Bought sony bravia hd 40" tv, after one year tv not working fine, every 3 or 4 months having issue with tv, jaypee electronics noida service center making fool every time with us, every 3 month i have to visit service centre with complaint. They did something wrong with tv for obtain charges from us.
Every time i have to pay 3000 to 5000. Plz help

    I am serving indian navy officer since 1991 in the indian navy and as you know from my previous mails, have been using a large number of sony products.

    Pls go through the trailing mail of orbit electronics mr naresh. I will give you reasons now why i feel cheated by sony india:-

    Purchase of a costly item ps4 1tb in jan 16.
    Failure of ps4 controller in jan 18
    Call made by undersigned to sony customercare who asked me to call orbit elctronics
    Orbit electronics desk lady asked me to buy a new controller.
    I bought a new controller from croma.
    It also failed to sync with the console.
    I again called orbit electronics and the desk lady handed over the phone to a technician called prasad.
    I was told to come with the controller. I reached orbit electronics on 27 feb with console and three controllers.
    Within few minutes, mr prasad, told me its a hardware defect and no repair can be done, but asked me to make a job cardand also give xerox of original invoice and warranty sheet.
    I got the job card made from the same desk lady because of whom i bought a new controller, whereas the defect was probably with the console.
    While she made the job card, i went to the next shop and took xerox of the original invoice and warranty sheet and handed it over to mr. Prasad.
    I asked mr prasad for his mobile no so that i can call him about the job being a concerned customer, but refused to give me stating company policy and glanced at the cctv. I informed them that i am under transfer to goa and need the issue be resolved at the earliest.
    The desk lady and mr prasad informed me that this console would be of no use and as per company policy, at some discount, they will give me a new one on my next visit. Additionally the desk lady asked me to call after two days and confirm the job status.
    I kept calling orbit electronics at their nos. 65559081 and 65559082 from 01 mar onwards, however, every time either no one picked up the call or it came engaged.
    With utter disdain, i made a email to the service head, sonyindia and orbit electronics in the evening of 06 mar 18 attaching the job card
    Surprisingly, i get a call from mr naresh in the morning of 07 mar 18, saying that i need to send the mail again with the attachments making them turned upside down. I was shocked to know his utter ignorance of how to turn an attachment.
    I informed mr. Naresh that i have personally handed over the xerox copy of original invoice and warranty sheet to mr prasad. Shockingly, he did not believe me that in have given a xerox and after i insisted, keeping me on hold, he spoke to mr. Prasad, who i understand told him that yes i had given.
    Mr. Naresh then informed me to make a dd of rs 16000/- (Approx) and to come and give the same, he told me it will take another ten days for the new ps4 to come to their shop
    I asked him that i can do online transfer and they can deliver, however, not only he spoke to me rudely and gave the phone to mr prasad.

    Following needs your urgent intervention:-

    1. Why did the desk lady advised me to buy a new controller saying that's the only solution?
    2. Why did orbit electronics mr naresh took 9 days to tell me that console is beyond repairs, when mr prasad had clearly told the same on 27 feb?
    3. Why is prasad calling and telling me that for all this while since 27 feb, he kept the warranty sheet and invoice safe in his pocket?
    4. Why do i believe that the console is beyond repairs, it could be a usb slot problem or a resistor/ pcb problem?
    5. Why do i have to make dd and then why should it take ten more days?
    6. Why cant you see the cctv recording and see how the orbit electronics treating their customers?
    7. Why can't you understand that a ps41tb customer wont be uneducated and would like to be treated reasonably?
    8. What will you do with the unprofessional behavior of your service engineers and employees?
    9. Why cant you actually intervene and solve the problem and deliver a ps4 at my home?
    10. I will personally put negative feedback for this product at all websites and e portals.
    11. Why can't it just be repaired? We are repairing much more complex systems today in india.

