I went for a mobile service in sonnet care cmh road bangalore, and the service centre is manager is not professional and treating customers very rudely.. I never expect my sony product is failed (Display failure) in 2 years + months and now sony customer service team is asking to pay rs 23000 (Approx.) for replacing the display panel.

Sony products are with standing india field conditions and sony is not even bothered about replacing failed parts to favor customer.
