    We have purchase one tv model kd-43x7002e from croma electronics rajouri garden in the month of january 2018 but on 23rd june -2018 a small white color dot appearing in the screen left side for which i registered a complaint at sony service centre the engineer visit my palace given me the report by saying its physical damage from our side and given the estimate of rs 20, 953/- for repair.

    But we want to bring into your kind notice that there was no physical damage from our side so kindly look into the matter as it's un necessary penalty of me of rs 20, 953/-

      Last week, the red color disappeared from my tv screen. I lodged a complaint on the toll free number and was assigned to one of their service centre, who deputed their inspector to my residence in kolkata. After inspection i was informed that thtve panel was defective and must be replaced at a cost of a little over rs 13000 which worked out to about 33% of the purchase price. Anyway seeing no alternative, i signed the consent form, and paid the inspection fee. To my surprise and disappointment, i was informed today 3rd july evening that no replacement part was available and hence no repair was possible. However if i chose to buy a new sony tv, i will be offered a 25% discount on the mrp.

      I find the marketing and post sales service of sony india most appalling, and as a customer i feel plain cheated. Being a retired employee, i demand service for full repair of my set which is otherwise working. This being a clear case of deficiency in service, i should be adequately compensated. Further, sony india (And any other tv company) should be prevented from following such marketing policy and a suitable law framed to compensate customers for marketing substandard products which are prone to failure and which are rendered beyond repair just about 5 years after sale for lack of parts. Let them declare in a transparent manner how long the service will be available beyond the paltry warranty period, so that any customer can take a proper decision on which brand to buy or not buy. Fleecing of customers must stop.

        We have purchased led tv with model number klv-40w562d product no[protected]on[protected]. Which is within 2 yrs warrenty period. We already had made complaint regarding loss of display so it was taken to center for repair and was given back saying ic changed. But just after 2 days again same problem have occured so make an arrangement for the same and reply soon.

          Sony bravia led model no. Kdl 48w600b, serial # 3260408, we bought it on sep 2014, it has suddenly started giving double image and horizontal line in the picture. Upon registering complaint, the technician has diagnosed panel replacement and has given an estimate of rs 28, 000!!!

          I understand the warranty is over but to my utmost dissatisfaction it is hard to believe that a product from sony which cost me 90, 000 rs, would break down in less than 4 years time and i have to may 1/3rd of the buying price.


          I request you to take this feedback with extreme importance and take necessary action. I always been a strong sony fan and promoter, be it tv, home theater, handy cam, mini video player, cordless phones.
          Otherwise i have to scrap the 90k tv and switch to other brands. I believe it wouldn't be good for the reputation of product company like sony.

            I made a service call for to sony svc centre on 3rd june18 for - sony bravia kdl46w700a. Engineer from krish electronics attended on 4th and took advance of rs.500/- to book for new poweroutput box. He came to replace the same after 6 days with a broken piece of poweroutput box, which i refused to get it fixed. Post that he got a new one 13th june18. Still the tv was not functioning properly and was going on & off with 2 red lights blinking. He said it could be motherboard issue and it was send to the service centre. After 7days they said mother board is fixed and again poweroutput box has to be changed and its a multi part issue. This continues and the service centre is not able to either identify the issue and i am constantly calling them with no cooperation from the service centre. I am sure hence forth i will neither buy or recommend anyone to buy sony tv. There are cheaper tv which are much better than sony. Its a shame.

            I am sure if this was sent to local tv technicians, they would have done a better job.

            I want a complete refund of the cost incurred aswell as i would like to file a case on sony tv for unprofessional approach shown to valuable customer and wasting my time and the disturbance created after buying an expensive tv of inr 70k plus. I demand a fresh tv to be provided as they have already messed up with my tv.

              Just realized (July 2, 2018) that i am not able to watch live matches even after getting a premium subscription. I am getting a 5 mins delays match which are for free users.
              There is a link for live match but if i click on the link the link is not working, i am getting a blank screen. It has been second time is been happening the same issue with this app. I am totally frustrated with this.

              Resolve my problem fast as i had taken the subscription for fifa matches itself...

                I have 32" LED TV model- KLD-32W700B, At May I found ON/OFF Problem on it and the service engineer suggest to change some parts which is costing around 10000/-. I agreed with him & ordered the Parts. After some days service engineer installed it. I pay the full amount which was produced to me from them. then few days later the same problem was arises.I called them once again. Then they took my set to their office. After that from last 15 days I asked them when they are solve my problem but they are not any positive answer to me. Even the Manager of that service center is not picking the phone so many times & given me lot of excuses.
                My all the electronics are from SONY, but thus we never can keep our faith on your product anymore! This is horrible. There was nothing happen with the TV at all, no hitting on screen or anything, but still it got damaged!
                I wish you can understand my view. Please don't let us down on our faith on SONY. My humble request to your concern, please arrange the replacement of panel, or arrange to exchange with better quality TV.

                  We have purchased one SONY 55x7002E tv on 25th of may 2018 at reliance retail LTD, vizag. Same was fixed at in our home, yesterday we have cleaned the tv with smooth cloth by holding edges
                  we have not even handled wrongly. After the cleaning when we switch on the tv we found internal damage on the screen, we all wondered.As sony is good one in brand, we have gone for it but we never expect that this kind of damaged peaces are being sold by sony. This is very sad to hear tv god damaged within 20days from the date of purchase. Now u are requested to replace same damaged one with new one. Otherwise we will spared the issue in socal media And go to consumer court

                    I have a Sony LED TV in month of May I registered complain on toll free number of Sony India service center and in return I gat a call for any local service center we thought it from company and they took our TV for repair after a month making 100 of calls they return TV and charge 11000 RS but next day it's completely gone off not working so we call the same person he took TV again and assured me that he will return it in tow days meanwhile when they were not be answered call I again did Tweeter complain and I got a call from company that it's not our authorized service center. They asked me to take my TV back from them only then they can help us after again with lots of effort I got my TV back but now with not any thing working in that now authorized center person even tell us Power supply is not working first we will replace than let. You no matter. I have all original call details when I called toll free number how come any unauthorized center person came to my place and took my TV and completely spoiled it. There might be some one from them who are in contact with them to leaks information to these guys.

