Updated by varun alix I did not get final answere from Board Management in this concern yet.
I put my request with him to resolve my concern asap.
I don't want defected product mean while it is in working condition as per your trail mail but i have doubt that product will not entertain for long durtion account of this.
I have seen my led at service cenctre it was dirty screen has not clean and handle without care.
After asking, they replied rude and behaved unwell.
Showing attitude too which is why i left my product there.
I am not satisfy with the services and care.
None bother to take responsibility.
None want to give in "Black & White".
It was opened and loss the durability.
I paid for new tv as on trust not for an experiment.

Obviously, Shamshad had already decided and announced his judgement in his favour.
Let me tell you ; practically, No one will pay for the led which got repaired so early which is not expected.
Either It is sony Q.C error or Reliance GIP(seller) cheated me to deliver faulty tv..
At last, i have to suffer.
After paying handsome mount.
I could bought led from another brand with ensurance of quality and services.
I trust sony so i purchased from sony
Can suggest any idea please.. local technitions are not listening from last one week.
