PLEASE DO NOT BUY SONY 4K ANDROID LED TV, See the picture what I have got within 90 days o[censored]sing the TV.

I bought a brand new SONY LED TV for around 1 lack, after using it just for 90 days I started to see some kind of plastic pieces inside the TV.

When a service person comes to take a look into it, he just said this is not at all a problem and he can just open the TV and wipe it for me.

Now its almost 2 months I am still talking with Sony to sort this issue, Sony service and customer care is so slow and pathetic. They are not really concern about your problem.

I regret why I bought SONY rather than going with Samsung.

    I gave my sony xperia z3+ for battery replacement and related issue to sony service centre. After 25 days they repaired my mobile but when i tested its bluetooth after repairing at the service centre itself it was not working. Now they are not able to repair my bluetooth.
    They are chargong me rupees 2000 for resolving battery issue. Should i not be compenciated spoiling my devices bluetooth by the company.

      I have been using this application sonyliv app last year. After my use i wanted to opt-out therefore, requested for un-subscribing from this app. I tried to unsubscribing from app. But i was not able to access that category on app. Therefore, i wrote to the customer care, but there has been no use, as it has been sending me forwarded massages for steps to unsubscribe from app. Which is of no use.

      Along with that, there has been a consistent deduction of 49rs each month, without any confirmation from my side. There is no contact details provided except the email address which is for no help for me. I want my money back, and way to unsubscribe from this app which practice illegal way of money deduction from their users.
      I paid for a one-month subscription of sonyliv. I paid the amount using TEZ. But the money got deducted from my account and I didn't get any subscription.
      Yesterday i registered with sony liv. I also subscribed to the super sports one month plan paying online. The online payment site sent me an email saying the transaction was successful.

      However I cannot view the FIFA world cup live.. I only see 5 min deferred broadcast.

      Can you please sort this

          Hi sir,

          I have subscribed for sonyliv for 6 months today morning and my subscription id is 54208385. On completion i have cancelled my auto-renew option from my purchases section.

          Now i could notice that all the 2018 wc games are getting streamed at the delay of approx 6 mins, instead of live streaming whereas it's displaying that my premium pack is valid till 14 dec, 2018. Can you please look into this and resolve as soon as possible. It's actually a fraud commitment done by sony.

          If i have to watch the game at 6 mins delay, why should i go for subscription!!! Please show me live streaming or provide my money back.

          Attached herewith a snapshot where you can see the scoreboard is displaying 68 min but the so called live streaming is at 63 min.

            I paid for rs 149 premium membership pack for 3 month online through the sonyliv portal. The money got deducted. But my premium membership has not yet been added into my account. The frustrating part is i have sent four mails to the [protected]@setindia.com which was mentioned in their portal. But i have got no response. This is really very poor service by such a big entertainment channel portal.

            I subscribed Sony Liv premium for one month. Which says live matches will be telecasted. But I see around 7 minutes delay.
            I have paid one month subscription and bank payment showed it as successful, but the sonyliv account has not been updated. Tyere is no contact number or grievance addressal systems provided on the app or the website
            Hi, yesterday i paid 1 rs. for 1 year subscription applying code DKD1YR, payment got debited but did not receive the subscription, today whn i wanted to resubscribe again 499 rs got deducted from my account, kindly arange to refund the amount of 499 rs.

              I had purchased a sony xperia z1 on[protected].
              Orignal price on box - rs. 17990/-
              After discounts i purchased it for 17498/- from amazon.

              After 7 month o[censored]sage on[protected] display oh phone cracked,
              Phone was functional and working, apart from a crack on display no issues reported till i submitted to service center.

              On[protected] i was given a estimate repair cost of 18526/-
              Which included multiple parts of the phone and display as well.

              I questioned the cost of phone is 17990/- and i am being charged to repair a working phone 18526/-
              Service center had to say these are company repair charges and it doesn't matter what the phone cost is.

