This is to bring into your noice that now i am fedup to submitting my phone again and again for same problem, everytime service center provide me same phone without recrifying the actual problem, hardly after 30 days i again faced with same problem with 1-2 new also as this time my phone is getting switched off again and again and its battery level is not increasing from 20% but this time i dnt want this phone to be repaired, i want new upgraded...

Sony Bravia LED Model no. KLV-48w562D, we bought 2 years before while watching TV suddenly turn off and started blinking red light, we raised the complaint and now sony service engineering came and after checked they told board gone need to change the new board amount is around 8000/- indian rupees and after one week new service engineering came and he was checked and told new issue this panel was gone and need to change new panel the amount...

Sir, I have purchase sony by very confident of BRAND name but I have receive a defective led tv it's a 40inch 40R352E from national electronics, saharanpur(247001). I purchased it 24.06.2018 and installation done at 25.06.2018 at 5 pm. So when I check tv after installation at 26.06.2018 I found some screen damage in bottom side of led (pictures taken).
So I feel very upset, pls suggest what i can done....

It's been nearly 2 months i gave my sony handicam (Model no : dcr sr45e) to the sony service centre taramani branch, chennai, tamil nadu. Whenever i use to call them regarding my handicam they give some nonsense excuse for further delay. I have been to the centre for few times but it was of no use. What should we do in such circumstances?

Its' really pathectic when we think that sony liv is fifa's official broadcasting partner.

I bought the led model kdl43d800d in november, 2016. And recently i m facing the problem in the display which shows vertical bars.
For that i contacted the service center - modern electronics, sector 34-a, chandigarh, punjab, india. And on 11/6/18, i transported my led to their center as per their suggestions where i was informed about the replacement of the t cone board.
So they gave me the time limit of 4 days for the rectification...

I subscribed for sony liv premium membership for 3 months.
Even after that, whenever i try to access any premium video, it doesn't allow me to do so and always provides the error that this video is not available in my geography.
I took it from hyderabad, india and still staying in the exact same location. So there is not reason for me to get that error as premium member.

I just realized (June 23, 2018) that i am not able to watch live matches even after getting a premium subscription. I am getting a 5 mins delays match which are for free users.
There is a link for live match but if i click on the link the link is not working, i am getting a blank screen.

Resolve my problem fast as i had taken the subscription for fifa matches itself......

Made complaint online on 14th june 2018 regarding functioning of my tv model kdl47w800a, complanint registered id :48002534.
No one turned up for service. I got a clall from service man and he said he is very busy and cannot say when he can come.

On 22nd june 2018 i phoned your toll free number and informed about the problem. They gave me another service request no: 48176998 but still no one turned up nor call me for...

On 16/06/2018 i registered a complaint through my mobile regarding my sony dvd player with shimla sony service centre & requested for a home visit of the technician. To my request the lady attending to my complaint replied that i will be charged for the home visit and the technician will visit my home on monday i. E 18/06/2018 to which i agreed. I m satyanarayana, residence of eluru, west godavari district, andhra pradesh, purchased sony led 32 inches tv at sonovision electronic shop, eluru dated on 29.03.2017.
After 3 months of purchased tv, it was frequently repairing. We also entire family getting irritation to watch the programmes due to regular complaints. So please replace the sony led 32 inches tv. Please avoid the inconvenience.
