Hello,
Sony company is becoming one of the fraud companies. It is making customers fool by saying some reasons like production stopped and parts not available. To sell their new products, sony service center indiranagar bangalore, they said to me tv's display panel is broken and its cost around 8000. After 10 days when i called they replied the common story part is not available and you buy a new tv, we will give 25% discount. So i took a dd for 25000 and submitted at service center on 24 march 2018, still didn't deliver a new tv. It is already 12th april. So people should put a case in consumer court for cheating people.

    Please find below my trail mail i have been purchased SONY tv 2 years back now i am facing problem.

    I got reply from concern person from SONY customer support which is not satisfy me they have given reply like business motive they want to insist to buy their product. with the cost of Rs.23, 000/-

    They have supplied me the defective product of SONY TV, now i am very much suffering.

    please help me out from your end.

      Worst Customer Service provided by Sony
      I bought Sony KDL-42W900B on 2015. On March month, TV display was out and I reached to the Customer Care and paid 1300 for the agent to visit. After 5 days I got an update saying that the Display for this product was stopped . How can Big company like Sony can stop the production of a spare products ? I bought for 86000 and now it’s a huge loss for me as I have to buy a brand new TV..

        Dear sony team,

        As i intimated my mobile related concern on[protected] to run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad
        For the same "run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad" check with my phone and ask two days of time to provide detail clarification on estimated service price on the same day.
        Then i provided my brother contact number as a alternate contact number.
        For the same he received one call on[protected] and provided estimated bill to service my mobile. At that time he updated details with concern service team person clearly that "i will update the same with my brother" then after i reached run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad through call communication on[protected]. That time they updated with me that they closed my concern due to one week of time completed from the date of intimation. And for the same they ask extra amount to re-open my concern again they charged rs118/- extra from my end. The same communication which i received on[protected] when i called to run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad service team.

        Even though i accepted the same. And i paid the amount of rs 6505/- (With 2.5% extra charges) through my credit card.

        Now i receive a call from same centre and asking extra amount of rs 350/- from my end. Due to display cost increased.

        Now my questions are :

        1) is run service infocare pvt ltd-hyderabad authorised dealer for sony.
        If yes what basis they closed my first intimation.
        2) and with out update the details how they can closed my concern.
        3) when i called on[protected]. Was they don't have knowledge what the estimated amount will their to repair.

        Please update the same if not i will escalate the same to consumer forum.

          The technician brought the T.V after 10 days after repairing it and charged us 31 thousand but after the repair an evident black spot is visible on the screen and the technician is not ready to own it up to it. He admitted to have realised that flaw before bringing back the T.V but instead of telling us about it he brought it to our place after travelling for 2hours. And now when I am demanding an explanation, the only reaponse he has is we need to pay 8000 and wait for more 8 days.I want to state that this has caused a terrible inconvenience and I has really disappointed us as we thought high of sony's services previously. Please look into the matter ASAP.

          My sony sony 32R tv purchased in 2013 model sony bravia 32 LED isnot working properly from last one month, a white light is seen in the middle of the TV, and gost images is appearing, that is double images are seen.

            I have purchased the above led TV on 30/08/2016. About 01/04/2018 the display of the T. V become multicolour. Then I have reset the system of the T. V. After that the display become OK. Then after I called Sony service center. One man came to my home. That time my T. V did not become multicolor. He told that if T. V again become multicolor then don't do anything and let T. V on until mechanic come. We have done the same thing and my T. V become black. Then I brought to to the service center on 04/04/1018. The mechanic told me that it is 99% chance of pannwl become worst and it will cost you only Rs. 708/- only. I told them that my T. V is in 2 years warranty but they told that look towards so tiny written letters. It is written 1 year T. V and I year pannel. I totally amazed. How Sony like braded co make fool to public. They told that if the pannel is worst. Then you will not be informed. And if the mother board become worst, your permission is necessary. But I have not received any call. Then I thought there is no any problem. then I called him number of time but they not received. After some time they received and told mother board become worst. And you should pay Rs. 6050/- and warranty is for 3 months.
            So my question is that why should I purchase Sony brand. a lot of co. is available in market in less rupees than Sony. i am totally disappointed. i feel very sad when Sony mechanic told that it is electronic kharab to hoga hi.

            KDL EX520 Display line .I have complaint registered to sony servicentre then technician visited, he say the display problem replace cost in 24000.00. This models also full panel complaint .what will do?

              Sony,

              Regret to start this complaint with harsh words but that is what your customer service team deserves - YOU ARE CHEATERS AND HARASSERS.

              We have been trying to ru around (like fools) to get our new tv fixed - rather get refunded because now we do not want to have any relationship with Sony.

