My uncle brought a ps4 for me 2 years back from usa and it being a gift he did not give me a bill, obviously now after 2 years my ps4 just won't start and i went to their service centre to get it repaired and i obviously did not have my bill so they refused to even replace it.. What kind of a blatant disregard do the people of sony india has for its customers? I was seriously pissed off and tried to register a complain on call and they refused to do so..
I should have brought the xbox one x

    We have purchased Sony blue Ray homethetare which is on warranty period but still Sony is not provided the new system in the warranty period we have 12 months warranty 3 month has gone hope so my system is not working properly and we don't want repair we need replacement only I am requesting you to please arrange the new system asap due to we are facing problems from 1st day

      Greetings for the day.
      The reason i am writing this email is that i am very disappointed with the Sony Bravia Tv .
      I have never been a fanatic of 'Branded' TV brands let alone SONY. However my wife was persistent that we buy SONY BRAVIA for she believed that SONY is a top-Quality TV maker and
      has more life.
      After much deliberation/ arguments we finally bought SONY BRAVIA KLV-48W562D for Rs 68000 (Attached is the product information slip) in AUG 2016 .
      The TV after being placed on the wall Mount by Sony Service center personal, it was never moved, not even the plastic covering was removed.

      Fast forward September 2018 we started seeing gradient lines appearing on the TV(Attached is the image) . We contacted the customer care and they sent over a technician who said that
      the whole display panel needs to be replaced and the cost of the panel is Rs.25000 .
      There is no way that i would be paying this for getting this repaired, by the way its been just 2 years since we purchased a 'Quality’, 'Branded' SONY TV.
      I would kindly request you to get this sorted out so that i am not be charged for getting this fixed.

      If this is not fixed i am keeping the TV as is, so that atleast i can use it as a display piece for friends and relatives to show why not to buy SONY products.
      By giving them an example as to not spend exorbitant amount of money on the 'Branded ‘TVs and instead buy unbranded but durable TVs which would cost far less than SONY.

      Thanks to you, but no thanks at least my wife now has learnt a lesson and would probably stop buying SONY products in feature .

        Dear all,

        This is in reference to attached invoice and Sony KLV-32W562D FHD LED TV.

        I bought this Sony BRAVIA TV under 2016 Independence Day offer from eZone South City Mall, Kolkata on 16/08/16.

        When I bought the product I knew that I am buying the best n latest product with high cost n without having second thought and suggested by eZone staff. I could have bought same featured TV at lesser cost around 20k however I decided to go for best brand Sony.

        I am facing the issue of horizontal line & blinking when I switch on the TV. Then I called Sony service call center and simultaneously booked executive assistant through service ref. #[protected]refer feedback from Sony executive). The executive checked TV on 22/09/18 and told me that the Panel got damaged. Then I asked me what is the cost of Panel and he replied saying the cost would be around 12k.

        Then I thought I got cheated by the brand by Sony. I should have bought have bought other brand TV instead of paying 35k to Sony to whom we can't trust.

        Now I want Sony to repair or replace my TV immediately without any charges.

          This is regarding my 28, 000 indian rupees worth sony playstation 4 which stopped working after 9 months o[censored]se. I hail from kerala and unfortunately the documents (Warranty card, purchase invoice etc) could not be saved; not for this alone, i usually keep all warranty cards in a file.

          My zotac graphics card, wd hdd were also under warranty but those companies have plainly agreed to provide warranty from the date of manufacture without invoice. By the product serial number they have all details.

          Sony on the other hand have just a stupid policy. They blindly refuse to provide warranty. Fine no need warranty, i will pay for the repair. "no sir we dont repair playstations. We can give you 20% discount on new purchase". So now the product price is 30k and 20% discount is 6000k. I will have to spend 24k to get a working ps4.

          This is the same for all ps4 consumers. After 1 year, if any problems develop, spend another 25k?

          I dont understand why manufacturers are allowed to sell products which cannot be repaired? 24 to 30k each year on a device is not a joke sony. Maybe you want to beat xbox in sales and show a very high "number o[censored]nits sold"; "ps4 beats xbox in sales" etc etc.

