I have purchased Sony bravia tv 1and half year ago which is of 70k cost. Just after 6months of purchase suddenly while watching it went blank. After raising a complaint, the technician came and told it was motherboard problem and as it is in warranty the motherboard was replaced free of cost. But again after 1year there was again same motherboard problem. Again it is not working. But this time it costed Rs7500 and the technician told that they won't give bill for that. And the warranty for that motherboard is for 3months. Again after 3months if it doesn't work we need to pay another Rs7500. We go by brand but it is the worst brand I have seen and the technicians are worst. They doesn't give proper reply. They even won't give the bill for the money we have paid. And who knows they have given the genuine product.
Sony products are worst. They doesn't work atleast 1year. Don't waste your money by buying sony products. Even the local TVs work better than Sony

    I purchased this model WISp 500 and I used this product found following issue while Normal calling. I submitted my product for repair to service centre and they refused to give any status until two weeks.later I contacted support number and they said you will recieve infact before call to customer care I put email. Finally they said it had submitted to head office of Sony for repair. They refused to give me repalcement also despite of being aware that this product is having defect.

    Defect is below : while calling it is bluetooth based and it catches only noise while moving on foot and my voice is completely suppressed by the ambient noise. However if I buy normal earphone it does not behave like this. I spent 5000rs on this which is ten times cost of normal earphone.

    Suddenly after frequent follow up they returned my product by saying it has been repaired and I asked what action taken By Sony Team to repair it and finally they said the device is working fine. Pleas note they changed their statement.

    Thereafter I recollected the unit from service centre and I found no change in noise reduction. By evening executive from Sony called for feedback and I replied it is not working fine and same issue. Even he also recognised the existence of defect. Because I was talking to him via using the same product. He found ambient noise is much audible with respect to my voice.

    He assured that he will internally check this issue and come back to me. But no email or call thereafter the customer support again contacted for feedback I said and explained the Lady and she promised to give me solution as quick.

    Today again I received an email from Mr. Debashis that this product is not having any defect hence we cannot offer replacement or any repair.

    What is this whole team is aware the issue and he writing like this and want to make me fool.he close the case.

    I would request please someone help me to get the replacement of product or statement that this having manufacting defect. So that I can make necessary claim from the seller.

    I also request please some one share Sony appellate email address or quality control email address so that problem can be resolved.

      My TV set (Sony model no. KDL-32Ex520) S.no. 2454939 taken for repair on 22nd June 18. Still I didn't get proper reply when it will be ready. It is taken by your service center Boscos Pvt LTD New Delhi. They informed me on 23rd June it need 3855 RS for repairing and I agreed. I don't know what happened after that. Please do needful urgently. They informed me on 11th July that its panel not working and it need 15800 RS for part chainging. I wonder they need 20 days to findout the fault. So how many moredays I have to wait. It is so disappointing service. I never expect such service from Sony.

      Purchased a 43" 950D, your ISD(Rathin - hometown) suggested me that after completing 1year 15days I can extend the warranty.
      But as I reached the customer care they informed that it could be done only if the product has not crossed 1year after billing.
      Please make sure that your ISD knows the exact thing before communicating to the customers.

        Gitanjali Mehta declared herself as hrd, India without any designation, the letterhead is fake be aware and be cautious on the website.
        The company says it's ISO certified but is not ready to prove it.
        The company will tell you that they would send you abroad for free.in turn you will have to bring goods from abroad as personal effects (Goods). However, Geetanjali Mehta will ask you to deposit money for rs.2500/- as registration charge which they say is refundable. The company will send you some letter, with several mistakes P.S they even have these mistakes on their website. No proper address, no pin code of location, demanding more money as a security deposit, as mentioned in their letter. Geetanjali Mehta will call you frequently and ask you to deposit Rs. 18500/- assuring that the money would be refunded immediately after 30 minutes. (As the case may be). The money paid never returns, once you pay rs.18500/-, further, they would say there is a change in the package and you will have to pay or rs.34000/- All the money is deposited in the account of Amit Kumar held in union bank account no.[protected] ifsc-ubin0572713.Gitanjali Mehta and Amit Kumar are running a fake company. Their website is very new just one month old and the owner of the website is not known. But the location is being hidden.
        When we called them to refund the deposit of 2500 they now say that we can't do it until Geetanjali Mehta allows him to. I see no signs of the refund they are least interested to even entertain. I am attaching the documents they had sent to me below.

        Please do not make yourself a target.

          The new Sony TV which is of just 3 years have the issues in the TV Adapter .Even though when we connected via the Stabilizer .

          When the Service Guy have visited he concluded that the issue is with the TV Adapter due to the current fluctuations.But my question is the Adapter should be able to handle the variations in the current.

