Made complaint online on 14th june 2018 regarding functioning of my tv model kdl47w800a, complanint registered id :48002534.
No one turned up for service. I got a clall from service man and he said he is very busy and cannot say when he can come.

On 22nd june 2018 i phoned your toll free number and informed about the problem. They gave me another service request no: 48176998 but still no one turned up nor call me for service.

Kindly attend to service my tv.

    On 16/06/2018 i registered a complaint through my mobile regarding my sony dvd player with shimla sony service centre & requested for a home visit of the technician. To my request the lady attending to my complaint replied that i will be charged for the home visit and the technician will visit my home on monday i. E 18/06/2018 to which i agreed. On 18:06/2018, i got a call from the technician on my mobile and conveyed that he can not visit my home and i have to bring the dvd player to the service centre. When i told him that i have accepted to pay for his visit, not only his reply was quite rude and impolite but he quoted that it is as per company guidelines. If it is so the lady with whom i have registered my complaint should have informed me on that very day & if otherwise then it ammounts to a faulty and discourteous service.

      Sir,
      I m satyanarayana, residence of eluru, west godavari district, andhra pradesh, purchased sony led 32 inches tv at sonovision electronic shop, eluru dated on 29.03.2017.
      After 3 months of purchased tv, it was frequently repairing. We also entire family getting irritation to watch the programmes due to regular complaints. So please replace the sony led 32 inches tv. Please avoid the inconvenience.

        Dear sir

        I informed you that i was purchase a sony xperia c4 dual e-5363 on dated :- 09/12/2015 from aerocom communication, sf-121 shastri nagar ghaziabad, whose bill invoice no is:- 1384 and imei no is :- [protected] this phone display was already faulty because after few days of purchase the phone display was not working properly, and i was go to service center f1 info solution & services pvt ltd. 208, 2nd floor ashoka bhawan 93 nehru place new delhi 110019. And submit my phone and after 1 month display was repair and return to me, few month later same problem detect in my phone, that was 3 times same problem detect and every time display were changer or repaired and again my display is no working wit in 6 months of my previous job no is:- w[protected], and current job no is :- w[protected], submitt date is 14 may 2018, and at this time service center not repair or replace my phone and demand an estimate charges of display rs. 8500. Why i m paying, and why you were not replace my phone in 2 time which was in warranty periods. E. I. Company says in this model display was technical fault.

          Worst service providers in hyderabad call to customers care 1 week completed but no response and no one called me regarding my Request ID 48095162 no response frm technician and i this is the way u people response to the customers and problem of my t v is getting off ever 10 mins send ur technician by 2day evening and solve my problem i thank full to make it

            Sir,
            I had handed over my tv model no. Klv-32bx320 in5 as there is a display problem vide job no. J81206824 to your service centre - smart services at vijayawada.
            They have informed that said display is not available and they offered 25% discount on new tv with the exchange of old one. I had paid rs.29925.00 vide dd no.50060, dt.02.06.2018 fvg. Sony india (P) ltd., handed over your service centre on 04.06.2018.
            Even lapse of 18 days, i was not received tv. They are not giving proper reply for the same. Some times they are telling that it take more time ie., another two weeks.
            I have complained to you vide toll free number. Still the problem is not solved.
            While accepting the dd said service centre informed that, i will get the tv within 10 days. Even after 18 days lapse of time nothing is happened.
            I am very sorry to say that, this type of act hurted me a lot. Please look into the matter and immediately provide the tv.

              My sony xperia z3+ which is desing to take photo underwater (As claimed by company) is been dead and not working when i take it underwater for just 30-50 seconds its has ip65 and ip68 waterproof/waterresist mark now company's authorised service center said to pay rs 4-5k (4-5 thousand ruppes) as a repair cost. Why would i pay to service center when its company's desing fault

                Hi,
                I bought sony bravia 43w800d tv 2 years before while watching tv all of sudden the tv turn off and starting blinking red light, i raised the complaint and now they are saying panel is gone we need to pay for the parts what the hell is this in 2years the tv goes then what product is this, i need to pay 80k for 2years to use tv is it? I will not leave this easily i will post everywhere this if i didn't get the tv repair for free of cost. We trust the brand and buy but see the result. Guys, please be careful before buying sony tv.

                  I bough the sony liv 1 year premium subscription on 15-june-2018.
                  Worked fine for a day. Could watch the world cup.
                  Now it says my premium subscription has expired.

                  Money has be taken from the account and they have also send me an acknowledgement email.

                  No response to emails send to [protected]@setindia.com

                  Is there any phone number i could ring?
                  I decided to get a whole year subscription of sonyliv app. It doesn't let me watch a single match of the world cup currently. Some action needs to be taken against the company. This is daylight robbery. It's disgusting and ridiculous.

                    I have purchased premium subscription of sony liv on 19/6/18 to watch world cup matches live on my laptop. However, i am unable to sign in from my account. The website freezes after clicking on sign in.
                    I even tried sign out from app before trying on browser and tried various browsers as well. I mailed customer care but they aren't addressing my issue.

                      Hi sir my is deepak jain. I owner of laptop shopee. I submit problematic 63 pes sony srs xb 10. On[protected] dec to till end of march company give 49 pes.. And march to still june i going sony orbit serves center at warli bt still company not give 1 pes from replacement from 14 panding pes i really disappointed there serves. When i going they give only 1 repaly (When your product come i will call u) last 3 month not come servis center? I cant understand sony compny policy.
                      Plzz i need to help for solve my case i have re sony challen with s/n : number

                        PLEASE DO NOT BUY SONY 4K ANDROID LED TV, See the picture what I have got within 90 days o[censored]sing the TV.

