I had sony tv (Kdl 46w700a) bought in 2013 sep. Now tv is not working showing multiple images

I have raised a complaint[protected]. Service engineer checked and found tft (Thin film transistor) damaged. Need to be replaced
Customer service team suggesting the part was not available and they are forcing us to buy a new tv where they give some percentage of discount itseems.

Within 4.5 yrs will the part of the tv's wont be available. Then why these products are getting sold. I paid 80k to buy and i need to pay another 80k to buy another in 4 years i need throw them off.

Is this service sony manufacturing will provide to the consumer.

I am completely frustrated the sony service made us given the pressure of requesting us to buy another tv. 80, 000 worth of tv is now a garbage. Sony is cheating the people and making the profit

    children doing wrong things being on national television

    I am referring to the serial tarak mehta ka ooltah chashmah being played on sony sab tv.
    The current track or story is showing the children in bad light. The children want to learn to drive a scooter. All of them have been shown as underage drivers and without a valid license or learner's license. They shave been shown to steal the keys from a known person for getting a duplicate key made for a scooter in their society. They have...

    I took an annual subscription on march 10 2018 but no access to content despite several mails. I paid for a monthly subscription at 99 rs on march 22 to test. Since then i have cancelled but get messages that it will auto renew; so they will illegally debit 99 rs every month. And i don’t know yet what happened to my annual subscription! Appalled!!!

      Sir,

      I purchased a led tv of 55"from m/s b. L. Computer bareilly vide bill no 167 dated 13.04.2017, which was sealed pack. On[protected] i make an online request for its installation. Service engineer of digital informatics pvt ltd bareilly came and open sealed pack box and installed on the wall. When he plugged and start the led tv he says it is damaged.

      Service engineer contact with his higher authorities and explain the case. He took some photo of box from all side and found it was perfectly ok. As per service engineer m/s b. L. Computer purchase this led from relience digital bareilly so in first relience may change this led otherwise sony will take up this case.

      Sir at the time of purchase i dont know that form where seller purchased this set. I purchased led in sealed pack box and it was opened by your service engineer. I received a call from sony co who says me" you purchased this led from reliance not our channel so we can not change you should contact from reliance.

      It is once again requested that please see the matter and change this led.

        I have inform you that i will purchase my sony bravia tv on your authorised dealer on year 2010. Now my problem is when we open my tv watching it then suddenly volume is disconnected & then connected this way we have not watching properly.
        One more thing you resolve my problem on phone call or arrange technition by company please inform me.

          What's the problem in uploading all the episodes of kuch toh log kahenge?? There are very few episodes in the app. Please upload each and every episode of kuch toh log kahenge as soon as possible. I was looking for many episodes since a long time but i didn't find them in the app, it was very disappointing so please consider the request and upload all the episodes of the show kuch toh log kahenge.

            On date 11/08/2017 i bought a sony product, sony xperia xa dual from neeru enterprises gf-4, p-5, ocean plaza, sector 18, noida-201301

            My phone got a slight software prolem after using 4 months. The problem was when i end up with call. It functionality on touch screen got vibrations.. I. E opening of apps as their own many many of times.
            As i press power button to screen lock and then unlock. It works fine.
            But after few days this same problem becomes forever and screen goes lining and i did not even able to power off my phone. It power off after battery drained itself.
            I take xperia xa to sony care far from my town, saharanpur (Opposite church road, saharanpur). Contact no. [protected]
            .
            They took around 15 days. Finally, my cell phone arrived the problem of screen lining resolved but they made a big mistek. I did not know how? My camera says
            "error - camera may be using by another application please close another application and try again later" while no application was opened. I reset it. It did not works. I lost my data, lost my time, lost my money on such a worst product.
            The worst phone and service i got from sony. Really really worst.
            Again, they (Sony service) said took my phone to them again for 15 days. Did am free from other work. Did not i have another work to do rather than reaching to sony centre again and again.

            I have video of my deivce working after providing it to sony service centre. Am gonna share it to lot of peoples. As am tired from sony products and services. If you did not resolve this soon. Am really and really gonna show your products to people who have believed in sony phones.

              Sir,
              I purchased my sony bravia 48w562d led tv in december-2016 from reliance digital panvel stores. And in just hardly after one year and one month it started display problem. Panel is full of white lines/patches. I tryed to contact with sony customer care but they said ur product is out of warranty and we cannot help for you. When i asked for paid service now even after 2 months of time period they keep on saying that the spare parts are not available in the company. If such a big brand sony is selling products all world wide how can they fall short of spare parts for so long time period. I think this is a manufacturing defect and company should repair my led free of cost since it is hardly one year from purchasing this product. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                I was using xperia xa1 ultra and it fell and broke. I submitted the phone to my nearest sony authorized service center and they told me that 10-15 days would be required for the repair to get done. During these 15 days i called the service center a few times but there was no response and they did not provide me with any information regarding the repair process. On the 16th day, they called me to let me know about the expense required for the process and provide some advance to them. I went to the service center, provided them the advance and they told me some more weeks will be required to repair the mobile.
                When i asked them what took them so long to even let me know just the amount, there were different answers from different person. The sony support care told me there was no spare parts available. However, the service center executive told me that the delay has caused due to the shift of the sony head office to camac street. However, when i called another executive in the service center and asked if the mobile has been sent to the sony head office he said no, the phone is with them only. This is clearly evident of the disparity in the different answers. I am worried because i am sure that the initial 15 days have been taken by the service center because either they were using my phone, as it was not dead or they have misplaced some of the authentic hardware parts with fake parts.
                Moreover, as a consumer i feel cheated because they have lied to me regarding the exact cause of taking one month for the delay.

