I purchase the sony hdd but some problem is not initialized. So going to service center in vashi, so not having proper service to the service center. The reception person his taking very roughly,

I purchase any hdd do not having the warranty card i tell them check online and see to my purchase bill

I request to send my hdd duplicate warranty card and solve my issues.

    We had purchased a 43 inch sony tv with 1 year warranty on 1 jan 2016 for 80, 300 rupees along with a stabilizer. Before the completion of 3 years, we find some horizontal lines on the tv. The sony company says that we need to change the display panel and that it costs 29, 000 rupees. This is a huge sum for us. Please advice what needs to be done to solve this problem.

      Dear mr. Amit pange,

      Wishes for a happy new year.

      Please recall your visit to my residence in rrcat, indore on[protected], to cross verify the sony bravia tv panel's internal problem (4 white glowing spots when tv is on, which is a rare problem as stated by you, in presence of mr. Prashant of m/s active techno care, indore). As asked on phone[protected] you assured to look into the matter in 4-5 days and tell. Please let us know the progress (To sort out the problem).

      It may be worth to mention that the panel is in warranty till september 2018. Since i have waited for a long (From complaint date 9th november 2018, job no.[protected], therefore, in absence of any solution, i have no option but to serve a legal notice to the md, sony india, through lawyer, before lodging a complaint in consumer court.

      Hope for a solution though you which will save my time as well as your brand reputation.

      I sent repeated mails to company's Japan, Malayasia, India offices. I justified the problem. They replaced the faulty panel.

        We have sony make handy cam model hdr xr100e past 8 years working well. Now my handy cam lcd cracked marking in 3 places. I spoke to sony customer care, they gave sony authorized service center in adyar smart care. They says this model spares absolutely we can't able to do service.
        I will be proud for using sony products but unfortunately service not satisfied.
        Pls solve this issue asap.

          I purchased the sony kdl 42w900b 3d led tv in 2015 from kohinoor mira road. Itworked for one year and two months and then just turned off. I made complaint to get the issue fixed, service centre tech came and informed that the budget to repair it will be 8000 plus taxes. We did not get it repaired as we were going out of country for one year. After some time when we came back to india and now when we called to get it repaired the estimate is give of 41000. Does that make sense to pay 41000 to get the tv repaired. Sony is cheating people and making money. Bad products made to make money after warranty runs out.

          How come the amount increased by 500% in one and half month.

          If any one can help me to get the problem fixed i will be great full. Need to contact please send details on [protected]@gmail.com.

            I had purchased sony bravia 32" led model klv-32r482b in dec, 2015 and now within 3 years, sudden blurring of images on display with white/black/blue vertical line is developed since two days.
            My issue is how it is happened to the panel of a reputed company within a short period of 3 years and it questions the credibility and reliability of sony. Expecting an immediate intervention as the same complaint happened in sony within 3 years which was very well exposed in many open forums by many customers who trusted sony.

                Sony tv model sony led 81cm klv-32r402a purchased on 2014 suddenly double images shown on screen, contacted customer care and technician visit home and said lcd panel needs to replaced. Now they say parts is not available, is it true for only 3 year old tv parts is decommisioned?

                So you are reqested to please arrange to change the said pannel board in free of cost. Every reputed company changed their defective product in free of cost.

                  I have purchased sony wi-c400 wireless headsets from elante chandigarh. Iam facing the problem to connect with any other phone after disconnecting from one phone. It takes more than 15-20 minutes to discover again. Otherwise i have to reset it to connect to another phone. I called on toll free number but i was not satisfied. So please suggest me the solution for this problem.

                    I purchased the tv from vijay sales, mumbai on 17.06.2018.. 3 days back while watching black vertical lines appeared on the tv. The service engineer diagnosed as a damage to the led screen. Since nobody touched the tv while it was on we disputed his claim. However we got call from sony that the repair cost will be rs. 9500. We do not understand why we need to pay repair charges within the guarantee period. We expect a more reasonable reply from sony and repair of the tv at no cost.

                      Purchased on 26th. June 2014. Amt. Rs: 34, 400/ by cheque.
                      Dealer: sony world or sony center - chembur east -
                      Opposite to vijay sales chembur, suman nagar.

