony showroom, it's been 8 month & everything working fine at the time but suddenly one day my tv got fallen down from the floor & it got damaged then i went to the genius sony authorized service center, service technicans says everything is working fine only ur pannel & pannel border got damaged & we r going to replace ur pannel in 20-25 days with estimation charge of "rs.12623", i said ok, i paid the first installament amount 6k in hand, then i got call from service center & he says ur tv is completed, i visited there i paid remaining amount 6.62k, i checked the tv at home & suddenly i noticed my pannel border is not fixed very well & my tv woofer sound is not loud like before then i checked the tv setting via home menu = customer support = product informaton = kdl - 40w660e; then i got shocked!!
                                        This is not my tv model no. I doubt they replaced my "new parts with an old one", i checked this kdl-40w660e on google & i found this model was relased in year 2017!!
                                        I'm feeling cheated at the service center, i don't knw what kind of sony service they r deliverd to the customers, also customer representatives very rude they dont knw, how to handle customer, they r not trained very well

                                        So this is not what i expected from sony authorized service center!!
                                        Really got disappointment from their after sales service & the product is still under the warranty;

                                        Is some kind of side business r goin on there with exchangin new parts with an old one ;
                                        Who's knows?
                                        Sony should take strict action against them & teach them how to loyal to the customers;

                                        "sony india" should take immediate action against these kind service center, they r replacing new tv parts with an old one, god knows what will happen if i buy future sony product!!!

                                        & i won't buy any sony product again until this issue has been fixed.

                                        I'm highly depressed!!

                                        Yesterday, i visited there at service center, found guy & i told him fixed my pannel border then he said it can't be fixed but i can change ur model no. via usb software update, but again i said tv is already updated with latest version so how can he ?
                                        then i said to him to check the tv parts whether its for KDL- 40-W660E OR KLV-32-W672F & when he opened tv, i feel there's something wrong with my tv parts, i said, check the tv part number then he said there's no part number on board, i was shocked how can he refused me, i said, r u sure there's no part number on board, he said, yes i'm sure, so I took out pic. of board's & Speakers & i humbley request to Sony india to verfied this parts with KLV-32-W672F, or i will look for other brand tv beacuse i don't trust sony service center at all because of their pathetic after sales & service !!!
