I had purchased sony wd led tv on 08/10/2016 at fair deal arcade, nagpur maharashtra. I have lodge the complaint regarding "video is not coming in my tv only colour bars appears on the scree.

In my tax invoice 2+2 years of warranty is mentioned, but at service center of sony nagpur is telling that rectification will cost approx 6000/- and to be paid by you.

    I Purchase Sony Led on dated 05/08/2016 (MODEL NO KLV-32R412D) & after one & half year it is not working so I call sony customer care on dated 05/07/18 which SERVICE REQUEST ID no 48437452 and engineer come at my home & checked, he said panel is not working & not in warranty, he tell me estimated cost around 10300/- and says you can repair anywhere and I can not afford this cost and he give me also offer for repair in half rate (not disclose in company) but I am not trust & not accept this deal and I saw the led in other engineer after some time I tell the panel problem to dealer then dealer call to service center (Prachi Service Center- Bulandshahr) & discuss about warranty then after some time a phone come from service center he say that your led will be repair free of cost, next day on dated 20/07/2018 second time same Engineer (SUNIL SAGAR) come at my home & he say your led not repair & his attitude is not good . Form first time engineer misguide me & not tell about that I can repair led in free of cost when he give all detail to service center .

    Regarding this I wrote above mail to sony (mail id :- sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com) on dated 22/08/18.

    And as per below revert sony mail, led may be repair if I not saw led outside engineer & this circumstance will be happen only company engineer misguide but sony not accept this & do only favour of engineer & service center & not think about my side. & AFTER FEW MAIL SONY NOTE RESPOND MY MAIL & NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM .

    We understand your concern towards your Sony BRAVIA TV.

    We received your aforementioned handset at our Authorized Service Centre - M/S Prachi electronics on 20th July 2018 vide Job number J81801538 for the symptom “No Picture”. On inspection, engineer observed that the set is attempted for service by agencies outside our authorized service network and display panel found defective. We found definite evidence of it. Once a product is attempted for service outside our authorized service network, warranty becomes void. Not only for that particular job, but forever.

    Therefore, the initial service estimate of Rs.10, 360/- was informed to you by Service Centre. This estimate is prepared solely on preliminary investigation of the set. The spare parts charged are on current prices and subject to change.

    This case has been discussed with the management.

    We would request you to approve the initial estimate so that necessary service action can be carried ahead.

    As per your statement “Once a product is attempted for service outside our authorized service network, warranty becomes void” I agree but you can not find this what circumstance that this situation happened . As per your rules First time I call the service center & engineer tell the panel is not work & out of warranty (cost is 10360/-) then everybody try to other option .

    I do understand that we had examined our set outside but you know the
    reason behind it . If your technicians are misguiding your valuable
    customers for just small amount of personal benefit so how can we
    trust on brand like SONY.

    First you please educate and make happy ( in terms of money) your
    technicians so that they will not misguide customer for just small
    amount for their personal benefit.

    Anyways now the situation is very much clear to you also on the other
    hand i have already spent Rs 5000 ( wrong guidance by your people) on
    this TV set . Now i don't want to spend much as my pocket is not
    allowing this much of expense . So pls talk to your seniors or concern
    authorities where you can offer some best charges for repairing this
    set .

    Sony company not resolve my complaint as per sony rules first time I call the company engineer but he misguide me & not give the right information to customer after that anybody take this action but company not understand customer problem & company save only engineer & service center. POINT TO BE NOTED:- (1) First time when Sony engineer come to visit dated 05/07/18 then led open first time . (2) As per Sony mail led can be repair if led not open outside. (3) Led open only the Sony engineer misguide (not give proper information) (4) Sony company do favor only engineer & service center. (5) Sony company not understand the value of customer (6) Communication mail id is :- [email protected] (7) After 2-3 mail Sony not give my mail reply (8) Sony only give the point led not repair because led open outside but this mistake only company misguide. (9) This is not good for company goodwill. (10) Sony not favor of customer so after that I do the complaint the consumer court & I understand that it give right decision in my favor.

      I had purchased MHC-V71D from Croma Retail South Ex on 19th Aug 2018, Invoice number SLA[protected]. Serial Number of the product is S[protected]D
      I had hardly used it for 5-6 hours and it is showing PROTECT3 error. I had called customer care 4 days back and complaint number was 49730106. It was attended today morning and the engineer found some problem in motherboard. I am shocked to see the quality of such an expensive speaker that it got damaged after using for just 5-6 hours. I am expecting not to repair it and get it replaced from company. Need your urgent attention on above matter.

