I was submitted mobile for repairing on date 01/Aug/2018, he told 6-7 days he will repair in 6-7 days and also taken 2000 advance for repairing.But today 17 days over but no progress and also not confirm how many days it will take.
Please find attached slip and confirm, is it possible to repair or not because i can not wait more.
if possible you should take action against this worst service....

There are a shop in hissar auto market, he gives duplicate items of sony, in packing of original boxes. Is there action from yours team or panel members. He sails duplicate items and many more accesreys to coustemers. He takes money of original markas but his items are unathorised and illegal parts. He packs duplicate parts in original boxes. Note:- sony didnt allow any other duplicate part in tv and sonly also refuse to proved there orignal part in that case no one can ready to fix your tv

We buy sony t. V in september 2017 in srikakulam sony showroom. After 3 months we found some dust particles inside the t. V corners and top of the t. V. We give a complaint so they came and open the panel and cleaned the dust particles. After 2 months the t. V starts blinking for 2 sec it just stops the picture and on for daily 3 to 4 times. We don't know what happened nearly 10 months completed of buying. Please fix the problem...
