I Wadke Atul residing at Thane Maharashtra purchased sony bravia model no.KDL43W800D Serial no. 8538791 on 08th October 2016 and within almost 23 months, we are facing some technical issue in the tv because of which the display panel is not proper. The complaint number is — J82049302. The tv is not at all functioning. Spending almost half the amount of the purchasing price of the tv for repairing it within 2 years is unacceptable. The technical body of sony tv should not be poor to cost us so much. We purchased the doubly expensive sony tv so that we don’t have any issues in future. But within 2 years, the tv has shut down. This is very disappointing.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and help us with some reasonable solutions.

    I t anna reddy chinnappanna halli marathalli, bangalore.
    I am the fan of sony tv product from past 20 years and hence, i updated with new latest android tv model kdl w800d from your (Adiswara) show room, bangalore. Suggested to my friends also to buy the same. But latest technology given me bad experience.

    I bought tv on 10 jul 2016. All relevant documents are attached.

    The immediate warranty expiring date next month i. E sep 2017, the panel problem was occurred which i lodged complaint and done thru sony technician by paying rupees 4000/.

    Last week on 12 aug 2018 again there was an issue with screen which was showing vertical lines on the screen. Lodged complaint and technician visited the home. He told that the entire panel need to be replaced.
    The panel cost around mentioned around rs 28000/.

    After buying product within 2 years if i have to pay 50% of tv cost value for repairing.

    Then what is the trustworthy of the product buying from your show room as well as company.

    Now days we hardly use the tv. We maximum use hand mobile for everything. Still we are facing problem being a new product

    In view of the above issues i would request u to provide me the solution by replacing the new one with viable.

      We purchased sony bravia kdl43w800d model on 13th november 2016 and within almost 18 months, we are facing some technical issue in the tv because of which the display is not proper. The complaint number is — 49231390. The tv is not at all functioning. The service person from sony tv who checked our tv has told the amount to repair the tv is 22000.
      Spending almost half the amount of the purchasing price of the tv for repairing it within 2 years is unacceptable. The technical body of sonytv should not be poor to cost us so much. We purchased the doubly expensive sonytv so that we dont have any issues in future. But within 2 years, the tv has shut down. This is very disappointing.
      Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and help us with some reasonable solutions.

        We purchased sony bravia hx 45 smart tv before 7year that time you tube was came after update software online its automatically removed. Now that told your tv is old so it's will not work. That's means you have to purchase every year new tv and old one will scrap. So there is no meaning to purchase sony tv. Because that cheat us. Beware of dogs and sony.

We expected long term usage of product without any complaints . This is least expected from reputed brand like Sony. So we request replacement of product.

          I had purchased at tv model sony led klv40r452a in 2014. Now i am facing the problem it is not working, i had called the sony service center for same and the technician has found that the motherboard is damaged which is not repairable. Also he has told that new motherboard wont be available as this model production is been discontinued.

          I need your advice for the same, because investing such a huge amount getting the product issue in just less than 4 years of terms and those which are not repairable.

            I raised a request for installation of sony home theater iv 300 on 18 aug 2018 with request i'd 49383937. Still technician/engineer not attended this call. I am disappointed for the delay.. Actually they told within 48 hours it will comlete. Please do the needful as soon as possible. They are assigned to rayalaseema enterprises with phone no[protected], this phone number not working at anytime. I am not expecting from sony like this. I am expecting more from sony india. Thanking you.

              Sir,

              I have purchased sony head set model - mdrzx310apbce on 16.8.2017 through flipcart and delivered the item on 18.8.2017. the item was not working for the last one month . on 15.8.2017, i noticed that the warranty is geting expired and immediatily i informed to sony site through online that the item is not working. alternatily i reported to flipcart to register my complaint. due natural calamety at kerala, eranakulam and muvattupuzha has flooded with rain water and sony service centere was not opened to submit the item. on 21.8.2018 i have submitted the item to sony service centre at eranakulam ( madona care centre vide sevice job sheet no j82091217 dated 21.8.2018 with my request. they have mentioned that the item is out of warranty. please help me to resolve the issue considering the natural calamety happened at kerala and my timily intimation on 15.8.2018 through online to flipcart and sony site.