        I gave my phone for them to change the display when i gave everything was ok and they even check it the display that is broken and no damage to the other parts of the phone. When i received my phone back i am having problems with sim recognition problem and more over they have sent the back and side panel of the phone. They are then blaming it on me when i went to the server centre please do the needful or i'll have to file a complaint in the consumer court regarding the damge done to my product

          Sir i see a advertising on olx so i interested in mobile redmi note 5 pro.
          A manjeet singh named person give his phone no. And asked about payment.
          He say that u will pay half money first and another after delivery
          I am payed 5000 for this phone

          After 3 hours he say that"u pay full amount for this phone otherwise we not dispath the courior.
          I[censored] not done i will refund"
          He is not refund my money i belive on army dress so i am payed
          After this i hate indian army

            I had bought Sony Bravia television before 3 month. Since after 2 month technical issues started. Firstly, a minor issue of volume started. Afterwards it's not even switching on. I had contacted customer care so many times n had complaint about the issue but they are not responding anything. I had trusted the company n purchased best television but I'm disappointed. I request u to replace the television as soon as possible n it's still in warranty period.

            I have registered a complaint vide request id 49317363 dated 16.8.2018 for serving of my LED smart tv and then after no response from customer service i again called customer care But till date no technician has visited my place for serving.

              Dear sir, we have purchased sony klv 48w562d sl no 4018315 on 9/10/2016 for rs.59, 000/. Just after completing 1 yr, a vertical lines are started appearing on screen. We have complained this where we have purchased t. V. The dealer get it repaired from sony centre hubli and collected service charges rs.1416/- by saying that they have replaced a panel on 30/04/2018. The t. V panel was in under warranty still they have collected charges. After 15 days of repair the same problem started again, the t. V dealer collected the t. V and submitted to hubli service centre. Their they kept t. V with them for 3 months and now telling that mother board is having problem n need to replace it n for that we have to pay rs.10, 000/-. This is really surprised to us that such a big n reputed company very famous for quality products manufacturing, how they can supply such low quality mother board product to customer for big amount. I kindly request you to replace our product and keep our belief on product n service of the company. And encourage us to purchase some other products of the same company. I hope your good office will resolve our issue very soon as we are unable to invest more on same product.

                I bought sony android tv 2 months ago, but there is a problem with the panel and horizontal line also appears, the screen is also flickering.

                *sony service is very bad and the bhopal sony service center also does not help.

                Don't buy any sony lcd tv, they provide the worst service. I recently bought a led tv and started to face problem within 60 days.

                Now i am running behind service and customer care to get it replaced.

                "sony products are designed to have adequate ruggedness and undergo very stringent quality control while being manufactured. However, failure may happen in the product in the course of time, and this is the reason why, we offer one year free of service to our customers.

                We would like to state here that responsibility of basic maintenance and protection of the product lies with the customer.

                As per the warranty terms and conditions, request your kind support and co-operation in allowing us to repair the product."

                  I purchased a sony home theater and as registered for a installation & demo sony technician came and advised that sony home theater speaker wire is not good enough quality to pull inside the pipe and told to pull another cable inside the pipe. I asked him the if he cut the wire of speakers the warranty will void and quality will reduce and sony technician answered warranty will remains same and no quality issues also mentioned that sony procedure is to cut the cable on both ends and joint with insulation tapes that sony company train the technician and the procedure. After installed and demo i called to customer care and they informed me that warranty will void and quality will be reduced due to joint of cable. Now when i am contacted sony they are not responding properly.

                    This is to inform that myself Arup Ratan Chaudhuri reside at Narua panchanantala Chandannagar Hooghly, have a better experience about dony customer care service. I am sorry to say that this type of bad experience I gave never seen before.
                    On 11th Aug 2018 I made a complain to your customer service about my Sony LED Tv problem. On 16th Aug your one representative came and check my LED tv and he was telling that your TV has got panel problem, panel broken etc.
                    I am staying in out of station because I am working in a bank. Then he telling me for panel problem you have to pay Rs 4000 for advance for change your panel.
                    After that nobody calling for your customer care point to know what is the status.
                    After few days I call to your customers care for knowing the status. One guy Mr Sukanta telling me your Panel is out of market and company provide you a exchange offer for you and you have to Rs.16870 for new LED 32 inch. Then I will telling him I have already pay Rs 4000 so should I pay remain of the money. He said it is not possible. You have to pay Rs.16870. Then I will refund your money on that time when we deliver the same and you have to buy one insurance of Rs.2500 and Rs. 700 for transportation extra .Then I refuse the offer but till date I am not refund my money which I already paid on 16th Aug.
                    Now let me know this kind of service is not expect from a such reputed company like Sony.
                    My LED tv is under 5 yrs warranty then why should I pay this huge amount?
                    I think if you are in customer service then customer have an expectation to give a call ? I have already 65 to 67 call for this complaint.

                      Dish TV is deliberately creeping in disturbances in Sony TV channels. We have this compliant for a very long time and has been raising the issue to Dish TV but without resolution. They ask for money to rectify the same. Once when we complained, they set it right but only for a day.