                  Sir i have gave my mobile phone to to sony service centre which is located in sector 18, noida, on 3rd of april 2018, for repairing and they told me that in 5 to 7 days your mobile phone will be ok i said ok. But today is 13th of april 2018, but still they said every time awaited for part... Awaited for part.
                  And they will charge 4100 for changing display.

                    ‪It’s a Pathetic experience from the Manufacturer of SONY LED TV.‬
                    ‪We have purchased the SONY Bravia Television Model - KLV-40R352D IN5 bearing serial number 4526079 from Sales Corner, Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat on Oct’17 and after 6 month past we started facing Issues. We complained for the same and they have replaced the Mother Board 2 Times stating that if this time trouble arise they will replace the TV set. Complaint Number are 43767508/43937718/43570191 but before 15 Days, two prominent Black lines started appearing on Display (Screen). We talked for the replacement or refund of money but there authority person (KRUNAL via Balaji Service Station) talked rudely and also stated that No replacement will be done wherever you want to complain, you Can !!! We wrote mail to Consumer Forum with CC to Sony Care. We are really frustrated and mentally disturbed on such kind of service and now we are good to mental torture of following up the things where we are not getting proper reply or response as well .‬

                    The Area Manager of My location Mr. KRUNAL Kaleria don’t have adequate behavioural sense for how to speak with customers. He has yet to understand the true meaning of Customer service and how to handle the customer query . Kindly look into it asap as it’s our hard earned money which your managers are not understanding.

                      Hello,
                      Sony company is becoming one of the fraud companies. It is making customers fool by saying some reasons like production stopped and parts not available. To sell their new products, sony service center indiranagar bangalore, they said to me tv's display panel is broken and its cost around 8000. After 10 days when i called they replied the common story part is not available and you buy a new tv, we will give 25% discount. So i took a dd for 25000 and submitted at service center on 24 march 2018, still didn't deliver a new tv. It is already 12th april. So people should put a case in consumer court for cheating people.

                          Worst Customer Service provided by Sony
                          I bought Sony KDL-42W900B on 2015. On March month, TV display was out and I reached to the Customer Care and paid 1300 for the agent to visit. After 5 days I got an update saying that the Display for this product was stopped . How can Big company like Sony can stop the production of a spare products ? I bought for 86000 and now it’s a huge loss for me as I have to buy a brand new TV..

                            Dear sony team,

                            As i intimated my mobile related concern on[protected] to run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad
                            For the same "run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad" check with my phone and ask two days of time to provide detail clarification on estimated service price on the same day.
                            Then i provided my brother contact number as a alternate contact number.
                            For the same he received one call on[protected] and provided estimated bill to service my mobile. At that time he updated details with concern service team person clearly that "i will update the same with my brother" then after i reached run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad through call communication on[protected]. That time they updated with me that they closed my concern due to one week of time completed from the date of intimation. And for the same they ask extra amount to re-open my concern again they charged rs118/- extra from my end. The same communication which i received on[protected] when i called to run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad service team.

                            Even though i accepted the same. And i paid the amount of rs 6505/- (With 2.5% extra charges) through my credit card.

                            Now i receive a call from same centre and asking extra amount of rs 350/- from my end. Due to display cost increased.

                            Now my questions are :

                            1) is run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad authorised dealer for sony.
                            If yes what basis they closed my first intimation.
                            2) and with out update the details how they can closed my concern.
                            3) when i called on[protected]. Was they don't have knowledge what the estimated amount will their to repair.

                            Please update the same if not i will escalate the same to consumer forum.

                              The technician brought the T.V after 10 days after repairing it and charged us 31 thousand but after the repair an evident black spot is visible on the screen and the technician is not ready to own it up to it. He admitted to have realised that flaw before bringing back the T.V but instead of telling us about it he brought it to our place after travelling for 2hours. And now when I am demanding an explanation, the only reaponse he has is we need to pay 8000 and wait for more 8 days.I want to state that this has caused a terrible inconvenience and I has really disappointed us as we thought high of sony's services previously. Please look into the matter ASAP.