          The quality of the Branded Sony Product is too bad . If it is not able to stay minimum for 5 years.
          Paid 79000 Rs as Thinking its a Brand. And now the Quality of the Product is too bad ..

          Very disappointed with the Branded TV.

            TO all Senior Customer Service Personnel.

            This is with reference to a new SONY TV purchased from agent Pravin Agencies, Nagar Road, Pune, on 24.6.2018, and subsequent installation by Technician Mr Sidharth, from Sony TV.We have purchased 3 TVs from Pravin Agencies, vide Invoice number SN-2749, worth Rupees 1, 37, 500/- & the installation engineer has not checked One particular TV (model LED49W672E, worth 60k plus) during installation if HDMI ports are all working or no. Well, regretfully, he was in such a hurry that he he not checked this.

            SUbsequently, after he left, we realised that HDMI 2 port is not working and we have immediately logged complaints with not only Customer Care but Pravin agencies as well.

            This is to complaint formally, after various complaints logged telephonically to Customer Care, thereafter [protected], one service engineer by the name of Shimon, TV technician from Sony visited and informed us that the HDMI 2 port is faulty in the new TV. this TV iws not even 2 days old and your TV installer should have checked this. We have logged an issue with the Customer Care and Pravin Agencies since 25th of June asking for 'immediate replacement' and not "repair" as this is a brand new but faulty TV. SInce 25th, we are still waiting for a resolution and replacement despite various calls and assurances by Mr Sunil from Pravin Agencies that this will happen soon.

            12 days have already passed! what are you guys doing? Is this how Sony customers are treated? What a shame!

            If i do not hear from you within 24 hours of this email to you all, with my TV replacement arranged immediately, not only will i write to the Parent Sony Corporation, I will also be publishing this on social media on how Sony treats customers, and beware of buying SONY products!

              I had given my bluetooth device to sony service center on 10.12.2017 vide their job registration No.J73609824 dt, 10.12.2017 for complaint "No Sound" . I visited their service center several times. At last they have informed me two weeks ago that the device in not repairable and they will give me other device. yesterday I again visited their service center but they have not given me any device nor they have given me my repaired device. Their at Service center On phone some sh. Prashant Kumar, Service Head talked to me and said You had to talked to me before come to here. I have no device to give you. When I asked him that more than 07 months have passed but nothing has been done and I will go to consumer forum. In response to this he begun shouting on me and said "go and whatever you want to do do". He misbehaved with me instead of solving my problem. This the company like Sony is dealing with their customers. My this complaint must be treated as last notice to Sony and after that I will take legal action against the company for mental harassment and financial burden.

                  I had paid Rs 99 for a month of Premium Subscription of Sony Liv to watch LIVE cricket and football matches. The amount was deducted from my Paytm but I am able to see the matches with a delay of 5 mins which was anyway the case for free users.

                  Resolution - Kindly register my complain to either get my Refund back or start the subscription of Live matches for 1 month. Please Find below the transaction details:

                    Complaint raised 5days not attendedHi The model no KDL 50w 950d Not even 1 year and we are facing Major issues with tv after service is unacceptable. 5 days down the line no one bother to update the status when the technician will be coming. Every day i have to follow up either with customer service or Sai electronics n I get to know the excuses and it will b resolved today today today. Till now no has bother to call or visit my premises. I have spent 1.32 lac on tv since it worth (best in brand n in market ) Not only this my brother also faced the same issue thrice with his tv too within 1 year. His tv panel got changed thrice after taking extended warranty his model no is kdl43 950d In total we have 4 Sony tv n I don’t have any clue what will happend to them. Out of 4, 2 are in faulty situations. I want this issue to be resolved asap else w will forward this case to consumer court.

                      I've submitted my cellphone in Krish Electronics (Sony service center) on 25th June, as per your policy I've not got my cellphone within a 10 days.
                      I've submitted the cellphone thrice already for touchscreen issue and now submitted again for 4th time on 25 June for same touchscreen issue of XA1.
                      Krish Electronics rised up their hands from services towards me and asking me to contact directly to Sony toll free number for touchscreen issue of XA1.

                      I've not got any proper solution even after a 10 days when cellphone is in warranty. I don't want XA1 cellphone again because your technical team failed to resolve this touchscreen issue in XA1 thrice. This is forth time I've submitted the cellphone in service center for touchscreen issue.
                      I want upgradable model or refund/ cashback because you failed to resolve this touchscreen issue thrice a time.

                      You check my last three call records. I spoke with your supervisor Mrs.Anita and she's also agree that's a common and factory made issue in XA1. So why should I pay for upgradable model ?
                      Also whenever I'm calling to your toll free number your junior support staff denying my request to transfer the call to senior executives. So I'm not also able to speak with senior executives also. You check my call records how many times they rejected my call to transfer to senior executives. This happened with me three times.