                    Even though now who is going to pay for this damage done to our TV

                      I have 32" led tv model - kld-32r422b, recently we found single strip on it and the service engineer suggest to change the led panel which is costing around 12500/-.in our apartment already 3 nos of sony bravia tv got the same!

                      Sony Liv has been advertising that they will stream FIFA world cup 2018 on their Android application..so I have paid for the premium service for 6months.but no stream of the ongoing matches is working and they are not rectifying the issue..

                        West bengal.. The name of the shop is khosla electronic.. The model number of the tv is 43w662f.. I bought the tv today.. Then i told them about the gift (Football)..                             I have given my laptop to change motherboard amounting 12000 /- in bareilly sony service center. They gave me 3 month warranty. My laptop stop working within 20 days. I again submitted it to them. They took 20 days and replaced motherboard again and handover to me and now its again stop working. My warranty period is about to expire and they are just doing nothing. I hardly doubt they replace my motherboard. I invested 12000 rupess for nothing. Even the incharge is talking very rudely to me. He is teaching me thesis of electronic sector like you do not know frequency and power fluctuations. If these things he had told me earlier why would i have invested 12000 rupess in my laptop. Please take some proper action..

                              Your service centre is full of people who doesn;t want to help. Sony centere india kolkata griahat is where i went. Twice. While feeling i am the the worthless customer who expected warranty to be respected. I got calls from mrinal chakraborty according to truecaller. He doesn;t want to help. He makes me wait 30 minutes to take a report and 30 minutes to give me my under warranty product although i am waiting 5 days to get my under warranty product. If you don;t want to give warranty don't. But don't pretend to be a global company while you employ locals.

                              Don;t shame from collecting my under warranty product. It took 20 minutes before i found an email to complain. A documented report. Make yourself more available on internet. Spend as much on sony complaint seo as you will on other aspects. Google it. Or let me know if google is # you that way i know who to hate.

                                This is to bring into your noice that now i am fedup to submitting my phone again and again for same problem, everytime service center provide me same phone without recrifying the actual problem, hardly after 30 days i again faced with same problem with 1-2 new also as this time my phone is getting switched off again and again and its battery level is not increasing from 20% but this time i dnt want this phone to be repaired, i want new upgraded model, kindly check the phone on serious note as again and again i need to back up all my data and rely on temporary phone for some time.

                                Need to take this on priority as i dnt want to make my mind to switch out from sony as i had harrased a lot.

                                I bought a new home theatre product from trichy sathya showroom. Still now customer service not came to check& assemble the product. They are calling simply they said sir i[censored] need help please call we will come otherwise we can't come. This is the procedure your customer service team followed.

                                  Sony Bravia LED Model no. KLV-48w562D, we bought 2 years before while watching TV suddenly turn off and started blinking red light, we raised the complaint and now sony service engineering came and after checked they told board gone need to change the new board amount is around 8000/- indian rupees and after one week new service engineering came and he was checked and told new issue this panel was gone and need to change new panel the amount is around 30, 000/- indian rupees,

                                  IF DIDN'T GET THE TV REPAIR FREE OF COST

                                  We belive the brand and company name based on that only we are purchasing SONY Brand what the hell this kind of issue we face within 2 yrs not only my tv simillar issue happened in my friends and relative houses whoever bought sony bravia TV,

                                  I will going to raise this issue in consumer court and write to fabcebook and whatsapp and inform that don't purchase SONY brand TV's

                                    Sir, I have purchase sony by very confident of BRAND name but I have receive a defective led tv it's a 40inch 40R352E from national electronics, saharanpur(247001). I purchased it 24.06.2018 and installation done at 25.06.2018 at 5 pm. So when I check tv after installation at 26.06.2018 I found some screen damage in bottom side of led (pictures taken).
                                    So I feel very upset, pls suggest what i can done.

                                      It's been nearly 2 months i gave my sony handicam (Model no : dcr sr45e) to the sony service centre taramani branch, chennai, tamil nadu. Whenever i use to call them regarding my handicam they give some nonsense excuse for further delay. I have been to the centre for few times but it was of no use. They just do 15-20min drama like they are work on it and finally they say sir it will take 2-3 days more. Worst experience ever. Still haven't received my handicam and am wasting my money ni traveling to service centre.

                                        I am not able to watch important matches.
                                        Today's spain vs morocco and prtugal vs iran is unavailable.
                                        The error message says that sony liv server is unavailable.

                                        What should we do in such circumstances?

                                        Its' really pathectic when we think that sony liv is fifa's official broadcasting partner.
                                        Please do something, this is football world cup, there will be many angry users like me.

                                        I have subscribed sonyliv for 1 month for Rs 99 as of June 18, 2018. My subscription process has been done and transaction successful message were received but still not active on my Android Mobile. I can give you my transaction no. and order ID if it is required.
                                        I paid 199 for 1-month premium subscription, during this tenure due to their bad reception and website being totally out of reach due to hanging I was not able to stream man matches.
