We purchased sony tv three years back which developed a problem of display shuts down automatically and retsart automatically. It was given to authorized service center at chinchwad pune. They demanded rs. 6136.
The tv developed another worst problem after repair as per attached photo and they demanding rs. 19000
What to do? We purchased sony due to it's brand only. Not expecting such experience. We feel cheated. Can some from sony help?

As i have purchased a led tv model 55x8500f ...at the time salesman named akhilesh singh and manager rocky told me on purchase of tv on diwali occasions they are giving.me complementary sony alexa worth Rs 12990 free of cost...but when they dilevered tv they have send me blue tooth speaker worth Rs 1500...my mobile number [protected]...[protected]

Rs 200/ charged, when person visited our house initially. Wanted rs 23000/ advance. After negotiations taken rs 10000/ advance for repairing tv. After one month, they said part not available. Nor returning our rs 10000/ advance after repeated requests, calls etc. They are totally...

    I purchased five years back, giving good service till one month back.

    Blue vertical lines come only during starting, after few minutes, shows normal and clear.
    I had complained umpteen times - only once one service staff visited, could not find fault, collected visiting charges rs: 240. And left.
    Since then i am complaining to toll free no[protected]. They promise some service technician will come and rectify, but no one turns up.

    I had sony tv before and that worked beautiful fore 15. Yrs and this one hardly five years.
    I could never imagine sony service is so poor. Giving to outside service people make me worried.
    Can you do some thing please? We cannot afford major expenses now and then. Besides we are senior citizens and depend on only tv entertainment.

      Hi my Sony Bravia 43 inch 3d Android TV which is 2 yrs old suddenly got a display complaint.I immediately called Sony and Sony mechanic told me that it's the complaint of tecom board and he said that he'll order it soon .But to my amusement I got a call from Sony service center saying it's not the problem of tecom board actual issue is with the LCD panel and it'll cost 26000 to order the panel and they also told me to give the advance amount next day itself.since it was a large amount and as my warranty period was over I gave it to a private tv mechanic who got it fixed by just changing tecom board.And funny thing is that today I got a call from that same sony mechanic saying your tecom board has arrived and you just need to pay 1500 rs as a service charge to fix it .so what sony was intending to do is just not understandable .I lost my money by giving it to a third party mechanic.Is this the same Sony which is considered as the best company in the world?very disappointed with this.Now onwards we as customers will definitely rethink about buying a Sony product.model no: KDL43W950D LED Sony

        I Have Purchased Sony Bravia KDL-43W800D 2 Years Back in jan 2016 Suddenly in the Morning When i Switch on the TV I have Brightness Flickering I Rushed to Service Center And after they have Kept Led Tv For One day. Next Day ther are Telling that Panel Should Be Replaced Which Costs Rs 20000 What is this Rubbish I Have Not Expected this From Sony a Trusted Brand So Many Complains That About that after Two Years Panel is Gone and Needs to be Replaced Why the Heal we Should Bigger Amount to Replace the Panel isse Achha to dusre TV lena thik Rahega Rs 25-30000 Me.

        The Cost of TV is 63000 and only 2 Years Old TV the Panel has to be Replaced for Rs 20000. Sony is Worst Company they Manufacture the Defective Panels which Only Lasts 2-3 Years. They Only Make Products which Work Under Warranty Period. I will Suggest You to Not to purchase Sony Products

          I purchased sony bravia 108 cm (43 inches) full hd smart led tv klv-43w772e (2017 model) and serial no.309877) on 2.10.2018 last month when the tv screen looked good, picture quality was also good. Now the tv screen is not clear from now on and currently the tv screen shows the blurring, brightness sharpness is also decreasing in the color of tv tv turns off when it runs, it takes time to turn on
          The distributor i bought from the tv was told my problem, but no solution was made by him nor any satisfactory answer was given. So, i request you please help me. I am very sad and depressed due to this kind of please. Send the engineer to your company as soon as possible, immediately improve the tv, i am doing a copy of the invoice and the scan copy of the warranty card with complaint.

            My name is sunil and i purchased new sony tv at rs 15000 on aug month. Due to some sound issue i registered one complaint in sony toll number on 9th nov. I had a very bad experience were sony asc spoke very rudely with me and her name is nisha from chember asc. I will not going to recommend anyone to buy sony products due to bad service. Really shame... My ticket number is 51245178. I have already posted negative blogs in fb..

