The worst brand ever! The worst customer service! I've been going to the service centre for more than 20 times in just 5-6 months but still nothing has been fixed. Your xperia xa1 has been faulty 5 times in 5-6 months and again is. I want my refund & i don't want any replacement or paid upgrade. Just refund the money back. It's now more than enough. I'm suggesting others not to trust this unworthy brand ever. Just big talks & a unworthy tag...

I was till date a die hard fan of Sony products but since I faced problems for my two products ie music system and TV which is very costly. I feel Sony company also does not take effort to protect for their brand value. And hence I am moving towards hating your products.

I have 40" led sony bravia purchased @ 65000 inr which is now 5 years old. Suddenly display panel is showing black vertical lines on the screen, sony engineer told to fix this its require new panel costing 20, 000 inr. Now after reviewing lot of websites and customer forum i found this is manufacturing defect as almost all televisions are facing same problem. I bought a sony tv model klv 32 r512c on 15.01.2016 from vasanth &co nagercoil tamil nadu. Since red light was blinking it was taken for service by sony service (Sri mobile). Cost of tv rs.25240.
They quoted rs.10000 for servicing a two-year old tv of reputed brand. This is ridiculously and day time robbery. Kindly make arrangements to repair my tv at a reasonable cost....

Super disappointed with the CS experience I had today. Bought the TV on 2-Oct-2016 on snapdeal with the delivery on 7-Oct-2016.

In exact 1 year + 5 months of purchase, the TV lost its display.

Called CS helpdesk for support and to request for replacement. While I understand the replacement may not be in their direct control/hands however for fixing the fault they want customer to pay for the technician visit....

I had visited sony centre andheri to replace the broken glass of my xperia xzs and i was surprised to know that sony does not provide after sales services. The appointed and authorised servise centre of sony which is a 3rd party also has a 3rd party vendor to repair mobile phones. At the desk they upfront said to do any such repair outside warranty, if any, has to be paid in cash only and electonic payment is not accepted as per company policy....