                        I bought a brand new SONY LED TV for around 1 lack, after using it just for 90 days I started to see some kind of plastic pieces inside the TV.

                        When a service person comes to take a look into it, he just said this is not at all a problem and he can just open the TV and wipe it for me.

                        Now its almost 2 months I am still talking with Sony to sort this issue, Sony service and customer care is so slow and pathetic. They are not really concern about your problem.

                        I regret why I bought SONY rather than going with Samsung.

                          I gave my sony xperia z3+ for battery replacement and related issue to sony service centre. After 25 days they repaired my mobile but when i tested its bluetooth after repairing at the service centre itself it was not working. Now they are not able to repair my bluetooth.
                          They are chargong me rupees 2000 for resolving battery issue. Should i not be compenciated spoiling my devices bluetooth by the company.

                            I have been using this application sonyliv app last year. After my use i wanted to opt-out therefore, requested for un-subscribing from this app. I tried to unsubscribing from app. But i was not able to access that category on app. Therefore, i wrote to the customer care, but there has been no use, as it has been sending me forwarded massages for steps to unsubscribe from app. Which is of no use.

                            Along with that, there has been a consistent deduction of 49rs each month, without any confirmation from my side. There is no contact details provided except the email address which is for no help for me. I want my money back, and way to unsubscribe from this app which practice illegal way of money deduction from their users.
                            I paid for a one-month subscription of sonyliv. I paid the amount using TEZ. But the money got deducted from my account and I didn't get any subscription.
                            Yesterday i registered with sony liv. I also subscribed to the super sports one month plan paying online. The online payment site sent me an email saying the transaction was successful.

                            However I cannot view the FIFA world cup live.. I only see 5 min deferred broadcast.

                            Can you please sort this

                                Hi sir,

                                I have subscribed for sonyliv for 6 months today morning and my subscription id is 54208385. On completion i have cancelled my auto-renew option from my purchases section.

                                Now i could notice that all the 2018 wc games are getting streamed at the delay of approx 6 mins, instead of live streaming whereas it's displaying that my premium pack is valid till 14 dec, 2018. Can you please look into this and resolve as soon as possible. It's actually a fraud commitment done by sony.

                                If i have to watch the game at 6 mins delay, why should i go for subscription!!! Please show me live streaming or provide my money back.

                                Attached herewith a snapshot where you can see the scoreboard is displaying 68 min but the so called live streaming is at 63 min.

                                  I paid for rs 149 premium membership pack for 3 month online through the sonyliv portal. The money got deducted. But my premium membership has not yet been added into my account. The frustrating part is i have sent four mails to the [protected]@setindia.com which was mentioned in their portal. But i have got no response. This is really very poor service by such a big entertainment channel portal.

                                  I subscribed Sony Liv premium for one month. Which says live matches will be telecasted. But I see around 7 minutes delay.
                                  I have paid one month subscription and bank payment showed it as successful, but the sonyliv account has not been updated. Tyere is no contact number or grievance addressal systems provided on the app or the website
                                  Hi, yesterday i paid 1 rs. for 1 year subscription applying code DKD1YR, payment got debited but did not receive the subscription, today whn i wanted to resubscribe again 499 rs got deducted from my account, kindly arange to refund the amount of 499 rs.

                                    I had purchased a sony xperia z1 on[protected].
                                    Orignal price on box - rs. 17990/-
                                    After discounts i purchased it for 17498/- from amazon.

                                    After 7 month o[censored]sage on[protected] display oh phone cracked,
                                    Phone was functional and working, apart from a crack on display no issues reported till i submitted to service center.

                                    On[protected] i was given a estimate repair cost of 18526/-
                                    Which included multiple parts of the phone and display as well.

                                    I questioned the cost of phone is 17990/- and i am being charged to repair a working phone 18526/-
                                    Service center had to say these are company repair charges and it doesn't matter what the phone cost is.

                                    I approached adv. Sachin pardesi [protected] for a complain to be filed against company and service center as they are charging for repair above the full cost of new phone.

                                    Since then its been 2 and half year,
                                    Advocate has taken 4500/- for notice that was sent to service center but never filed any complain.

                                    My main concern to complain here is against sony india and prayag cellular (Authorized sony service center based at aundh pune)
                                    As they over charged in estimate.

                                    I could not get this phone repaired as charges are over new phone cost,
                                    Service center did not return my phone till date it is with them.

                                    Just because they are manufacturers and authorized repairers they should not be dominating this way.

                                      Yesterday i registered with sony liv app. I also subscribed to the super sports six months plan paying online. The online payment site sent me an email saying the transaction was successful. When i checked the app hoping i will be getting the service i subscribed for and watching the match live, to my disappointment the app is still asking me to subscribe to the same plan and pay for it which i already did. Sony liv app is not providing me the service it is supposed to, there is no customer support for the app when it should be there if money involves. No customer support on phone, not on email. So, what should someone like me do who doesn't get the service i paid for. This is utterly unprofessional on your side that you don't have a support to solve such issues on urgent basis. I found there are similar cases with the app where the money is taken but the service is not provided. You guys look into this right now.

                                        I was trying to subscribe 'rs. 199/- for 6months" plan in sonyliv on 14/06/18. Sonyliv service id is 9996197. Wallet transaction id [protected]. Payment has been done but subscription was not successful. I have sent repeated email to [protected]@setindia.com but got no reply/action. I have tried to contact the customer care through phone but in vain. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
