Dear sir/madam, My name is Rajiv.M, I would buying above mention sony Tv model in 2016, It make Os problem in 2017, i will call log to service center, engineer came & remove tv main board and send to my nearest service place in madurai branch. 6 months later no response and i call to engineer that person i was changed to another area, then he gave another engineer mobile number (Mr.kamarthin [protected]) i will tell all details from beginning to ending. after 3 months later no response and i went to madurai service center and buying my main board. so kindly how much of new Board price & give me solution to ready my TV & punishment irresponsible person Mr.kamarthin...     Hi,

    I have submitted a complaint for my sony bravia led 43 inches tv screen lining issue at 28th aug. Its been more than 1 month now and still i didn't get it repaired. The service guy came and told it will take 4 to 14 days but now its more than 1 month. I called customer care two times asking about update they always told they don't have any updates and will arrange a call back by end of day. But i didn't receive any call. Below is my complaint no 4020685.

    Worst servicing by sony.

      I have purchased a tv of sony kd-55x7002e about 4 months back before 4daysàgo i got a problem with your tv for what your technician has rectified after only 2 bays some sounds came and full screen got black i cal your c c and complaint about after your same technician came he removed the tv soo and he told he will inform to companie after 1 day your customer care cal me and telling it will charge amount of 34k its physical damage

      U have to pay now please tell me sir its right or wrong i have warrant + extra warrant of 2years which i have paid 6500rs for that your technician telling its physical damage which parson will do paying 98k for tv playing with that im telling your parson to come show me any mark of damage i will agree i have taken in bajaj finse loan for 14 months now i have to stop thes loan so please please do something sir its request as soon as possible

        I have bought SONY LED KDL 40EX 650 on 13.01.2013.While purchasing it was informed that the warranty is for 5 years.
        In Oct'17 TV got problem and intimated to service Engineer. It was identified that there is some panel issue and informed us to hand it over to Sony Authorised Service Centre, Hosur. The problem was not resolved but they have charged Rs. 250 as service charge.And again I tried to get it repaired by giving the TV for service on 20.03.2018 to the authorised service dealer. They have informed that the circuit board for this model is obsolete and is not available now. He has offered to get the TV back for 20% of the total invoice value(11, 000 Rs) and also pressurised us to get the same model by paying the differential amount. But I am not interested in selling the same .Hence request you to replace the panel or replace the TV as it is the responsibility of SONY to meet the customer requirements.We are the beloved SONY customer and based on the brand image and trust we have spent Rs.50 K and since the manufacturing of the Panel is stopped by SONY itself it is the company's responsibility to satisfy the customer or refund the entire value of Television of Rs.56000. Pls take it serious and resolve the issue as the Television is still in Service Centre since Mar'18 and we don't know the status of the TV, and not even single phone call from the service centre. I am afraid whether my TV is in their possession or not and also in what condition it is.
        If the problem is not resolved we are forced to take this matter to consumer court. Once again request you not to take this matter to that level.

        Till now my TV worth of Rs. 56000. No body not calling to my conduct number as mentioned in JOB service card itself. FYI Please. I am going the file consumer claim due to not able to produce the panel board for SONY LED KDL 40EX 650 because of SONY company stopped for manufacturing of panel.

        Please discussed and close the same at the earliest.

        Please do not buy any 4 k tv of sony. They are very poor in quality. I am a big sufferer. No body listens at sony india. Do not waste your money in sony india 4 k tvs. I am gopal vijay from faridabad mobile number [protected]. Can share my bad experience with sony on phone if any one wants to have ??
        I purchesed two led tv and one in april2018and other september 2018 both installation required.

I kept my trust even after my music system died in one yeari purchase 3 led tvs 32 inch in 2013, 22 inch in 2016, 22 inch in 2017 respectively. All are dead by now. One i repaired locally. 2 are still dead. Help. What happened to sony products. I purchased one music system in 2006 which was dead in one year. Have pity on me sony

            I paid rs 499 as subscription for sonyliv on[protected] for one year which will expire on[protected]. And my e/mail i/d is [protected]@gmail.com. My order no is 56251273. So as a rule all premium content should be available to me. But when i try to open premium content, i am directed to the page of different packs. This is not understood. More over you say that subscribed channels will recieve no ads. But i usually recieve ads also. Almost 3 months have gone but you have done nothing in this regard. Now will you extend my subscription period accordingly? And also set right the anomaly?

              Would like to know for how many years company should provide spare parts for the products they sell in the market?

              Rs 70000/- worth product became of no value in just 5 years.

              Would like to know what kind of quality and service Sony is providing to its customer?

                Below is the detail of my problem.
                Sony is cheating with me and their customer care centre is not reachable over phone. Sony has not replaced my led panel and offering me just 25% discount on mrp of new sony tv which is not acceptable.

I think sony value it's product, customer first policy and its brand, so i still believe that situation will not arise and you will provide me with some offer which sounds reasonable to me.

                  When we reach sony service center on "22 august"... They said i will see and told, get your mobile on 23 aug... But on 23 august after reaching service center they said... I m not able to repair your mobile (Very rude behaviour).. Because in mobile have "moisture" and taken a 118 rs also..

                  "they told this mobile no have warranty & damage also.."

                  We have insurance of "oriental" let me know how to replace / repair phone as soon as possible...