            Technician visited with no resolution, blaming my set-up box for TV sound issue. My colleague, neighbour and friends using different new TV with same set-up box with no problem...really pathetic service...

            My want my money back...Rude behaviour + unable to resolve my issue...

              Purchased Sony dz 350 -5.1dvd home theater from Sathya agencies Udumalpet on 03.10.18. Service engineer told that he will come and fix the home theatre. They never turned back. There is no proper response from the service centre. No engineer has come to fix the speakers till now.our product is lying without usage for a month.kindly guide whether we have to pay for fixing speakers.

                I purchased sony led tv from big bazar, trivandrum, kerala on 21/08/2016 worth rs. 34, 990/- six months back there was a complain erased and contacted the sony service centre at kesavadasapuram, trivandrum. An executive came and told that there is a problem with ic and have to replace the mother board. The service centre ordered a new mother board directly from the company (As they told) and inserted the new mother board in my tv and they costs rs 6000/ for the mother board. Now a problem again erased with mother board.
                Is the life of this tv only for two years?
                I bought this tv at this amount not for two years.
                I want this tv to be replace with a new one or repair this for free of cost.

                What happened to Sony network. You are telecasting NBA in both language at sometimes and at some times you are not telecasting it. Please make correct schedule to telecast the program. We don't need two languages at the some time but telecasting those programs is enough.

                  First time purchase paid ₹85000.00
                  With reference to above product within period of 2 and half year tv has problem for two times. First it happened in feb 2018, picture tube gone and it was asked about ₹ 2500.00 expenditure. After long debate and discussion it was settled for ₹ 1534.00.

                  Now from last two weeks one more problem arise and it was told that mother board replacement and cost ₹ 15000.00. Complaint registered 50933108.

                  I have already paid huge amount to buy this product considering sony as brand made in japan.
                  Now every six month problems are started and i have pay money which is not acceptable.

                  Your product should work at least 6 to 7 years without any problem.

                  Now i am regretting purchase of this stupid for huge amount.

                  Since one month over still we are struggling, no positive response.

                  I feel customer care and service people here from Chennai not that much supportive.

                  They have blamed us we have not used tv properly( not properly means not understood ...?...?..).

                  This was told by one exrexpert Mr. Shivaraman from Chennai service team.

                  They told us motherboard got failed because of corrosion and we are responsible for this was told above mentioned person.

                  since this tv is fully packed, one part got corroded this is not acceptable, then may this tv has quality issue.

                  Now they are asking ₹ 13000.00.

                  For reference one of mine friend also using same tv with next size and which has brought by him before me six months.

                  If I compare these two case of my and mine friend tv, customer care people manuaplating different different stories.

                  Overall Sony tv and their Indian people’s are not realible.

                  “Customer care is meant for helping coustomers not for protesting customers”

                    I purchased sony tv klv32r302e on 13.03.2018 through qrs, mg road, trivandrum, kerala . After 3 months i received a problem on tv board which reflected me to a repair with your authorised service after 20 days with a new board, again after 2 motnhs the same problem reflected in the tv board which made to a repair with your service after 25 days replaced with a new tv board, again the same problem appeared after 2 months which reflected in the tv board .
                    But now i not willing to go with the replacement of tv board since it is going on repeating on the same problem as the warranty period is also going to expire with in 4 months . So i cannot go with the replacement of board because if go with the replacement and if it is rectified i cant trust the period .

                    As i trusted sony brand with the quality but after the repeated issue on the same area which me made me totally dis satisfied now how i can trust .

                    So i request you to change the tv at the earliest since my warranty is nearing .

                    Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest

                      Sir, i was purchase sony tv model 32w56d (Internet) on 2016.
                      Presently tv picture display stop for one second & continues. I talk with customer care technician and explain him about defective product & he said we will send senior technician & solve your problem as earliest. Before that one technician from nishant enterprises borda margaon visited and within two or three minutes without touching the tv he said your display panel damaged &requires to be change and its cost is rs.12500. You send your tv in office & for repairing it requires 10 to 15 days if parts available. We believed on sony product & blindly purchase the product. My previous experience about sony product is very best & my first choice is sony product till today. But unfortunately my present experience is very bad. I utilize the tv in proper way & it runs very short time. There is no lightning, no power fluctuation & nothing any reason to damage the panel. So, common man can not afford rs 38000 within 2 years. Is company's policy is use & throw? Is sony product quality is very poor? Is sony products life is very short period?
                      I am waiting for your reply.
                      So i request you to solve my tv problem urgently & give suggestions to your margaon goa serviice station (Nishant enterprises) for taking the issue seriously. I am also electronic engineer & i know very well about electronic products & its validity. Hope you will co-operate us.

