Several complain made for the connection to be resolved but dose not resolve on time even not want to solve and complain id is been closed without resolving the issue, call center not telling any information on the issue and saying as per company policy, paying high amount for the year and zero resolution services is a cheating to me as a customer reg no of complain id is[protected] /[protected]/[protected]

I am facing too much problems using my internet from[protected]

1. It takes too much time to get login after entering the username and password and many times it doesn't even accept the login.

2. Internet speed has become very slow due to which i am facing problems in downloading.

3. My account automatically gets logged out within an hour or so, and i have to login again and again..

I have complained more than 3 times but till know i don't have any response from the company
And also the call center number is not contactable. It's always showing busy tone.

I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

    I selected an internet plan named plan310-rev6-bizplus-2mb-ul-18m which should give me 2 mbps downloading speed. Unfortunately the speed fluctuates to much and mostly gives 1.5 mbps speed. I always have to call and complained for increasing the speed. I am preparing for exams using youtube which is not working satisfactorily with this poor speed. Here i attached screenshots of speed test.

      Company are unable to provide proper connection to the user id "asshah91", we have to made daily complaint about the frequently disconnected internet and slow internet services.

      We have mail them on 06th sept as follow:

      We are existing customer your internet services, since march 2015, but since last one week we are facing too much problems and no solution yet been provided by your support team.

        I have got spidigo internet connection before 2/3 months approximately. Since then I have been facing issues with poor connection. Their services can't continue uninterrupted for four/five days. To resolve this I demanded refund on pro rata basis earlier in my personal visit to their office. But was assured that the services will improve and refund is not possible. I accepted and continued. But issues still remained unresolved. So this time I have decided not to be fooled by such company and have started my battle against them. I have wrote as many as 15 emails to them which are not responded. My internet services are down for last 4/5 days. And I have not been contacted to provide any sort of intimation /confirmation for stoppage of service. I have today logged a complaint against them on PG portal and am planning a legal action against Spidigo too. Requesting all of the dissatisfied and cheated customers to contact me on ankur.[protected]@gmail.com to be united and fight against such bad practices.

          I have bought broadband connection on 21st september 2017 for the 12 months, but the configuration has not done yet. I already paid the payment of total inr 6150 for the connection and router as well, but i didn't get the router.

          I called three times to support team in a day and more than 10 times in a week but they said they don't have a router available and there is a network connection issue in the line and in the area in which i have taken the connection.

          If this is real scenario then they should inform about such issue before offering the service and router and connection issue is not my concern.

          They don't have a value of the commitment and till date, the problem didn't solve.

          They also said me "our technical person will come to check everything" and they said the same sentence in my three calls in the three days but as of now, no one came yet.

          Even, they considered my 12 days out of 365 days as a validity without setting up the internet connection and without providing the internet service.

          I asked for the refund but the sales person (Kirit) said me that you can't get the payment back and also not ready to provide the connection properly.

            Not providing the services to the clients.
            Shifting note done after 10 days,
            Technical person not able to start the net after the shifitng.
            3 days gone still technical person not come to resolve the problem.
            More then 20 call to customer executive they reply we inform the technical team.

            I am customer of spidigo since inception, but now dont wont to become the customer of spidigo.

              My internet is not working for last 4 days. Customer care always speak up scripted answers. There is an engineer named ajay rajpoot in spidigo who will visit but he isn't even bothered to contact me and is still at large. I want my money back. I just upgraded plan from 2 mbps to 8 mbps as i work from home. But i've doing loss because they can't resolve issues for 4 days. Pathetic. Please help me to get my money back.

                Connection is not working completely since last two weeks and need to replace the device provided by the service provider but though they never installed new device till now. Also I entitled for 1 Mbps plan though I got only less than half of 1 mbps some times got 0.1 to 0.2 mbps.

                When complaint regarding it then they raise complaint and after one call to they reboot device and closed the complaint without confirmation of customer.

                Customer care representative never listen complaint and just closed it and again we open it but issue never solved permanently.

                Because of the defected device I'd gotten the less speed but they never changed it and now It stopped working completely but any single person didn't come to replace it..

                Very very worst experience and fool the customer. waste of money

                  Net not working from last 2 days infact after complained it can not be solved by customer care. Not satisfactory ans by customer care executive. Customer care executive contiuesly ignore the complain registered by me and don't give the correct answer. My work is purely based on internet and from last 2 days i can not done my work so its a heavy loss to me and i want possession for this 2 days whic i suffer a loss by inly this broadband company.

                    I have purchased 9 month plan from spidigo for unlimited internet at 4mbps.
                    The speed i receive is less than 1 mbps and sometimes the connection is not even active. Despite my various complains, and their many promises to have an engineer take a visit and solve the issue, no one has showed up or called so far.

                    When i call them a "trouble ticket number" is issued and the case is automatically closed by the evening without any resolution. Since i have already paid for 9 months in advance, i can not do much but to keep calling them and expect a resolution.

