I purchased sony 43 inch 3d android tv 1 and half years back and now panel got damaged immediately without any reason. And sony is charging rs 24000 for that panel to get replaced. I thought that sony is the best brand available even though price is higher than the other brands. But u guys proved it wrong. I don't know why these cheap quality products are being delivered to customers like us who believed in sonys quality. Extremely disappointed with sony. Will not buy any sony products until u guys make a solution to this.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have taken Led Tv Sony Bravia Klv-32r202fIn[protected] on dated 17/10/2018 from Kedia Sales Amravati. But till dated 21/10/2018 no one came to me for the installation. So pl help otherwise i will return that Tv soon.

    Sir,
    I purchased the TV ( Model No. KLV - 43W662F & S. No. 3006889) last three month before and now TV screen is not clear.
    I log complaint and No. is 50765978 and techanician visited the complaint.
    He told the this is not covered under warranty and repair charge will be 20000/- after discount.

    Sir I purchased the TV on monthly installment and the repair charge is not affordable by me.

    I bought it in 2012 within warranty period 3 time panel replaced, after warranty period again flickering start now not able to view. Panel price is 17000. Sony should provide quality product.
    Waste of money
    I tried all the ways but not successed.
    Pls let me now which model should be buy like same

      My Xperia Z3 compact model D 5833; IMEI No: [protected] was given to authorised Sony service Centre @ Madonna Care Centre, Allen’s Cube, Paradise Road, Janatha Jn., Vyttila-682019, Cochin, Kerala Phone:[protected] on 10/07/2018 (Job. No.W[protected] dt. 10/07/2018 ) due to battery bulging and broken display. I paid Rs.12, 098/- vide NEFT to Run Services Infocare Pvt. Ltd. (on 21/07/2018) as per directions from above service centre. Till now, even after 3 months elapsed, I have neither received the repaired set nor old one and the money paid. In fact, within a month of purchase of the set, it started malfunctioning (touch screen was not working)and I had to give it for service five times. Some of the Job Nos. are (W[protected] dt.1/10/15; W[protected] dt. 21/12/2015; W[protected] dt.25/01/2016; W[protected] dt. 11/05/2016 etc) and latest job card & payment details attached. The mental agony due to the irresponsible attitude is tremendous.
      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      First of all, let me express my gratitude to the Consumer Complaints Team for taking up this issue [ID: 2124256].
      I received the mobile. No repair was done. In fact, more damage to the set was done such as the same has come as three separate pieces with the back cover totally damaged. It was unfair that when the set can not be repaired, giving back the same without rectifying the damage done by repairer. Anyway, at least the advance amount paid was also got back. The reason for non-repair was told as the set is outdated and no parts are available. I purchased the same three years back, in Aug., 2015, for a price of 30, 000/- and had to give for first repair (non-functioning of touch screen) within a month. Thereafter, four more times. The money spent after the warranty period, the mental agony suffered because of this set, who will compensate? Will "Sony" replace with another set or compensate the damage done?

        Why CID gone offair with no sense .CID is best show in history .It is longest running show completed 21 years . Sony is famous because of CID .why sony you are treating badly with CID .CID had completed 21years, no other show had reached mark as CID . You dont no how to respect longest running shows . CId had limka and many awards .dont end CID . You loosing a best show, world record show, longest running show, fans .people waching sony because of CID .If no CID then Sony .           My service request Id 50401144 dt 5/10/2018 this docket was made because our 32 inch bravio sony tv was defective which was purchased on 11/2013.your service engineer attended on 09/10/2018 after a long delay they have said that the display pannel is damaged we have paid the service engineer Rs300/-. They have said that further other executive will contact and they will inform us the further couse of action. But till date no personnal has contacted us for further action. please help us.

          they had asked to deposit Rs 9934/- through RTGS to Sony india account number on 31/10/2018 for replacement oof the tv by a new model asas the spare of old model is not available.we have done so on 01/11/2018 on 12/11 they asked to deposit another 708/- at there bank account we deposited the same on 13/11. But till now our tv has not been replaced total days spend 41 days

            I have purchased sony 40hx850 which is a 3d tv. We have used it very less. Even after that display panel got complaint.
            When i visited service center, they simply said that panels are out of stock and this model is stopped. And they started offering me 25% over new tv.
            Why would i buy sony product again.
            I want my tv to be replaced with new tv.

                complaint against irresponsible behavior of sony customer care representatives

                I’m writing this letter with great disappointment and to bring to your attention a few things. On 20th august 2017 i purchased 40" sony led (40w672e) from bismi appliances, calicut. After 7 months i started noticing a complaint on the display screen.

