My lcd was repaired by service centre jammu on[protected], replacing board and panel and i had to spent around 26500 for the same. The lcd tv did not work properly and in december 2017 suddenly it stopped working and was blinking on and off when i used to start the lcd. I immediately brought to the tv service centre at jammu around 2 weeks back.
The technicians/representatives are given me different reasons every alternate day, some times they are telling one board is defective and some other day a different reason is given for the defect. I have come to the conclusion due to their in experience they were unable to rectify the defect. On my visit to the customer service centre on[protected], i was told the the lcd has been repaired and the board was ok and they cannot deliver me the lcd on spot as some meeting was going on in the rrom were the lcd is kept.
I was told the lcd will be delivered to my home by 6.30 to 7 pm and also the lcd will be tested after installation. I was given a mob no of the representative who will visit my home for the required installation.
I had some important work and also had to come back from around 20 kms fo remain at my residence for the representative to come. I even phoned 2-3 times on the mob no at 6.30 pm no one responded to my calls, even sms was sent to that mob no stii no response.
I have seen the worst service provided by this service centre. The service provided is deficient, negligent and customer unfriendly.

Hi I bought to 32inch smart led TV in Vasanth and co t. Nagar branch. TV automatically switched off every two hours once. Already spoke to our technical team they will come and check but issue not rectified. I am totally unsatisfied our service and product. Check and give me solution ASAP.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    Please note that the said mobile was purchased through Paytm on dated 25/08/17 and it was repaired for the said fault ( System UI Not responding, System Hung fault and Volume key problem ) on dated 22/11/17 and again it was under repairing work from 29/11/17 to 13/12/17.

    Today again the same fault shown on the mobile screen and taken screen shot and sent to Sony Service Personnel ( Mr.Hemal, Vapi Office & Mr.Hemant, Surat Office) by Whatsapp .

    Now I dont want to use this faulty mobile and arrange to send replacement against the same ASAP.

      Due to not switching on given to service center @sonnet care 237-240, 13th cross, chm road, indiranagara bangalore, they have charged 120 rs/- for inspection and replaced the battery due to battery is not working and charged 1238rs/- and returned back on 16/12/17
      Again the cell is not switching on same day itself and given to same store and the technician informed to replace the mother board and costing 9000/-rs

      Concern is same issue is happend under warranty time and board was replaced free of cost and what is the reliability f the product?
      Instead of paying around 11000rs to repire the same mobile i would have buy new one
      Now the service center technician are dealing with the customer unprofessionally and doing r&d on my cell

      Now return back money what i have paid to replace the battery and repire the cell on free of cost because problem is due to product quality

        Dear sir,
        I bought a sony 32 inch led tv from a local (Midnapur) shop called ‘the great eastern’. I was suppose to get a gift along with my purchase but unfortunately the gift in the form of a power bank was delivered to me in october 2017, after keeping me awaiting for nine months. The same power bank has been malfunctioning since the last week of november. A few days ago when i took the gadget to the local sony service center in midnapur town they neither agreed for replacement nor for repair. Though it is clearly marked on the packet showing one years warranty. At last after a long conversation with them they received the faulty gadget from me, the receipt of which is enclosed here.
        The said service center was supposed to give me a feedback after two days, but they didn’t. Obviously i am expecting a quick response.
        Would you please sort out this matter at your earliest possible convenience and make me happy so that a healthy relationship continues with the sony corporation.

          My name is manish karki, i bought my sony xperia handset on 29 june 2016. After one year i subscripe a serices via app its called aitel secure services, in this services handset liquired and accidental in both condition customer required to be 10 % charge in total amount during handset repair.
          One day my handset has been fall down from stair, i call to airtel customer care they ask to me mobile bill and another details, i submitted all details, they were contacting me within 48 hours, they pick up my handset. They were saying your handset part is not available in the market or spny service centre, 10 days they were searching my handset parts, they can not find, after few days they said your handset has been send to mumbai for repair.
          One day they call me and said you had replace your handset from another person, i was shocked, i repalied no, i never replaced with any mobile.
          After that no one is caling my and contacting me. Again and again they are saying you repalced it woth another one.
          Every months is paid 79 rs in airtel secrure and 1336 rs for 10% handset repair cost.