              We bought a new Sony tv worth Rs. 75, 000 (and mind you its not a small amount for us)
              thinking that Sony as a brand will live upto its reputation but you guys deserve no more than a penny.

              We faced an issue where lines and spots started showing on our tv. Now see how your customer service team handles this and if you still are not ashamed - please come and speak with us.

              Day 1 - We try to call toll free number - doesn’t get connected anytime to an executive.

              Day 3 - We send an email to your official customer care email id - no response.

              Day 15 - We call the store where we bought tv from and got a local service centre’s direct number - Sonnet Care in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
              They come and collect the tv as they wanted to try replacing the led panel, assuring that it would take no more than 2 days.

              Day 17 - After fighting with Sonnet care they send a stand by tv as they were not able to replace panel in 2 days.

              Day 20 - They send back the original tv assuring us that issue is fixed. Same day, the issue is still present and pictures of the issue sent to manager as evidence. Tv is taken back under observation.

              Day 35 - After 2 weeks of observation got a response saying tv is alright. Even after visiting Sonnet Care and literally fighting with Mr. Paul locally we got local manager @Amal Michael ’s contact. Local service centre’s response was “Tv is defective - you can goto consumer court - we cannot help other than escalating to Amal”.

              Day 35 - Still we agreed to see the tv one more time and in less than 10 minutes of reinstalling, same issue is observed. Picture evidence is retaken by your sony technician and tried to connect the tv in different rooms of the house citing electrical issue. The problem was faced each time and tv was taken back.

              Day 40 - Mr. Amal Michael calls us again saying tv is alright and we cannot do anything. We had clearly mentioned that we do not want this tv back and do process our refund - on which his response was - “Refund is not an option you can take the tv or not”

              On asking him to escalate to his manager - Mr.Amal said “I am the authority here and i will not tell my manager”. On asking him that where can we meet him - he said “not possible to meet me and disconnected the phone”

              Day 42 - Its been almost 6 months and multiple complaints with Sony we first saw the issue and are still waiting for the tv to be fixed..

              Please note that due to this harassment, we do not take any responsibility of any unavoidable circumstance which may happen next.

              We want to raise an official consumer complaint against Sony TV and specifically against Mr. Amal Michael who is supposed to address customer issues and not abuse his authoritative power. Kindly look into it and ensure the refund is actioned before we, people who they think are helpless once they have the money, take serious action against you.

                My sony handset of XA1 which I had perches from Belgaum karnataka state shop ( Sachin Communicatio) in the month of May2017, After that last 2-3 days I am facing problem with touch screen which is not operated properly of key pad touch this handset is having with under warranty period till 12th May-18. Sony is one of the best company for mobile sector in world but the kind of service and injustice with me is very sad.
                So i have submitted the handset with all details of bill to your Goa Margoa service center but for repairing they are saying that it will take one month for repair work for the same in this case how i can take the risk for warranty also
                In this case they are not providing any spare handset to me for daily routine communication with day to day.

                Kindly help me out regarding the same which I shall be get this handset early so that my regular work will not hamper because of this handset also I am not in such a condition to parches another mobile phone.

Now it has undergone for repair and got reply that spare parts are not available.which is not prompt and sony such a big company why it is not maintaining even for 10 years. I have decided to file a suit against sony on it in consumer forum. I have a hope that will won the case.

                    I submitted a mobile around a week ago at janakpuri sony authorised service centre for repairing back of my mobile handset. They told me that they will give me a estimate within 2-3 working days but when the estimate came they gave me an estimate of ₹13000/- which included the display and back and some minor repairs but when i told them before only to change the back only they insisted to change the display which was of huge amount but when i said no so they rejected my request to repair the handset. What kind of service is this? It was mr vicky who was attending me who was not at all helpful and was rude too. Kindly look into this matter very seriously as they not only wasted my time but also made the handset even worst.

                    Is Sony is not branded phone right
                    Please tell vodafone to give volte services to Sony Xperia devices you can suggest vodafone to list Sony devices

                      I purchased sony kdl-46cx520, it's warranty period is over and it is not the budget line product, last 10 days it has picture problem and i call serving job no.- j 80776779
                      Service says it will not repairable please take 25% offer and buy new tv.
                      My question to sony india ltd.

                      1) why will it not be repaired?

                      2) what is 25% offer when a big mall and local saler gives near about 25%. We the customer are not foolish and not begger that looking for 25%, i suppose to call sony manegment to any big saler in kolkata i will give you your product on 25%.
                      It is very painful to say sony has lost it's faith and quality in india

                      So, please, please repair my tv as soon as possiable what will be paid by me.

                        Service center was reluctant to take laptop as there were not having os. But sony customer care suggested to submit the laptop and they will provide the os.