          This is how you make sales number?

          I request authorized authority to review sony india pvt ltd policies. Also india is going digtial and mncs like sony needs pieces of paper for proof. They have their serial number which gives them all the details. This is daylight robbery.

          COMPLAINT DETAILS SonyIndia=[protected]' Sony ps4 problem
          I bought on KDL-43W950C TV on 02.04.2016. Suddenly at bottom of screen picture starts becoming distorted and vertical lines appearing. I logged a complain on 15.08.2018 and service engineer visited on 16.08.2018. Till then I did not get any feedback from Sony India.As this TV is only 2 years old, I ask for replacement of this defective TV.

          i think bravia has only 1 year warranty. Bravia has option for 2 year extended warranty but you should have bought it that time itself. Now you have to pay for repair i believe.

He said needs to replace one part in sony tv. That time i said pls order and change part. But still i didnt get proper response from max electeonics, trichy. When i call customer care call is in closed status. Therr is no parts ordered. Please solve my query as soon. I am totally fedup regarding max electronics service. Please help me to solve this.

              I have owned a 42 inch sony bravia tv. (Model number knl 42w700b) serial number 3256562. Recently the display panel of the said tv damaged and i changed the display panel by paying rs. 22171 (Job no. J82491166 dt. 08.10.2018. Through kg electronics, 505 crosscut road, coimbatore.
              After changing the display sony service center insist me to give a request letter and adhara card xerox to retain my damaged display panel.
              This is purely a violation.
              I have paid the quoted price for the tv when i purchased so logically it is my own property.
              Now i paid the quoted amount for the new panel and the service charges.
              So both the two panels are my own property and i have paid all the quoted amount for that.

              To own my property sony india ltd force me to give a request letter.in which sony india ltd trying to violet consumer right and consumer law.

              Secondly sony india ltd also insist me to give a xerox copy of my adhar card. Recent and final judgement of
              The supreme court of india says that private company or organizations should not ask adar at any circumstances. But sony india asked me to give adhar xerox. This a pure violation and contempt of court.
              So i have every right to take proper legal action under consumer law and contempt of court.
              So sony india ltd trying to cheat and violate me in this issue. And collected the said documents.
              Sony india is responsible to give me written explanation in this regard.
              If i am not received a proper explanation from sony india ltd within 7 days time

              I will be forced to take necessary legal action in this regard,

                We have bought a sony led 32 iches tv on 21.10.2017. On saturday that is 5th of october 2018 the tv suddenly switched off on it own. I immediately logged complain with sony service center. My service request id is 50384172. Technician has visited on 6th of october at 4.30 pm and told us that the motherboard has conked. He told that he would be done on monday. Today i called up technician he says that the it would take 5 more days to put the motherboard as it is not available in the stock. This is not done as i feel because sony being such a big brand the parts should always be available. Please do something so that it is done in next one day.

                  Sir, i have purchased home theatre in 2011. Now it is not working. I have submitted online request to check the system. But it is very shocked about the reluctant behaviour of the service engineer that he told to bring the system in service centre. I know sony has good reputation in world wide market but this type of attitude impacts the prospect of the company. Now it is humble request to send the service engineer with proper tools.

                      My job number : j82138690.. Play station 4 1tb slim got repaired and it is under warranty and i submitted this on 25 august 2018 to vigneshwar sony service center bangalore. And they promised that it will be replaced within 14 days maximum. One and half month over still they did not replaced. I called them more than 20 times. They ask to call to other numbers and they do not even respond properly and if i call to that number what they give then no one picks the call. And some time they tell me that the concern is not available on that day and ask me to call some other day. I am really frustrated with the service they provide.

