I am not able to watch important matches.
Today's spain vs morocco and prtugal vs iran is unavailable.
The error message says that sony liv server is unavailable.

What should we do in such circumstances?

Its' really pathectic when we think that sony liv is fifa's official broadcasting partner.
Please do something, this is football world cup, there will be many angry users like me.

I have subscribed sonyliv for 1 month for Rs 99 as of June 18, 2018. My subscription process has been done and transaction successful message were received but still not active on my Android Mobile. I can give you my transaction no. and order ID if it is required.
I paid 199 for 1-month premium subscription, during this tenure due to their bad reception and website being totally out of reach due to hanging I was not able to stream man matches. I specifically bought this subscription so that I can stream FIFA without any discrepancies.

Hello SonyLiv..If you cannot load please pull out your site. You are killing my excitement. If you cannot handle it please return my money. Its totally a waste of money subscribing for the sake of world cup.How can you ask the customer to subscribe when you don't have good server??

    I bought the led model kdl43d800d in november, 2016. And recently i m facing the problem in the display which shows vertical bars.
    For that i contacted the service center - modern electronics, sector 34-a, chandigarh, punjab, india. And on 11/6/18, i transported my led to their center as per their suggestions where i was informed about the replacement of the t cone board.
    So they gave me the time limit of 4 days for the rectification of the fault.
    Today it is 25/6/18. Almost 15 days have passed and they haven't cleared the fault.
    And on the phone call i always gets the same kind of response theyalways procrastinate the repair. Also the staff of the center especially mr. Sukhdev singh
    Doesn't got etiquettes for behaving with the customers.
    Please clear my led fault as soon as possible.

      We have purchased one SONY 55x7002E tv on 25th of may 2018 at reliance retail LTD, vizag. Same was fixed at in our home, yesterday we have cleaned the tv with smooth cloth by holding edges
      we have not even handled wrongly. After the cleaning when we switch on the tv we found internal damage on the screen, we all wondered.As sony is good one in brand, we have gone for it but we never expect that this kind of damaged peaces are being sold by sony. This is very sad to hear tv god damaged within 20days from the date of purchase. Now u are requested to replace same damaged one with new one.

      Sony very bad tv
      I purchased Sony Smart 32 inch TC set befor 4 years. Now I am facing screen problems. I complaned to Sony and they reply that this model now avilable so pay around 15000 and get new TV.
      Why should I pay 15000 more. Is Sony Barnd is so bad that in 4 or 5 years they will damaged.
      Very bad test of this brand.

        Hi tanuj silori here i bought sony xperia m4 aqua on august 2015 under one year the device was not working firstly the company gave me repaired sets after that my problem was not resolved than they provided me new siny xperia xa dual i visited many times service center for software repair after one year the screen was not responding but there was not any kind of physical damage but i payed rs 4500for repair of my display then again i went many times for software repair due to hanging issue of phone but now the device is automatically getting heating and its getting shut off while using and when sony provided me sony xperia xa they did not gave me charger and earphone i purchased original sony charger of rs 1500 and sony headphone MdrXb450ap with mic of rs 2500 so my total expenditure on this phone is rs 4500+1500+2500=8500rs i want sony company to return my money as il be moving out or i have a better option of consumer court as well

          Hi

          I subscribed for sony liv premium membership for 3 months.
          Even after that, whenever i try to access any premium video, it doesn't allow me to do so and always provides the error that this video is not available in my geography.
          I took it from hyderabad, india and still staying in the exact same location. So there is not reason for me to get that error as premium member.

          I mailed the customer care again and again but no reply.

          In short, money is taken but the service is not provided.

          It has been more than three weeks since your website (sonlyliv.com) and App has stopped working. I paid money for a service which has abruptly stopped working. I have written several mails but the problem has not been resolved.
          Sir, I purchased Sony home theatre system
          DAV TZ 215 on 26 Oct 2012 at the cost of 12700/-. Due to non operation I given system to Sony authorised service center and they quoted repair estimate as 10018/-. How can repair cost be almost equal to product cost.

            I just realized (June 23, 2018) that i am not able to watch live matches even after getting a premium subscription. I am getting a 5 mins delays match which are for free users.
            There is a link for live match but if i click on the link the link is not working, i am getting a blank screen.

            Resolve my problem fast as i had taken the subscription for fifa matches itself...

              Dear concern,
              I bought sony led tv from authorized dealer of sony (Chandra shiv) on dated[protected], from last 2-3 months we are facing regularly problem in tv sound, regarding the same we have complaint many time to company numbers, company representative visited and always doing the volume setting changed, at last he came and finally told that speaker are not working problem this is manufacturing default so we will change the speaker and the problem will be resolved, we agreed the representative came and changed the speaker but still the problem not resolved.
              Look in the matter and resolve the issue to avoid any kind of action from our side.

                Sir, my tv sony model no:klv-22p402b... Product 8d no:18637301... Serial no:8356436... Purchase jan-2016... Last one month im not woking tv (May 15 to june 13..2018) then after 14th may 2018 im working tv.. But not eaching picture.. Only white lighte in displey.. Then im complaint through ur toll free nombrt /[protected] / there complaint registerd in 15/6/2018... My compalint no:48010018.. But not responbding this time.. Wy sir..                     Made complaint online on 14th june 2018 regarding functioning of my tv model kdl47w800a, complanint registered id :48002534.
                    No one turned up for service. I got a clall from service man and he said he is very busy and cannot say when he can come.