                        I purchased sony bravia android (Kdl-43w800d, serial no[protected] around 2 yrs back and since the purchase there has been issues with the product. Display panel was replaced this year in jan and now again i am facing same issues with video. I have raised the complaint (No[protected], but how many times i will have to keep on doing this.
                        Last time it was issue with sony service center as well as there service was extremely poor.

                        Has sony product/service quality deteriorated to such a level that i have to deal with issues every 6 months? Please let me know what to do next.

                          Sony ex520 40inch tv display panel has damaged for no reason. And it is costing 22000 to replace.
                          As i researched over internet it looks like it is manufacturing defect in this model.
                          Sony should provide these panel at discounted price for existing customers.
                          They just lost the brand value by selling failure model to customers and not taking care of them.

                            I put my request with him to resolve my concern asap.

                            I don't want defected product mean while it is in working condition as per your trail mail but i have doubt that product will not entertain for long durtion account of this.
                            I have seen my led at service cenctre it was dirty screen has not clean and handle without care.
                            After asking, they replied rude and behaved unwell.
                            Showing attitude too which is why i left my product there.
                            I am not satisfy with the services and care.
                            None bother to take responsibility.
                            None want to give in "black & white".
                            It was opened and loss the durability.
                            I paid for new tv as on trust not for an experiment.

                            Obviously, shamshad had already decided and announced his judgement in his favour.
                            Let me tell you ; practically, no one will pay for the led which got repaired so early which is not expected.
                            Either it is sony q. C error or reliance gip (Seller) cheated me to deliver faulty tv..

                            We have purchased 2 LED TV, We observed that when we are power on TV, we find black strip for few minutes. We had purchased Sony products due to its brand name and due it's consumer oriented services.but I am sorry these two expensive investment seem cheating by this company. Your dealer and service are not responding

                              I had owned a sony bravia r48b series after 4 years the back led is not working and hence had raise for customer service representative had attended the same but now he is denying to return the same. Issue is firstly had told them i will make service payment thru credit card and multiple times they had told yes we are accepting all types of payment but now denying to give cash payment around 9k i m very much surprised for the harrasment done

                                  On 25th Oct, I registered for service request ( no[protected] . On very next day I received call from service provider regarding reconfirmation. Till 29th I did not received any service. Again on 30th Oct called customer care for such issue and again they provided me new SR (no[protected], saying they could not reach me on last SR, which is totally irrelevant.
                                  Now again I had to wait for next 48 hrs., which can again be in fake.
                                  Plz resolve this ASAP

                                  I bought the tv for 50, 200 rupees from jai& co on 22/09/2018. my tv is not working from 23/10/2018.regarding this i complained in sony customer care they gave me complaint id no.50819196. its been 10 days still they not readied my tv. for the past 4 days they are saying that tommorrow we will ready that. and they are skipping the date.

                                    My tv is not working since 17 october. My service request id is 50691149. One person came from mundra to repair my tv. He checked and told me that there is some problem in it. He talked to ahmdabad office and told me that within 2 or 3 days tv will be repaired. But till today no action has been taken. Three times i have talk to the customer care also but no positive response from there side.
                                    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I purchased sony 43 inch 3d android tv 1 and half years back and now panel got damaged immediately without any reason. And sony is charging rs 24000 for that panel to get replaced. I thought that sony is the best brand available even though price is higher than the other brands. But u guys proved it wrong. I don't know why these cheap quality products are being delivered to customers like us who believed in sonys quality. Extremely disappointed with sony. Will not buy any sony products until u guys make a solution to this.

                                      I have taken Led Tv Sony Bravia Klv-32r202fIn[protected] on dated 17/10/2018 from Kedia Sales Amravati. But till dated 21/10/2018 no one came to me for the installation. So pl help otherwise i will return that Tv soon.
