My Sony tv stop working after I switched on after returning from a holiday, despite keeping the power off. Even thought it has 15 days since I raised the complaint and called many many time for follow up, they promise a date and don’t keep. They change their stance every time . The service without even checking anything expect power declared the mother board is gone . Horrible expensive service . Very poorly managed for a world class company . More like thirds class service

    Sir i purchased sony led smart tv model name is klv-32w672f from sony retailer vasantam co.in nager coil kanniyakumari tamilnadu on 2/11/2018. On the screen of the tv is showing black black grains on the inside and the screen is not exactly accurate, it has only been 3 months and the problem has started from now on, so i request you to kindly resolve my problems as quickly as possible. Should go.

      I have purchased sony bravia in nov 2016, dealer did not educate for extended warranty. After 2 years i am facing some screen issue and service engineer told me pl change your panel. It will be cost of rs. 20000. We are using your product from last 15 years, but this time it is internal problem in tv. If i will pay 20000 for panel then we will purchase a new tv. It is a question of product quality.
      Your manufacturing team is using chinese parts. If we are interested for chinese product then they are available at cost of 15000 to 20000 with same futures.
      Sony charged three times premium for product quality and reliability but you manufactured low class of product.
      Pl check my tv panel and change tv panel with any cost.

        I was purchase tv 43x7002e on 30 mar 2018 vide inv no. [protected]. After some time show small size spot on screen.in month of october that size was increasing and half screen show black. I was complain to customer service sony authorised service he come to surveyed but he u are break this tv. Tv is under warranty and he say this tv was not covered under warranty. And also he forcly take without any repairs 236 rs conveye charge.

        Sir i request to my tv covered under warranty period and replace the screen with covered warranty periode

          Dear team,

          I'm writing this mail with a unsatisfied & very bad experience with sony service centre team of lajpat nagar delhi

          The radio set was handedover to this service centre in month of nov-18 as the set was not working, which returned back stating that batteries are down and they have checked the set it is fine but when checked with new batteries set still doesn't work.

          Radio set was again given back to same service centre in month of dec-18 now i was updated that this set does not have warranty (It means when set was provided in nov month they have not checked anything just lied with customer)

          Now today when i visited service centre to take my set back i was surprised the way this team take care of electronic items of customer the batteries was inside the set which were leaking in a manner that whole set was filled with leaking battery and even the desk of service centre has drop of same liquid coming out of batteries from radio set

          Need to know who is responsible for damage this leaking batteries have done to my set and mishandling of customer items which are placed at service centre

          Please note - on service centre employee request only i have handedover batteries along with set as they were not having batteries at their store to check the set.

            Sir i have purchased sony tv kd 43x7002e 22.10.17 as my wedding gift from my parents but since the date of purchase no other devices run on this tv i. E pen drive videos cant be played in this t. V. I want to see my wedding ceremony but yet haven't seen it. We have called the sony call centers also to resolve the issue but all in vein so kindly see into the matter and resolve the same at earliest.

              This is to escalate the false diagnostics done by one of your Sony Care repair center from Mumbai with the name of Metal Tech dated 2nd October 2018 vide Job no: J82672164.

              As per attached email you can see that the Technician came home and just saw the TV and said that the Display is gone and estimated 12000 rupee for replacement of display. The sony care called me and offered to give new TV in 14000 to 15000 rupee.

              On hearing so I spend 17000 and purchased another brand from flipkart as I lost faith in Sony quality as I was a big fan of Sony Bravia engine and I am aware of it since my Electronic Engineering days when you had CRT tubes.

              After purchasing new TV I gave the Sony TV to my Brother in law as he had asked for it. He took it to one of his friend who has a roadside shop and got it repaired spending only 2500 rupees.

              Hence I would like to report to you what type engineers are working in Metal Tech who just want to loot the customer and loose them. I will never purchase or approach any Sony service center in future. I had faith in the service center that was supposed to be expert in their design. Now that Sony TV has same Display and Mother board by changing display related diode etc.

              Therefore if you feel my grief is correct I expect you to take action on it and compensate for my lose.

                Sir, i bought sony company's home theater system from amazon on 04.12.2018. That's fine for a month, but now it is inactive sub woofer on tv or video related to sound. The complaint is stopped by the sony company saying everything is fine, while the system is now on the warranty period. Please do me try to return the system's cost with fine.                   Sir, sony engineer senthil with [protected] is not come for installation as planned, even called multiple time but he cutting the call saying in hospital and emergency but he was with friends and celebrating and had lunch, etc

                  Felt cheated, i[censored] want i will share the recorded audio

                  Please assign me some engineer for installation for tv which bought from vasanth & co t nagar branch on last sunday 20 1 2019, 3 days back he came and collect the demo slip and hand over the wall mount kit

                  After that we requested to come on this saturday for installation but he is not turned

                  Cutting call without courtesy.

                  Please arrange engineer for chennai royapettah location

                  The TV LCD Screen has developed patches and is unusable. The company has informed that cost of screen replacement is almost of new televisions hence they would themself not advise to repair and instead throw the TV in garbage. Highly Shocking and irresponsible behaviour

                    Iam a long run customer of sony, i have been using your products happily since long until i bought a t. V. On 1-1-2014 football edition the model bravia - kdl-32w670a, i started facing split screen issue on 22-10-14 i. E. Within the warranty span since then even till today the problem remains un-solved

                    The same panel issue to customer care i thought to bring this worst service experience to your kind notice so that you could help me resolve this as the above mentioned complaint remains unsolved at "benchmark infotech", kindly intervene and please do contact me on [protected] or [protected] to help me handle the issue and understand my reasoning
                    Now the t. V is left unattended at sony service center since 28-11-18

                    Kindly escalate the mentioned issue and do the needful to resolve this.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have purchased sony x7500f 43 inch on 12th january saturday from khosla electronics b t road. They did the installation on 13th january sunday. From sunday night 13th january i noticed a black spot inside the panel and i complaint on 14th january monday. After the complaint the technical person came from the authorized service center and saw the problem. After that they are telling me that they are going to clean the product and return back to me. I asked for a full replacement of the product but they denied for the replacement. I am getting continue call from the service center of kolkata that they are going to clean it and will not give full replacement.

