office addresses

They are advertising in leading news papers daily basis with golden
dreams for foreign to contact" Sony [protected]".Gitanjali Mehta tell
the job seekers that they will send you abroad if you have a valid
international passport for free.in turn you will have to bring goods
from abroad as personal effects (Goods). Geetanjali Mehta will ask to
deposit money for RS.2500/- as registration fee for getting full
information about the company as per company rule in the name
Rohit KumarA/C [protected] uco bank ifsc code
ucoba0002431 or Bubendar Singh A/C [protected] syndicate
bank ifsc code synb0009021.
2. After paying the company send to the candidate some bogus
letter, with several mistakes. No proper address, no pin code of
location, demanding more money as security deposit, as
mentioned in offer letter.
3. Gauri Sharma call the candidate frequently and ask further to
deposit further security money Rs.18500/- assuring that the
money would be refunded immediately after 30 minutes.
4. The money paid are never return, once you pay Rs.18500/-, further
they would say that there is a change in package and you will
have to pay or Rs.34000/-
5. I have deposited Rs 2500/- in the account of of Bupender Singh
held account in syndicate bank no. ([protected]) IFSC
Code synb0009021.
6. Gitanjali Mehata and Gauri Sharma are the office bearer of the
Sony Export fake company. They do not disclose the office
location.
7. I approach to Syndicate bank to know the address of Bupender
Singh in his account as H-129 Village Singhalpur Shalimar
Bagh new Delhi 110088. Bank Manager told me that the bank can
not freeze the A/C without getting police verification.

8. Gitanjali Mehta([protected]) and Gauri Sharma ([protected])
mobile phone are active and they are attending calls of the
innocent job seekers.

9. I like to request you to trace the location by their mobile no or
tacking A/C No and arrest to them, as I have come to know that
they have already cheated so many job seekers and cheating
regularly.
Hope to get positive action against them as soon as possible.

    I like to give your knowledge, my sony LCD tv model no : KLV26EX300IN[protected] was dad during watching on 14/06/18 immediate i complain your costumer care ( complain no :[protected] for repair, and also i thanks to customer care they are immediately send service engineer from your authorized service center SRI LAXMI SERVICE, Balasore .
    But I want to say they are reply without checking of my TV they are asking for replacement this item in 25% cost of New TV. then i am not agreed their proposal . then he asking it is not possible to repair in my home advice to send service center. as per their advice . i am send to service center and also they are asking same replacement proposal . i am request to repair . and they are asking if repair then their receive it and reply to came after one week. after one week they are calling to me and asking you tv was repairs complete please receive. but when i reached to receive they are asking it cant possible to repair exchange it in 25% cost of new TV. altimantly they are not interest to repair . they are siting here for shelling of your material not shoport to costumer problem.

    if you are not take any action i am force to rase a consumer curt .

      I ma a big fan of Vignaharta Ganesh show. Whenever I miss an episode, I download & Watch the episode on the same day from SonyLiv.com. It has been very helpful so far. I Like the Service. But yesterday, when I went to the site to download yesterday's (18 July - 2018) episode, I couldn't find it. Request you to upload the episode at the earliest and also suggest me an alternate site to download the video.

        Have purchased Sony LCD TV bravia cx32 in 2012.now im facing problem in video.i called vijayawada servicec station but no proper response.Your service engineer mr.ajay has not visited my home and just asked for a video of display, after checking watsapp video he advised to replace the display screen saying its display screen is disorderd and it will take approx Rs.12000.
        Being a customer I would like to raise a serious concern that Where is reliability of brand like Sony ltd? Why the display screen will get damaged in short period.if it happens so then what is the difference between Sony and another local brand.Please reply.
        1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects.
        2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I have purchased above mentioned Cellphone on 25/05/2017 .

        As per attached Ticket ID - 1701100537 dated 11/07/2017 i had submitted the Same for DISPLAY issue .

        Again As per attached Ticket ID -17100901462 dated 09/10/2017 same problem has repeated again .

        As CELLPHONE is under warranty, right now Iam not facing any financial burden . If same would have happened after the Warranty period, I might occured big loss .

        As the display issue is occurring repeatedly I have waste my Time running behind Service Center and My time is wasted .

        I kindly request you to replace the with the NEW PHONE .

        I want prompt reply from you .

        All rady post the mail last display repair but no action and after warrent face the same proble within the month.