                        Repeated message o[censored]pdation of Applications since last 4 days, as taken assistance from technical staff had asked for updation, then also TV has not yet started.

                        Today technician visited but he too was helpless. Is this the standard of Sony technical services.

                        Till now no positive response from customer care.

                        Feeling helpless .

                        Thinking purchased wrong product.

                          I bought a sony laptop about 5 years ago. Recently the screw of the base panel is broken along with the panel. When i inquired bout repairing it in the authorized service center, i was told that the base panel and keypad are no more being manufactured. It is a very bad experience with sony. Though the production of laptops has been stopped, the company should be able to produce accessories to support the customers who have bought their products.
                          Din't expect this from a giant company like "sony".
                          I regret for buying sony products.

                            It's been around 2 weeks while i have submitted my mobile phone but still i haven't received my phone or any details regarding it and also i had to travel all the for the service center as well as the service center which is near by to my place has stopped offering these services how can i trust this company where in i can't have my one product bac

                            Seems to be a typical problem. In every minute or so the screen immediately goes to the main menu with a very ackward sound.

                              Recently i had buyer this new phone sony xperia r1 plus i can't work simultaneously on this mobile its power off automatically and turn on it own self since day one this problem is occurring i've showed to the service centre too but the issue isn't sorted out and my mobile is in warranty i hope this issue may got sort out... And even handset was not working properly the mike is also not working..

                                Just 3 yrs before purchased this tv with cost of rs 37000. Now picture tube has failed. This is main component of tv.
                                Then what is the standard of sony named product?

                                As a lower middle class like me, how it is possible to pay again rs. 12, 154 / with in 3 yrs.. Already emi is going for personal loan taken for purchasing this tv.
                                How such lower middle class people would help sony with this kind of issue.

                                Could you please help me to reduce the estimation amount as it is huge amount from my financial situation.

                                  Hi,
                                  I bought one 43 inches led tv, sony bravia model: kd 43 x7002e on 19.5.2018 from the outlet of reliance trend's, at badamtala more on g. T. Road, burdwan, west bengal, pin code:713101. Installed on 22.5.2018 with a normal set top box. The picture quality was awesome. But in the first week of august 2018 suddenly the tv started to turn off and on frequently automatically. We informed this to sony service centre through reliance trend's. The service men came and detected that was in the pannell and told us that the damaged part would be received by them from the company within 7 days and they will repair it at our house. On 8th day, over telephone they informed us that the part has arrived. They came to our house took the tv to their centre and repairing brought it back in the evening the same day. Since then we are very much disappointed with the picture quality of my tv and totally sad. We have already informed it to the service centre. Now please suggest me what to do?

                                    Hope you are doing great!!
                                    I am krishna vamsi. I have bought sony xperia xa1 on september 2017. I like sony xperia models it is good. The display touch is not working properly. I have given my mobile to run services pvt ltd hyderabad. The service team has changed the display 2 times. The same issue was occurred 2 times. After changing with in 20 days the issue was again raised. The service team was not repaired properly. I said couple of times please check properly but they not done seriously. At present the touch was not working at right side of the display. Could you please understand my situation and solve my issue.

                                      2017 may me sony xperia xa1 series 19500 me liya aur lene ke 1mahine ke andar usme touch problem shuru ho gaya.

                                      May 2018. Tak 3-4 bar care centre par jama kiya aur bar - bar same problem bhi bataya aur unhone bhi ye mana ki sir is set me problem a rahi hai jin - jin customer ne ye set liya hai so to maine kaha abhi under warranty hai to company me mail kar mera set replace karwa dijiye. Lekin unhone ye karne se mana kar diya aur main is ghatiya company ka product le kar care centre ke chakkar laga raha hu.

                                        Sony bravia kd 43x75e 4k android tv which is in warranty and around 6 months please listen the story in last six months

                                        First : displaying white spots on screen and it incresed daily they agreed and replace new tv

                                        Second :dust ingress in panel some whited patches were coming on screen and i made complaint of this to service centre they came and change new panel on the same time and same day

                                        There are big dots observed inside the panel of the tv, hence called a technician provided by customer care, he visited and take photos. He sent the photos to technician, as per him those dots are of dust ingress in the tv panel. Engineer came to check the led and found there is penal problem

                                        This is the manufacturing defect in the tv as it must be leak-proof to prevent the ingress of the dust inside the panel. Hence i request the tv manufacturer to replace my tv as i have purchased for 6 months only.

                                        Don't understand how such an expensive brand can deliver such untrustworthy products.

                                        Sir we believe in sony care so we are respectfully asking please replace the led tv with new one please believe our situation iam a. Common man and please enquire my situation then take a decision sir please replace led tv me and my family's thank full to sony