                      I have purchased the product from sony which is one of the best brand in the world and from day one i am facing problem with the product, cleaning is not a solution for those who just bought a product and facing problem from the same day. For such a reputed brand like sony i can not expect this kind of service.

                      Kindly look into this matter i need full replacement of my product. I have talked several time head office also talked with one of the higher authority they are saying the same thing. My complaint no is j90114869.

                      Kindly replace my product i facing issue from the date i purchased.

                        I purchased sony walkman product name : sony nw-ws413 4 gb mp3 player beige on 22 aug 2017. The product came with one year warranty.in jan 2019 it stopped working hence i moved to service center for its repair. As it was off warranty they asked for charges and i got ready, either repair or replace on whatever applicable charges. Now they are refusing to repair or replace the product without any written reason. I called customer care they are also denying to repair or replace the product. They are saying through it and purchase new one. Sony is known for quality product hence i purchased it on rs. 6975. Its such costly product, did not even worked for 1.5 years. Such cheap quality product sony is selling and denying for repair if problem comes up. Please look into the matter.

                          I want to know where I Can lodge complaints for my fault sony TV. The company is Fraud and the products being sold are low quality and they are just playing with the customers trust. here is my case : I bought this TV 2 years back thinking I am buying a recognized brand. There were TVs available for 60% lesser price I went for A world class brand. after 1.5 years I started feeling issues with the TV like sudden shut down and red beeps I called up customer service and i was told maybe it is related to heating of the device and probably the tv is too close to the wall ( although the same was installed by SONY professionals only) Last month suddenly the Tv stopped working with 5 long red beeps. I called up customer service and they agreed to come after charging me 350/- visit charges and told me that the chances are the power board is faulty. I was surprised to see LG PANEL when the opened the TV and MADE IN CHINA MARKED. They took three days to revert and called me up to tell me they could not check the power supply as they did not have the same Model TV available and hence they will come to my house and check the same there ( Y did you not do it in the first visit) IN the second visit they said the supply is ok and the panel is gone and needs replacement the sent me a bill proforma of rs 45000/- KDL-55W850A IN5 // 4304541 They have even admitted the issue of faulty panels in there other models attached link https://www.sony-asia.com/…/ar…/00185189 I need help to take these people to consumer court as they cant harass customers like this

                            I need to replace my sony tv for that your service center head mr. Paresh patel from ahamdabad (Gujarat) told me to make a draft of rs.27272 and submit to sony service center. As soon as you submit the draft you will get the new tv which i have selected 32w672f as per the conversation with them, when i reached the service station they told me that selected model is not available and you have to cancel the draft..

                              This product came with the warranty of 2 years and just after 2 months after warranty period completed, it got repaired.
                              Suddenly some lines came on tv when it was on. Now there are vertical and horizontal white lines all over the tv screen. Service center says that whole panel has to be changed. If reputed companies like sony have such kind of issues then how can customers believe sony. We had a belief that this brand will be good and product will give a good experience but everything went wrong.

                                I had registered an compalint with sony regarding my home theatre. I got a reply from your side that a ciustomer care executive will contact me. Monday morning an arrogant chap contacted me saying that he cant come home., if i want it to be repaired i had to go to hos bloody office. Inspite of his cheap behaviour i wnt to his office he said he said after checking that ic has gone, no such spare is available if i want i have to wait for 14 days it has to come from trissur. Why do u have such stupid executives who dont have enough time to even to listen to complaints. Kindly look inti the matter seriously.

                                  We have purchased sony tv for rs 79, 000 because of good brand name in market. This is new tv purchased 23/06/2017 just 1 year 6 month old we have taken in instalment details attached suddenly morning when i have on tv there is vertical line in screen and night it was fine before going to bed.
                                  I have raised the complaints to customer care on 7th january 2019 and i was told to pay rs 200 service charge for visiting house which i agreed on 9th evening around 6.40pm i received call from technician that what is the problem i told him verticle line is coming when we switch on tv he said panel is gone and if i come to your office you have to pay rs 350 service charge. Where as i was told rs 200 visiting charge technician without coming home started telling panel is gone you have to pay around 7 to 12k then i will not charge service charge.

                                  I have taken sony tv because of brand name after paying so much money rs 79, 000 problem has come within 2 years why should i pay money when your quality is so bad and getting problem in 2 years

                                    Tv has a issue with LCD and cannot be sorted. we can hear it but display has gone so images are not visible. screen has blackout due to which we are having proplem.
                                    Display is not working .audio is working but display is not visible. And it not properly sorted by the customer care executives. Toll- free number is also working.

                                      3 years before we purchased a sony bravo from ekm, after 3 year its get complaint, service engineer visit and give an estimate bill for service rs 120000, now in our market new tv available for this price with warranty. Dont consider sony as a premium brand very bad quality product, i request everyone don't purchase any sony product. If we — give any complaints in there mail id no use no response from there side

                                        I have purchased tv on 3/11/18 and installation is done on 25/11/18. Due to improper installation my tv fell down from the wall mount and now we could see the blurry images on the right side of tv. I have called the technician to let him know the issue but he is not answering my call.
