I have registered my sony bravia tv compliant on last week friday through sony toll free customer care. On that day simran from customer care attended and asked me to try factory reset option but nothing got fixed again i called to sony and registered[protected] my compliant one guy from customer care informed that i will get call from their service center. Till now i did not received any call from the service center. Today[protected] registered my compliant again rajesh from the customer care informed their service center person will contact me. Still no call i received from them. I have warranty period. Are you trying to pull the warranty date and make it as chargeable service.

My phone got repaired just two months back and I'm having same problem again but the device is out of warranty, now I've to pay for the display, Bought sony xperia x which is really an expensive device and such a bad hardware, really disappointed with the Sony.

    I purchased sony 4k video camera pxw-x70 on 21/5/2018 from sony centre, valuable electronics, shop no. B-8 star zone, nashik road, nashik, maharashtra state. I also purchased 4k update software from the same sony centre. I was assured 4k update by the same sony centre. But i have not got the same. My above said camera is still with sony centre till today.
    I request you to handover the above said 4k updated camera to me.

    Please request you to stop Trivago ad as it's very annoying the voice of person is so bad that once person can become deaf please stop Trivago ad and can gv any other ad

      I have purchased my bravio tv in last year, Now our tv got tv panel issue for this I registered complaint on month ago till now I didn't get any reply from sony india, regularly am communicating with customer care but they are telling for escape "will you get call back in 1 or 2days ".Sony technician declared ie is tv panel issue and he ordered that to sony india also but they need approval for release that panel from management .nearly getting completion of complaint 2months no proper reply .please solve my problem asap.

        Hello!
        I have a sony bravia 65 inch led tv which has developed black patches on the screen. It looks like an ink blot, and is extremely annoying to viewers. Sony hasn't agreed to help me out with the issue, claiming it's my fault whereas it's clearly bothering several costumers online as well. Extremely disappointed with sony for treating customers who have spent more than 3 lakh on a tv. I strongly recommend that users purchase a samsung or another brands tv.

          We buy this product on 02/02/18. This product is installed in Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. When I startrd it's working properly and Suddenly product has stopped working, there is no light in product. I switch on and off the product. Check plug as well but no light is there. connected setup box is working but TV has no light.
          I tried to connect with customer care but it's close and I am not able file the complaint.

            We purchased sony home theater on 9.10.2016 from sidhansh electronics pvt ltd navi mumbai vashi.

            Tv is not working after registered complaint on 22.05.2018 yday your person came and told us that t con board is gone

            Need support why such type of problems are occurring after purchase of 1.5 years and the cost of the product is 5170/- which is high that means for purchase of 50k tv in future also such type of expenses we have to bared

            I used a sony Xperia c2305 model unfortunately my mobile down the floor and mobile hang and not open for mobile. i go to nearly sony service centre he say to it's software problem i con't solve this problem because no software in my centre? how to solve my mobile software problem?

              I bought the Sony 24 Inch TV on[protected] and i have registered to install the TV on[protected]. Mr. Hari(Engineer) came and done the installation @ 08:00 PM on[protected] but he unwantedly suggested to purchase additional installation stand for better view and he has charged Rs.1000/- from my pocket without providing any bill copy. Its totally wasted and he looted my money in the name of SONY.

              He's really working at Sony Authorised Service Centre. If yes, why he haven't provided the bill copy for equipment and for installation. I have already informed him to come with bill copy.

              How he bought the third party stand and fixed at my home and he's said its authorised by SONY. How SONY is authorising third party stand without providing any bill copy.

              In customer care, they have mentioned that. installation is the free of cost but he had charged Rs.1000/- in the name of additional stand installed.

              Please help me to solve this issue at the earliest. This is my second SONY TV at my home but i haven't given any money for installling 48' INCH SONY TV but i have wasted Rs.1000/ - for installing 24 INCH SONY TV. I'm totally disappointed and i never accept and suggest SONY brand in future. It's really very bad experience in my life.

              I had purchase the sony 16 GB Pen drive from Amazon deliverd on 8th may and this not working since day first. not show the icon of pen drive on my computer.
              kindy replace the same because we can"t imagine that sony pen drive may be faulty.

                I bought a sony r1plus mobile, it has a faulter on and off switch. I went my nearest service centre to serampore, west bengal for service. I handed my phone to them and they assured me to replacement within 1 week. But 30 days passed but i didn't get no reply.in the mean time i discussed many of your customer support. But it seems in vain. I didn't expect such an worst support from sony like brand. Am waiting for 2 days more if the issue is not going to solve i will drag this issue to civil consumer court asap. There we can discuss whatever we need. I'm giving the paper details which i got from service center:

                  I have a 49" led bravia, which haven't done its first year, there was a error. I contacted the service center and they said they'll solve my issue, and its been two weeks. One person finally ended up saying that the ld box (I don't know what that is) went unfunctional. He said he'll be back in two days, its been 4 days and the service centers response i like, we have more customers in the city, you are outer by 10km, we don't have time to complete your issue. People outside city limits cant buy a tv?... Then why there are showrooms in our place. This is ipl season and i cant watch cricket...

