Sir,
I purchased a sony bravia 32 inch oled smart tv on[protected].
Within 6 months of such expensive purchase the oled panel has some annoying patches.
Customer service executive visited and explained that the patches are due to air-conditioner and they can clean the panel.
Sir, it is a sony product and within the warranty period and the problem is purely manufacturing defect, so why should we accept a repaired...

Sony led tv top brand so i have purchased a sony bravia led tv 43 inch full hd tv kdl w950c, on april-may 2016 from m/s. Shubham electronics, chhindwara.
The tv has stopped working on august 2017 and replaced the led tv panel in sep. 2017 by service centre bhopal. Again five month later april 2018 tv not working and service engineer checked led tv again tv panel problem after till now that no contact for led tv problem attend. But...

I purchase a sony tv led 32 inch from mathura up recently my tv panel broken down than i complaint to sony tollfree so local service centre give me a estimate of 11000 for replacement of my tv panel, but after some time company says that there is no part available so you buy new tv,,, and i requested that iam unable to buy a new tv kindly arrange my old tv part than company refuse it... I have purchased a sony bravia led tv 55 inch full hd tv, on 24/06/2017 from m/s. Gayatri sales, dibiyapur auraiya (U. P.)
The tv has stopped working on 24/05/2018 i. E. Before one year period and it is still under warranty period; i had lodged a service complaint on 25.05.2018 with complaint id 47591766, but the service engineer did not visit and the complaint was closed. Further i had again lodged a service complaint on 02.06.2018...

My sony product mhc-gzr88d sl no.6103729 was showingmecha error while playing the cd. I approached the authorised sony service centre tilakawadi belgaum headed by sri mr bhat (Mob no.[protected]). After 4 days they reported that belt of tape side is broken. To replace this belt they have estimated rs.6035/-. It is surprised to me and not understand how this is. This service centre was also responded very poor.

Sir, i had paid 3months subscription money of rs.149/- through my credit card for downloading the sonlyliv programme on 10th june 2018 the amount is already deducted from my credit card account and message came saying "you paid sonyliv rs.149/-". But not a single tv serial is able to download. It says "your queued up for downloading and automatically saved in your device"
But nothing has come so far. I think many people are having...

I have raise the compaliant about last month with a complaint id no. 47427748. The concern person said to me that your led motherboard is not working and for the same i have to pay 7000 approx amount for replacement. And he said now every thing was all well. Agian same problm arise after one month and same complaint i have raised on saturday complaint id 47886154 on high prority... But no person can call on me saturday... U guys are no serious...

Really not satisfied with sony television products. Been a sony customer for quite sometime, the quality of their tv has substantially deteriorated. With my first tv, had a problem with vertical lines and it was oow. Sony said it’s a know problem and asked me to pay for the panel. However, the panel wasn’t available. So they took the back the old tv and i paid addtional and got a new tv.
Within 2 months the new tv failed to power...

On 3oth may 2018 i have registered my complaint with the sony india regarding my tv panel broken. On 31st may one guy came to receive my tv and sony india promised me that they will repair it within 3-4 days but till now i didn't receive any calls regarding that. Today is 8th june 2018 and still, i awaiting the output. Is this the way sony handles their customer....

I’ve registered my compliant in the sony service centre on may6th that my tv had some horizontal lines with a job number-J81113863..They told that the panel wasn’t available but they’ll replace the tv..but the people in service centre won’t respond and the worst part is that the customer care number sony gives even they respond very badly telling that I’ll recieve a call back next day but i never get it..I’ve been calling them...

The charger is charging mobile phones very slowly. I had purchased it on 03/05/2018.in less than one month, it is not working properly. I had shopped it for the purpose of quick and efficient charging, but it is not performing as per my expectation. Please arrange either to repair it or replace it, as soon as possible. Sony is not uploading the old episodes of tmkoc which is shown on Sony pal channel. I actually don't have time to see the shows at their telecasted time and not even the repeat. So when I'm free time I can see it online or download it and keep. Actually I'm totally addicted to taarak Mehta ka ooltah chashmah and I actually feel too bad when I don't see the episode in a series. Please see to it that Sony uploads all episodes. On that day simran from customer care attended and asked me to try factory reset option but nothing got fixed again i called to sony and registered[protected] my compliant one guy from customer care informed that i will get call from their service center. I purchased sony 4k video camera pxw-x70 on 21/5/2018 from sony centre, valuable electronics, shop no. B-8 star zone, nashik road, nashik, maharashtra state. I also purchased 4k update software from the same sony centre. I was assured 4k update by the same sony centre. But i have not got the same. My above said camera is still with sony centre till today.

We buy this product on 02/02/18. This product is installed in Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. When I startrd it's working properly and Suddenly product has stopped working, there is no light in product. I switch on and off the product. Check plug as well but no light is there. connected setup box is working but TV has no light.
I tried to connect with customer care but it's close and I am not able file the complaint....

Need support why such type of problems are occurring after purchase of 1.5 years and the cost of the product is 5170/- which is high that means for purchase of 50k tv in future also such type of expenses...

I bought the Sony 24 Inch TV on[protected] and i have registered to install the TV on[protected]. Mr. Hari(Engineer) came and done the installation @ 08:00 PM on[protected] but he unwantedly suggested to purchase additional installation stand for better view and he has charged Rs.1000/- from my pocket without providing any bill copy. Its totally wasted and he looted my money in the name of SONY.

He's really working at Sony...