                    On 22nd june 2018 i phoned your toll free number and informed about the problem. They gave me another service request no: 48176998 but still no one turned up nor call me for service.

                    Kindly attend to service my tv.

                      On 16/06/2018 i registered a complaint through my mobile regarding my sony dvd player with shimla sony service centre & requested for a home visit of the technician. To my request the lady attending to my complaint replied that i will be charged for the home visit and the technician will visit my home on monday i. E 18/06/2018 to which i agreed. On 18:06/2018, i got a call from the technician on my mobile and conveyed that he can not visit my home and i have to bring the dvd player to the service centre. When i told him that i have accepted to pay for his visit, not only his reply was quite rude and impolite but he quoted that it is as per company guidelines. If it is so the lady with whom i have registered my complaint should have informed me on that very day & if otherwise then it ammounts to a faulty and discourteous service.

                        I m satyanarayana, residence of eluru, west godavari district, andhra pradesh, purchased sony led 32 inches tv at sonovision electronic shop, eluru dated on 29.03.2017.
                        After 3 months of purchased tv, it was frequently repairing. We also entire family getting irritation to watch the programmes due to regular complaints. So please replace the sony led 32 inches tv. Please avoid the inconvenience.

                          I informed you that i was purchase a sony xperia c4 dual e-5363 on dated :- 09/12/2015 from aerocom communication, sf-121 shastri nagar ghaziabad, whose bill invoice no is:- 1384 and imei no is :- [protected] this phone display was already faulty because after few days of purchase the phone display was not working properly, and i was go to service center f1 info solution & services pvt ltd. 208, 2nd floor ashoka bhawan 93 nehru place new delhi 110019. And submit my phone and after 1 month display was repair and return to me, few month later same problem detect in my phone, that was 3 times same problem detect and every time display were changer or repaired and again my display is no working wit in 6 months of my previous job no is:- w[protected], and current job no is :- w[protected], submitt date is 14 may 2018, and at this time service center not repair or replace my phone and demand an estimate charges of display rs. 8500. Why i m paying, and why you were not replace my phone in 2 time which was in warranty periods. E. I. Company says in this model display was technical fault.

                            Worst service providers in hyderabad call to customers care 1 week completed but no response and no one called me regarding my Request ID 48095162 no response frm technician and i this is the way u people response to the customers and problem of my t v is getting off ever 10 mins send ur technician by 2day evening and solve my problem i thank full to make it

                              Sir,
                              I had handed over my tv model no. Klv-32bx320 in5 as there is a display problem vide job no. J81206824 to your service centre - smart services at vijayawada.
                              They have informed that said display is not available and they offered 25% discount on new tv with the exchange of old one. I had paid rs.29925.00 vide dd no.50060, dt.02.06.2018 fvg. Sony india (P) ltd., handed over your service centre on 04.06.2018.
                              Even lapse of 18 days, i was not received tv. They are not giving proper reply for the same. Some times they are telling that it take more time ie., another two weeks.
                              I have complained to you vide toll free number. Still the problem is not solved.
                              While accepting the dd said service centre informed that, i will get the tv within 10 days. Even after 18 days lapse of time nothing is happened.
                              I am very sorry to say that, this type of act hurted me a lot. Please look into the matter and immediately provide the tv.

                                My sony xperia z3+ which is desing to take photo underwater (As claimed by company) is been dead and not working when i take it underwater for just 30-50 seconds its has ip65 and ip68 waterproof/waterresist mark now company's authorised service center said to pay rs 4-5k (4-5 thousand ruppes) as a repair cost. Why would i pay to service center when its company's desing fault

                                  I bought sony bravia 43w800d tv 2 years before while watching tv all of sudden the tv turn off and starting blinking red light, i raised the complaint and now they are saying panel is gone we need to pay for the parts what the hell is this in 2years the tv goes then what product is this, i need to pay 80k for 2years to use tv is it? I will not leave this easily i will post everywhere this if i didn't get the tv repair for free of cost. We trust the brand and buy but see the result. Guys, please be careful before buying sony tv.

                                    I bough the sony liv 1 year premium subscription on 15-june-2018.
                                    Worked fine for a day. Could watch the world cup.
                                    Now it says my premium subscription has expired.

                                    Money has be taken from the account and they have also send me an acknowledgement email.

                                    No response to emails send to [protected]@setindia.com

                                    Is there any phone number i could ring?
                                    I decided to get a whole year subscription of sonyliv app. It doesn't let me watch a single match of the world cup currently. Some action needs to be taken against the company. This is daylight robbery. It's disgusting and ridiculous.

                                      I have purchased premium subscription of sony liv on 19/6/18 to watch world cup matches live on my laptop. However, i am unable to sign in from my account. The website freezes after clicking on sign in.
                                      I even tried sign out from app before trying on browser and tried various browsers as well. I mailed customer care but they aren't addressing my issue.

                                        Hi sir my is deepak jain. I owner of laptop shopee. I submit problematic 63 pes sony srs xb 10. On[protected] dec to till end of march company give 49 pes.. And march to still june i going sony orbit serves center at warli bt still company not give 1 pes from replacement from 14 panding pes i really disappointed there serves. When i going they give only 1 repaly (When your product come i will call u) last 3 month not come servis center? I cant understand sony compny policy.
