TO all Senior Customer Service Personnel.
This is with reference to a new SONY TV purchased from agent Pravin Agencies, Nagar Road, Pune, on 24.6.2018, and subsequent installation by Technician Mr Sidharth, from Sony TV.We have purchased 3 TVs from Pravin Agencies, vide Invoice number SN-2749, worth Rupees 1, 37, 500/- & the installation engineer has not checked One particular TV (model LED49W672E, worth 60k plus) during installation if HDMI ports are all working or no. Well, regretfully, he was in such a hurry that he he not checked this.
SUbsequently, after he left, we realised that HDMI 2 port is not working and we have immediately logged complaints with not only Customer Care but Pravin agencies as well.
This is to complaint formally, after various complaints logged telephonically to Customer Care, thereafter [protected], one service engineer by the name of Shimon, TV technician from Sony visited and informed us that the HDMI 2 port is faulty in the new TV. this TV iws not even 2 days old and your TV installer should have checked this. We have logged an issue with the Customer Care and Pravin Agencies since 25th of June asking for 'immediate replacement' and not "repair" as this is a brand new but faulty TV. SInce 25th, we are still waiting for a resolution and replacement despite various calls and assurances by Mr Sunil from Pravin Agencies that this will happen soon.
12 days have already passed! what are you guys doing? Is this how Sony customers are treated? What a shame!
If i do not hear from you within 24 hours of this email to you all, with my TV replacement arranged immediately, not only will i write to the Parent Sony Corporation, I will also be publishing this on social media on how Sony treats customers, and beware of buying SONY products!

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But as I reached the customer care they informed that it could be done only if the product has not crossed 1year after billing.
Please make sure that your ISD knows the exact thing before communicating to the customers.