      I have bought sony led 32" around 3 year back with

      Model no klv -32r 412b
      Serial no 3369785

      Led screen has been damage last week, but it was not available in service center.
      As per them the same model is close now.
      We bought sony with the expectation of getting good service, but we are not getting the same. I have visited your haldwani and aligarh service center but not get any response
      Request you please help on priority

        I understand you are eliminated by voting but I feel they judge is favoring some children more than others. Akash Mitra improves a lot in his dancing but Vashnavi Prajapati have same move all the time kind of tired to see all same move in the show. Better you need to call Akash Mitra back. Or better Vaishnavi Prajapati change her style .

          Hi friends,

          Those who have been faced vertical lines issue in 32' color sony led tv klv-32r482b (Sony bravia tv), we need to join together as a one team, we will try to approach consumer court or any one of government complaint board for this issue. Because i have been seen here most of the members are faced similar kind of issue (*vertical lines issue) on sony tv's (Even though many members faced issue in same model no - i don't know why). But the sony corporate does not take any action on this...

          We have raise the complaint against sony as a one team, then only they will take necessary action on this… please comment here… we will discuss further here and we will take further action on this…

              Hi, i am dr narendra hereby complaing you that, i have taken sony tv (Klv-49w672e) on 15th of aug 2017, while watching tv suddenly it got off and red light startd to blink. Immediately we disconnected and contacted customer care. (Complaint no[protected] service engineer told that some board problem. How well reputed sony tv with high end model can get this type of fault within 6months. This is very very unfortunate that i believed sony and spent hard earned money, after complaint (24 feb 18) till today i don’t got tv repaired,
              As sony is well reputed brand kindly do exchange of tv and give us good relief. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest

                Hi team,

                Greetings!

                I am really disappointed as a sony brand customer, because i have more crush on this brand, so that i was used my most of the product from sony only like such as mobile, headset, tv, dvd players & etc, also i have been advised to our family surrounding’s and friends about the sony is best brand in an quality and other aspects as well. But now my belief not correct with sony brand.

                I have purchased a 32' colour sony led tv klv-32r482b serial no. 3277273 on three years back from sathyas show room, porur, now i am facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen, when i approached the customer care they asked to do the factory settings which i did but the problem still exists. Then an engineer came to inspect the tv. He told me that it was the display panel problem and which needs to be changed and the cost would be around rs. 13000/- i mean after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality i need to pay almost 40% of the tv cost within such short span o[censored]sage makes me think what do you define as quality.

                Sony product quality was very very poor, no long life, the products and its equipments quality also not good, with in an short duration with less usage, i have been facing issue on my sony tv.

                I have couple of questions to corporate,

                Question no: 1

                Firstly, have you manufacturing the good quality of products?, if yes, why i have been facing the vertical lines and distortion on the screen issue on my tv.

                Question no: 2

                I have been faced this issue exactly once the warranty period gets completed, also i have been seen your customers complaints from consumer complaints portal, most of the members are faced the same issue at the same time (Like after three / four years only)?

                Which means you (Sony) are manufacturing the most of your products and equipments with poor quality only?

                Question no: 3

                Continues with last question, have you designed your products and equipments can failure after three or four years?

                Is this your business strategy?

                So that your corporate can get fudge revenue and profits through the spares and services

                We are believed that (All of your customers like me) sony product are too good and we should used the products for long life because of the brand name, even though the product price is costlier when compared to other brands.

                Question no : 4

                If not, then why your products can failure after three / four years?

                Hope fully you have get similar kind of complaints from customers end, then

                Have you following fmea (Failure modes and effects analysis)?

                If you done this analysis na, its get resolved... I think you are done... You are manufacturing your products with less quality also it should failure in an short duration's then you are getting continues profits and revenues from your customers through this strategy..

                I checked with the sony authorized service center, they said the only solution is to get the part replaced. I hereby request you to get the tv replaced with another one, as i am not happy with the current solution in getting part replaced and what if the problem occurs again. Please do help in getting the tv replaced or do the appropriate solution and action on this...