                        I purchased a new tv from vijay sales for rs.70000 on[protected]. On 4th october it was not getting power so a complain lodged with sony service center with complain no. 20181074. Mr akendra yadav visited my home & informed my wife that a power board of tv has failed & 2-3 ic's of mother board are not working. Replacement & repair cost will be rs.25000. He was paid rs.350 visit charge. He didn't gave receipt of visit charge. He didn't gave his observation in writing. Now this is too much. A tv costing rs.70000 fails in 1 year 3 months. This shows deteriorating quality of sony products. I think i will have to move consumer court to get a justice in the matter after getting a second opinion in the matter from a technician.

                          Picture tube is gone within 2 yrs of purchase. And sony people wanted me to pay 13k to get a new tv now. I cannot buy that as we dont have any asurance on the quality now. The customer service is very bad in responding they are only trying to push to buy another tv by buying 13 k.

                          I thought the brand had some value paying around 30 k and not worth it

                            We bought sony bravia tv, w56d series, model no.- klv - 40w562d, serial no.- 4074322, on 15 sep 2016. During the time of installation, neither the installer, nor the shopkeeper informed us about any kind of stabilizer and they just installed the tv without it. We were using the tv without any stabilizer from past 2 years. And few days ago it automatically shuts down. After complaining @ sony service centre. Two men arrived today and gone through the backside panel of the tv. And they told that we need to change the whole panel which costs rs. 18000. This is worse. Sony is a good brand. These cheap workers are slaying the goodwill of this company. They could have informed us the important information, the day we were buying the product. Because of them, now we have to suffer the loss. And we are not going to spend a single penny. It was not our fault. I request you to take some legal action or else it would be our last deal with you. We won't get our tv repaired.

I have purchased one sony led (Model no. – sony bravia klv40r252f 40”) dated 29/09/2018 from your dealer vijay sales, 14/5 mathura road, pocket b, sector – 27, haryana (Mewla maharajpur). We would like to inform you that the given model by vijay sales is given to me in very high pricing. He gives me the same @ rs. 38, 000/- with 2 years warranty but next day i saw the same led is available in 29500/- 30000/- 32000/- in others dealers and i am attaching the quote and screen shots with you. They told me the warranty of this led is 2 years when we receive the call for feed back your backend the executive told me that the warranty of this led is only one year. I am normal earning person and this is not fair you are lied and playing with the peoples.
                              This is very bad and reduculas thing for me i am very disappointed with this. Your dealer vijay sales is cheated with us we are very dissatisfied from your service we are attaching our bills our quote and online screen shots with this letter and
                              We want to return this led and want to money back because the sony india pvt ltd is doing cheated with the peoples they are playing game with peoples emotions. So please return my money otherwise we will share this big issue in consumer court. This is very bad we facing issue from your company and i am very disappointed with your service. Kindly collect your led from my home because i want to purchase the other brand led from the other dealer. We will not recommend to other one for purchase sony electronic items.

                                I m serving indian army officer stationed at dhana, sugar, madhya pradesh. I purched 48" sony led in mar 2016.in jun 2017 there was some fault in led. I was told to change the pannel costing rs 25000 thousand. Now it again have same pblm. I went to auth sony service center at sagar. I was again told to change the pannel i told them i have already did so ladt year. Then they told me to change the mother board. I told them to tell me about the fault. They told that we cant tell and we dont even knw. The behaviour of the staff specially mr govind was so ruth that even after registering for sony rep visit i personally went their. He told me that he will for service visit i. E rs 250 as well as addl charges for petrol. After that i made 4 visit to the service center. But nothing they was able to tell about the fault. Whenever i call them it was told to me that abi 15 minute me aapko batayenge. I m telling u the behaviour which that indl and other staff did wd me was worse than the my tv went faulty. My request with u that u shd take action against the above indl. And pl post a good indl to auth service center so that it will help us better. My tv is stll not diagnosed about the pblm.                                   Sony have deducted two amounts of Rs 99 without my concern and have been delaying and neglecting the email I have sent them. It's been around one month now but still they don't have any answers regarding the deduction directly from my account.

                                  A black spot in the size of almost one inch appeared on the screen and it is appearing to be permanant in nature.IT is causing lot of inconvenience as it is spoilimg the picture quality and I feel that there is a chance of it spreading all over the screen or other spots may appear.