          Kindly required you to please check the satus of my mobile

            It is a worst experience with neosa electronics authorised service centre at s p mukharjee road, kolkata. I had a 28 inch sony led tv. Due to some screen issue i had taken up with the sony customer service. However as per the thier instruction issue was handed over to sony neosa electonics one of the authorized sony service centre. I was offered a tv replacement from sony company. I had visited to the service centre in the mentioned address, i experience a very bad service from them. Response was very poor when not a single customer were there. The security guard woking there one of the worst person. Finally i collected my new tv from the service centre on 16th dec 17 and they assured us to install the tv on the same dayafter 2 p. M in the address provided by us. But no body visited to our address till 5 p. M. When we contacted them for installation the people received the call talk very arrogantly why we call them so often and they will come after 6.30 pm. We again waited for them till 6.30 pm and again contacted them they told us that they will come by 8.00pm. But sorry to say that no visited from the service centre to install the tv.

            I just want to say that the people who working at the service centre are very interested professional and they are just ruining the brand image of sony.

              First of all please correct the working of your customer care. I have made a call to no.[protected] on 16/12/17, 11.14am to register a complaint of 32 inch television. I could not make just for want model no. Donot expect each and every one having a sony product will be in a position to remember or gather such minute information, which may be revised by the company in each season. Any way i managed to gather the information and made a call on the same day 4.42 pm and got reply that they have closed the service for today followed by the announcement that sony customer care will be working from 9am to 7.30pm on all days. Please avoid the working of sony customer care just like a local cigarette shop in rural india. Definitely it is shame to a brand like sony.
              Now to the core of the complaint. My sony television model no. R30 e purchase on this december not working properly. Usb port is not reading the contents from pen drive or smart phone. Please rectify the defect if possible. That's all.

                  My tv panel got damaged, ordered but not delivered so far, the same being ordered on 7th dec'17 saying it will be delivered 2 to 3 days and today is 16th dec'16 but i am not getting the status when will it be delivered and why it is not delivered so far, i have already made payment of 50%.

                  This is really ridiculous service provided by sony that on one hand they are not able to deliver the part and on other hand they are not able to give status why it is not delivered and when it will be delivered.

                  I am tired asking the customer complain representative.

                    I purchased sony bravia tv kdl32w600a
                    In dec 24, 2015 and the display of this tv suddenly got non-working.. It's having problem of slow motion and vertical lines.
                    I make a complaint to sony customer service, and they told me that they will repair the tv if it's in warranty. As per their rule of 2 years of panel and display warranty. But after the visit of technician visit they are telling me to pay all money and cost. My tv is in warranty though they are telling me to pay. How disgusting service this is. Means there is nowhere a trust of sony.
                    I am going to file a complaint against the service centre in consumer forum.
                    Very worst service and never will go for sony in any category.

                      I went for a mobile service in sonnet care cmh road bangalore, and the service centre is manager is not professional and treating customers very rudely.. The manager doesn't accepts anything what we try to explain... I submitted the mobile in very good condition but he registered call as scratched mobile.. Its such a worst customer care unit i have ever seen... The people in this centre must gets changed else sony will get many haters.

                        I have brought sony 43' arabia with tata sky connection on 11th dec'17. You assured me that all the things will be delivered and fixed on the same day. But today is 14th and my tata sky is not yet delivered. There is only one contact number given on your cash receipt that is basic landline and no one is receiving. What is this gesture of yours? Is that the good will of your shop? Will i have to come to your shop to remind you that even after payment you have not delivered the item. You should be ashamed of this kind of service and gesture of yours.

                          I never expect my sony product is failed (Display failure) in 2 years + months and now sony customer service team is asking to pay rs 23000 (Approx.) for replacing the display panel.

                          Sony products are with standing india field conditions and sony is not even bothered about replacing failed parts to favor customer.

                          What is the expected life time of sony products?

                          I need your md mr. Mr. Kenichiro hibi, contact number since in the low level i am not getting proper answer for my queries??

                            Greetings.