                    I have purchased a sony uhd led tv modelkd65x7500f on[protected] which was installed on[protected]. Purchase was made from vijay sales thane. After a few days i noticed a very tiny white spot on the screen of tv. Immediately i brought to he notice of vendor who in turn asked me to launch a complaint with sony india. Which i did on[protected] vide request id no 50059733. After two days a mechanic visited our home. He was not interested in addressing issue and was clearly wanted to show this as physical damage while also knowing that this tiny spot can undergo circumstances could have come with any physical scratching. Now we are told that sony will charge rs.67000 for this tiny spot. I have never felt so cheated in my life and now if you don't address this issue than i will file both criminal complaint of deliberately cheating a customer as well as consumer complaint for not honouring warranty conditions. You can get this examined by any technical expert and if even a single one can say this is physical damage i will give return compensation to sony.

                      We are Sony customers from past 15 years, from the last one year I bought TV and Sound system Wich cost (84K and 39k) but the TV Wich I bought got frequently repairs, and now they are saying the display panel should get change which cost around 30k, it's really very disappointing that we are facing same prblm repeatedly and we are vexed with the service from Sony service center, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh Pin.515001.
                      Thank you in advance and hope I get my panel replacement with free of cost and plz solve the problem as soon as possible.

                        Self purchased home theater model bdv - n7200w two years back and was working very fine.
                        Ten days before, on connecting with internet, system asked to upgrade with new version.
                        After upgrading with firmware update m21. R.0180, the rear surround speakers have stopped working.

                        Even after visiting of sony service representative and paid for his vising charges the problem is not resolved.

                        There may be bug in the firmware update m21. R.0180.

                          I bought a sony xperia xa1 from singapore about 3 months back now the phone battery got dead it's speaker is not working... Then i bought a new battery without warranty as the sony service centre authority told me they can't do anything about that if the phone is brought from outside the country and they told they can't do anything about this issue and i got a worst service from their concerned authorities... Now the battery life is about 2-3 hours after changing the battery... I am having a serious of worst condition after using a sony product... If you can help me it will be grateful...!!!

                                Purchased sony led tv (Kdl-42w900b) on 10th september 2014. On 21st sept 2018, there was no display in the tv with red light blinking. Based on my complaint (Service request id[protected], sony technician came on 24th sept 2018 and confirmed that either mother board or panel has to be replaced. For this, they need to take the tv to service centre and it will take approximately a weeks' time. As per the technician, the estimated cost shall be approx. Rs. 10000/. It is really depressing to spend another 10k within a span of 4 years of purchase of tv, which costed me around rs 73000/- in 2014. I also understand that it is a perennial problem with sony led tvs and we never had such caution while purchasing the tv. I'm deeply disheartened as i generally purchase sony products for its longevity & quality assurance. However, this particular product which cost me about rs 73000/ is out of order with another investment of 10k within a span of about 4 years and who knows, it may continue in future also.

                                  I bought a sony bravia kdl-46w700a led tv in 2014 worth rs 85000. Since the last year 2016, i got an issue in the display panel. The sony authorized service centre said need to replace the display panel and it is costing around 32000.

                                  It is very shocking news. We don't want to compromise with the product quality that's why we are selecting a brand like sony.

                                    My name is monish, i bought sony experia xa1 on the month of october 2017,
                                    I got lot's of display issue from the phone so on the month of december i went to sony services center near rajajinagar bangalore,
                                    They told will intimate you when it came back from services it takes 10 days to come,
                                    After 6 days they call and told your phone has came you can come and collect,
                                    After i collect the phone only few days it's working good on the month of march 2018 again the same issue had came,
                                    I go again to the service center and again i claim the warranty and again they changed the display, this happen for me more than 3 times, so after i ask them to change the model or replace a new phone,
                                    Still now they are telling we are mailing them they are not reply for the mail,
                                    I call more than 10times to the customer care they are telling same reason,
                                    So is this the way you guys treat a customer, one month over i don't have my money is with you even phone is with you,
                                    What type of bloody services is this i neve ever seen like this type of service in my life, thoo such a # company is this,
                                    I will sue you for this i will go to the consumer court you have to give money and phone both bloody # company, doesn't even know how to take care of customer..

                                    I have sound system of sony but from 10 days some error is showing like push power.

                                    Also from last 10 days I m trying to contact on ur toll free no but always call was disconnected.
                                    Kindly solve my problem.

                                      They demand me send your axis bank statement from august 2018 to till date same can be provided in that they not found any amount credited on 1st of sept, 2018 after that they answering me successfully process is done by there payment gateway there are not hearing my query that payment is not credited they told that you should visit bank and claim your refund, so i filled dispute form and send to axis bank, airoili by courier on 22.09.2018. Snap shot copy of their acknowledgment is attached...

                                        Since my sony audio system was malfunctioning, i went to your balaji services, akota, vadodara and showed it to them. They accepted the same and told me that they would text me the repair charges after checking the system. On 12th morning, at 10.34 am, i got a message stating the amount for repair. Then they called me and asked me to send them an ok message if i was ok with the amount. I sent the same.
                                        Then the same day, around 1.31 pm, i received another message stating another amount, followed by a call saying that their first amount was erroneous. I said ok and also sent another ok message to them.
                                        Then again on 17th sep'18, i got a call from them saying that they need the cash memo for the system to carry out the repair.
                                        Not sure why your staff is asking for things from customer in instalments. Can they not ask at one go whatever is required to enable them to carry out the repair?
                                        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