                    Greetings, i have had my worst experience with sony customer care. I bought ps4 just to play fifa around 14 months ago. From the last two months, i started getting error code ce-34878-0. I tried reinstalling my game and cleaned the dust with the brush which fixed the issue for sometime. I was able to play again without issues for a day two and error occurred again. I did reinstall my game, update system software, rebuild database, initialise ps4 even tried different internet service provider but nothing seems to have worked. Probably, there is some issue with the hard drive which can be fixed by replacing it or reinstall system software. The service centre says we can not open the console in india and system software cannot be reinstalled untill new system software update is released by sony. I asked them for what is the cause of the error to which they only answer software problem which is not the answer. As per my understanding, if the issue is with the system software then i would not have been able to download the latest system software update (Version 5.55) which is not true. I was successfully able to download it fine. If the issue is with the application then the application reinstallation should fix the issue. What i figured out is there is some dust blocking the fan which is very common problem with electronic devices and can easily be fixed by cleaning but sony says they can't open the console. If the console cannot be opened then why there are screws on the ps4 (Obviously to open if required). The customer service agents are rude, slow, illogical. I requested for refund and they said they have a different solution for me. I thanked god to finally get a solution but to my surprise what they offered was even worst. They ask me buy a new ps4 and they say i need to pay only rs 15495 for the replacement. Really??? That's the solution??? 50% of the total price of the console. I could have even though about paying around 30% to fix the issue but 15k is too much for the issue which is not even being explained by sony. There is no physical damage to the console. They mentioned we are india many times every time spoke with sony representatives and that we cannot fix it here in india as there is no repair policy. What about the other third party repair shops. How are they able to fix these issues? There are many but i wanted to get this handled by sony and not third party. Are these third party workers who are not even graduates more efficient technically than the technical team of such a brand (Sony). Also, what is the guarantee that this will not happen again with the new ps4 if i pay as i am not explained what caused the issue and how it can be prevented. A gamer usually buy console instead pc so that he would not have to worry about it for at least 5 -7 years and here i will keep buying ps4 every year with discount (If the error occurs after 12 months)

                    I really need a solution and i have escalated case through service centre branch manager and customer service but to to no vain. I am unable to play fifa for last 2 weeks now where i could not live even a single day without it (Only gamer will understand or sony should not deal with gamers)

                      I have purchased sony ht-rt3 audio system on 19.4.2018 from the local retailer m/s dream home, jeypore, odisha vide invoice no. 250/19.4.2018. Right from the installation day, the audio system is not supported to my sony bravia 48"tv (Klv-48w562d model) for which i am not able to get the audio output of the tv. The local service people tried their level best but unable to rectify the issue. I am really dissatisfied with such post sale attitude from the company like sony.in this stage i talked to the service manager mr. Arabind sahu of authorized service center m/s excellent care, berhampur, odisha. But till today the issue is not resolved. I strongly request you please do replace the audio system to rebuild our confidence on the service sector of sony india. We are the regular customer of all sony products since last 5 years. Hope you will realize my feelings and response accordingly. Expecting an early resolution of the issue.

                        After purchasing a phone my phone having a heating problems and because of this my phones camera also not working.

                        After using some time internet in my phone, phone found heated back side and in screen and when started a camera for photograph temperature rise messages pop up.

                        After purchasing i submitted my phone four times in service center first time software update and return, second time phone was at 50 days in service center some parts may be replaced and return and third time submitted in service center men say no problems and return back further heating problems found and now fourth time my phone is in service centre.

                        This foulty phone having a problem since last one year but not replaced by sony.

                          I buy 46 inch KDL 46HX 750 SONY TV in 2014..we feels that sony is very famous brand and quality will be good so we spent nearly RS .90000 .BUT now realise that our decision is totally wrong after 4 years only..first sony tv has motherboard problem .i contact service centre at navsari ..they charge Rs .9000 for motherboard ..it was very farstate for me..now my tv faces panel problem according to service centre at navsari..they told that panel is not working properly..wanted to replace it ...cost will be 28000 and availability for the same..when I saw the complaint on this portal I feels that sony has motherboard and panel problems..so many complaint about this problem..I think it's sony company policy to produce faulty tv which will replace by 4 -5 years by custemer..I very surprise by brand name like sony to do this type of illegal selling..I request all Indians to not to by sony tv and complaint to consumer affairs ministery not allowed selling sony brand in india

                            I purchased my led tv before 4 yr. Now some problems came
                            I called customer care 15.5.18 they told they will send engineer to home. Enginer came home on 17.5.18. He told interior problem solved in service center only. He told we will pick up ur tv. My tv was picked on 19.5.18. Today i received a call ur tv will be ready today or tmw.22 or 23. So bad service and almost 7 days.

