Sonyliv — videos are not playing, black screen is appearing though all the content on site visible | |||
Hello sir, mam From 6th may 2018 onwards i am facing issue on sonyliv.com. As i am opening the videos it showing videos will start but after 9 secs only black screen no audio or video is playing. Ps i have updated and enabled flash player and cleared cookies from browser. This is happening for both live match and tv content. Hello dear sir mere SonyLIV app me ajse koi bhi show download nahi ho pa raha abhi mera premium account kal ki data me khatam hone vala he to eska kus kijie please help me

Dear friend I faced such issue which got resolved by paying channel in incognito mode try it there is some issue with channels accessing location Play in incognito mode
I am unable to view video but can hear it