                I have sony bravia 43w800d model and i have already replaced the panel under warranty after 1 year now on the second year again the another problem arise of panel this time two vertical lines appeared in the screen so i think that sony company gives promise to the customer at the time of purchase that you have to replace panel every year and when you bore throw it...

                  I have purchased a 42"smart tv (Model no. Kdl-42w700b model, sr no. 3288981) from auth. Shop. Till date, mostly we are buying sony products. For office furniture/tv, brand approval was given for sony product in the recent past.

                  Above tv (42") was used only for approx. 500 hrs.in last 3-4 yrs. On 16th augus̤t 2018, display problem occurred & checked by sony auth person. During inspection, it has been observed that tv is made of malaysia. Display unit is made of china. White band/bands observed and reported as defective by sony auth. Person & to be replaced with new one (Apprx. Repair cost rs 23000.00). Complain id is 49350806.

                  Based above & recent feed back from my official colleagues/friends, it seems that now sony has started using sub-standard spares/materials in tvs. Display unit problem just in 500 working hrs in 3-4 years is serious concern. Using chïnease sub standard spares with short service life by reputed sony company is very surprising. Based above, we may not use sony product in future both for home as well office. We may put sony tv on holiday/blacklist product, if due response is not received.

                  Ther̥̄efore, pl look into the matter & resolve the same (Free replacement/discounted replacement).

                    Hi,

                    I am ishika i gave my laptop for repairing on 14 oct 2017. Job no - j73254773. I gave half payment also. They told that my laptop can not repaired because one part of laptop is not manufacturing so asked bill. I gave bill on 17 january. Again on 17 april, again they told that they missed it so, i sent again on 12 june. Since that time i am asking for altrernative solution but they are not giving solution. Whenever i call to customer service they used to say that we do not have any update regarding that and we will send a mail to service provider so that i can get alternative solution. But did not get any response. Since long time i am waiting for resolution but nothing is happing. It's about 9 month but still my laptop is in service center.

                    Therefore kindly look on this matter as soon as possible.

                      I had bought a sony klv-32r302e in5 tv in the month of july 2018.

                      The tv suddenly went dead on 2nd aug 2018, i logged a call on 3rd aug 2018. My complaint number being[protected].
                      A technician was sent out on same day for inspection.
                      He informed that the panel was dead and the tv has to be taken to the service center. Alternatively he had put a sticker on the tv and the tv was taken on 4th aug 2018 by an individual from the service centre.
                      My job sheet no is - j81946851.

                      My request id is assigned to dynamis trade & services pvt ltd. They informed it will take 7 working days before i get it back.

                      After 7 days i tried to contact them on numerous occasion but in vain and there is no response. This is an absolute ridiculous service which is not only affecting the customers and also shattering the brand image. Do something immediately and return my tv

                        I was submitted mobile for repairing on date 01/Aug/2018, he told 6-7 days he will repair in 6-7 days and also taken 2000 advance for repairing.But today 17 days over but no progress and also not confirm how many days it will take.
                        Please find attached slip and confirm, is it possible to repair or not because i can not wait more.

                          This is regarding job no j81878797, i called up siny toll free number their executives making false commitments that they would update me un 2 days but there is no response. On cakling up service center i learnt that spare part not getting dispatched by badar pur ware house of sony. It is absolutely nonse product hx800 where siny itself helpless to serve customer, i am sitting without my set for last 13 days and still they do not have any updates. I purchased this tv in year 2012 and till date it has gone bad twice. I have other tv's giving ne better performance and have not gone bad. I escalated concern to md. Mr sunil nayyar but he does not have time to look into customer concern. This company should be thrown out from india if they do not care about their customer.

                            I have brought a sony bravia television which is around 5-6 years old. My tv was working good with no issue and now there was problem in my panel which the service centre technician have come and check. After that i get a called from service centre that the part is not available and we can do nothing for you. The reply was in a rude voice and they did not take the matter seriously and behave in a very bad way. Though i have already mailed to them but there was no such satisfied reply came.