              I approached adv. Sachin pardesi [protected] for a complain to be filed against company and service center as they are charging for repair above the full cost of new phone.

              Since then its been 2 and half year,
              Advocate has taken 4500/- for notice that was sent to service center but never filed any complain.

              My main concern to complain here is against sony india and prayag cellular (Authorized sony service center based at aundh pune)
              As they over charged in estimate.

              I could not get this phone repaired as charges are over new phone cost,
              Service center did not return my phone till date it is with them.

              Just because they are manufacturers and authorized repairers they should not be dominating this way.

                Yesterday i registered with sony liv app. I also subscribed to the super sports six months plan paying online. The online payment site sent me an email saying the transaction was successful. When i checked the app hoping i will be getting the service i subscribed for and watching the match live, to my disappointment the app is still asking me to subscribe to the same plan and pay for it which i already did. Sony liv app is not providing me the service it is supposed to, there is no customer support for the app when it should be there if money involves. No customer support on phone, not on email. So, what should someone like me do who doesn't get the service i paid for. This is utterly unprofessional on your side that you don't have a support to solve such issues on urgent basis. I found there are similar cases with the app where the money is taken but the service is not provided. You guys look into this right now.

                  I was trying to subscribe 'rs. 199/- for 6months" plan in sonyliv on 14/06/18. Sonyliv service id is 9996197. Wallet transaction id [protected]. Payment has been done but subscription was not successful. I have sent repeated email to [protected]@setindia.com but got no reply/action. I have tried to contact the customer care through phone but in vain. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                    I have very much repute about sony brand, so i bought sony led/klv-32w562d in5 on 28/07/2016, it has x-protection which prevents from lightning, as well have stabilizer to control power fluctuation, the problem is that when i turn on the tv red led blinks 5 times and gets display off, i took it to sony authorised service center they said that board has to changed due to power issue that board gets damaged like this. My complaint is that, the expensive tv that how could be have such issue, even it just complets 2nd year on this month, the product does not worthy for the cost which i spent, life of the tv is very less, it can't be acceptable

                      I have complaint regarding poor service of your franchise tekno plaza, barrackpore. I lodge a complaint on 1st week of may 2018 but technician meet on 08/05/2018. Further no any information received from your end and then i made a call to techno plaza barrackpore-[protected] after 2 week and they replied me 'we are unable to repair your tv but we offered you to deposit draft for rs.21507.00 against a 32' new tv and send your old one to our service center at barrackpore. But i have a question that i purchased tv from krishnagar, nadia and my residence also at krishnagar-741101, how it possible to send my old tv to barrackpore along with draft. I have not spare time to replacing tv with you. So, do the needful in view of better customer service. My contract no-[protected]

                        My self mithilesh kumar i have sony tv and suddenly tv display was not working so on 12th of june 2108 i have raised compliant by calling to your customer care service centre no[protected] and on same day i got complaint id no 00901506.. So next day that is 13th of june 2018 at 11am i got a call from your service people bearing mobile no +91-[protected] stating that he will be coming by half an hour so i was waiting for him at my home but even after 2 hours your service people not came altest not even called me.. So i called him at 1pm on the same day and he told that he is at gajuwaka and he will be at my house by 2hours... So again i was waiting for him and the full day i was waited for your valuable service man... But no one came.. The next day that is 14th if june 2018 i again call your customer care no[protected] and requested and explained him my problem and request him to send your service man but on that day that is 14th if june 2018 no one of your service many call about my tv problem.. And today 15th june 2018 again i got call at 2pm from your service man bearing mobile no [protected] and again i am waiting for him from 3hrs... But no service people came... I purchased sony tv as it has good service support but by seeing this wonderful service i realised that i am wrong... If you guys dont able to provide service shut your product and leave this field... Worst product and worst service..

                        My bravia 32" continously restarts. I don't see anything. Whenever i switch on the tv it restart within 2 minutes. Continously it restarts. Pls solve my problem.