                      This is the worst ever service that an advanced payment receivers can provide. As company has received full payment in advance with no refund policy they are paying with customers service.
                      I ve been complaining from 2 weeks no response and supervisor or manager to talk, executives only knows sorry. The common answer they give all the time is engineer will visit and resolve it. And they come and go like a picnic place and only information it will be start in 15 minutes if not call me not to company, and closed the complaint and at the service centre they talk same rubbish. Please provide the solution if anyone can.

                        Hi,

                        I have taken spidigo internet connection on 26-jun-2017. Since that day i am not happy with my connection. Every 3rd day it stops working.

                        I am not happy with their service at all. Since last 7 days the connection is not working. I am calling them daily 3 times but still no one is visiting my place to fix the issue.

                        I have visited their office for refund but they are saying there is no refund policy.
                        I am having 1 year plan, still 9 months are there, i can not seat and get irritated for another 9 months by keeping their connection.

                        Please help me to get refund from them. I have receipt for the payment

                        I have also send an email for refund many times but never got any reply from them.

                          Wi fi connection not working for almost more than 1 month. Complaint lodged with customer care but there was no response. After 10 days, suddenly mr. Dharamveer - [protected] called asking for status of the complaint. It was told to him that there is no improvement in wi fi network. He came after 15 mins to my home and did something with antenna changing the entire direction compared to the previous direction. Wi fi started but with very low speed. Mr. Dharamveer also acknowledged low speed and went away saying that either speed will be normal or he will come back after 1 pm. Neither speed improved nor he came or he responded when called. Called him frequently but there was no response. On 26th august, have sent screen shot of low speed on his whats app but there was no response. Also informed mr. Dilip pandey - who has sourced this connection. During the first meeting, he told that he can be called anytime in case of any issue in future. But to mere disappointment, he never responded satisfactorily. Good example of giving goody goody promise while sourcing business and not giving service when asked. Today also called mr. Dharamveer but his phone is switched off. Called mr. Dilip pandey - [protected]. He told that our office is near to your home, please go their and disconnected the phone.

                          Please do needful to restore wi fi speed as promised and refund money for lapse of service for 2 month and reimburse rs.10, 000/- for mental harassment for lack of service.

                            Hello all,

                            I am from Gota, Ahmedabad. I have bought new connection of Spidigo Internet MBPS Plan for 1 year.

                            I am really frustrating due to Internet not working everyday. I have raised lots of complaint everyday but Spidigo support person replied it will be resolved in next two hours and it will not happened again. But same thing happened within few hours.

                                First of all, my complaint was frequent internet stoppage and very delayed response from so called spidigo company ahmedabad. At last i had to stop my plan from them. But they are not leaving me here also. They are not refunding my security deposit amount worth rs. 1000. There is a guy called chintan. Who has sit him there?. I think he wil lead company in the big hole. Guys i m not so rich. 1000 rs. Matter a lot to me. Anyone can help me how to get my money? I had to took broadband service for study purpose otherwise i wound not even have taken that.. My economical condition is vry bad. Plz help me

                                  I complained to spidigo help number for no internet connection on 8th august 2016. My ticket no is[protected].
                                  I complain regarding no internet everyday since 9th august for two times.
                                  The call centre man always reply that he is forwarding my complaint to the concerned department. But no result. I mailed 3 times but only one typical reply mail i received that they hv noticed my complaint.
                                  Spidigo office number is showing such number is not existing.
                                  I doubt that company is closing it's business or some giant company is going to take over spidigo.
                                  That's why they treat customer as taken for granted.
                                  Let me find for new internet service provider.

                                    I purchased internet service from SPIDIGO on april 27 2017.but it is not working properly. And I complaint many times to them because they did not meet my expectation and infact the internet doesn't even work. The first time I purchased their internet the internet and service it was working just fine. But since the last one month every week the internet doesn't work for at least five days. If I call to their customer care they tell me that their technician will come within 48hours. But the technician won't come and they even closed my complain. Even in the two days left in every week that the internet even works the speed is yet so slow.
                                    I hope you try to meet my request and thank you for reading my message.

                                      Complain ticket[protected], called spidio, internet service provider, many times since 3rd aug but they have not send any person at my home to solve no internet problem for last 5 days, today it is 8th aug evening 7.16 pm.

                                      I daily called on the same complain ticket number but the executives attending the call on other side gave the same routine reply every time and did not make arrangements so that i may talk with higher authorities.

                                      From last 15 days my net is not working and no 1 comes to visit as they says either u refund my money or come and check the problem by tommorow.
                                      Very bad experience from beginning ...even company management also not responsible..
                                      Customer care not handling any calls call center person also tell our service is very poor call center tell us we cant help you..
                                      I have a broadband connection with12mbps plan but last 4 to 5 days my net is not conected its totaly out of order. I'll complain many time but still there is noresponc .

                                      I use spidigo for 5 years but never felt such LACHAR situation.
                                      I guess company may shutter down that's why they ignore clients. Let's see for another service provider.

                                        31st july i made the renewal payment - monthly. But till date (5th aug 2017) they have not been able to connect the wifi inspite of my several reminders to cusotmer care, bopal technician, etc. I fail to understand, who controls the service side. Is there any responsible person in spidigo?? I doubt.

                                        I will wait for two more days and if things are not set right, i have decided to cancel the connection.