                Mysel[censored]day d. Nayak handed over my digital video camera (Model no. Hdr-cx150e/bc e37) to core tech service sony authorised service centre, g-14 deepa plaza ground floor, m g road, karnataka, mangalore 575003 on[protected] for a minor repair. It was functioning properly. There was no problem to use it. Only the date and time were not saving. Then after about one month it was told that while repairing zoom button is broken. According to me it has happened due to carelessness of the technician who handled my camera. When i handed over the camera in the reception counter, the same technician did not fix the battery of my camera properly. At that time only i understood that the technician is not a skilled one. According to me due to mishandling of the camera zoom button has got damaged. So it is the responsibility of the technician or the company to repair my camera and return it. But in your service centre in mangalore they do not have any responsibility. They have kept quite. Not informing me anything. The head of that centre so called manager do not know anything about this issue. As on today since 1 year 2 months 20 days as on 20th oct 2018my camera is in sony service centre. It has lead to so many inconveniences and losses for me.
                So either company or the technician who handled camera has to pay me the cost of camera rs. 29700 + loss and fir the inconveniences caused rs. 10000, a total of rs.39700 is to be paid to me. Since camera is used for 8 years, some amount can be deducted from the cost of the camera.

Nayak has been struggling to get my handy cam repaired from your service centres in Mangalore .I handed over my Digital Video Camera ( Model No. HDR-CX150E/BC E37 ) to Core Tech Service, Sony Authorised Service Centre, G-14 Deepa Plaza Ground Floor, M G Road, Karnataka, Mangalore 575003 on[protected] for a minor repair. It was functioning properly . There was no problem to use it. Only the date and time were not saving . Then after about one month it was told that while repairing zoom button is broken. According to me it has happened due to carelessness of the technician who handled my camera. When I handed over the camera in the reception counter, the same technician did not fix the battery of my camera properly. At that time only I understood that the technician is not a skilled one. According to me due to mishandling of the camera zoom button got damaged. So it is the responsibility of the technician or the company to repair my camera and return it. But in your service centre in Mangalore i.e in CORETECH Service centre (which does not exist i.e not at all functioning ) they do not have any responsibility. They have kept quite . Not informing me anything . The head of that centre so called Manager do not know anything about this issue .As on today since 7months 17 days my camera is in your service centre(here and there in between it was given to me after collecting back the job sheet and without repairing it i.e. 100 percent repairwas not there) . It has lead to so many inconveniences and losses for me .
                So far I might have called to your call centre people on Toll free number . Every time a new call centre person used to attend the phone call and used to ask so many questions but no body properly promptly tried to solve my problem. Last week one lady from your customer care centre made a call to me and informed me that my handy cam is repaired and she asked me to collect it. But when I went and asked manager of Abhinav Enterprises told that it is not repaired and no directions from company.
                I have sent detailed e-mail and no body might have referred it or no body might have read it patiently.
                In the last week of February I was called by the technician of already closed Core Tech Sony Service centre and told me to collect my handy cam as early as possible . I went and collected camera. When I came home and operated my camera, audio was not functioning. The technician has to explain about the conditions of my camera. But he did not explain anything, he was busy in dismantling the things for closing that service centre. He just told camera is repaired and gave it to me and collected Rs. 1200 from me and collected my job card also but did not give me any receipt. He told that bill /receipt will be sent to my home but so far no receipt has been sent. I made a call to that person and he told me to give it for further repair in Abhinav Enterprises, Mangalore. So I gave my camera for repair in Abhinav enterprises and explained all the things and finally told I will not pay single NP for repair. So the manager of Abhinav enterprises gave me a manual job sheet .Later it was sent to Bangalore for repair and after about one month once again I received my camera and at that time I operated camera in the service centre only and showed the defect to the. manager also. Now the defect was camera failed to recognise USB. Once again handy cam was not repaired in full. Only partial repair was done.
                Now again more than one month over I have been making calls to your customer service centre so many times but no solution. If my handy cam is not repaired in full and if I do not get it for use I will book a complaint in consumer court or Forum.
                Kindly try to settle the issue as early as possible.
                Already I have sent all the particulars of my camera. But for your perusal once again I am sending all the particulars. Kindly download the attachments .

