My problem is since 2nd feb and till date it is not resolved and i am not getting answer for the same.

Dear sony center,

Technician had visited on my complain non working of tv and took parts from inside with the reason not reparable so replace new parts charge will be 6111 on 2/2/2018. After that day no any communication or revert during the period.

When i call u on friday 8/2/18 i came to know that taken parts is not available in company and you are doing repair of the same with the same charge and only 3...

My complain is regarding the installation delay for my hometheatre system.
Feb 18th i raised request for installation id 45811719
One technician came 19th night.
I had done all the internal wiring inside the wall so that the wiring will not seen outside.
I told the technician to cut the sony provide wire and connected to the wire am provided through the wall.
He said it will affect the warranty.

We have faced an display compliant in our latest new sony tv which we bought in the august 2017.
We have registered a compliant, agent came n took the tv on jan 23rd 2018
Till now we didn't get positive response from the store. When we call them also they will say it will take few more days.

I have bought sony led tv on 15.6.2015 and on 8th feb i have shown my tv to sony service center at guwahati, assam, but the service center engineer is saying that my panel board has some problem, so i ask them to repair / replace it but the engineer is saying that now the part is not available as it is an old model... Now my question is that how come a 2years old tv can be an old model, how come a sony tv can have a validity of 2 years???br...

Supply of product with fradulent explaining about the sony product and cheating me to buy sony led tv 22". But now the sony tv display panel is out. We go to the sony service centre. We shocked. Because the sony led tv is having sony lcd display panel instead of led panel. We make a complaint at the time of purchase to meenakshi fan house and also to the sony company. I have submitted data cable for changing under i/w on dt 30/01/18 in sony service center housing colony dhanbad and went yesterday for taking new but after enquiry i found that not raised claim. With refrence to above said subject i purchased one brand new mobile set G3116/xperia xa1/ds/black [protected] [protected] from your dealer prem narain and company G.T road jalandhar( Punjab) on 24 july 2017 this mobile set got out of work with in two month for that i gave it back to your service center in jalandhar after that i received replaced mobile of this device but after some time the mobile set of this device still not working...

When i connected screen mirroring that device shows connected with 1 device (S) please send content from a connected device. And i forgot one device but not connected. Every time screen mirroring saw registration option failed. And another way also tried that is wps and tv wifi mode but that device is not connected. I used redmi mobile in this mobile wifi direct option available, device also connected but tv not access screen mirroring please...

I had subscribed to sonyliv in november through my paytm account just for a month. Now, they have been debiting 49/- from my account since last 3 months without my permission. I have written mails to [protected]@setindia.com numerous times to no avail. They even falsely replied once that the subscription has been cancelled but the amount continues to be debited incessantly.

Sony is turning to be worst, other then crime petrol, i see porus and saibaba, but this peoples shows only there ads. Specially todays porus show was all about counting numbers and music, i mean what the hell? If they cant show anything just stop coming up with such programs. Iam not paying to watch there ads, consumers should stop watching sony tv......

My xa had a very tiny dead/stuck pixel on the right side of the nav keys which was only visible on white background. There were few days left to my warranty, so i visited local service centre where they told me that they will check the device and see if they could replace the screen. They gave me receipt but it didn't mentioned the "job sheet number" (As it was my first time to submit a phone in sony service centre, so i wasn't familiar about...

I am nuy this product by sarvoday sales corporation bying 02 feb 2018 and delivery 03 feb 2018very great but company boy (Man) without permision comeing and direct installing and fiting and not movieable stand installing already avabile in my home already purchase 02 feb 2018 direct.

I am having issue in sony tv panel. There is a dust in a panel, i have reported complaint to sony 4 months back and still its not resolved.
One month back they came with new panel but in that panel as well dust was present.

I am not at all happy with customer service.
Tv is in warranty, help me what should i do. I am planning to go consumer court....

I bought a camcorder worth rs 2, 45, 000 and within a year it got repaired three times. I had submitted my camera to kg electronics on 18.12.2017, but after that, the same problem occurred due to which i cant take my function fully. A/m is my complaint no of sony bravia led tv. Screen went blank in just one year and had to be replaced as per the auth servicing center start electronics. It's been long time they are unable to procure the screen or give any satisfaction and... So costly tv and such a pathatic service... Never ever but any sony product....
