I informed you that i was purchase a sony xperia c4 dual e-5363 on dated :- 09/12/2015 from aerocom communication, sf-121 shastri nagar ghaziabad, whose bill invoice no is:- 1384 and imei no is :- [protected] this phone display was already faulty because after few days of purchase the phone display was not working properly, and i was go to service center f1 info solution & services pvt ltd. 208, 2nd floor ashoka bhawan 93 nehru place new delhi 110019. And submit my phone and after 1 month display was repair and return to me, few month later same problem detect in my phone, that was 3 times same problem detect and every time display were changer or repaired and again my display is no working wit in 6 months of my previous job no is:- w[protected], and current job no is :- w[protected], submitt date is 14 may 2018, and at this time service center not repair or replace my phone and demand an estimate charges of display rs. 8500. Why i m paying, and why you were not replace my phone in 2 time which was in warranty periods. E. I. Company says in this model display was technical fault.