                                I have purchased the above led TV on 30/08/2016. About 01/04/2018 the display of the T. V become multicolour. Then I have reset the system of the T. V. After that the display become OK. Then after I called Sony service center. One man came to my home. That time my T. V did not become multicolor. He told that if T. V again become multicolor then don't do anything and let T. V on until mechanic come. We have done the same thing and my T. V become black. Then I brought to to the service center on 04/04/1018. The mechanic told me that it is 99% chance of pannwl become worst and it will cost you only Rs. 708/- only. I told them that my T. V is in 2 years warranty but they told that look towards so tiny written letters. It is written 1 year T. V and I year pannel. I totally amazed. How Sony like braded co make fool to public. They told that if the pannel is worst. Then you will not be informed. And if the mother board become worst, your permission is necessary. But I have not received any call. Then I thought there is no any problem. then I called him number of time but they not received. After some time they received and told mother board become worst. And you should pay Rs. 6050/- and warranty is for 3 months.
                                So my question is that why should I purchase Sony brand. a lot of co. is available in market in less rupees than Sony. i am totally disappointed. i feel very sad when Sony mechanic told that it is electronic kharab to hoga hi.

                                KDL EX520 Display line .I have complaint registered to sony servicentre then technician visited, he say the display problem replace cost in 24000.00. This models also full panel complaint .what will do?

                                  Sony,

                                  Regret to start this complaint with harsh words but that is what your customer service team deserves - YOU ARE CHEATERS AND HARASSERS.

                                  We have been trying to ru around (like fools) to get our new tv fixed - rather get refunded because now we do not want to have any relationship with Sony.

                                  We bought a new Sony tv worth Rs. 75, 000 (and mind you its not a small amount for us)
                                  thinking that Sony as a brand will live upto its reputation but you guys deserve no more than a penny.

                                  We faced an issue where lines and spots started showing on our tv. Now see how your customer service team handles this and if you still are not ashamed - please come and speak with us.

                                  Day 1 - We try to call toll free number - doesn’t get connected anytime to an executive.

                                  Day 3 - We send an email to your official customer care email id - no response.

                                  Day 15 - We call the store where we bought tv from and got a local service centre’s direct number - Sonnet Care in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
                                  They come and collect the tv as they wanted to try replacing the led panel, assuring that it would take no more than 2 days.

                                  Day 17 - After fighting with Sonnet care they send a stand by tv as they were not able to replace panel in 2 days.

                                  Day 20 - They send back the original tv assuring us that issue is fixed. Same day, the issue is still present and pictures of the issue sent to manager as evidence. Tv is taken back under observation.

                                  Day 35 - After 2 weeks of observation got a response saying tv is alright. Even after visiting Sonnet Care and literally fighting with Mr. Paul locally we got local manager @Amal Michael ’s contact. Local service centre’s response was “Tv is defective - you can goto consumer court - we cannot help other than escalating to Amal”.

                                  Day 35 - Still we agreed to see the tv one more time and in less than 10 minutes of reinstalling, same issue is observed. Picture evidence is retaken by your sony technician and tried to connect the tv in different rooms of the house citing electrical issue. The problem was faced each time and tv was taken back.

                                  Day 40 - Mr. Amal Michael calls us again saying tv is alright and we cannot do anything. We had clearly mentioned that we do not want this tv back and do process our refund - on which his response was - “Refund is not an option you can take the tv or not”

                                  On asking him to escalate to his manager - Mr.Amal said “I am the authority here and i will not tell my manager”. On asking him that where can we meet him - he said “not possible to meet me and disconnected the phone”

                                  Day 42 - Its been almost 6 months and multiple complaints with Sony we first saw the issue and are still waiting for the tv to be fixed..

                                  Please note that due to this harassment, we do not take any responsibility of any unavoidable circumstance which may happen next.

                                  We want to raise an official consumer complaint against Sony TV and specifically against Mr. Amal Michael who is supposed to address customer issues and not abuse his authoritative power. Kindly look into it and ensure the refund is actioned before we, people who they think are helpless once they have the money, take serious action against you.

                                    My sony handset of XA1 which I had perches from Belgaum karnataka state shop ( Sachin Communicatio) in the month of May2017, After that last 2-3 days I am facing problem with touch screen which is not operated properly of key pad touch this handset is having with under warranty period till 12th May-18. Sony is one of the best company for mobile sector in world but the kind of service and injustice with me is very sad.
                                    So i have submitted the handset with all details of bill to your Goa Margoa service center but for repairing they are saying that it will take one month for repair work for the same in this case how i can take the risk for warranty also
                                    In this case they are not providing any spare handset to me for daily routine communication with day to day.

                                    Kindly help me out regarding the same which I shall be get this handset early so that my regular work will not hamper because of this handset also I am not in such a condition to parches another mobile phone.
                                    Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    There are very bad service providing by your East Delhi service center, no response on our complaint from last week, Is this type of service provided by Sony...?? Home theater 3D BLU RAY... BILL NO 304-Q-SI 6867, 28.02.18

                                      I have purchased sony LCD for Rs 32000/- in 2012. Now it has undergone for repair and got reply that spare parts are not available.which is not prompt and sony such a big company why it is not maintaining even for 10 years. I have decided to file a suit against sony on it in consumer forum. I have a hope that will won the case.