                      I've made official complaint against your poor services towards customers to NCH. National consumer helpline track ID complaint ID is 771281.
                      Within a 48 hours I want a proper solution otherwise I'm going to take this issue ahead seriously.

                        I did my Soniliv SuperSport 6 Months subscription With order Id: 56041518 on 3/7/2018. I have transacted my payment through my debit card with Transaction no. [protected]. I am unable to understand that why an not ab to watch a live match as I already get a premium subscription.

                          Hi. Sony the brand attracts me always. But on12.6.2018 i went to shivangi electronics gandhi nagar jammu j&k for purchase of lcd which i did. I requested them to install the television on the same day or i may purchase from some other sony outlet to which they agreed and said it will be installed on 12.6.2018. But they did not install rather just made a cursory call that they will do it next day and till date no one came to install it forcing me to do it through booklet. The box contained television... Stand without screw... No wall mount stand. The callous attitude warrant action and redressal of my complain at an earliest. Waiting. Your customer

                            Hi everyday i watched CID in Sonylive website.Today also i have started to watch the show but after few hours the episode i watched it stopped suddenly and started buffering. I tried a lot after that to restart the episode but i cant. Episode name Is Skylight. And now i can not open your site i am trying but the site can not open it shows error message. I am sending you the screenshot also. Please kindly resolve this issue
                            I tried to reach out to Sony Liv multiple times on twitter but no response from them. Football matches wont stream on the tv and all other series/programs will work normally.

                              On 8th June, 2018 a demand draft( no. 374732) of Rs. 42675 was drawn in favour on Sony India Pvt. Ltd for the purchase of Sony Led 43 inch TV 662F and the DD was received by Sony Service Center, Civil Lines, Allahabad on the same date. It was told that the TV would be delivered within 2 weeks. I waited for the TV patiently till 24th of June, 2018 and I got no response from the Service Center. On contacting the service center on 24th of June I was reassured that the TV would be delivered by Saturday i.e 30th of June, 2018. Subsequently, on contacting the service center, I was again reassured that the TV will be received by the service center on Monday and it will surely be delivered to my home on Tuesday i.e (3rd July, 2018). I even went to the service center a number of times. However, on contacting on 3rd July ASM, Sony India Pvt. Limited Lko. and Mr. Abhishek of Sony Service Center, Allahabad they were unresponsive and were not receiving my call. I even sent a text message to ASM, Sony India Pvt. Ltd, Lucknow on 3rd July, 2018 but received no response. I have wasted a lot of time and money while travelling to the service center but no was willing to take the responsibility and were bypassing their duty, as a result of which I have gone through tremendous agony, mental harassment and distress. Being helpless I am left with no other choice but to approach the consumer forum for redressal. Attached herewith is the soft copy of the DD for your perusal. Please find the attachment and look into the matter.

                                I Registered a complain to Sony service center of Ranchi (M/s Fortune, Main Road, Pradhan Tower, Ranchi), Jharkhand on date - 28/06/2018.
                                They checked my DVD Player and told me that player has a problem of reading disk and low sound of FM and it will cost around Rs. 3500.
                                Yesterday they called me to give back the DVD system and told me that the surround system of the player will not work and to repair it, the motherboard have to be replaced and it will cost Rs. 10000.
                                When they received the player for repairing there was no certain problem of failure of surround system and it was in working condition. They told me that while repairing these problems may occur.
                                I think that they cheated me because yesterday on date - 04/07/2018 they gave me back my player and took Rs. 3500 from me and damaged my Player. The service center didn't gave me back the old parts they changed from the player.
                                Kindly look in to it and take the necessary and strong action on that " Customer Care Center, Pradhan Tower, Ranchi." Even if my problem is not solved, then I will lodge a complain in the consumer court against it.
                                I am also hereby attaching the Delivery Challan reciept of the same.

                                Display Issue with my Sony Bravia KDL-42W700B INC[protected].

                                I am suffering with the display issue since last 7 months when my TV was just 2.2 year old.

                                I have logged multiple cases with sony and was informed that i may need to change the entire mother board which cost me 8576/- (PFA invoice and CASH/CHEQUE receipt for the same) which was shocking for me, but i have to do that as there was no other option left.

                                And now after 7 moths of service when the issue started again I have to go back to the vendor named Krish Electronics to check for this issue.