When i handed over the camera in the reception counter, the same technician did not fix the battery of my camera properly. At that time only i understood that the technician is not a skilled one. According to me due to mishandling of the camera zoom button got damaged. So it is the responsibility of the technician or the company to repair my camera and return it. But in sony service centre in mangalore they do not have any responsibility. They have kept quite. Not informing me anything. The head of that centre so called manager (Caretech service centre) do not know anything about this issue. As on today since 1 year 2 months 17 days my camera is in their service centre. It has lead to so many inconveniences and losses for me.
                  Now camera is in abhinav enterprises. According to me camera is spoiled by tecnician and hence either sony company has to some how repair it and give me or to replace it or to refund the cost of it.

                      i contact to ur Delaer IN Hoshangabd i.e Mahesh TV center Itwara Bazar Hoshangabad .they will give number of local service provider at the place o[censored]r service center

                      local service provider said ur mother board is not working properly . at take 6000/- rs for repair . but till the date there problem is same,

                      yesterday again i meet ur local delear and told about my problem he gave me another local services provider number and siad forget it " jo ho gay so ho gaya"

                      i told pls give me sony service provider number

                      i[censored] are take not proper action, sorry to say i will take legal action on your delaer & his service provider

The local dealer has also checked but could not solve the problem. That my netflix & youtube gets hang there is some error. Please revert back to me as soon as possible. The speed of my internet is 50mbps. So there is no problem in connectivity. Please solve my problem.

                        Within 14 months of purchase the black lines started appearing and now the screen is full of lines. I thought i made the best choice to buy sony bravia led tv, but this is the biggest mistake made by me. I wont recommend anyone to buy sony tv even in the worst case. No guarantee at all. Sony has a name in the market which they will definitely lose because of this poor quality tv products. Mine is a 48 inch tv and to change the panel, they say it costs me another 30-35 k more which sounds really absurd.

                            I saw Old episode of yudkbh also today this is very magical and interesting to see in delhi track, puja didi shadi track, school track, college track, mount abu track that all track is so graceful abd i think our show has lost somewhere abd we have to bring back our show.

                              I really feel flustrated and extremely upset about a problem which has just started appearing in my Sony Bravia TV.

                              Problem - I get black vertical line on the screen. Called customer care and created a ticket. Technican said to replace it takes 29K.
                              I purchased for 75k rupees on TV. Why so soon the TV giving me problem i am using stablizer so no powe flucation can happen. I went for a trusted brand only so that I can have hassle free experience with it... Sony shattered all my faith...

                              Is this sony the best ? not at all .. do we have solution for this problem.. ??

                              Poor quality TV.. they are selling with brand.. i request to give some fix for this problem

                                Dear sir/madam
                                I purchased a tv & one home theater system on 18.09.18. After several complaint, your installation person came on 14.10.18 the day of my griho probesh puja in the evening. He fixed the tv & home theater system in a wrong way. When i came in the room and saw the mistake, i called mr. Tanmay das, he started telling very bad language and said that why i was not there when he was installing those things. When i told him that he should call me when he was installing those thing.in reply he said i will not do any thing and also said that "you can do what ever you want including complain in my name". During discussion he used many bad words which i can not pronounce. Also please ask him why he has taken rs. 300/- from my son, who stays at pune and has come to kolkata to attend griho probes puja.
                                Please look into the matter so that the person can rectify himself in future to stop repetition.

                                  I purchased this tv on 2015 @ rs.80000 & the warranty was only for 1 year. Is been 3 years & i have faced the issue as my tv is not responding properly. After switching on the tv the word sony comes & it shows blank. Sony engineer did some inspection & informed to replace the motherboard with the cost of rs.28000. Invoice attached file sent by sony. Is this the actual cost or just trying to fool the consumers to bag good money from them?

                                    I had recently purchased sony playstation 4 pro and a sony bravia x70f series 4k television, i was assured that the tv will support the optimal 4k resolution that the ps4 pro requires. However when i try to start a game, it specifically mentions that although the tv can support the 4k resolution however currently only 2k will be supported and to activate the 4k feature, change the settings of the same from the tv, after trying to follow all the instructions available online on sony’s website regarding the same, i was not able to overcome the issue. I then called the customer care support and intimidated them about the issue. I was convinced by the representatative that i would get a call back from technical team within an hour. A day has elapsed without any development on that front. I spent my hard earned money, just to feel cheated and misguided by the represtatives of the customer support. Entire expense amounted to ₹1 lakh (Approx) and the service i’m getting is not aligned to that effect i feel. I’m deeply hurt and feel victim of consumerism. Wherein i was sold a product and then made to feel stupid about the whole issue when it came to after sales service.