                            I was a hard core fan of sony products & with that feel i bought a sony tv kdl w 55 800 d in the month of may 2017. All was well till saturday i. E 09/12/17 afternoon. But in the evening tv stopped working & complaint had been registered.
                            I was in constant touch with sony impatient customer care guys from saturday & was told that the problem will be resolved in 2 working days. Unfortunately no one bothered to visit or call.

                            To my shock they informed that they have technical internal issues at their end & decided to take 2 more working days to resolve the issue. Is this the way a professional company like sony works towards customer satisfaction. The worst part is that the customer care had disconnected the call in the middle which is a shameful act.

                            Looking forward to resolve the issue at the earliest & live up to the expectations of the customer.

                              Sir,

                              I purchased a 32' colour sony led tv kdl-32ex650 in sep, 2013. Now i am facing the problem of horizontal lines and distortion on the screen.
                              This is the 3rd time same problem happened in 4 yrs. Already replaced display panel two times.
                              Against customer care complaint no 44426498 an engineer came to inspect the tv. He told me that again the same display panel problem and which needs to be changed again. I mean after paying so much price for a brand that claims to be of best quality why same problem happened recurrently within such a short period of time.

                              I would request to concerned authorities to take immediate action on this and get my tv display panel replaced free of cost or replace the tv unit itself as
                              1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects.
                              2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products.
                              So please look into this matter as soon as possible, this is the least customers of such branded company which is so pricey (Because the products are of best quality) can expect from such a big reputed organizations.

                                I purchased a headset, but then it was not working because there was a problem in my phone headset jack. They said they are not going to take it back. They haven't even told earlier that there is no return policy. Just looting customers. Again they said they ll open the phone and identify the problem and let me know. They said come in 20 mins from 7:30pm. Neither they have told their shop timings. I went by 8 pm and the shop was closed and 2 boys were about to leave, they gave me the phone. I dont even know if this complaint will be taken seriously. By being a reputed brand, because of these nasty service centers guys, just dont like using the brand. The owner is a very very rude guy with only aim to earn money and no helping nature on humanitarian grounds.
                                The service center is in ttk road, chennai.

                                In display resolution enhancer is not getting off. It is continue dividing tv screen, obstructing top and bottom. Please send engineer/ tech support. every time i need to cleared it off by return key.

                                Sir i will watch cid regularly in sat and sun but unfortunately u will not telecast Saturday. Why is it there is problem. Me and whole family like very much. Plz telecast to three days not regular but last two days must telecast.

                                  I had given my sony xperia at your authorised service center on 3rd october 2017 at andheri west. It took 1 month to get ready, and when i went to collect it, they had misplaced the sim card tray. Now it's one and a half months since they are searching for it.

                                  I do not understand what is going on. Please investigate into this matter.

                                  Till date, no one has contacted. It's a shame that a big company like Sony has such sad aftersales service. I am very much troubled without my mobile. If you are unable to deliver the sim tray till now, I don't see any signs in the future either. Kindly refund my mobile price and keep the mobile for yoursel[censored] I want my money back within 48 hours.

                                    But after taking a picture., it is not good as expected and while zooming the picture the pixels are broken...

                                    Please help me., like is there any option to return the camera (Bought in showroom) or i can buy a next model by returning this.

                                      I have purchase sony led 43 inch model no 43w800d dated 20/10/16 as your local dealer gupta vision shop no 1141/1 mani majra chandigarh. There some problem created in our led today. I contact in customer care they told that your led guarantee was expired and you will pay charged visit charges and if any part change then you will also paid. But on purchased time the dealer give the 2 years guarantee and 3 years warranty. And customer care feedback is very bad. They are not manners how to talk with customer. Customer care behaviour is very bad with customer. So give the revert back now what will i do

                                        Initially sony six announced ind vs sa 2018 series will be on sony six but now they changed the schedule to sony ten 1 this is ridiculous once u announced in sony six how can u change the schedule i[censored] don't have proper cricket channel then what is the use of buying broadcasting rights plse maintain a proper cricket channel i'm wasting my money bcz o[censored] i subscribed to sony six for only india vs sa series now u changed it to other channel hell with u.