                                Details :-

                                1. Called logged to Krish Electronics :- 2.09 PM 27th June 18 (Was assured that engineer will visit us on 28/6/18 evening)
                                2. Followed up on 28th June 18 4.34 PM again i was assured that engineer Mahesh will visit us.
                                3. Engineer didn't turned up on 28th June 18
                                4. Called Krish Electronics :- 12.22 PM 29th June 18 (Was assured that engineer will visit us on 29/6/18 evening)
                                5. Called Krish Electronics :- 5.46 PM 29th June 18 (Engineer is in Kandivali West he will come at our place by 7 PM )
                                6. Called Krish Electronics :- 6.54 PM 29th June 18 (Engineer is stuck and he will come at our place by 8 PM)
                                7. Engineer called me at 7.02 PM and stated that he will come by 8.30 PM.
                                8. At 8.45 I called the engineer and he said he is near by my place he will come in 15 min ie 9.00 PM 29th June 18
                                9. Engineer finally landed at 9 PM and with 1 min he said that display is not working you need to change the display which will cost me approx 19, 000 /- Rs.
                                10. I demanded the customer satisfaction report sheet from him which he said that there is no such thing with sony service.

                                This is quite frustrating, i have bought one of the expensive brand in the market which cost me more when i compare with other products and i get such a pathetic service.

                                I am using sony products for more than 20 years i have not experience such thing in my entire 19 years.

                                And more over unfortunately i have one more product for Sony Bravia which was recently (mostly 3 months ago) repaired which was having same display issue.(You can get the details in your DB for this)

                                I am unhappy to say that I have lost trust in Sony completely which such quantity of product and services.

                                  I live in ahmedabad, gujarat. I have a wall mount sony lcd tv with model number :- kdl-40ex600. Recently my tv stopped working and hence i called on sony support toll free number and asked for their authorized dealer. They gave me the address of a "customer support center" located at 558 zakariya pole, relief road, ahmedabad-01. They checked the tv and took our tv for repairs and gave us time of 2-3 days for reapirs. When we called after 3 days they told us that it will 2 more days and then when we again called after 2 days they spoke rudely and told us that it will take a week to repair. Again when we called they stopped receiving our calls, hence we complaint at sony support center again and sony passed the call to the support center, once on the phone rather than talking to us they were fighting within themselves and then hung up the phone. And then the next day they returned our tv without repairing and with all the nut bolts and other small parts either not fitted or removed and also they did not wall mount it properly and just hung the tv with the risk of it falling. Hence we called sony support center for another of their authorized dealer for the repairs and that dealer visited our place & opened the tv to check and saw that all the inner fitting nuts and bolts were open and not fitted properly, by that previous dealer on relief road, which he showed it to us. Hence the second dealer has not yet taken the tv for repairs and suggested that i should file a complaint first and once i receive a reply and solution only then he shall take the tv for repairs. Kindly look in to it and take the necessary and strong action on "customer support center - 558 zakariya pole, relief road, ahmedabad-01". I am also hereby attaching the visit charge receipt of the same.

                                  I gave my earphones to service center on this june 11 . they said we exchange the product with in 1 week..and its getting late . i want my product..fastly

                                    Bought a sony ear phone on 27/04/2018. The product is having one year warranty. After 2 months o[censored]se it started showing problems. I got it thrice to sony service center which is located in jayanagar bangalore but they were not ready to repair or replace it. I bought this product as it was having one year warranty. Now the customer service itself is bad. Never go for any sony products. The experience from their customer service is worse

                                      I Registered a complain to Sony center of Navsari, Gujarat dated on 3rd July, 2018.
                                      The job sheet no is J81633415..
                                      One Person came and examined tv and said that it is physical damage.
                                      I Explained them that it is not physical damage because there is no crack from out side. I told them that it is thermal crack which is occurs due to Heating.
                                      But they do not want to understand.
                                      Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
                                      I have attached Photos of my tv.
                                      Please do not cheat customers by doing that.. After this issue I searched on internet and found that many times your company told this things to customer and charge them..
                                      Do need full as soon as possible

                                        I bought my sony bravia klv32r482b on 16/07/2014, within one year of spending my hard earned money (Rs 32227) on the so called quality brand its foc panel got damaged. We have normal usage of tv and also had a branded stabilizer in place for any power variation, still within 1 year i had to call the service center to get my tv repiared. Although it took them few days to come down at my place and as per them "replace" the foc panel. Since it was within 1 year luckily, i had been told to only pay rs 1200 as service fee and foc was covered under warranty.
                                        Till next year or so, it seemed to run fine, but after sometime again some glitches were seen on screen and now last month tv has completely stopped working. We called the service center again. After 1 week a guy came checked it out and told its a foc panel issue again. He told service center would call regarding this and took his service fee and went.
                                        We only had to track the status for the same, and finally got to know from service center that foc has to be replaced and we have to pay rs 13000.
                                        Year by year if i have to replace panel, what quality does sony provide to its consumers.
                                        We have shown a local tv repair guy to double check the issue, and he has suggested that first time possibly the panel was not replaced and was just repaired temporarily.
                                        What kind of transparency does the service center keep if the above is true.
                                        Its good that small brands are coming up as competition to these big gaints, sadly when i bought tv those were not available.

                                        Attached is the tv bill and two times service bills.