                      For the past one month noticed
                      Vertical blue lines at the start for one minute and later pictures fine.
                      Called service center wega electronics, chembur. One mr. Mahesh attended, collected rs: 240./ did nothing. On a second call he came and told that he does not know the reasons and he has to consult his boss. That is the end.

                      Just last week one fine morning tv - no picture - only sound.

                      When i requested service center again they told me i have to pay again visiting charges and cannot guarantee causes and remedies.

                      Can you please tell me "what should i do".
                      The only mistake i made is buying sony tv. I am properly punished.
                      We senior citizens spent rs: 34, 440./ for entertainment and it lasted only 4, years and six months. Besides no service even ready to pay.

                      I had and still have great faith in sony tvs but now i am lost.

                      Can you please advice me - what should i do,
                      Keep on spending without any result or buy some other brands.

                        I purchased sony bravia kdl43w800d in october'16 which i realised was a big blunder now. Just 2 years passed and the tv display panel stopped working. Sony india is just cashing it's brand name with such showpieces that are good for nothing
                        The repair cost cited was 21000 ₹ almost 30% of the purchase cost
                        Looking for repair at an affordable cost because it was definitely a fault from company's end

                          The service centre guy told to get display panel replacement at 21000 inr.
                          Sony has stooped to the lowest with such faulty panels

                            The previous & first mail was sent on 10th december, today it's 24th. From your end it's confirmed that television will be replaced by paying around 6k. I had a word with sony staff mr kishan most probably on 12th, on the same date cheque was submitted to saltlake service centre and we got the message that the cheque amount was debited on 21st dec. Is it the proper customer service where 9days were taken to deposit a simple cheque to bank?? Now once it's done, they are saying now you are having christmas and new year festival, so tv will be delivered after 2nd jan 2019.. Wonderful service sony is providing to their customers.. Better you just shut down your service centre and enjoy christmas and new year. It's taking almost 1.5 months to replace a tv.. Wonderful service. Ticket number 51805594

                              I hemang fichadiya let you know that i'm using many of sony products i. E bravia tv, vaio laptop, blue ray dvd player, xperia phones, memory card, etc
                              But i am very unhappy with service and quality of sony products. My words might be rough i'm apologizing for it in advance.
                              Since i have purchased a sony bravia led tv model no: kdl32ex520 on the date of 23/02/2012 at cost of 44000inr well i purchased blue-ray dvd player model number dvpse660 just because i liked sony company most.

                              After one year of purchasing my tv, i have started facing problems with my tv.
                              Likewise in the month of november 2013 got one red line in the middle of my tv screen. I have one photo of that i would like to share it here.

                              As shown in the above picture i got this red line in the middle of my tv screen.
                              So i contacted customer care as well as the local service center for the same. So they had told us to pay 16000 inr to change your led display. So we requested them for not to pay this much amount. So they got approval from sony company and sony waived charged for a new display and just asked us to pay transportation charge for the same. And i'm very thankful to sony for a waived cost of the new display. And we paid them 1714 inr for transportation cost on date of 16/11/2013 and i got this receipt from them.

                              After one month of this replacement, my new display occurred the new problem. With this problem, my tv screen got big line on a tv screen. As shown below

                              So, lodge a complaint again to a service center and they came to us and again changed led display.

                              But after exactly one year in the month of november 2014, my tv display again got some technical issues and this time tv screen totally wiped out nothing was appearing on tv screen it just looks like tv is in off condition but actually it is powered on so again we contact to service center and they told visited us and charged us 200 inr and told us to pay for new display as it cost 15330 inr this was 1/3 of actual price of new tv. But we did not care about our money and paid for it and we got receipt again and i'm sharing that with you

                              44000 for a new tv
                              +200 for visted your executive
                              +1714 for transportation cost
                              +200 for visted your executive
                              +15330 for new display in 2014

                              But dear sir once again in the month of november 2018 my led tv facing an issue in a display. This time my tv screen constantly flickering and picture which is showing on tv is not proper. It is overlapping and blinking. Here is example

                              So i again contact customer care and service center they told me that we have to pay 16000 inr +200 consulting fees again. By adding this my total cost would reach at 77, 644/- inr sir i didn't buy this tv for paying this much amount of maintaining cost and service charges sir we are middle-class family how could i afford this much of amount. Sir i'm kindly requested you to send your executive at my home and request him to take my tv back to your company. You guys don't have to need to pay me for that. I'm not expecting money for this i just need metal peace.

