My name is manish karki, i bought my sony xperia handset on 29 june 2016. After one year i subscripe a serices via app its called aitel secure services, in this services handset liquired and accidental in both condition customer required to be 10 % charge in total amount during handset repair.
One day my handset has been fall down from stair, i call to airtel customer care they ask to me mobile bill and another details, i submitted all details, they were contacting me within 48 hours, they pick up my handset. They were saying your handset part is not available in the market or spny service centre, 10 days they were searching my handset parts, they can not find, after few days they said your handset has been send to mumbai for repair.
One day they call me and said you had replace your handset from another person, i was shocked, i repalied no, i never replaced with any mobile.
After that no one is caling my and contacting me. Again and again they are saying you repalced it woth another one.
Every months is paid 79 rs in airtel secrure and 1336 rs for 10% handset repair cost.
Kindly required you to please check the satus of my mobile

Hi I bought to 32inch smart led TV in Vasanth and co t. Nagar branch. TV automatically switched off every two hours once. Already spoke to our technical team they will come and check but issue not rectified. I am totally unsatisfied our service and product. Check and give me solution ASAP.