          As mentioned above my Sony bravia 32W 672 E is rebooting after 30 minutes automatically and therefore it continues. i tried customer care and what they told to do i have done that two times but no positive result i got. after it i complain vide service request id. 48618522 on dt. 14.07.2018 but no action has been taken up to yet. happy if it is done on priority.

            Poor Customer Service in Smart Care (Sony Authorized service center, Nungambakkam, Chennai). I have given my Playstation for service. They accepted and told me that it will take min 3 days for replacement. After 3 days I have called and they told me that it will take min 10 days. After 10 days I have called and they told me that they have contacted me on my mobile number one week before and I have accepted to collect the Playstation but I didn't collect yet. How pathetic!!! How they can talk with me in my mobile without my knowledge and they are arguing that I have accepted.. Wonder!!! Kudos to the team...

              I have been facing issues everyday regarding the live streaming of fifa world cuo as well as india vs england series. i am very unhappy with such delayed and poor quality streaming of sonyliv. the live streaming is also around 2 mins behind what is going live on the television. i have checked my internet speed and other websites like hotstar but i dont encounter any issue while using them.
              SonyLIV app helo dear sir mere SonyLIV app me download kiya hua koi bhi show offline me sal nahi raha he please help me esa problem bar bar atta rahe to premium account me fogat ka pisa dalvane ka kya fayda reh jata he please is ka kus kijie
              I have the Sonyliv app which is perfectly working but I am unable to login on the pc and also I am not able to watch it on my smart TV. I have also subscribed for premium. I want to subscribe annually but I am not able to do so. Please note that your app for android as well as for any other device is horrible and not at all user friendly.

                I have lodged multiple complaints for this to be restored. A person from the service agency came and confirmed that he needs two other people to open the entire setup and get the mother board fixed. He hasnt done anything but collected the serviuce charge and left. I really want tghis to be addressed and fixed on priority. Just because plasma tvs are not in trend this is not the kind of service a company like sony should provide. The tv holds the brand name and it is the responsibility for the company to address it rather delegating it.
                Help on priority.I am highly disappointed with the servoice rendered.

                  - Sony TV was giving Blurred picture . Complaint was lodged vide Job reservation no 0091015980201803032501083. Job No J80765398 .
                  - 16 Nos of Common Mode Choke Coils were replaced and payment amounting to Rs 1700 was made to Sony on 31/03/18 when it was delivered to us after repair.
                  - TV was Ok for around two and half months and started giving problems again of blurred picture.
                  - Complaint was lodged again and TV was taken on 02/07/18 by Sony service centre repair . vide Job Reservation :[protected],
                  SonyIndia=[protected]'.
                  - At the time of taking of TV only problem was of Picture blinking and hanging in between.
                  - Umpteen reminder were given to elicit response regarding what is happening to our TV.
                  - on 10/07/18, we received mail that there is display issue and cost of service is Rs 10559 which will include replacement of mother board.
                  - It is evident from above that damage of Mother board has been done during repair at your service centre.
                  - Also now we are not able to switch on the TV also . This is an additional damage which has been done by Sony.
                  - Sony being a trusted brand we will like sony to repair this free of cost as this damage of motherboard and new issue of non powering of TV has occurred in premises of Sony.
                  - If motherboard was damaged then how come earlier repair has been done.

                  Paid for the 6-month membership which costs around 199. Money got deducted from my account but the subscription did not get activated. When I try signing in using the web browser with OTP and click on next, nothing happens. [censored]iest service ever.

                    Gitanjali Mehta([protected]) is attending the phone calls from the callers in the name Sony Export. Advertisement appear daily basis in all leading newspaper. She convinced the callers with golden dreams for oversees trips and asked to deposit Rs 2500/- and after getting this amount Gauri Sharma forward letter without office address to the candidates asking further Rs !8500/- for security money for foreign trips. They do not tells their office address and making fool to the innocent job seekers.

                    I have paid Rs 2500/- with a view to know their office address and further information but after paying the amount, Gauri Sharma forwarded me a fake registration letter asking further security money.

                    I have paid the money to Mr Bupender singh in syndicate bank, Haiderpur village.

                    They are cheating daily basis by the advertisement in the newspapers.

                    Hope any concerned agency will take the action against them.

                    Gitanjali Mehta([protected])and Gauri Sharma ([protected]) are operating this fake agency and giving add in all leading new papers daily basis for overseas foreign trips and charging RS 2500/ for registration. After registration further asking to innocent job seekers to deposit Rs 18500/ as security deposit without showing their office address.
                    They show a golden dreams as assured that shortly for a foreign trip.