                              I had purchased sony bravia kdl 43 w 800 c 8510779 tv on 09/01/2016 from ruchi sales, bilaspur under invoice no. 655. Last month my tv stopped functioning suddenly and i registered a complaint with your service center at bilaspur. Your service engineer arrived and attended the tv but could not able to short out the problem and advised me to contact with service center at raipur (No. [protected]). I did the same and after communication, i also whatsapp the invoice to him. But no proper response / initiation given to me. The tv is in out of order condition since last month.
                              I purchase sony brand paying higher cost, so that i should get best quality and service for long time, but i am observing that both the quality of item and service are very poor. It is very pain full & mentally harassing experience. So please look in to the matter and do as per your goodwill.

                                I had complained on 12 May 2018 about my Sony TV panel going bad for the second time. I complained to Sony customer care. They promptly sent an engineer who assessed the problem. Then within a week the complete panel was changed absolutely free of cost. Excellent after sales service, prompt response and courteous correspondence. Very well satisfied and appreciated. Keep it up Sony.

                                  I am sorry that I should have to write to you with a grievance listed under Service Request ID[protected]. However, as I have been instructed to write to higher authorities by a supervisor, Mr. Asif at your Customer Care No.[protected], I have resorted to the same.

                                  I had listed a complaint on 10 April, 2018. A technician visited and confirmed a “Panel Problem” on 12 April 2018. After many calls to the service centre and to the Customer Care number, I was finally informed that I would be given a replacement set of 29 inches as the panel was not available and neither was a 28-inch model. Later again, when I called repeatedly regarding the delay in delivery/ replacement, I received a call from Mr. Ayan Saha saying that since the 29 inch model was not available, my set would be replaced with a 32 inch set. A staff was then sent to my residence with a form (indemnity/ declaration) signed on Monday, 07 May, 2018) with a confirmation that I was accepting the 32 inch model

                                  I was informed that the set would be delivered by Friday, 11 May, 2018. I waited indefinitely and there was no information or call from the service centre or Customer Care. I have been calling the Service Centre since, who did not have any information and kept saying that would revert but did not.

                                  Finally, on Friday, 18th May, they claim that now, since the 29 inch model is available, I will have to accept it instead of the 32 inch model and which was to be delivered on the 11th of May, 2018.

                                  I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the poor customer service besides the delay and back-n-forth harassment I have been facing. I have been calling the Service Centre and they have informed Mr. Ayan Saha to call me with details, but he has not. They are also refusing to give me his number as it is against instructions given to them!

                                  I request you to kindly intervene as it shocking that Sony India can go back on its word and manipulate a replacement with delaying tactics.

                                    Sir i had paid 3months subscription money of rs.149/- from my paytm wallet for downloading the sonlyliv programme on 14th may 2018. The amount is already deducted from my paytm account and message came saying "you paid sonyliv rs.149/-". But not a single tv serial is able to download. Kindly do the needful. Otherwise immediately refund my money to my paytm account.

                                    So many people having same problem.
                                    I have completed the payment process for 3 months subscription of Sony LiV but no videos are playing. It is asking for subscription and on clicking the button a page with a static black and white picture is shown as shown in the photo. Please do the needful or I'll have to go for consumer redressal forum.

                                      I had already paid subscription amount of rs.149/- on 14th may 2018 for downloading sony liv programe. But today when i started downloading the program it is showing to pay subscription money. I had already paid it by my paytm wallet two days before only. Please do needful immediately and allow me to download the programme. I had already recd message saying you had successfully paid sonlyliv rs.149

                                        I don't know what's the deal with y'all. Its so ironic that the most important games of the playoffs aren't shown. Today's golden state warriors vs houston rockets game, wasn't aired at all. This is not the first time this has happened. Last games' coverage didn't start on time. And even earlier this year a cavaliers warriors game wasn't covered. If you claim to be the only channel to cover all nba games in india, please back it up, when needed the most. Hope that you take this forward and resolve it at the earliest.
                                        I have payed 99 rupee for subscribing sonyliv premium member for 1 month but it is showing as you are not premium member. Please re fund my money as early as possible .