                              Kindly i request to solve my issue as soon as possible if i get a solution for this i feel very peaceful.

                                I have brought sony bravia TV from Gip mall noida sector 27. The sales person (#GAURAV SHARMA) of reliance retail Ltd told me about the exchange offer but after purchasing of TV he change his statement regarding offers given by him. He stopped picking my calls and he started manipulate me. Such kind of behaviour will impact the reputation of the company. I feel cheated by such a reputed brand. We as a customer create an image of any brand by the services are given. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I will never buy any product of Sony company.
                                I requested to solve my problem as soon as possible and please provide offers which are valid. False offers will create distrust and dissatisfaction.

                                  I had purchased 32" sony bravia (Model no. Kdl32w600a) on 2014 at mysore, karnataka. After 3 years (16.10.2018) of successfully running, the display is gone off sudden – no video in that screen, we heard only audio then i call the sony service engineer via tool free no.

                                  After checking with service engineer, he told panel needs to be replaced and it will cost around rs 15000.

                                  Why premier brand like sony is discriminating customers like this? If they know they have manufacturing quality issues with panels, they should have replaced the panel with minimal amount irrespective of country as sony is not a local company, it’s a global one and get good customers satisfaction.

                                  If an tv from a brand like sony doesn’t work for even 5-7 years, on what basis should customers differentiate between sony and other brands? It makes more sense to buy products from cheaper brands which cost far less, and unfortunately

                                  If there are problems, the repairs are also going to be cheaper.

                                  I kindly request to change the panel in minimum amount. If you are not responding i am going to stop purchase of sony products

There is a problem occur in the television that speakers not working when sony agent visit he checked the led there is an issue in the motherboard. So we asked him to change the motherboard. So we changed it in around 7500 included all charges. Again after completion of 7 month when we are trying to on the led there is power...

                                    I purchased a sony led tv of 32 inches model no klv-32r202f in 5 november 2018. Its been only one month. Since i purchased the tv, suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears on the full screen causing a huge inconvenience. I did registered my complaint but your executive has been no taken any kind of action. Now buying sony products seems like a very big mistake. I am highly disappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure out to fix our problems and not just make false claims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs. I will not give permission to open and repair my 1 month old set.

                                    i am vimit kumar(customer), having sony tv kdl42w850a (invoice copy of bill attached), tv suddenly stopped working, called sony toll free number [protected] got Service Request ID 51309692 and assigned to Aar Vee Infoservices - S.V road; Santacruz (W); Mumbai - 400054; Phone No[protected] / (0) [protected] ; fault in Motherboard was diagnosed so as per sonyindia policy i paid half of cost of motherboard Rs 5000/- to sony india and 7 working days were committed to reactify the problem with new motherboard But after more then 15 days wait, after again enquiry with aar vee infoservice it was told motherboards is not available wait further for alternative solution and on 30/11/2018 evening 17:53 ( link is provided https://www.sony.co.in/electronics/televisions/w800f-series) and this model tv was proposed . Being a customer who believes in quality of sony product not satisfied with the proposed solution so i asked for paid upgrade to 55inch 4k tv and respective model details also provided to aar vee infoservice, which was denied in name of company policy; later on again calling on toll free number it was told atleast choice of tvs is being provide to choose tv, but it is not provided to me, i am quite dissatisfied and unhappy with the forcefully accepting this solution, so i wrote many mails to Sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com and service request number (SONY INDIA=[protected] and provding every details each day i am fedup nobody is reponding and your customer care only committing 24hrs daily wait and no response, since long and today is 21st december 2018 and i also want to highlight the fact the without tv these days its hard to survive and forcing me payment for tv as i[censored] pay now it will take 20 more days to deliver tv, it is highly humilating and disappointing, kindly look in to the matter, and hoping for better response

                                      Dear sir/madam i'm sushanth from arani (Thiruvannamalai dt) i perchanced the tv on december 9 2018 and additionally i bought the home theater also the home theater was not working when we connect to the tv input but it working when we play in bluetooth or aux cable or usb. This problem was arised the day of when tv was bought i don't know whether it was a tv problem or home theater problem if we complain to the dealer shop they are saying the service person is not coming they are saying this for one month till now noo one is came i was fed up and irritated please ensure this complaint...