                    They getting money in Bupender Singh in Syndicate bank haiderpur village bank and Rohit Kumar in UCO bank in haryana.

                    Hope concerned agency will take the action against them.

                    They are placing a advertisement in Hindustan Times in part time jobs section
                    Everyone beware...Indeed this entity is fraud ...placing advertisement in newspaper(Hindustan times) for lucrative offer to trap people and ask them to deposit money is their income source...previously they were giving ads on the name Aditya Exports and sony exports ... they are big time frauds ...the caller girls are hired to place frauds ... they have no office and there income source is making people fool and asking them to deposit money in there account.. once a person deposit 2500/-... they would send a fake letter and ask more money saying there are taking as security money and will return after 30 minutes.

                      We had bought SONY LED 4K 850F TV 55" Kundhan electronics, T.C PALYA(INVOICE NUMBER:900) but the first person (ABHIJITH-[protected])who had come for installaton had fit the TV in such a way that we had viewing issue and we called second person(NARAYAN[protected] reinstalled properly but he told me to see that the first person had scratched the TV. ANEESH NAIR([protected]) and SANTHOSH THOMAS([protected]) didn't respond to my problem from 2 weeks. They told they will solve but they resolve my problem since we had paid one lakh thirty two thousand you no value for it. And we had bought 4 TVs from my name we had no problem because of that we had bought this TV. So kindly send a person for the repair. We had also bought LG TV even it also had same problem but they came within 6 days and repaired it now even after 2 weeks no response from your side so please send a proper TV or else refund my money otherwise we will buy LG TV.

How I can connect HT-RT3 sony home theatre with others such as above mentioned laptop/desktop and TV ?                           I have purchased Sony bravia tv 1and half year ago which is of 70k cost. Just after 6months of purchase suddenly while watching it went blank. After raising a complaint, the technician came and told it was motherboard problem and as it is in warranty the motherboard was replaced free of cost. But again after 1year there was again same motherboard problem. Again it is not working. But this time it costed Rs7500 and the technician told that they won't give bill for that. And the warranty for that motherboard is for 3months. Again after 3months if it doesn't work we need to pay another Rs7500. We go by brand but it is the worst brand I have seen and the technicians are worst. They doesn't give proper reply. They even won't give the bill for the money we have paid. And who knows they have given the genuine product.
                          Sony products are worst. They doesn't work atleast 1year. Don't waste your money by buying sony products. Even the local TVs work better than Sony

                            I purchased this model WISp 500 and I used this product found following issue while Normal calling. I submitted my product for repair to service centre and they refused to give any status until two weeks.later I contacted support number and they said you will recieve infact before call to customer care I put email. Finally they said it had submitted to head office of Sony for repair. They refused to give me repalcement also despite of being aware that this product is having defect.

                            Defect is below : while calling it is bluetooth based and it catches only noise while moving on foot and my voice is completely suppressed by the ambient noise. However if I buy normal earphone it does not behave like this. I spent 5000rs on this which is ten times cost of normal earphone.

                            Suddenly after frequent follow up they returned my product by saying it has been repaired and I asked what action taken By Sony Team to repair it and finally they said the device is working fine. Pleas note they changed their statement.

                            Thereafter I recollected the unit from service centre and I found no change in noise reduction. By evening executive from Sony called for feedback and I replied it is not working fine and same issue. Even he also recognised the existence of defect. Because I was talking to him via using the same product. He found ambient noise is much audible with respect to my voice.

                            He assured that he will internally check this issue and come back to me. But no email or call thereafter the customer support again contacted for feedback I said and explained the Lady and she promised to give me solution as quick.

                            Today again I received an email from Mr. Debashis that this product is not having any defect hence we cannot offer replacement or any repair.

                            What is this whole team is aware the issue and he writing like this and want to make me fool.he close the case.

                            I would request please someone help me to get the replacement of product or statement that this having manufacting defect. So that I can make necessary claim from the seller.

                            I also request please some one share Sony appellate email address or quality control email address so that problem can be resolved.

                              My TV set (Sony model no. KDL-32Ex520) S.no. 2454939 taken for repair on 22nd June 18. Still I didn't get proper reply when it will be ready. It is taken by your service center Boscos Pvt LTD New Delhi. They informed me on 23rd June it need 3855 RS for repairing and I agreed. I don't know what happened after that. Please do needful urgently. They informed me on 11th July that its panel not working and it need 15800 RS for part chainging. I wonder they need 20 days to findout the fault. So how many moredays I have to wait. It is so disappointing service. I never expect such service from Sony.