                        After submitting the laptop on 28-feb-2018, the part was ordered on 12-march-2018. This issue is dragging from past one month. Yesterday i was told by service center that recovery disk is not available and laptop cannot be repaired.

                        This evidence clearly shows your negligence cause of out of pocket expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering.

                          I bought my sony xperia xa1 eight months ago after two month the touch was not working i serviced my mobile in nearby authorised service center they give me assurance that the problem wont repeat again. But after some days again the touch issues came and i contacted my service person for rectification he serviced and get back after one month this problem repeats again and again 3 times my mobile was serviced now 4th time same issues came. I asked for my replacement but sony told me there is yellow mark on screen and so rejected my request. This was toltally your problem. You are such a great corporate company and doing bussiness world wide but you cant satisfy a customer and cheat him i lost my 20000. Thankyou

                            Hello,

                            I am mehul chaudhari from gandhinagar, gujarat, india. My smart phone number is [protected].

                            I owned sony xperia xa 1 dual on 18th may 2017 for 18990/-rs. From that date to february 2018 this phone stopped working 3 times. I have given it to authorized service center in ahmadabad.in 9 month period service center has almost taken 3 months for repairing. And i am without phone during this period.

                            In february when phone again stopped working service center has offered me to replace phone with xperia xa 1 plus instead xperria xa 1 of 26990/- rs. And assured me if this new phone will stop working they refund me money. So i agreed and paid difference around 8000/-rs by demand draft.

                            Service center given me new phone on 9th march 2018, and on 11th march again this xa 1 plus stopped working.

                            I have submitted this phone to authorized service center in ahmadabad. And demand for money refund. I have sent emails to company but they are not responding.
                            Now i just want refund no further repairing or else. Please help me to get refund.

                              Worst service by sony service center and call center ... there are not supported and argue... i give my phone at service center on 21st feb for sim slot replace but they not done till date (27th March)...
                              and still argue with me ... call center.. i said give call to senior but they didn't give... sony don't want to resolved my issue. worst company. don't buy sony mobiles... if any one dout in my chat so connect me i have proof agains sony. i have all call sony centers... so don't buy anyone sony mobile.

                                I have bought a new xperia x mobile on april 26, 2017. It was very heated when i using camera.. And also am already give it the service center but still now the problem is not resolved... When i ask to the service center technician he told this mobile is failure model so can't resolve this problem like that... Now what can i do... The mobile cost is 25000.. So i can't ignore this mobile... Kindly tell this model is failure model? Really am very disappointed with this mobile..

                                  The worst brand ever! The worst customer service! I've been going to the service centre for more than 20 times in just 5-6 months but still nothing has been fixed. Your xperia xa1 has been faulty 5 times in 5-6 months and again is. I want my refund & i don't want any replacement or paid upgrade. Just refund the money back. It's now more than enough. I'm suggesting others not to trust this unworthy brand ever. Just big talks & a unworthy tag line.

                                    I was till date a die hard fan of Sony products but since I faced problems for my two products ie music system and TV which is very costly. I feel Sony company also does not take effort to protect for their brand value. And hence I am moving towards hating your products.

                                    My complaint is, I have 42" LCD Sony bravia purchased @ 75000 INR which is now 3 years old . Suddenly TV
                                    Stopped getting turning ON. This happened on 14th March 18.Sony engineer told to fix this it requires to replace mother board costing 10, 000 INR. This happened on 14th March 18. And till date my TV is not repaired by your service center in Goregaon (east) saying that spares are not available.Now After reviewing lot of websites and customer forum i found this is manufacturing defect as almost all televisions are facing same problem. Need consumer forum team help to get my faulty models fixed from Sony as it seems to be manufacturing defect.

                                      I have 40" led sony bravia purchased @ 65000 inr which is now 5 years old. Suddenly display panel is showing black vertical lines on the screen, sony engineer told to fix this its require new panel costing 20, 000 inr. Now after reviewing lot of websites and customer forum i found this is manufacturing defect as almost all televisions are facing same problem. Need consumer forum team help to get my faulty models fixed from sony it is manufacturing defect.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have been using sony bravia ex52 since last 6 yrs, i have not utilised tv for its fullest capacity just other than utilising it as tv. The reason was that where i was staying there were no proper technical support from sony. Now i shifted to bangalore. Recently i tried to connect tv to internet but in spite of several try i could not succeed. Similarly i tried to utilise other features but i failed. I promptly lodged the complaint on 9 mar 2018 and complaint no 46139758 for a demonstration. Till date no body has responded to my complaint in bangalore. I had high expectations from sony and its customer services. Being in bangalore, if this the condition to attend customers complaint then those who are in urban and rural area, we can very well imagine.