                                    I had purchased a LCD TV, MODEL KLV-46W550A, in October 2009. Suddenly the TV stopped taking input from HDMI sources, rest the other modes of inputs have been fully functional. I had reported the same to the customer care and Sony service Centre in Shimla. I was told the motherboard will be replaced and a price of rs 13, 740 was quoted by the service representative. Today I have been communicated by the service representative that the model is, 10 years old hence no customer support can be provided. I would like to know that if you purchase a Sony product you stop providing customer support and services after 10 years. If so then why was it not told at the time of selling the product. If you cannot replace the motherboard of the TV, kindly repair it. If neither is possible than kindly give me in writing that no customer service can be provided if it is 10 years old, so that I may please for justice in the consumer forum.

                                      Sir, i have sony az home theater (Caste + cd player) 10 years back. Now system is not in working condition.

                                      Both the caste player is not working... When caste insert in player the whole caste tape rolled inside.

                                      Cd systems was repaired in your service station at rajkot 8 months back. They replaced cd player but now its not working means not reading...

                                      Regarding caste player i asked your service engineer. They refused to repair.

                                      So my humble request to guide me what to do? I have so much caste and cd but now no use to listen.

                                      Hope you favourbale replay soon.

                                        Why in sony liv app the serial dil hi toh hai repeat telecast doesn't come? It is a very beautiful serial and love watching it. So kindly do the needful.

                                        Also your channel never keeps to the timings especially this rubbish kbc kaun banega crorepati. It always goes beyond the time limit. Please learn to keep to the time. Not everyone likes kbc.
                                        I wrote this in my previous complaint too. But nothing is being done. Time is precious for us..
                                        We pay to watch you. So please keep to the time.

                                        Why the quality is poor even though the network connection if excellent? Even though i change the quality to high, still it remains poor. This problem started about 4 days ago. Before that the quality was HD. Please resolve this problem.
                                        But even though the internet speed is maximum and my video quality settings is high then too the videos are in poor quality

                                        after paid premium charges through google pay, they are not start my android tv with sonyliv, somany mail sent call the their helpline number, ...but no response at all. can i get proper mail id and contact number on priority.

                                        After the update of the app
                                        Its been very ***** just solve the app problem
                                        From today the app is not permitting to take screenshot. Why is that?? It was all ok till yesterday. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible!!
                                        I think I made a HUGE mistake in choosing the LIV. it is atrociously bad. Half the time it hangs or goes off. Saw only half of Australian Open.

                                        I have paid for the Sony Liv one year premium subscription and have received a confirmation email from Team Razorpay and SonlyLIV for the same.

                                        But the same is not reflected in my Sony Liv account and it asks me to pay again and again for the premium subscription unable to login smart tv also.

                                        This is a serious issue that must be addressed on an urgent basis.

                                        I think sony liv account is froud . Subscription is not working after payment done, I called so many times . OR hacked .
                                        I had subscribed to SONY LIV vide ID [protected], after getting a subscription promotion on ICICI card payment to get a discount of rs200 and AJIO Vrs for Rs 1000.
                                        I Paid thru ICICI card and Am yet to get the AJIO Vrs .
                                        I had sent a mail but there isno response as yet.
                                        while going through my Sony Liv A/c I found that the mail A/c of some [protected]@GMAIL.COM
                                        which was not feeded by me while subscribing to SONY LIV.
                                        I Tried to edit the same on App but it allowed only for the name but not the mail ID.
                                        Often I get the message on my phone that some of my devices are deactivated which are not being
                                        deactivated ar added by me, which indicates that my A/c is being misused by someone fraudulently.
                                        I, Request to pls look into it and get my A/c details rectified at the earliest as Under:-

                                        SonyLiv is not working after 15th July. Complaint so many time but not getting any resolution instead of basic support. Whenever chat with SonyLiv they always say that backend team will work on this and resolve. I am not sure if SonyLiv have any backend team to work on customer query and resolve the issue. I
                                        Is there any way to see Sony Channel live instead of SonyLiv ?
