Sony refused free demo & installation for paytm mall purchase, if hdmi arc tv not there then you wont get true hd sound - just using coaxial to get sound - please check before purchase, while contact sony, just repeating get details from paytm, i lodged issue with paytm mall but still query not attended. True hd will get only from hdmi in & out of home theatre....

Harassment by sony india (Service centre - hathibarkala, dehradun, uttrakhand, 248001).
Suddenly the led tv went out of order while running normally and on calling serv.