                                Gitanjali Mehta declared herself as hrd, India without any designation, the letterhead is fake be aware and be cautious on the website.
                                The company says it's ISO certified but is not ready to prove it.
                                The company will tell you that they would send you abroad for free.in turn you will have to bring goods from abroad as personal effects (Goods). However, Geetanjali Mehta will ask you to deposit money for rs.2500/- as registration charge which they say is refundable. The company will send you some letter, with several mistakes P.S they even have these mistakes on their website. No proper address, no pin code of location, demanding more money as a security deposit, as mentioned in their letter. Geetanjali Mehta will call you frequently and ask you to deposit Rs. 18500/- assuring that the money would be refunded immediately after 30 minutes. (As the case may be). The money paid never returns, once you pay rs.18500/-, further, they would say there is a change in the package and you will have to pay or rs.34000/- All the money is deposited in the account of Amit Kumar held in union bank account no.[protected] ifsc-ubin0572713.Gitanjali Mehta and Amit Kumar are running a fake company. Their website is very new just one month old and the owner of the website is not known. But the location is being hidden.
                                When we called them to refund the deposit of 2500 they now say that we can't do it until Geetanjali Mehta allows him to. I see no signs of the refund they are least interested to even entertain. I am attaching the documents they had sent to me below.

                                  The new Sony TV which is of just 3 years have the issues in the TV Adapter .Even though when we connected via the Stabilizer .

                                  When the Service Guy have visited he concluded that the issue is with the TV Adapter due to the current fluctuations.But my question is the Adapter should be able to handle the variations in the current.

                                  The quality of the Branded Sony Product is too bad . If it is not able to stay minimum for 5 years.
                                  Paid 79000 Rs as Thinking its a Brand. And now the Quality of the Product is too bad ..

                                  Very disappointed with the Branded TV.

                                    TO all Senior Customer Service Personnel.

                                    This is with reference to a new SONY TV purchased from agent Pravin Agencies, Nagar Road, Pune, on 24.6.2018, and subsequent installation by Technician Mr Sidharth, from Sony TV.We have purchased 3 TVs from Pravin Agencies, vide Invoice number SN-2749, worth Rupees 1, 37, 500/- & the installation engineer has not checked One particular TV (model LED49W672E, worth 60k plus) during installation if HDMI ports are all working or no. Well, regretfully, he was in such a hurry that he he not checked this.

                                    SUbsequently, after he left, we realised that HDMI 2 port is not working and we have immediately logged complaints with not only Customer Care but Pravin agencies as well.

                                    This is to complaint formally, after various complaints logged telephonically to Customer Care, thereafter [protected], one service engineer by the name of Shimon, TV technician from Sony visited and informed us that the HDMI 2 port is faulty in the new TV. this TV iws not even 2 days old and your TV installer should have checked this. We have logged an issue with the Customer Care and Pravin Agencies since 25th of June asking for 'immediate replacement' and not "repair" as this is a brand new but faulty TV. SInce 25th, we are still waiting for a resolution and replacement despite various calls and assurances by Mr Sunil from Pravin Agencies that this will happen soon.

                                    12 days have already passed! what are you guys doing? Is this how Sony customers are treated? What a shame!

                                    If i do not hear from you within 24 hours of this email to you all, with my TV replacement arranged immediately, not only will i write to the Parent Sony Corporation, I will also be publishing this on social media on how Sony treats customers, and beware of buying SONY products!

                                      I had given my bluetooth device to sony service center on 10.12.2017 vide their job registration No.J73609824 dt, 10.12.2017 for complaint "No Sound" . I visited their service center several times. At last they have informed me two weeks ago that the device in not repairable and they will give me other device. yesterday I again visited their service center but they have not given me any device nor they have given me my repaired device. Their at Service center On phone some sh. Prashant Kumar, Service Head talked to me and said You had to talked to me before come to here. I have no device to give you. When I asked him that more than 07 months have passed but nothing has been done and I will go to consumer forum. In response to this he begun shouting on me and said "go and whatever you want to do do". He misbehaved with me instead of solving my problem. This the company like Sony is dealing with their customers. My this complaint must be treated as last notice to Sony and after that I will take legal action against the company for mental harassment and financial burden.