                              How a brand like sony can be so non-committed for the last 2months when they promised a football worth inr 1599 for purchasing 40w672e 40” led before starting of world cup. It’s a sheer shame that worldcup end 1 month back & now sony is offering a football worth half of the committed price & that’s too of an inferior quality. Where’s the credibility of the brand sony.                                 I had purchased sony led 3d tv it’s been 3years 9months. I had seen some linings on led. So i had complained for it. So service engineer came and checked and told me that panel is damaged. I have paid 10000 rs advance (Total display cost 27000rs) they took 3 weeks and they told me that company had stopped to create panel for this model. It just 3years 9 months old company stop to create panel's that's not my concern. However tv is not under warranty am ready to pay for new part replacement. And they told me that "you have to purchase new led with 25% discount". This is totally wrong thing. Just for a panel to buy a new led tv that is totally worst thing. This is not fair-minded to customers. I am ready to pay panel charge (27000 rs) company should replace my led panel.
                                In case of same issue with new tv after 3 years if no part available to replace what is the use of buying tv from sony.

                                  By assigning the query to service center is not helping out the purpose. Regarding the complaint no – 49054371, i have explained the customer assistance executive regarding my problem, she told me that explain your problem on mail id she provided. But rather providing any solution simply transfer to service center and they call me on explain the problem of dust inside the screen they told me to bring my set to service center as usual which i was doing from last three years. They clean the same by charging the service fee 1000 /- rs with out removing the problem from the root. I was yet not able to know the company service towards the customer. I was just fed up with the useless communication from the sony customer cell without giving any proper solution. Now i am looking for the higher authority in sony and going to lodge a complaint in consumer court regarding the harassment from the company with out solving my problem. Rather providing useless solutions.

                                  I have purchase sony tv model no – klv – 32r402a, s. N. 5404472, on 31 st oct – 2013 from haldwani uttrakhand. I have started facing problem of dust particle accumulation after three years from the date of purchase. The dust was cleaned with a regular interval of after every year since than from led screen of tv by taking the set to service center. It was assured me when i take the tv to service center that the dust will not accumulate further after attending the complaint at service center. But i was just fed up with buying of sony tv that the problem is getting repeated with a span of 10-12 months since than and i was paying the rs 800 – 900 every time to service center with out being resolved the problem from root. I have just get cleaned the dust in sept 2017 last year but again the dust appear inside the led screen. The problem is getting aggravated since i just take the tv at service center first.
                                  Can you provide me the permanent solution for that problem so i get relived from that problem. Now my perception is that sony just making fool to people by lunching the defective models in the market and providing

                                    Since 31.07.18 i have given my sony ledtv 40ex430 for repair display not working at your dealer parshwa service vadodara gujarat india but still not repair till date and just commiting date after dated. No any response from your service center. Some times they says part is already and dispatched from singapore and some times they says part still awaiting for dispatch. I have already mail regarding the same to customer care mail id sven from there i not get any reply except auto generated mail. I need strong action from your side any hope it gets repair as soon as possible. Also i have talk to your toll free no and one of your employee insist to raise the mail through service center as this part is obsolete and i need to replace my tv. I don't understsnd what to do with such issue. I am really very disappointed with your services and product. I hope u take it seriously and do needful as soon as possible

                                      Today the 12th august 2018, with a budget of inr rs 75000/-
                                      I went around hoping to buy a decent audio/dj system as recommended by my colleague. But the sales person/executive in the store raddission mall sector 13 dwarka/ croma, were least interested to sell your sony product.
                                      I left the mall/store on a very bad experience telling them that, "
                                      " you have just lost a customer in times of recession."
                                      # you, customer is the king and i have a variety of similar product to choose from
                                      I am thinking of doling out surplus in hard times
                                      If your sales person lack enthusiasm to sell the product

                                        No audio from any these 4k contents, & also no audio from any (. Mkv) contents i a lodge complain for the same &
                                        Instead of taking action for it, service center is demanding proof,
                                        After that they are saying to approach to customer care, customer care
                                        Is transferring the case to service center.
                                        No one is taking responsibility for the same. What should i do???