                          I just subscribed as a premium member of sonyliv. I watched fifa world cup first match with lot of disturbance. Im using samsung galaxy s8 plus mobile with 4g data speed but video quality from sonyliv app is very bad and lot of times connection has been lost and feeling bad that i subscribed as a premium member. Hotstar app is very good compare to sonyliv. Moreover i didn't see any highlight videos of post match. Let me know what is the procedure to revoke my subscription and get my money back to bank account.

                            We went to this service centre in sanjauli, shimla for the sony laptop and sony phone compatibility issue as it was not detecting the phone in laptop. 290rs were charged and phone was formatted and data is not retrievable from the card itself now. 250rs were charged for changing the window and it did not happen. If the sony service center itself says we are not able to do it where else we should go. No bills were given, i asked for the fault they are not able to tell me that too.
                            It's just unprofessional staff that sony has kept which is unable to resolve the issues related to sony products only.
                            Totally unsatisfactory response from sony.

                              Purchased sony led tv w772e on 21.04.2018 from reliance digital, kottayam, kerala. A defective piece delivered at home. On request to replace with a new unit, the old one was taken to sony service centre under the pretext of replacing with a new one. But the same unit repaired and delivered to me still defective. This was cheating from the part of sony. I had a number of correspondence since then and till date my complaint has been resolved and i am with a repaired tv for the price of new one. Even after so much of live chat and e-mails sony has not responded positively. Now it is more than 55 days. Has the 'great' sony changed their policy for making money/business by cheating customers? I wish sony replace me the led tv with a new one, with a compensation for the inconvenience and trouble & expenses caused to me.

                                  Sir,
                                  I purchased a sony bravia 32 inch oled smart tv on[protected].
                                  Within 6 months of such expensive purchase the oled panel has some annoying patches.
                                  Customer service executive visited and explained that the patches are due to air-conditioner and they can clean the panel.
                                  Sir, it is a sony product and within the warranty period and the problem is purely manufacturing defect, so why should we accept a repaired panel within the seven months of the purchase.
                                  Please help us.

                                    Sony led tv top brand so i have purchased a sony bravia led tv 43 inch full hd tv kdl w950c, on april-may 2016 from m/s. Shubham electronics, chhindwara.
                                    The tv has stopped working on august 2017 and replaced the led tv panel in sep. 2017 by service centre bhopal. Again five month later april 2018 tv not working and service engineer checked led tv again tv panel problem after till now that no contact for led tv problem attend. But my complain no. 47022109.

                                    Sony part are more costly and and don't provide service after sell product as a student i have face lost of trouble to buy this leptop

                                      I purchase a sony tv led 32 inch from mathura up recently my tv panel broken down than i complaint to sony tollfree so local service centre give me a estimate of 11000 for replacement of my tv panel, but after some time company says that there is no part available so you buy new tv,,, and i requested that iam unable to buy a new tv kindly arrange my old tv part than company refuse it... Kindly help me

                                        I have purchased a sony bravia led tv 55 inch full hd tv, on 24/06/2017 from m/s. Gayatri sales, dibiyapur auraiya (U. P.)
                                        The tv has stopped working on 24/05/2018 i. E. Before one year period and it is still under warranty period; i had lodged a service complaint on 25.05.2018 with complaint id 47591766, but the service engineer did not visit and the complaint was closed. Further i had again lodged a service complaint on 02.06.2018 with complaint id 47747415 and the service engineer visited and taken the ac/dc adopter with him for replacement, however after 09 days i. E. 11.06.2018, he informed to pay rs. 5000 in advance for the ac/dc and thereafter the product will be supplied after 07 days. Since the problem of tv is not yet resolved and the product being under warranty, i have once again lodged service complaint with complaint id 47939780.
                                        I am still waiting for my tv problem to be fixed by sony service team. This is shear cheating by sony service team to ask for payment of the spare parts during product warranty period and delaying to attend the problem in my tv.