                My humble request to everyone, please don't go behind the brand name of sony which is totally wrong and the product doesn't worth that of quality. We just spend money on them and in return we get nothing but poor quality and worst customer service.

                  I had purchased sony led 42w900b from kdm electronics - mayur vihar - delhi on 15/3/18 vide invoice number mv2-05323/14-15 with an supplier reference as sf[protected] through bajaj finance with extended warranty for 5 years.

                  I had problem in my led hence lodged a complaint in your customer care on 22/2/18 vide complaint number 45897038. Your service engineer mr anil visited us on 24/2 and infromed that the motherboard has to be replaced and the total charges would be 10500/- when i told them that i have an extended warranty he said that he is not bothered about that and if we want our tv to be rectified then i have to pay 10500/- so i paid him a advance of 1000/- vide receipt number 002305 dt 24/2 of f1 info solutions & services pvt ltd.

                  After getting the advance he informed me that he will get back to me by 26th with actual status of the motherboard. When he didnt turned up i called the serive centre wherein to my surprise they told me that it would take 10 days to give the status and they are not sure whetehr they will get the mother board or not??? They were very rude and made me feel like that i am did some crime by buying sony product.

                  If sony is incapable of keeping the spares in stock then why cheat customers with wrong promises and advertisements.

                  I expect a response within 48 hours, if not i shall go to the court of law and will also ensure that non of my relativces, freinds, colleagues and etc never ever opt for sony products as sony india is nothing but a centre to con public.

                    You are not showing yeah in dinon ki baat hai in afternoon since today. You say that the show is not getting TRP and you are going to close it if this continues. People will see it when you will show that according to their eligible time! Everyone has a demand to watch it in afternoon so why are you not doing so! A person complained that he want to see crime patrol all the day. That's why you changed the timings. On Sony crime patrol is going on all the day. Let him see on that channel. On Sony HD you can show the repeats instead! According to last week yeh un dinon ki baat hai is coming on Sony HD at2:30pm let it be in that timings only. It is not only my demand, it is the whole group of people who love to watch yeh in dinon ki baat hai have this demand. at 9:00am you are showing yeh in dinon ki baat hai today . then porous and then the kapil sharma show. Why!? Instead of that show the other shows repeat. As you were doing. According to last week those timings of each serials were perfect! Fix this today only or till tomorrow I want it fixed . its enough now .how many times will you change the timings of that particular show!please stop it! Its a request. Don't force us to change the request into complaints . if you don't fix it till tomorrow I will send you this message again and again. The shows which came late you are promoting them more and showing them earlier . children can see this serial in afternoon only (the repeat of it) and even everyone was suitable with the earlier timings please work on it.

                      Whats the hell is happening ... i cant see many shows on app as well as online .. do fix this problem.. i think they are least concerned about their site...

                          I purchased sony xperia x dual f5122 handset on april 2017, after
                          Couple of month’s fine experience i start facing a display problem on my handset, so i went
                          To sony service center in pune for display issue while phone was under warranty. The service center executive told me that “my handset comes
                          Under sony’s premium phone list and it won’t be repair it’ll get
                          Replaced by new model which will take around 15
                          Days”, so i submitted my handset on 6th jan 2018 to sony service center without providing any other phone by them to use during the time of service. During those 15 days’ time period they called me twice just inform that myhandset is pending for some parts.
                          After 15 days when i called them and asked for my handset status, they
                          Replied that my handset (Xperia x dual f5122) is out of stock, and told me
                          To wait for more 2-3 days, after 3 days i called them and asked for status,
                          They again replied me the same. This same conversation goes for couple of days.
                          And finally then they told me because o[censored]navailability of stock they will
                          Provide me the upgraded handset this process took another one
                          Week after they called me and offer me xperia xa1 series
                          Handset. Meanwhile when i compared my xperia x dual features to xperia xa1 seriesthere was many features such as fingerprint id, snapdragon processor, etc. Was not there on xperia xa1 which was disappointing the upgradation which i was provide by them.
                          After 1 month of this time period they offering me xperia xa1, for which i never asked them to give me upgraded handset. But when they said that it will be a upgraded one, that doesn’t mean they provide a downgrade handset. When i told them this thing they agreed that it was a downgrade handset instead of that they will offer me a same specification handset xperia xz at extra cost of 15000 rupee which i have to pay. Later i asked them on what basis you thinking that xa1 is upgraded then they start
                          Giving me reason that according to my handset current cost only these
                          Handset we can provide you now they forget to use 'upgraded' word. I
                          Replied them i never asked for upgraded, neither i'm going to pay more
                          For upgraded series nor i'm going to compromise with
                          Specifications which i had in my handset. So now they are telling me that
                          They request to their superior for repairing of handset, once they got
                          Approval for repairing of my handset they will get the handset by post
                          And then they will send it to another service center for repair which will take another 2 weeks.
                          They wasted one and half month for replacement and now telling me that my handset
                          Will be repaired. After that much time this is not acceptable and during
                          That time i'm facing so many problems without my phone, even then don’t have another handset.
                          I am very disappointed from sony i want refund now..

I am totally dis satisfied with the product and the quality of service is below the standards. I have requested them to share the escalation matrix of sony they denied it and there is no one to address this matter. Never seen such a helpless customer support from this company.

                                Technician had visited on my complain non working of tv and took parts from inside with the reason not reparable so replace new parts charge will be 6111 on 2/2/2018. After that day no any communication or revert during the period.

                                When i call u on friday 8/2/18 i came to know that taken parts is not available in company and you are doing repair of the same with the same charge and only 3 monts warranty without talking my confirmation.

                                I had called on 9/2/18 for not do repairs and i am not interested to so got the reply technician will talk to you.

                                May i know when will issues??.

                                In the market many cheap tv is also available but we are purchasing brand "sony" and paying almost double. It's 30k within the period of three year.
                                Mean you are charging higher price and using cheap product for your margin. And after fer year later you are asking money for replacements of parts.

                                Why i have to pay unnecessary charges.

                                  My complain is regarding the installation delay for my hometheatre system.
                                  Feb 18th i raised request for installation id 45811719
                                  One technician came 19th night.
                                  I had done all the internal wiring inside the wall so that the wiring will not seen outside.
                                  I told the technician to cut the sony provide wire and connected to the wire am provided through the wall.
                                  He said it will affect the warranty.
                                  So i told i dont need warranty, please do the work. But he didint do the work and he left. His name is sai. Phn num:- [protected]

                                  Next day again i callled customer care and i told all these things and they gave one number and told to call [protected].
                                  I called many times and finally they answered and gave me a tecnician number and i called him. He told me he will come by 8pm. I waited till 9pm and called around 10 times. He didnt come.
                                  Today again i called customer care and they are telling my service request is cancelled by someone and registered again today id45857537.
                                  I dont know anyone will come and do the installaton.
                                  I am very much irritated with the service by sony. Please do the needful.

                                    We have faced an display compliant in our latest new sony tv which we bought in the august 2017.
                                    We have registered a compliant, agent came n took the tv on jan 23rd 2018
                                    Till now we didn't get positive response from the store. When we call them also they will say it will take few more days.

                                    Pls look into the issue.

                                    I purchased this my sony kdl 32w700b 3 years ago and after that we bought another tv so my sony was kept aside to use as a monitor but after some months its showing like this why is this happening

                                        I have bought sony led tv on 15.6.2015 and on 8th feb i have shown my tv to sony service center at guwahati, assam, but the service center engineer is saying that my panel board has some problem, so i ask them to repair / replace it but the engineer is saying that now the part is not available as it is an old model... Now my question is that how come a 2years old tv can be an old model, how come a sony tv can have a validity of 2 years???
                                        This is because of manufacturing problem / defect only.
                                        I am not satisfied with the service of the sony india ltd.
                                        I must say that people of india is frauded by sony india ltd.
                                        So must suggest people of india should never buy any sony led tv...
